Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a project management method is provided, which is applicable to a server and also applicable to a system including a terminal and a server, and is implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server. The terminal can be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers and portable wearable devices, and the server can be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers. In this embodiment, the project management method is implemented by a project management system using a computer device as a carrier, and specifically includes the following steps:

and S110, acquiring the requirement information of the research and development project, and determining the work type required by the research and development project according to the requirement information.

The requirement information of the research and development project is specific content to be realized by the research and development project or a problem to be solved by the research and development project. For example, in order to solve the problem of vehicle cost management opaqueness in developing a vehicle service platform, a corresponding research and development project can be named as a vehicle service platform project, and the requirement information of the vehicle service platform project is a service platform for solving the problem of vehicle cost management opaqueness. The job type here may be a post of a worker, for example, a system framework engineer, a front end development engineer, a Java development engineer, or the like.

Optionally, the salesperson establishes a management task of the research and development project by logging in the project management system, and inputs corresponding research and development project information including information such as a project number, a project name, a client name, and a project content description, and the project management system acquires requirement information of the research and development project from the research and development project information input by the user, and determines the work type, i.e., the post, of the worker required to complete the research and development project according to the requirement information. Optionally, the management task of the research and development project is to perform management of the whole life-cycle process of the research and development project from before sale, development and after sale for each client-specific development project.

Optionally, the project management system may perform intelligent analysis on the project content description text including the demand information to obtain the work type of the staff required to implement the demand information, for example, the work type of the staff required to implement the demand information is obtained in a manner of keyword recognition and matching. For example, the work category of the worker matched by the keywords "research and development" and "service platform" may be at least one of a system framework engineer, a front end development engineer, a Java development engineer, a UI design engineer, and a test engineer.

Optionally, the research and development project information may further include a project development stage corresponding to the research and development project, such as sales promotion, customer contact, scheme exchange, business process, and the like, and the current project development stage may be determined according to the selection input of the salesperson. And different project development stages are correspondingly linked to different predicted single rate, further, the predicted sales income of the project development stages can be calculated according to the predicted sales amount and the predicted single rate corresponding to the current project development stage, and the predicted sales income of the corresponding research and development projects is displayed on a task management interface of the project management system. For example, the current project development stage of the car use service platform project is project exchange, the expected yield rate of the project exchange is 60%, the expected sales of the development project is 60 ten thousand yuan, and the estimated sales income of the corresponding project start is 60 ten thousand × 60% — 36 ten thousand yuan.

Alternatively, after the management task of the research and development project is established and the establishment of the research and development project is confirmed, the salesperson may search for a designated worker in the staff information prestored in the project management system to join in the corresponding research and development project, so as to serve as an executive staff of the corresponding research and development project.

And S120, acquiring a plurality of personnel information, wherein the personnel information comprises the work types of the workers corresponding to the personnel information and the research and development projects currently responsible for the workers corresponding to the personnel information.

Optionally, the project management system pre-stores personnel information of the staff of each department, and the personnel information can be managed and deployed by the project management system. The staff information comprises the work type of the staff corresponding to the staff information and the currently responsible research and development project. Optionally, the project management system obtains all pre-stored personnel information, and may also determine a target department of required personnel according to the demand information, and further obtain personnel information of all the staff in the target department. For example, the project management system determines the target department of the required personnel as the software research and development department according to the requirement information of the vehicle service platform project, namely, providing a service platform for solving the problem of opaque vehicle cost management, and the project management system correspondingly acquires the personnel information of all the staff in the software research and development department.

Optionally, the staff information may specifically include related contents such as a name, a client, a progress, a start time, a work time for completing each work task, and an expected end time of the development project for which the corresponding staff is currently responsible. And under the condition that the personnel information comprises the working time of the corresponding staff for completing each working task in each research and development project, performing individual performance assessment on the staff according to the working time of the corresponding staff for completing each working task in each research and development project and the performance assessment of the department of the staff, and determining the individual work saturation of each staff and the department work saturation of the department of the staff.

Optionally, the staff information further includes basic information of staff corresponding to the staff information, such as name, age, contact information, academic calendar, profession, year of employment, post level, and the like, and may be created and updated by corresponding staff or management staff.

And S130, determining executive personnel of the research and development project from the staff corresponding to the staff information according to the work type and the staff information required by the research and development project.

Optionally, the project management system matches the work type required by the research and development project with the acquired multiple pieces of staff information, so as to filter out staff corresponding to the staff information including the work type matched with the work type required by the research and development project from the multiple pieces of staff information, and use the staff as candidate staff, then count the number of the research and development projects currently responsible by each candidate staff, and determine the candidate staff with the smallest number of the currently responsible research and development projects as an executive staff for executing the research and development projects.

Optionally, after screening out the candidate staff with the smallest number of currently responsible research and development projects from the candidate staff, the project management system may recommend the screened candidate staff to the project staff, and receive an adjustment operation of the screened candidate staff by the project staff to determine an executive staff of the research and development projects. For example, the project leader may comprehensively consider project arrangement, personal conditions, and other factors, delete some candidate workers automatically screened by the system, or add some candidate workers not recommended by the system, and finally obtain the executive staff of the research and development project.

In this embodiment, the project management method determines the work type required for completing the research and development project according to the demand information by obtaining the demand information of the research and development project, obtains the multiple pieces of staff information including the work type to which the staff corresponding to the staff information belongs and the currently responsible research and development project, and determines the executive staff of the research and development project from the staff corresponding to the multiple pieces of staff information according to the work type and the multiple pieces of staff information required for the research and development project, so as to implement reasonable allocation of the research and development project, assist the manager in selecting suitable staff to allocate to corresponding work posts, and improve the project management efficiency while meeting the requirement of suitable staff for post management.

In an embodiment, to improve the reasonableness of determining the executive corresponding to the research and development project to promote the research and development progress, the staff information further includes the work tasks of the research and development project that the staff reports and is responsible for and the work duration for completing the corresponding work task, each research and development project includes at least one work task, as shown in fig. 2, the S130 includes:

s210, screening candidate workers of which the work types are matched with the work types required by the research and development project from the workers corresponding to the plurality of personnel information.

Specifically, the project management system extracts the work types in the multiple personnel information, compares the obtained work types required by the research and development project with the extracted work types, and screens out the candidate workers of the work types corresponding to the multiple personnel information, wherein the work types are matched with the work types required by the research and development project, namely the candidate workers of the work types required by the research and development project are included in the corresponding personnel information. For example, the work types extracted from the information of the multiple personnel include a system framework engineer, a front-end development engineer, a Java development engineer, a C + + development engineer, a data development engineer, a UI design engineer and a test engineer, the work types required for developing the project include the front-end development engineer, the Java development engineer and the test engineer, and the project management system determines the multiple corresponding personnel information including the work types as the front-end development engineer, the Java development engineer and the test engineer as candidate personnel.

S220, determining the historical working time length of the candidate staff in the preset historical time length according to the working time length of the corresponding staff for completing each working task in the currently responsible research and development project for the staff information of the candidate staff comprising the same work type.

Optionally, the historical working duration includes an average working duration of the worker completing one working task in the responsible research and development project within a preset historical duration, or a total working duration of the worker completing all working tasks in the responsible research and development project within the preset historical duration.

Optionally, the project management system divides the staff information of the candidate staff according to the work category, and calculates, for the staff information of the candidate staff including the same work category, an average work duration for the staff to complete one work task in the responsible research and development project within a preset historical work duration, or a total work duration for completing all work tasks in the responsible research and development project.

And S230, determining the candidate staff with the minimum historical working time as the executive staff of the research and development project.

Specifically, the project management system determines that the candidate worker with the minimum average working time for completing one working task in the responsible research and development project is the executive worker of the research and development project, or the project management system determines that the candidate worker with the minimum total working time for completing all working tasks in the responsible research and development project is the executive worker of the research and development project, that is, the candidate worker with the highest working efficiency or the lowest working degree is selected as the executive worker of the research and development project.

In this embodiment, the project management method screens candidate workers of a work type matched with a work type required by a research and development project from among workers corresponding to a plurality of worker information, determines a historical work duration of the candidate workers within a preset historical time duration according to a work duration of each work task in the research and development project for which the corresponding worker completes the current responsibility, and further determines the candidate worker with the smallest historical work duration as an executive of the research and development project, so that the candidate worker with the highest work efficiency or the candidate worker with the lowest work efficiency is selected as the executive of the research and development project, thereby improving the rationality of determining the executive corresponding to the research and development project and further promoting the research and development progress.

In one embodiment, the project management method further includes a project settlement process, specifically including an automatic settlement process of the development cost of the development project, the profitability of the project, and the project prize money of the executives participating in each development project, as shown in fig. 3, and the method further includes:

and S310, carrying out cost calculation on the research and development project according to the material cost and the personnel cost of the research and development project to obtain the research and development cost of the research and development project.

The personnel cost is determined by the working time of the executive personnel of the research and development project for actually completing the research and development project.

Specifically, the project management system obtains the expenditure of the user for the corresponding research and development project, for example, the purchase expense and the travel expense of the software/hardware device, takes the expenditure of the expenditure as the material cost of the corresponding research and development project, and determines the personnel cost according to the working duration of the executive personnel of the research and development project to actually complete the research and development project, for example, after the research and development project is actually completed, the total working duration of all the executive personnel of the corresponding research and development project is counted and multiplied by the cost unit price to obtain the personnel cost of completing the corresponding research and development project, and the sum of the material cost and the personnel cost is calculated to obtain the research and development cost of the corresponding research and development project.

And S320, determining the project prize of the executive personnel of the research and development project according to the research and development cost and the actual sales volume of the research and development project.

Optionally, after the product corresponding to the research and development project is sold, the salesperson may enter an actual sales amount of the corresponding research and development project through the project management system, and the project management system determines a project prize money of each executive participating in the corresponding research and development project according to the entered actual sales amount and the calculated research and development cost.

In an alternative embodiment, to improve the rationality of the bonus allocation for the project, as shown in fig. 4, the above S320 includes:

and S410, calculating the project profit of the research and development project by adopting the research and development cost and the actual sales.

Specifically, the project management system obtains the project profit of the corresponding research and development project by subtracting the research and development cost from the actual sales.

And S420, acquiring the post, the post level and the working year of the executive personnel and determining the proportion of the bonus corresponding to the executive personnel.

Specifically, the project management system extracts the post, the post level and the working year of the executor corresponding to the research and development project, and determines the bonus proportion of the executor participating in the corresponding research and development project according to the corresponding relationship between the preset post, the post level, the working year and the bonus proportion.

And S430, determining the project bonus of the executive staff according to the project profit and the bonus proportion.

Specifically, for each executive in the development project, the project management system multiplies the assignable part in the project profit by the prize proportion corresponding to the executive to obtain the project prize of the executive in the corresponding development project. For example, the project profit of the development project a is calculated to be 10 ten thousand yuan, the corresponding assignable portion is 1 ten thousand yuan which is 10% of the project profit, the executive personnel corresponding to the development project a includes executive personnel 1 to 5, the corresponding prize proportions are 40%, 30%, 10%, 10%, and 10%, accordingly, the project prize of the executive personnel 1 is 1 ten thousand yuan by 40% to 4000 yuan, the project prize of the executive personnel 2 is 1 ten thousand yuan by 30% to 3000 yuan, and the project prizes of the executive personnel 3 to 5 are all 1 ten thousand yuan by 10% to 1000 yuan.

In this embodiment, the project management method performs cost calculation on the research project through the material cost and the personnel cost of the research project to obtain the research and development cost of the research and development project, further determines the project bonus of the executive personnel of the research and development project according to the research and development cost and the actual sales volume of the research and development project, specifically calculates the project profit of the research and development project by using the research and development cost and the actual sales volume, and obtains the position, the position level and the entry years of the executive personnel to determine the bonus proportion of the bonus corresponding executive personnel, and determines the project bonus of the executive personnel according to the project profit and the bonus proportion, so that the project bonus of the executive personnel participating in the research and development project is automatically determined, and the determination of the bonus proportion integrates the comprehensive consideration of the executive personnel in the aspects of the position, the position level and the entry years, and further improves the reasonability of project bonus allocation.

In an embodiment, the project management method further includes an overdue early warning for the development cost to remind an executive of the corresponding development project to control the development cost, as shown in fig. 5, and the method further includes:

s510, determining a plurality of development stages of the development project and the estimated cost of each development stage.

Specifically, an executive carries out research and development stage division on a responsible research and development project by logging in a project management system, and inputs the corresponding estimated cost of each research and development stage, and the project management system acquires the research and development stages divided by the executive and the corresponding estimated cost of each research and development stage. For example, the development phase can be divided into a system building phase, a main body development phase, an interface design phase, an integration debugging phase and a running test phase according to specific development work.

And S520, calculating the current research and development cost according to the material cost and the personnel cost consumed when the research and development project is carried out to the current research and development stage.

Optionally, the executive personnel logs in the current research and development stage of the research and development project through the project management system, or the project management system determines the current research and development stage of the research and development project at the current moment according to the work tasks logged in by the executive personnel, and the project management system obtains the sum of the material cost and the personnel cost consumed by the corresponding research and development project before the current moment as the current research and development cost. For example, if the project management system performs interface animation design according to a work task which is input by an executive and is closest to the current time, the current research and development stage of the research and development project by the current time is determined as an interface design stage, and the sum of the material cost and the personnel cost consumed by the corresponding research and development project before the current time is obtained to obtain the current research and development cost of the research and development project.

S530, comparing the current research and development cost with the estimated cost corresponding to the current research and development stage, and outputting early warning information if the current research and development cost is larger than the estimated cost.

Wherein the early warning information is used to indicate that the current development cost is beyond expectations.

Specifically, the project management system obtains the estimated cost corresponding to the current research and development stage of the corresponding research and development project, compares the current research and development cost with the estimated cost corresponding to the current research and development stage, and determines whether to output the early warning information according to the comparison result. For example, the current research and development stage is an interface design stage, the corresponding estimated cost is 80% of the preset total estimated cost, and if the current research and development cost is greater than 80% of the preset total estimated cost (the estimated cost corresponding to the interface design stage), the project management system outputs an early warning message to prompt that the current research and development cost of the current research and development stage exceeds the expectation.

In this embodiment, the project management system calculates the current research and development cost according to the material cost and the personnel cost consumed by the research and development project in the current research and development stage and the estimated cost of each research and development stage by determining the multiple research and development stages of the research and development project, and then compares the current research and development cost with the estimated cost corresponding to the current research and development stage, and if the current research and development cost is greater than the estimated cost, outputs the early warning information to prompt the executive that the current research and development cost of the current research and development stage exceeds the expected cost, and timely performs in-flight early warning, thereby being beneficial for the executive to reasonably control the research and development cost of the later stage and avoiding the research and development cost exceeding the expected cost.

In an embodiment, the project management method further includes feedback and resolution of an after-sales problem, and as shown in fig. 6, the method further includes:

s610, acquiring the after-sale problem of the research and development project, analyzing the after-sale problem, and determining the target work type for solving the after-sale problem.

Specifically, after-sales personnel enter the after-sales problems of the corresponding research and development projects by logging in the project management system, and the project management system performs keyword recognition on the after-sales problems to obtain target work types for solving the after-sales problems. For example, the after-sales problem acquired by the project management system is that the interface taskbar name is not fully displayed, the keyword "interface" is recognized and "displayed", and the target type for solving the after-sales problem is identified as the UI design engineer.

And S620, determining an after-sales resolvent matched with the target work type from executive personnel of the research and development project.

S630, sending the after-sale problem to equipment of the after-sale solver, and prompting the after-sale solver to determine a solution of the after-sale problem.

S640, receiving a solution from the equipment of the after-sales resolvers.
