the primary unit examination module is used for examining the primary material purchasing request, carrying out primary demand balance interest bank examination aiming at the primary purchasing information and forming a new primary material purchasing request; the system also comprises a purchasing mode used for checking first-level purchasing information in a new first-level material purchasing request, wherein when the purchasing mode is single-source purchasing or batch purchasing, the system sends the new first-level material purchasing request to a higher-level checking module, when the purchasing mode is authorized entrusting purchasing, the system sends the new first-level material purchasing request to a bid inviting purchasing module, and when the purchasing mode is protocol inventory purchasing, the system sends the new first-level material purchasing request to a protocol inventory checking module; the system is also used for examining a new secondary material purchasing request, and performing primary demand balance profit bank examination on secondary purchasing information of the new secondary material purchasing request to form a secondary balanced material purchasing request; the system is also used for checking whether the purchasing mode of the secondary purchasing information in the secondary balancing material purchasing request is protocol inventory purchasing, if so, sending the secondary balancing material purchasing request to the protocol inventory checking module, and if not, sending the secondary balancing material purchasing request to the superior checking module;
the secondary unit declaration module is used for receiving a secondary material purchasing request sent by a county-level demand end; the second-level material purchasing request comprises second-level engineering project information and second-level purchasing information;
the secondary unit examination module is used for examining the secondary material purchasing request, carrying out secondary demand balance interest bank examination aiming at the secondary purchasing information and forming a new secondary material purchasing request; the system also comprises a purchasing mode used for checking the secondary purchasing information in the new secondary material purchasing request, wherein when the purchasing mode is single-source purchasing or batch purchasing, the system sends the new secondary material purchasing request to the primary checking module, when the purchasing mode is authorized entrusting purchasing, the system sends the new secondary material purchasing request to the bid inviting purchasing module, and when the purchasing mode is agreement inventory purchasing, the system sends the new secondary material purchasing request to the primary checking module;
the upper examination module is used for examining a new primary material purchasing request and a secondary balance material purchasing request, examining and passing financial budgets and generating purchasing data;
the agreement inventory examination module is used for examining a new primary material purchasing request and a secondary balance material purchasing request and generating purchasing data after the examination is passed;
and the bid procurement module is used for examining the new primary material procurement request and the new secondary material procurement request and generating procurement data after the examination is passed.

The power grid material reserve management system according to claim 1, further comprising a first-level unit reserve plan review module for reviewing a first-level unit reserve plan sent by a market-level demand end, and sending review qualification information to the market-level demand end after the review is passed; the city-level demand end sends a first-level material purchasing request to a first-level unit declaration module based on a first-level unit reserve plan; the primary unit reserve plan comprises a project material inventory and a technical specification corresponding to the primary unit project.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the primary unit reserve plan review module comprises:
the rule checking library is used for storing information integrity rules, purchasing information standard rules and technical standard rules;
and the primary unit examination unit is used for calling examination rules in the rule examination library, examining the monthly storage plan of the primary unit for information integrity, purchasing information standardization and technical compliance, sending examination qualified information to the market-level demand end if the examination is passed, and sending examination unqualified information to the market-level demand end if the examination is not passed.
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the primary unit audit module comprises:
the primary demand balance interest bank examination unit is used for examining the primary material purchasing request, carrying out primary demand balance interest bank examination according to primary purchasing information, examining the material reserve quantity in the primary unit reserve resource pool, determining the actual engineering project required quantity and forming a new primary material purchasing request; the system is also used for examining a new secondary material purchasing request, performing primary demand balance profit bank examination on secondary purchasing information of the new secondary material purchasing request, checking the material reserve quantity in a secondary unit reserve resource pool, determining the actual engineering project demand quantity and forming a secondary balance material purchasing request;
the first-level purchasing mode examining unit is used for examining the purchasing mode of first-level purchasing information in a new first-level material purchasing request, sending the new first-level material purchasing request to the higher-level examining module when the purchasing mode is single-source purchasing or batch purchasing, sending the new first-level material purchasing request to the bid inviting purchasing module when the purchasing mode is authorized entrusting purchasing, and sending the new first-level material purchasing request to the agreement inventory examining module when the purchasing mode is agreement inventory purchasing; and the system is also used for checking whether the purchasing mode of the secondary purchasing information in the secondary balance material purchasing request is protocol inventory purchasing, if so, sending the secondary balance material purchasing request to the protocol inventory checking module, and if not, sending the secondary balance material purchasing request to the superior checking module.

The system according to claim 4, wherein the primary unit audit module further comprises: the primary unit demand unit is used for detecting whether the purchasing mode in the primary purchasing information is protocol stock purchasing or not when the primary unit examination module receives the primary material purchasing request, merging the material demand quantity belonging to the protocol stock purchasing if the purchasing mode in the primary purchasing information is the protocol stock purchasing, and not merging if the purchasing mode in the primary purchasing information is the protocol stock purchasing; and then sending the combined primary material purchasing request or the uncombined primary material purchasing request to a primary demand balance interest bank examination unit.

The power grid material reserve management system according to claim 1, further comprising a secondary unit reserve plan review module for reviewing a secondary unit reserve plan sent by a county-level demand terminal, and sending review qualified information to the county-level demand terminal after the review is passed; the county-level demand end sends a secondary material purchasing request to a secondary unit declaration module based on a secondary unit storage plan; the secondary unit reserve plan comprises a project material inventory and a technical specification corresponding to the secondary unit project.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the secondary unit reserve plan review module comprises:
the rule checking library is used for storing information integrity rules, purchasing information standard rules and technical standard rules;
and the secondary unit examination unit is used for calling examination rules in the rule examination library, examining the monthly storage plan of the secondary unit for information integrity, purchasing information standardization and technical compliance, sending examination qualified information to the county-level demand end if the examination is passed, and sending examination unqualified information to the county-level demand end if the examination is not passed.
8. The system according to claim 1, wherein the secondary unit audit module comprises:
the secondary demand balance interest bank examination unit is used for examining the secondary material purchasing request, carrying out secondary demand balance interest bank examination according to secondary purchasing information, checking the material reserve quantity in a secondary unit reserve resource pool, determining the actual engineering project demand quantity and forming a new secondary material purchasing request;
and the secondary purchasing mode auditing unit is used for auditing the purchasing mode of secondary purchasing information in the new secondary material purchasing request, transmitting the new secondary material purchasing request to the primary auditing module when the purchasing mode is single-source purchasing or batch purchasing, transmitting the new secondary material purchasing request to the bidding purchasing module when the purchasing mode is authorized entrusting purchasing, and transmitting the new secondary material purchasing request to the primary auditing module when the purchasing mode is agreement inventory purchasing.

The system according to claim 8, wherein the secondary unit audit module further comprises: the second-level unit demand unit is used for detecting whether the purchase mode in the second-level purchase information is protocol inventory purchase or not when a second-level material purchase request is received, merging the material demand quantity belonging to the protocol inventory purchase if the purchase mode in the second-level purchase information is the protocol inventory purchase, and not merging the material demand quantity if the purchase mode in the second-level purchase information is the protocol inventory purchase; and then sending the combined secondary material purchasing request or the uncombined secondary material purchasing request to a secondary demand balance interest bank examination unit.
10. The system according to claim 1, wherein the agreement inventory audit module comprises:
the protocol inventory checking unit is used for synchronizing a protocol inventory plan of the ERP system and synchronizing protocol inventory data;
the agreement inventory examination unit is used for examining a new primary material purchase request and a secondary balance material purchase request, generating purchase data after examination is passed, and returning the examination data to the primary unit examination module after the examination is not passed;
the agreement inventory checking unit is carried out before the agreement inventory checking unit checks the first-level material purchasing request and the second-level balancing material purchasing request.
Background
In a planned reporting power grid material inspection stage, functions of ERP and ECP are insufficient in a planned inspection part, material plan inspection of prefectures and counties companies is carried out on line, and data errors or omissions can be caused due to the fact that online interaction and offline interaction exist. In addition, at present, the resource information such as stock backlog materials and the like is scattered, and manual statistics is adopted at present without classification. In project construction, the timeliness requirement on material supply is extremely high, and the actual requirement cannot be met by the existing offline manual matching mode.
The invention patent application CN202010418616.6 discloses an inventory matching system based on automatic management, and particularly discloses a system based on an EPR system for establishing an intelligent balance interest library of inventory materials; the business architecture of the intelligent balance interest bank of the stock materials comprises a resource overall resource pool, intelligent matching and result execution of the interest bank. The invention establishes an inventory material resource pool, classifies the materials in the resource pool, establishes a county, city and province three-level balance interest library mechanism, brings unallocated agreement inventory share and materials left in the library into the overall inventory resource planning management range of the whole province, assists in decision making to judge whether the demand plan needs to execute balance interest library, accelerates material turnover and reduces capital cost; and intelligent matching analysis interest library suggestions are set according to different requirement levels, so that the aims of improving supply timeliness and pressure drop inventory and creating a good operator environment are fulfilled. The method comprises the steps of firstly carrying out requirement matching within the range of the unit factory, if the item is not met or only a part of requirements are met, continuing to select the secondary range for matching, and if the resources in the secondary range are not met, carrying out requirement matching within the tertiary range, and if the resources in the tertiary range are not met, directly purchasing the part which is not met. The invention performs demand distribution from the balance profit bank perspective, but does not form a set of comprehensive system for demand balance distribution and purchase examination, and can not reasonably examine the purchase demands of all levels of materials.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a power grid material storage management system, which can reduce the data statistics workload in the material plan management work, can reasonably plan and examine the purchasing demands at all levels, and has high material storage management efficiency.

The system is constructed on a power grid cloud, and a distributed service architecture is adopted. The distributed service architecture comprises a distributed service layer and a data layer, and is connected with county, city and province three-level systems (ERP and ECP systems) through interfaces to realize the reporting and examination of purchasing demands of three-level material departments, and balances the purchasing demands by using a balance interest base in the reporting process, so that the problems of asymmetric information and tedious manual statistics of all levels of systems are solved.
The system can reasonably plan and examine the purchasing requirements of all levels, the county-level purchasing request declaration needs to be examined sequentially through county-level interior, city-level and provincial levels, and the city-level purchasing request declaration needs to be examined sequentially through city-level interior and provincial levels. In the checking process, different purchasing requirements are checked for different purchasing modes, and the purchasing request checking efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the system also comprises a first-level unit reserve plan examination module, which is used for examining a first-level unit reserve plan sent by the market-level demand end and sending examination qualified information to the market-level demand end after the examination is passed; the city-level demand end sends a first-level material purchasing request to a first-level unit declaration module based on a first-level unit reserve plan; the primary unit reserve plan comprises a project material inventory and a technical specification corresponding to the primary unit project.

a power grid material storage management system can reasonably plan and inspect purchasing requirements of all levels, balance the purchasing requirements by utilizing a balance interest bank in the inspection process, optimize balance material storage and purchasing requirements and improve material storage management efficiency.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The invention relates to a power grid material reporting system which is realized based on a power grid cloud, wherein the power grid cloud adopts a distributed service architecture and comprises a distributed service layer and a data layer. The distributed service layer supports services of different service types and is divided into end processing services and non-end processing services. The end processing service deals with power grid out-of-cloud access, and different access modes correspond to different end processing services, such as a browser end accessing corresponding WEB end processing service and a desktop end accessing corresponding desktop end processing service. The end-processing service may invoke any non-end-processing service. The non-end processing services may invoke each other. The distributed service architecture is a distributed micro-service architecture and comprises a plurality of micro applications and micro services, project application examples are deployed on an ECS application server and integrated with a related service system through an interface, and data are integrated to an RDS database from an ODPS to realize data query and analysis.
The system of the invention utilizes the framework to construct a power grid material storage management system. Referring to fig. 1, the power grid material storage management system of the present invention includes a primary unit reporting module, a primary unit reviewing module, a secondary unit reporting module, a secondary unit reviewing module, a superior reviewing module, a protocol inventory reviewing module, and a bid procurement module. The first-level unit declaration module is used for receiving a first-level material purchasing request sent by a city-level demand end. The first-level material purchasing request comprises first-level engineering project information and first-level purchasing information. And the secondary unit declaration module is used for receiving a secondary material purchasing request sent by a county-level demand end. The second-level material purchasing request comprises second-level engineering project information and second-level purchasing information. The first-level engineering project and the second-level engineering project correspond to the engineering project of a first-level unit and the engineering project of a second-level unit respectively. The engineering projects all comprise engineering project names, such as 220kv design projects of a certain road section in Zhejiang province, and 110kv design projects of a certain road section in Huzhou city. The first-level purchasing information and the second-level purchasing information respectively correspond to purchasing information of a first-level unit and purchasing information of a second-level unit. The purchase information comprises purchase price, purchase mode, purchase category, purchase quantity, material information, technical specification ID and purchase price. And the purchasing information is determined according to the project material inventory information. The purchasing mode comprises national network agreement inventory, network province agreement inventory, national network centralized tender purchasing, network province centralized tender purchasing, single source purchasing and authorized purchasing. The purchasing category comprises equipment, materials, services, ownership, electric energy meter special items and the like. The first-level unit examination module examines a first-level material purchasing request sent by the first-level unit reporting module, a balance profit bank and a purchasing mode examination are sequentially carried out, and related requests are sent to a higher-level examination module, a bid inviting purchasing module and a protocol inventory examination module at a provincial-level demand end to carry out targeted purchasing examination according to the purchasing mode (see figure 2). The second-level unit examination module examines a second-level material purchasing request sent by the second-level unit declaration module, examines balance interest banks and purchasing modes in the second-level unit, directly performs targeted purchasing examination on the procurement modes authorized to entrust by the bidding procurement module at the provincial-level demand end, enters the first-level examination module for other purchasing types except the authorized entrust procurement modes to perform balanced interest bank examination of the first-level unit, and finally performs targeted purchasing examination on the upper-level module and the protocol inventory module according to the purchasing modes (see fig. 3).
Specifically, the primary unit examination module comprises a primary demand balance bank examination unit and a primary purchasing mode examination unit. The first-level demand balance interest bank examination unit is used for examining the first-level material purchasing request, carrying out first-level demand balance interest bank examination according to the first-level purchasing information, examining the material reserve quantity in the first-level unit reserve resource pool, determining the actual engineering project required quantity, and forming a new first-level material purchasing request. And then, the primary demand balance interest rate examination unit sends a new primary material purchasing request to a primary purchasing mode examination unit. The first-level purchasing mode examining unit is used for examining the purchasing mode of the first-level purchasing information in the new first-level material purchasing request: when the purchasing mode is single source purchasing or batch purchasing, a new primary material purchasing request is sent to a superior examination module; when the purchasing mode is authorized entrusted purchasing, a new primary material purchasing request is sent to the bid inviting purchasing module; and when the purchasing mode is protocol inventory purchasing, sending a new primary material purchasing request to the protocol inventory examination module. The process basically completes the first-level unit material purchasing request declaration flow chart (see fig. 2).
The first-level unit examination module also comprises a first-level unit demand unit, which is used for detecting whether the purchasing mode in the first-level purchasing information is protocol inventory purchasing or not when the first-level unit examination module receives a first-level material purchasing request, if so, merging the material demand quantity belonging to the protocol inventory purchasing, and if not, not merging; and then sending the combined primary material purchasing request or the uncombined primary material purchasing request to a primary demand balance interest bank examination unit. For example, the same materials in the national network agreement inventory are combined in the required quantity of the materials, and the same materials in the network province agreement inventory are combined in the required quantity of the materials.
Specifically, the secondary unit examination module comprises a secondary demand balance bank examination unit and a secondary purchasing mode examination unit. And the secondary demand balance interest bank examination unit is used for examining the secondary material purchasing request, carrying out secondary demand balance interest bank examination according to secondary purchasing information, examining the material reserve quantity in the secondary unit reserve resource pool, determining the actual engineering project demand quantity and forming a new secondary material purchasing request. And then, the secondary demand balance interest rate examination unit sends a new secondary material purchasing request to a secondary purchasing mode examination unit. The second-level purchasing mode examining unit is used for examining the purchasing mode of the second-level purchasing information in the new second-level material purchasing request: when the purchasing mode is single-source purchasing or batch purchasing, a new secondary material purchasing request is sent to the primary examination module, when the purchasing mode is authorized entrusting purchasing, the new secondary material purchasing request is sent to the bid inviting purchasing module, and when the purchasing mode is agreement inventory purchasing, the new secondary material purchasing request is sent to the primary examination module.
When the secondary purchasing mode is single-source purchasing or batch purchasing or agreement inventory purchasing, the primary examination module is required to be entered for examination. The material purchasing demand unit is used for classifying the purchasing materials of the first-level material purchasing request or the new second-level material purchasing request and performing different bid purchasing according to the material types. Wherein, the materials which are purchased in a matching way need to be purchased in a unified way. And after the classification of the material purchasing demand unit is finished, sending the material purchasing demand unit to a bid purchasing unit to perform bid purchasing according to the material category. The tender purchasing module further comprises a supplier unit, and the supplier unit stores a supplier list and materials corresponding to the material categories. And the tender purchasing unit tenders the corresponding materials to the related suppliers according to the storage information of the supplier unit to form purchasing data of the corresponding suppliers and sends the purchasing data to the suppliers.
The system also comprises a first-level unit reserve plan examination module which is used for examining the first-level unit reserve plan sent by the market-level demand end and sending examination qualified information to the market-level demand end after the examination is passed. The city-level demand end sends a first-level material purchasing request to a first-level unit declaration module based on a first-level unit reserve plan.
