A trailing wheel motor group characterized in that: the motor unit comprises a trailing beam fixedly connected with a torsion beam of the automobile, wherein a wheel type speed reducer and a motor for driving the wheel type speed reducer to rotate are fixedly arranged on the trailing beam, and the wheel type speed reducer comprises a speed reducer and wheels fixedly arranged on the shell of the speed reducer; the motor is provided with 2, and 2 motors are respectively through frame roof beam fixed mounting on the trailing beam of wheeled speed reducer both sides, and the axis of rotation of 2 motors all is connected with the input port transmission of speed reducer.

The trailing wheel motor group according to claim 1, characterized in that: the number of the trailing beams is 2, and the 2 trailing beams are fixedly connected with the automobile torsion beam in a welding mode; the frame roof beam is provided with 2, and 2 motors are fixed mounting respectively on 2 frame roof beams, and 2 frame roof beams's one end is through bolted connection's mode and 2 trailing beam fixed connection respectively, and 2 frame roof beams's the other end all is through bolted connection's mode and speed reducer fixed connection.
3. The trailing wheel motor group according to claim 1, characterized in that: the towing beam is in a cuboid shape, and one end of the towing beam is provided with a bolt hole matched with the engine base beam.
4. The trailing wheel motor group according to claim 1, characterized in that: the machine base beam is rectangular, and bolt holes matched with the towing beam and the speed reducer are formed in the four corners and the end parts of the two ends of the machine base beam.

The trailing wheel motor group according to claim 6, wherein: the wheel type speed reducer comprises a cylindrical gear ring cover, a left side cover and a right side cover are arranged on two sides of the gear ring cover, 3 bolt holes are respectively formed in the left side cover and the right side cover at equal intervals of 120 degrees, a bearing is respectively installed at the joint of the left side cover, the right side cover and the gear ring cover, the inner ring of the bearing is fixed on the left side cover and the right side cover, the outer ring of the bearing is fixed on the gear ring cover, a bearing is respectively arranged at the center of each of the left side cover and the right side cover, the outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the left side cover and the right side cover, 2 piers are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the left side cover and the right side cover, and each pier is provided with; a sun wheel and a sun wheel shaft are further arranged between the left side cover and the right side cover, the sun wheel is fixedly arranged in the middle of the sun wheel shaft, the outer side of the contact part of the two ends of the sun wheel shaft and the rotating shaft of the motor is in a flat circular shape, the inner side of the contact part is in a gear ring shape and is set as an input port of the speed reducer, and the sun wheel shaft is fixedly connected with the bearing inner rings in the center positions of the left side cover and the right side cover; the ring gear cover is internally provided with a planet carrier, the planet carrier is provided with 3 planet gears at equal intervals of 120 degrees, the positions of the planet gears are staggered, 3 circular metal planet carrier connecting rods are further fixed at equal intervals of 120 degrees on the planet carrier, and the 3 planet carrier connecting rods penetrate through gaps among the 3 planet gears, the left side cover and the right side cover; the end parts of the two ends of the planet carrier connecting rod are provided with threads, the planet carrier connecting rod is fixedly connected with the left side cover and the right side cover by nuts, the inner side of the gear ring cover is provided with a gear ring, the outer side of the gear ring cover is provided with a rim, tires are arranged on the rim, and the rim and the tires form a wheel.
Background
At present, electric automobile drives have various forms, but all have some defects:
1. the driving motor wheel device technology is that a motor is arranged in a wheel, namely, the wheel hub motor technology, the wheel hub motor directly drives the wheel, transmission parts such as a differential mechanism and a half shaft are omitted, the transmission efficiency is improved, the utilization rate of space in the vehicle is improved, and the driving motor wheel device is considered to be the best driving mode of an electric vehicle; however, for an inner rotor hub motor, in a narrow space of a rim, the defects that the motor is difficult to install, seal, radiate and lubricate exist; for an outer rotor hub motor, the defects of large volume and heavy mass exist; therefore, the hub motor technology cannot be applied and popularized to electric automobiles;
2. the front technology, the rear technology and the suspension technology of the driving motor have more power wheels and transmission parts, so the cost is increased and the transmission efficiency is low;
3. the technology of the driving motor is arranged on the side, namely, one motor is arranged on the left side of a wheel, one motor is arranged on the right side of the wheel, or the technology of a double-motor driven rear axle is adopted, the power driven by the two double motors can be transmitted to the wheel through a speed reducer, a differential mechanism and a half shaft, and the driving wheel runs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art and provides a traction wheel type motor unit which can reduce transmission parts, improve transmission efficiency and improve the space utilization rate in a vehicle.
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is achieved by the following technical means. The invention relates to a trailing wheel type motor unit, which comprises a trailing beam fixedly connected with an automobile torsion beam, wherein a wheel type speed reducer and a motor for driving the wheel type speed reducer to rotate are fixedly arranged on the trailing beam, and the wheel type speed reducer comprises a speed reducer and wheels fixedly arranged on the shell of the speed reducer; the motor is provided with 2, and 2 motors are respectively through frame roof beam fixed mounting on the trailing beam of wheeled speed reducer both sides, and the axis of rotation of 2 motors all is connected with the input port transmission of speed reducer.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be further realized by the following technical scheme that 2 trailing beams are arranged on the trailing wheel type motor unit, and the 2 trailing beams are fixedly connected with the automobile torsion beam in a welding mode; the frame roof beam is provided with 2, and 2 motors are fixed mounting respectively on 2 frame roof beams, and 2 frame roof beams's one end is through bolted connection's mode and 2 trailing beam fixed connection respectively, and 2 frame roof beams's the other end all is through bolted connection's mode and speed reducer fixed connection.
The present invention can further solve the above-described problems by providing a trailer beam having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a bolt hole formed at one end of the trailer beam to be fitted to the base beam.
The present invention can further solve the above-described problems by providing a structure in which the base beam is rectangular, and bolt holes for engaging with the trailing beam and the speed reducer are provided at four corners and both ends of the base beam.
The above-described motor of the trailing wheel motor group is a high-speed inner rotor motor selected from one of a high-speed inner rotor permanent magnet motor, a high-speed inner rotor induction motor, and a high-speed inner rotor switched reluctance motor.
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention can be further solved by the following technical means, wherein the internal structure of the wheel reducer is 3 planetary gear reducers for the above-mentioned trailing wheel type motor unit.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be further solved by the following technical scheme that, for the above-mentioned trailing wheel type motor unit, the wheel type speed reducer comprises a cylindrical gear ring cover, a left side cover and a right side cover are arranged on two sides of the gear ring cover, 3 bolt holes are respectively arranged on the left side cover and the right side cover according to 120-degree equal division, a bearing is respectively arranged at the joint of the left side cover, the right side cover and the gear ring cover, the inner ring of the bearing is fixed on the left side cover and the right side cover, the outer ring of the bearing is fixed on the gear ring cover, a bearing is respectively arranged at the central position of the left side cover and the right side cover, the outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the left side cover and the right side cover, 2 piers are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the left side cover and the right side cover, and each pier is provided with a bolt hole; a sun wheel and a sun wheel shaft are further arranged between the left side cover and the right side cover, the sun wheel is fixedly arranged in the middle of the sun wheel shaft, the outer side of the contact part of the two ends of the sun wheel shaft and the rotating shaft of the motor is in a flat circular shape, the inner side of the contact part is in a gear ring shape and is set as an input port of the speed reducer, and the sun wheel shaft is fixedly connected with the bearing inner rings in the center positions of the left side cover and the right side cover; the ring gear cover is internally provided with a planet carrier, the planet carrier is provided with 3 planet gears at equal intervals of 120 degrees, the positions of the planet gears are staggered, 3 circular metal planet carrier connecting rods are further fixed at equal intervals of 120 degrees on the planet carrier, and the 3 planet carrier connecting rods penetrate through gaps among the 3 planet gears, the left side cover and the right side cover; the end parts of the two ends of the planet carrier connecting rod are provided with threads, the planet carrier connecting rod is fixedly connected with the left side cover and the right side cover by nuts, the inner side of the gear ring cover is provided with a gear ring, the outer side of the gear ring cover is provided with a rim, tires are arranged on the rim, and the rim and the tires form a wheel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that:
1. the motor unit directly drives the automobile wheels, so that transmission parts are reduced, transmission efficiency is improved, and space utilization rate in the automobile is improved;
2. the wheel type speed reducer is matched with the 2 motors, so that the problems that a high-speed inner rotor hub motor is difficult to install, seal, radiate and lubricate are solved, and the problems that a low-speed outer rotor hub motor is large in size and heavy in mass are solved;
3. the application directly omits transmission parts such as a differential mechanism, a half shaft and the like, and solves the technical defects of the front-mounted, rear-mounted and suspension of the driving motor;
4. this application adopts 2 motors to install respectively in the both sides of wheeled speed reducer and drives the wheel rotation, does not have the differential problem, consequently 2 motors only need 1 controller, has solved the problem that wheel limit bi-motor and bi-motor drive rear axle technique need two controllers.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. Referring to fig. 1, a trailing wheel type motor unit comprises two trailing beams 3, two frame beams 4, a multifunctional wheel type speed reducer 6 and two high-speed inner rotor motors 5, which are used for being mounted on a torsion beam 2 on an automobile and used as an automobile power source to drive the wheels of the automobile to rotate;
1. construction of the individual components:
referring to fig. 2, the trailing beam 3 is a rectangular supporting beam made of a metal material, wherein one end of the trailing beam is provided with two bolt holes 7, and the other end of the trailing beam is welded to the torsion beam 2 of the automobile;
referring to fig. 3, the frame beam 4 is a rectangular frame made of metal material, and includes 2 long sides and 2 short sides, each of the four corners is provided with a bolt hole 7, and each of the 2 long sides is provided with 2 bolt holes 7;
the high-speed inner rotor motor 5 can be a high-speed inner rotor permanent magnet motor constructed in the prior art, a high-speed inner rotor induction motor constructed in the prior art or a high-speed inner rotor switched reluctance motor;
referring to fig. 4-7, the multifunctional wheel type speed reducer 6 is used for reducing, driving and supporting, and adopts a planetary gear speed reducer 6 structure inside: the planetary gear set consists of a sun gear 13, a planet carrier 15, three planet gears and a gear ring cover 10;
a circular sun gear shaft 14 is made of metal materials, the outer side of the contact part of the two ends of the sun gear shaft 14 and the rotating shaft of the motor 5 is in a flat circular shape, the inner side is in a gear ring shape, as shown in figure 8, and the sun gear 13 is sleeved and fixedly installed at the middle position of the sun gear shaft 14;
three planet shafts 16 are fixed on the planet carrier 15 at equal intervals of 120 degrees, as shown in fig. 9;
a bearing 11 is sleeved on the planet shaft 16, and the inner ring of the bearing 11 is fixedly connected with the planet shaft 16;
the planet wheel is arranged on a bearing 11 and is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the bearing 11;
three round planet carrier connecting rods 17 are made of metal materials, and the ends of the two ends of each connecting rod are provided with threads, as shown in figure 11;
the positions of the planet gears are staggered, three circular metal planet carrier connecting rods 17 are fixed on the planet carrier 15 at equal intervals of 120 degrees and penetrate through gaps among the three planet gears, as shown in fig. 9;
the left cover 8 and the right cover 9 of the speed reducer 6 with two equal circles, equal areas and equal thicknesses are made of metal materials, and 3 bolt holes 7 are formed in the left cover 8 and the right cover 9 at equal intervals of 120 degrees, as shown in FIG. 4; the outer sides of the left side cover 8 and the right side cover 9 are respectively provided with two piers 12, and each pier 12 is provided with a bolt hole 7, as shown in fig. 7; a round opening with the same diameter as the sun gear 13 is arranged at the center of the left cover 8 and the right cover 9, a bearing 11 is arranged on the center round opening of the left cover 8 and the right cover 9, and the outer ring of the bearing 11 is fixedly connected with the left cover 8 and the right cover 9, as shown in fig. 6;
an upper bearing 11 is arranged on the outer circles of the left cover 8 and the right cover 9, and the inner circle of the bearing 11 is fixedly connected with the left cover 8 and the right cover 9, as shown in fig. 5;
sleeving the left side cover 8 and the right side cover 9 on the sun gear shaft 14 and the planet carrier connecting rod 17, fixedly connecting the sun gear shaft 14 with inner rings of the bearings 11 at the central positions of the left side cover 8 and the right side cover 9, and fixedly connecting the planet carrier connecting rod 17 with the left side cover 8 and the right side cover 9 by nuts, as shown in fig. 10;
the ring gear cover 10 is cylindrical, the inner surface of the ring gear cover 10 is toothed, as shown in fig. 12, and the outer surface is made into a rim shape, as shown in fig. 13;
a combination body of the left side cover 8, the right side cover 9, the sun wheel shaft 14 and the planet carrier connecting rod 17 is arranged in the gear ring cover 10, and the gear ring cover 10 is fixedly connected with the outer rings of the bearings 11 on the left side cover 8 and the right side cover 9;
a tire is mounted on a rim on the outer surface of the gear ring cover 10 to manufacture the wheel 1;
2. connection relationship between the components:
one ends of the two trailing beams 3 without the bolt holes 7 are welded and connected with the torsion beam 2 of the automobile, as shown in figure 1;
one end of each of the two frame machine seat beams 4 is fixedly connected with one end of each of the two towing and hanging beams 3 with the threaded holes through bolts, as shown in figure 1;
the other ends of the two machine seat beams 4 are fixedly connected with the piers 12 on the left side and the right side of the speed reducer 6 through bolts, as shown in figure 1;
two high-speed inner rotor motors 5 are fixedly installed on the machine base beams 4 on the left and right sides of the speed reducer 6 by bolts, and the rotating shafts of the motors 5 are connected with the input port of the speed reducer 6, as shown in fig. 1.
