1. A method for efficiently approving a business form is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1: obtaining form information of the form to be approved, and determining an approval node of the form to be approved according to the form information;

s2: determining a preset approval field of the form to be approved at an approval node to be reached;

s3: sending a plurality of content fields corresponding to preset approval fields of the approval nodes to be reached in the form to be approved to corresponding approval terminals;

s4: and the approval terminal generates a target form to be approved by the approval node according to the plurality of content field units.

2. The method for efficiently approving business forms as claimed in claim 1, wherein step S1 is preceded by the steps of:

setting the approval nodes of various forms and the approval roles corresponding to the approval nodes;

each approval object associated with each approval role is granted with the approval field corresponding to the approval node and the authority of the form style of the approval node;

and receiving and storing the examination and approval fields of the type of forms set by the examination and approval objects in the corresponding examination and approval nodes.

3. The method for efficient approval of a business form of claim 1, wherein the form information comprises form type, form applicant information, and form content fields.

4. The method for efficient approval of a business form of claim 1, further comprising:

the method comprises the steps that an approval terminal determines the page length of a target form generated corresponding to a plurality of content fields to be approved;

and judging whether the page length of the target form exceeds the height of a preset display area, if so, allowing the page to execute a longitudinal automatic rolling instruction, and if not, displaying the target form of the approval node in the preset display area.

5. The method for efficiently approving a business form as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S4 specifically comprises:

and the examination and approval terminal acquires a form style preset by the examination and approval node, wherein the form style comprises cells mapped by each examination and approval field.

when the approver executes the page automatic scroll bar, the target form executes page scrolling according to the prestored page automatic scroll parameters;

the automatic page scrolling parameter is generated by inputting parameter setting by an approver, or page change parameter information recorded when the approver manually scrolls the page to approve the form is used as the automatic page scrolling parameter.

7. The business form efficient approval method of claim 1, further comprising,

obtaining the approval results of all approval nodes, and packaging and sending the approval results and a plurality of content field units corresponding to the preset approval fields of the next approval node to the corresponding next approval terminal;

and the next approval terminal generates a target form according to the plurality of content field units and displays the target form and the approval result in columns.

8. The business form efficient approval method of claim 7, further comprising:

determining an approval object of each approval node according to the approval nodes of the form to be approved;

establishing an approval flow chart including each approval node and the corresponding approval object, and feeding the approval flow chart back to the application end for displaying;

acquiring the examination and approval results and associated file records of the current examination and approval nodes in real time;

and updating the examination and approval flow chart according to the examination and approval result and the associated file record, wherein the associated file record in the examination and approval flow chart can be consulted.

9. A system for efficient approval of business forms, comprising: server and approval terminal, the server includes:

the acquisition module is used for acquiring the form information of the forms to be approved;

the first determining module is used for determining the approval nodes of the forms to be approved according to the form information;

the second determination module is used for determining the preset approval field of the form to be approved at the approval node to be reached;

the third determining module is used for determining a plurality of content fields corresponding to the preset approval fields of the approval nodes to be reached in the form to be approved;

the sending module is used for sending the determined content fields to the corresponding approval terminals;

and the approval terminal generates a target form to be approved by the approval node according to the plurality of content field units.

The efficient approval system for business forms of claim 9, wherein the approval terminal is further configured to determine a page length of a target form generated corresponding to a plurality of content fields to be approved; and judging whether the page length of the target form exceeds the height of a preset display area, if so, allowing the page to execute a longitudinal automatic rolling instruction, and if not, displaying the target form of the approval node in the preset display area.

Background

With the continuous development of society, the internet is widely applied to daily life, study and work of people, and various daily matters of people can be processed and presented through the internet. The method is implemented by establishing an approval workflow aiming at application scenes such as collaborative office, article acceptance, multi-person decision and the like in various management processes in enterprise and public institution units and government institutions; for example, when an employee leaves, a job-leaving application workflow needs to be submitted.

Specifically, the business process applicant submits business approval on line to trigger a responding business approval workflow, and each business approval node in the business approval workflow completes corresponding business approval. However, since the contents of the auditors of the respective approval nodes are different, when the contents of the business approval forms are more, the auditors of the respective business approval nodes spend a lot of time to search the contents of the respective approval, so that the efficiency of the approval work is low, the auditors are easily fatigued, the time of the auditors is wasted, and the fatigue of the auditors causes the work efficiency and the work quality to be greatly reduced.

In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, a method for efficiently approving a business form is provided, including:

s1: obtaining form information of the form to be approved, and determining an approval node of the form to be approved according to the form information;

the acquisition module is used for acquiring the form information of the forms to be approved;

the first determining module is used for determining the approval nodes of the forms to be approved according to the form information;

the second determination module is used for determining the preset approval field of the form to be approved at the approval node to be reached;

the third determining module is used for determining a plurality of content fields corresponding to the preset approval fields of the approval nodes to be reached in the form to be approved;

the sending module is used for sending the determined content fields to the corresponding approval terminals;

and the approval terminal generates a target form to be approved by the approval node according to the plurality of content field units.

Furthermore, the approval terminal is also used for determining the page length of a target form generated corresponding to a plurality of content fields to be approved; and judging whether the page length of the target form exceeds the height of a preset display area, if so, allowing the page to execute a longitudinal automatic rolling instruction, and if not, displaying the target form of the approval node in the preset display area.

The technical scheme of the invention divides and combines the forms to be approved and sends the forms to the approval terminals corresponding to the approval nodes according to the preset approval fields of the approval nodes, thereby saving the requirement of data transmission amount, reducing the content of the approval fields of the approval nodes, reducing the look-up workload of an approver and improving the working efficiency of the approver; in addition, the approval terminal determines whether the automatic page scrolling function is started or not according to the page length of the newly generated target form, an approver can check all the contents of the target form without manual operation, and the user experience is good and the auditing efficiency is high.

In order to facilitate the understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention for those skilled in the art, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings attached to the specification.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment discloses a method for efficiently approving a business form, which includes:

s1: obtaining form information of the form to be approved, and determining an approval node of the form to be approved according to the form information;

in the embodiment of the invention, the form information comprises form type, form applicant information and form content fields. The form type can be a public vehicle application form, a seal application business form and the like in a government organization; the method can be used for enterprise management business processes such as employee leave approval process chart sheets, article receiving approval business forms and the like. The form applicant information may include the form applicant name, the department to which it belongs, and the like.

In the embodiment of the present invention, before implementing step S1, the method further includes: setting the approval nodes of various forms and the approval roles corresponding to the approval nodes; each approval object associated with each approval role is granted with the approval field corresponding to the approval node and the authority of the form style of the approval node; and receiving and storing the examination and approval fields of the type of forms set by the examination and approval objects in the corresponding examination and approval nodes.

Taking a public vehicle application approval service as an example, a system administrator firstly sets each approval node of a public vehicle application form, wherein each approval node comprises a first-level node, a second-level node and a third-level node, an approval role corresponding to the first-level node is a principal of an application department, an approval role corresponding to the second-level node is a management leader of a public vehicle, and an approval role of the third-level approval node is a dispatcher; certainly, the configuration of the approval role of the approval node can be configured differently according to different business management; in the embodiment of the invention, each approval role corresponds to at least one approval object, and for example, application department responsible persons including office responsible persons, technical department responsible persons, financial department responsible persons and the like can be approval objects; the number of the branch management leaders of the public vehicle can be one; the dispatcher can be one or more (i.e. one or more approval objects); the examination and approval objects of various forms can be provided with examination and approval fields corresponding to examination and approval nodes and examination and approval form styles, wherein the form styles can be automatically established in the personal system interface of the examination and approval objects or externally imported; the form style needs to include an approval field which needs to be approved by the approval object and a corresponding cell position. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the width of the preset display area of the approval terminal is greater than or equal to the width of the form style, so that the horizontal viewing operation of the approval object is reduced, and the review efficiency is improved.

S2: determining a preset approval field of the form to be approved at an approval node to be reached;

s3: sending a plurality of content fields corresponding to preset approval fields of the approval nodes to be reached in the form to be approved to corresponding approval terminals;

The plurality of content fields corresponding to the preset approval fields which are about to reach the approval nodes in the form to be approved comprise: the name of the applicant: plum four; the applicant department: a finance department; the traffic information is as follows: participating in a trade meeting; the number of people using the vehicle: 2 persons. And other content fields irrelevant to the approval node in the public vehicle application form are not used as the current sending object.

S4: and the approval terminal generates a target form to be approved by the approval node according to the plurality of content field units. Specifically, the examination and approval terminal obtains a form style preset by the examination and approval node, wherein the form style comprises cells mapped by each examination and approval field. And matching the obtained content field unit to a corresponding cell in a form style to generate a target form.

Because the examination and approval content fields of each examination and approval node are different, and the set form styles are also different, the display page lengths of the form styles in the examination and approval terminal are also different, and in order to enable an examination and approval object to quickly look up the contents of the form to be examined and approved, the embodiment of the invention further comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that an approval terminal determines the page length of a target form generated corresponding to a plurality of content fields to be approved; judging whether the page length of the target form exceeds the height of a preset display area, if so, allowing a longitudinal automatic rolling instruction of the page to be executed, and if not, displaying the target form of the approval node in the preset display area; in the embodiment of the invention, the widths of all the target forms are not more than the width of the preset display area of the approval terminal.

In the embodiment of the invention, the preset display area is an area which is defined in a display screen of the approval terminal and is used for displaying the target form, when the length of the target form is greater than the height of the preset display area, the target form needs to be rolled up and down to enable the contents of all the fields of the target form to be rolled and displayed in the preset display area. Of course, the display interface of the target form further includes a vertical scroll bar for manual execution, and the approval object can be manually operated to perform the scroll review of the target form.

When the approver executes the page automatic scroll bar, the target form executes page scrolling according to the prestored page automatic scroll parameters; the page automatic rolling parameter can be generated by setting an approver input parameter, and comprises a rolling rate (rolling length/rolling time) or page change parameter information recorded when the approver manually rolls a page to approve the form as the page automatic rolling parameter; specifically, a personal interface corresponding to an approval object in the approval terminal is provided with a setting window for setting a page automatic rolling parameter corresponding to an approval node, and when an approver selects the setting of the page automatic rolling parameter, the interface provides a self-setting parameter and/or takes the recorded speed parameter of the last manual rolling page as the page automatic rolling parameter. Specifically, when an approver reviews and checks a certain target form, the approval terminal records the rolling length of the target form in unit time to obtain the rolling rate.

In the embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps: obtaining the approval results of all approval nodes, and packaging and sending the approval results and a plurality of content field units corresponding to the preset approval fields of the next approval node to the corresponding next approval terminal; and the next approval terminal generates a target form according to the plurality of content field units and displays the target form and the approval result in columns. Specifically, the target form is displayed in a preset display area of the next approval terminal, and the approval result can be displayed in a display column outside the preset display area, so that an approver can conveniently and differently view the approval result and the target form.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to make the pending form applicant know the approval progress and improve the user experience, the method further includes: determining an approval object of each approval node according to the approval nodes of the form to be approved; establishing an approval flow chart including each approval node and the corresponding approval object, and feeding the approval flow chart back to the application end for displaying; preferably, the examination and approval results and the associated file records of all current examination and approval nodes are obtained in real time; and updating the examination and approval flow chart according to the examination and approval result and the associated file record, wherein the associated file record in the examination and approval flow chart can be consulted. If the approval object of one approval node fails in the approval result, synchronization can provide a reason for failing or upload a failed basis file, the approval result and the related basis file are displayed synchronously through the approval flow chart, the approval flow chart provides a viewing inlet according to the file, and the applicant can look up the file content.

Example 2

The embodiment of the invention provides a high-efficiency approval system for a business form, which comprises the following steps: server 1 and approval terminal 2, server 1 includes:

the acquisition module is used for acquiring the form information of the forms to be approved;

the first determining module is used for determining the approval nodes of the forms to be approved according to the form information;

the second determination module is used for determining the preset approval field of the form to be approved at the approval node to be reached;

the third determining module is used for determining a plurality of content fields corresponding to the preset approval fields of the approval nodes to be reached in the form to be approved;

the sending module is used for sending the determined content fields to the corresponding approval terminals;

and the approval terminal 2 generates a target form to be approved by the approval node according to the plurality of content field units. The approval terminal 2 is also used for determining the page length of a target form generated corresponding to a plurality of content fields to be approved; and judging whether the page length of the target form exceeds the height of a preset display area, if so, allowing the page to execute a longitudinal automatic rolling instruction, and if not, displaying the target form of the approval node in the preset display area.

According to the technical scheme, the to-be-approved forms are split and combined according to the preset approval fields of the preset approval nodes and are sent to the approval terminals of the corresponding approval nodes, so that the requirement on data transmission quantity is saved, the content of the approval fields of the approval nodes is reduced, and the working efficiency of an approver is improved; in addition, the approval terminal determines whether the longitudinal automatic rolling function of the page is started or not according to the page length of the newly generated target form, an approver does not need to manually check all the form contents, and the user experience is good and the auditing efficiency is high.
