and sending the opinion feedback information to the property management system, generating work order information corresponding to the opinion feedback information through the property management system so that property personnel can process the work order information, and feeding back a processing result to the mobile terminal corresponding to the user instruction.

Background
With the rapid development of social economy, people put higher demands on the building environment around the residential area, so that green buildings become the development trend of the current buildings.
The property department manages the green buildings, but the operation information of the property department usually flows only inside the department, so that the project information of the buildings is difficult to be called by building users for inspection. In addition, the feedback path of the building user is unclear, so that the building user cannot effectively communicate with the property department, and the property department cannot timely obtain information fed back by the user, which is not beneficial to the popularization of green buildings and causes the low operation efficiency of the green buildings.

The safety of data storage can be further improved by storing and storing the monitoring data for multiple times.

In this embodiment, the management background is a connection hub of all functional modules in the building ecological cloud platform, and is used for receiving monitoring data of the environment corresponding to each green building, usage data of a mobile terminal APP building user, data processed by the property management system, and the like. Meanwhile, the management background stores all data in the cloud, namely stores the data to the building ecological cloud platform, and then keeps data transmission with each system through the wireless communication module and the API data interface. All original data are managed in a centralized mode at the cloud end, AI analysis and data distribution are carried out on the data at the cloud end, intelligent management of green and health performance data of the building is achieved, all using objects can be guaranteed to obtain really needed information, and labor input needed by building data obtaining and sorting can be reduced.
According to the building ecological cloud platform management method, the interconnection among the mobile terminal APP, the property management system and the building monitoring system can be realized through the management background of the building ecological cloud platform, and the effective communication and connection among the building, the property and the building users are realized, so that the operation efficiency of the green building is improved, and the sustainable development of the green building is facilitated.
The invention also provides a program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the building ecological cloud platform management method as described above.
In addition, the invention also provides a building ecological cloud platform management system. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a hardware operating environment according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, the building ecological cloud platform management system may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a memory 1005, a user interface 1003, a network interface 1004, and a communication bus 1002. A communication bus 1002 is used to enable connection communications between these components. The user interface 1003 may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a keyboard (board), and the optional user interface 1003 may include a standard wired interface (e.g., a USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface), and a wireless interface (e.g., a bluetooth interface). Optionally, the building ecological cloud platform management system may further include an RF (Radio Frequency) circuit, a sensor, a WiFi module, and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture of the building ecology cloud platform management system shown in fig. 3 does not constitute a limitation of the building ecology cloud platform management system, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 3, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a building ecology cloud platform management program. The operating system is a program for managing and controlling hardware and software resources of the building ecological cloud platform management system, and supports the operation of the building ecological cloud platform management program and other software or programs.
In the building ecological cloud platform management system shown in the figure, the user interface 1003 is mainly used for a mobile terminal; the network interface 1004 is mainly used for managing a background so as to record data uploaded by the building monitoring system, the mobile terminal and the property management system in the building ecological cloud platform through a network; the processor 1001 may be configured to call the building ecological cloud platform management program stored in the memory 1005, and complete the steps of the management method of the building ecological cloud platform management system as described above.
