the travel order distribution unit is used for distributing the travel orders to the corresponding land society of the ith station so as to enable the corresponding land society of the ith station to confirm and/or additionally enter the travel orders.

The group collaboration system of claim 1, wherein the group information comprises a site name, a travel route, a group number and a group time period corresponding to each of the travel attractions, and the determining the group service corresponding to the ith site from the group information of the plurality of travel services according to the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site comprises:
selecting a travel agency which meets the group connecting conditions from a plurality of travel agencies, wherein the group connecting conditions comprise that the site name is the same as the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site is the same;
displaying the travel agencies meeting the group joining conditions and the corresponding site names, the travel routes and the group joining number and the group joining time periods corresponding to each travel scenic spot in the travel routes for the group agencies to select;
and taking the travel agency selected by the group agency as a corresponding ground agency of the ith site.
3. The team collaboration system of claim 1, further comprising a geo-social response module, the geo-social response module comprising:
a local social receiving unit, configured to receive the itinerary additionally entered by the local social corresponding to the ith station or receive the itinerary received by the local social corresponding to the ith station;
and the group information maintenance module is used for updating the group information of the group service corresponding to the ith site according to the travel information of the travel list received by the group service corresponding to the ith site or updating the group information of the group service corresponding to the ith site according to the travel information of the travel list received by the group service corresponding to the ith site.
4. The group collaboration system of claim 1, further comprising a contract information confirmation module for confirming a cooperative contract of both parties with one or more ground-contact agents, the cooperative contract being effective after confirmation of both parties.
5. The group collaboration system of claim 4, wherein the groundwork screening unit is further configured to determine, from the plurality of travel agencies, a groundwork agency having a merge-group collaboration with the group agency according to a collaboration contract between each travel.
6. The team collaboration system of any of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a collaborative posting travel itinerary viewing module for receiving retrieved information related to travel itineraries and displaying travel itineraries corresponding to the retrieved information.
7. A method for group collaboration, the method comprising:
receiving a travel list input by a group agency, wherein the travel list comprises a plurality of sites and a travel route corresponding to each site in the plurality of sites;
determining a place social service corresponding to the ith site from the group information of the plurality of travel agents according to the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site, wherein I is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to I, and I is the total number of sites in the travel list;
and distributing the itinerary to the affiliate community corresponding to the ith site so as to enable the affiliate community corresponding to the ith site to confirm and/or additionally enter the itinerary.
8. The group collaboration method of claim 7, wherein the group information comprises a site name, a travel route, a group number and a group time period corresponding to each of the travel attractions, and the determining the group service corresponding to the ith site from the group information of the plurality of travel services according to the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site comprises:
selecting a travel agency which meets the group connecting conditions from a plurality of travel agencies, wherein the group connecting conditions comprise that the site name is the same as the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site is the same;
displaying the travel agencies meeting the group joining conditions and the corresponding site names, the travel routes and the group joining number and the group joining time periods corresponding to each travel scenic spot in the travel routes for the group agencies to select;
and taking the travel agency selected by the group agency as a corresponding ground agency of the ith site.
9. A terminal device, characterized in that it comprises a memory and a processor, said memory storing a computer program which, when run on said processor, performs the group collaboration method of claim 7 or 8.
10. A readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program which, when run on a processor, performs the group collaboration method of claim 7 or 8.
Background
With the improvement of the national living standard, the tourism industry is unprecedentedly developed. The construction of the intelligent tourism is imperative, and the data processing becomes a key problem if the construction of the intelligent tourism can be realized. The collection and processing of travel information is typically accomplished by the travel agency filing the itinerary.
However, the existing travel itinerary report does not support report by taking state city as a site, the travel information is poured in large-segment characters, and the problem of inaccurate report information exists. And further, data standards acquired by the traditional information platform in the tourism industry are inconsistent, disordered and difficult to integrate, and valuable journey data cannot be provided for passengers and governments.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention proposes a group collaboration system, method, terminal device, and readable storage medium.
In the present application, a group agency refers to a local travel agency at a certain travel destination who obtains a first group of travel destinations and makes an electronic team game contract with the group of travelers, and the group agency provides a service as the first family of the travel destinations for the travelers, and has a global independent group or a group of local agencies that transfer the travelers to a cooperative relationship at the travel destination site. The local social service refers to a travel agency which is in contract with the group agency, the local social service and the group agency have a fixed cooperative relationship in practice, the cooperative relationship can be pre-entered into a group cooperation system, the mode of entering the cooperative relationship comprises entering the cooperative relationship into the group cooperation system directly or entering the cooperative relationship through the group cooperation system, and any one local social service serves as a travel agency for reception of secondary or next group transfer tourists of the group agency in the practical cooperative relationship. One or more affiliates may exist in a travel itinerary, depending on the affiliate capabilities of the affiliate and its co-relationship with existing affiliates. The group society and the land societies are pre-signed cooperative relations, namely the group society and the land societies determine the cooperative relations in advance, and the group society can select the corresponding land societies with cooperation in the process of recording the travel itinerary. It is understood that a travel agency may be a group agency or a land-line agency in the group collaboration system.
The application provides a group cooperation system, which comprises a group information maintenance module and a group community distribution module;

The group collaboration system of the present application, the group information includes a site name, a travel route, and a group number and a group time period corresponding to each tourist attraction in the travel route, and the group information corresponding to the ith site is determined from the group information of the plurality of travel agencies according to the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site, including:
selecting a travel agency which meets the group connecting conditions from a plurality of travel agencies, wherein the group connecting conditions comprise that the site name is the same as the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site is the same;
displaying the travel agencies meeting the group joining conditions and the corresponding site names, the travel routes and the group joining number and the group joining time periods corresponding to each travel scenic spot in the travel routes for the group agencies to select;
and taking the travel agency selected by the group agency as a corresponding ground agency of the ith site.
The group collaboration system further comprises a response module, wherein the response module comprises:
a local social receiving unit, configured to receive the itinerary additionally entered by the local social corresponding to the ith station or receive the itinerary received by the local social corresponding to the ith station;
and the group information maintenance module is used for updating the group information of the group service corresponding to the ith site according to the travel information of the travel list received by the group service corresponding to the ith site or updating the group information of the group service corresponding to the ith site according to the travel information of the travel list received by the group service corresponding to the ith site.
The group collaboration system further comprises a contract information confirmation module, wherein the contract information confirmation module is used for confirming the cooperative contracts of the group society and one or more ground-contact agents, and the cooperative contracts take effect after the confirmation of the two parties.
The group collaboration system is characterized in that the group collaboration unit is further used for determining the group social having the merge group collaboration relation with the group social from a plurality of travel agencies according to the collaboration contracts among the travels.
The group collaboration system further comprises a collaborative reporting travel list viewing module, wherein the collaborative reporting travel list viewing module is used for receiving retrieval information related to the travel list and displaying the travel list corresponding to the retrieval information.
The application provides a group cooperation method, which comprises the following steps:
receiving a travel list input by a group agency, wherein the travel list comprises a plurality of sites and a travel route corresponding to each site in the plurality of sites;
determining a place social service corresponding to the ith site from the group information of the plurality of travel agents according to the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site, wherein I is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to I, and I is the total number of sites in the travel list;
and distributing the itinerary to the affiliate community corresponding to the ith site so as to enable the affiliate community corresponding to the ith site to confirm and/or additionally enter the itinerary.
The group collaboration method of the present application, where the group information includes a site name, a travel route, and a group number and a group time period corresponding to each of the travel attractions in the travel route, and the determining, according to the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site, a group service corresponding to the ith site from the group service information of the plurality of travel services includes:

The present application further proposes a terminal device, comprising a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program executes the group collaboration method described in the present application when running on the processor.
The present application also proposes a readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when run on a processor, performs the group collaboration method described herein.

On one hand, the method realizes that a plurality of travel agencies collaboratively input the same travel itinerary through a group collaboration system, ensures the formed data format of the record to be uniform, and is convenient for management and checking; on the other hand, the land societies corresponding to each site are determined from the periodically updated land societies information of the plurality of travel agencies, each land societies selected by the group society can be guaranteed to receive the land societies distributed by the group society, the situation that the land societies selected by the group society cannot bear the land societies is avoided, the land societies with cooperative relationships are not required to be sequentially inquired by the group society through a telephone or short message mode, and the recording efficiency of the travel itinerary is effectively improved.

The application provides a group cooperation system, wherein travel agencies (including a group agency and a plurality of land agencies) with a merging group relation in the same travel list can edit and confirm team travel information by the group cooperation system.
The group society and the ground society of the merging group cooperative relationship existing in the same travel list can jointly input and confirm the travel information under the corresponding responsible site through the group cooperation system. Exemplarily, two cases are distinguished: (1) the group society independently completes all the site information of the journey and sends corresponding site with group confirmation information to the local society, and the local society directly receives and confirms the information; (2) and the group society only inputs the information under the own group station, and the local community finishes the input and confirmation of the corresponding stroke information of the group station. Furthermore, each travel agency can utilize the grouping information periodically updated by the grouping cooperation system, so that the grouping agencies can screen and select the travel agencies meeting the grouping conditions from a plurality of travel agencies with the merging-grouping cooperative relationship through the grouping cooperation system.
Example 1
One embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, proposes a group collaboration system 100 including a group information maintenance module 110 and a group community distribution module 120.
The information maintaining module 110 is configured to receive and store updated information of the travel agencies. For example, the pickup information maintenance module 110 may receive pickup information entered by each travel agency in an upload entry manner or a fill-in entry manner. Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2A, the travel agency may select a new travel report on the group collaboration system 100, and may select a travel information report under the new travel report, where the travel information report includes a group information report, and referring to fig. 2B, the group information includes a site name, a travel route, and a group number and a group time period corresponding to each travel sight spot in the travel route. Each travel agency may update the affiliate information at any time with the affiliate information maintenance module 110 of the group collaboration system 100.
Further, the affiliate information maintenance module 110 is further configured to periodically check the update frequency of each travel agency, and send a reminding message to the travel agencies with the update frequency lower than the set frequency threshold, so as to prompt each travel agency to maintain respective affiliate information in time, and ensure that the affiliate information of each travel agency has a certain invalidity, so that the affiliate screening unit 122 can accurately determine an affiliate meeting the condition from the affiliate information periodically updated by the travel agencies.
Wherein, the group community distribution module 120 includes: a group agency receiving unit 121, a ground agency screening unit 122, and a travel itinerary distribution unit 123.
The group society receiving unit 121 is configured to receive a travel itinerary entered by the group society, where the travel itinerary includes a plurality of sites and a travel route corresponding to each of the plurality of sites. It is to be understood that the group society can also select, by using the group society reception unit 121, information such as hotels, guides, and visitors entering each sight spot in the travel route corresponding to each site. Information such as hotels, guides, and visitors at each scenic spot in the travel route corresponding to each site may be distributed to and entered by the local affiliate.
And the social contact filtering unit 122 is configured to determine a social contact corresponding to the ith site from the group information of the multiple travel agencies according to the ith site and the travel route corresponding to the ith site, where I is greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to I, and I is the total number of sites in the itinerary.
And the itinerary distribution unit 123 is configured to distribute the itinerary to the affiliate corresponding to the ith station so that the affiliate corresponding to the ith station confirms and/or additionally enters the itinerary.
For example, each site may be a city or a state, the group society may enter a travel itinerary through the group cooperation system 100, and the group society receiving unit 121 may receive the travel itinerary entered by the group society, so that the local social filtering unit 122 may determine a local social corresponding to each site from the group information of the plurality of travel agencies according to the travel route corresponding to each site of the travel itinerary. It can be understood that the land societies corresponding to each site are determined from the periodically updated land societies information of a plurality of travel agencies, each selected land societies can be guaranteed to receive the land societies distributed by the group society, the situation that the land societies selected by the group society cannot bear the land societies is avoided, the land societies with cooperative relationships are not required to be sequentially inquired by the group society in a telephone or short message mode, and the entry efficiency of the travel itinerary is effectively improved.
It is to be understood that there may be a plurality of the site agencies corresponding to each site, and the site agency screening unit 122 may select a travel agency meeting the association condition (the site name is the same as the ith site and the travel route is the same as the travel route corresponding to the ith site) from the plurality of travel agencies.
Exemplarily, if one or more travel agencies meeting the group conditions exist, displaying the travel agencies (possibly one or more) meeting the group conditions and corresponding site names, travel routes and the group number and group time periods corresponding to each travel scenic spot in the travel routes for the group agencies to select; and taking the travel agency selected by the group agency as a corresponding ground agency of the ith site. It can be understood that the group society can select one or more land societies for the ith site according to the group number and the group time period corresponding to each tourist attraction in the travel route, and simultaneously, the group number corresponding to the ith site in the group society is distributed to one or more land societies corresponding to the ith site.
For example, referring to fig. 3A, the group agency can select one or more travel agencies meeting the group conditions at the current site as the local agencies, exemplarily including the travel agency C and the travel agency D, and the travel filing interface of the group collaboration system can also display the sceneries related to the travel agency C and the travel agency D, as shown in fig. 3B.
Exemplarily, if the number of the travel agencies meeting the group joining condition is zero, displaying the travel agencies with the merge-merge cooperation relationship and the corresponding sites for the group agencies to select; and sending group contact confirmation information to the travel agency selected by the group agency. Under the condition that the number of the travel agencies meeting the group meeting conditions is zero because the group meeting information is not updated timely by the travel agencies, the travel orders can be continuously recorded, and the recording efficiency is improved.
It can be understood that the group cooperation system 100 can selectively transmit the group connection confirmation information to a plurality of travel agencies, after a certain travel agency receives the group connection confirmation information and agrees to connect the group by using the group cooperation system 100, the travel agency serves as a corresponding group connection of the ith site, and the group cooperation system 100 also transmits corresponding reminding information to other travel agencies acquiring the group connection confirmation information, so that the group connection authority of other travel agencies acquiring the group connection confirmation information is invalidated. It can be understood that sending the group connection confirmation information to a plurality of travel agencies can improve the response efficiency of the travel agencies responding to the group connection confirmation information; after a certain travel agency receives the group contact confirmation information by using the group cooperation system 100 and agrees to the group contact, the group cooperation system 100 also sends corresponding reminding information to other travel agencies which acquire the group contact confirmation information, so that the response efficiency of the travel agencies for responding to the group contact confirmation information is improved, the other travel agencies which acquire the group contact confirmation information do not make invalid responses, and the cooperativity of the group cooperation system 100 is enhanced.
Example 2
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the group collaboration system 100 further includes a social response module 130, where the social response module 130 includes: a ground social receiving unit 131 and a ground social updating unit 132.
And a receiving unit 131 for receiving the itinerary additionally entered by the place social corresponding to the ith station or receiving the itinerary received by the place social corresponding to the ith station. It can be understood that the group society can select whether all the travel lists are recorded by the group society and sent to the local community for confirmation or only the group society records the part with the group, the specific travel information of the transfer station is perfected by the local community, and therefore, whether the state of the local community when receiving the collaborative filling travel list is determined by the group society is only to confirm or perfect the travel information of the corresponding station.
And a group information updating unit 132, configured to update, by using the group information maintenance module 110, group information of the group corresponding to the ith station according to the travel information additionally recorded by the group corresponding to the ith station, or update group information of the group corresponding to the ith station according to the travel information of the travel order received by the group corresponding to the ith station. It can be understood that after the local community receives the community tasks distributed by the group community, the community information of the local community is automatically updated without the need of manual update by special personnel through the group cooperation system 100, thereby effectively reducing the maintenance cost of the community information of each travel community and improving the efficiency of cooperative work among a plurality of travel communities.
Example 3
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5A, the group collaboration system 100 further includes a contract information confirmation module 140, configured to confirm a collaboration contract between the group society and one or more ground contracts, where the collaboration contract takes effect after the confirmation of the two parties.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 5B, a validation collaborative contract signing checkbox is shown for a party of a group society after completing the information of a group delivery trip; exemplarily, referring to fig. 5C, fig. 5C shows a selection box for the earth-social side to confirm the signing of the collaborative contract after confirming that the team representative sends the information of the travel itinerary of the team or completes the information of the team.
Further, the ground contract filtering unit 122 is further configured to determine a ground contract having a merge group cooperative relationship with the group community from the plurality of travel agencies according to the cooperative contracts between the respective travels.
It can be understood that the online clear merging relationship with the group tour through the group cooperation system 100 is beneficial to assisting the route management department to check out the non-compliant merging behavior, and has a positive effect on the operation of handling the illegal grouping in the travel market.
Example 4
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6A, the group collaboration system 100 further includes a collaborative posting travel itinerary viewing module 150, configured to receive retrieval information related to a travel itinerary, and display a travel itinerary corresponding to the retrieval information.
The collaborative reporting travel itinerary viewing module 150 includes a local social viewing unit 151, where the local social viewing unit 151 is configured to query travel itinerary information or a travel itinerary state of the collaborative reporting travel itinerary received by the travel agency when the travel agency serves as a local social service, and a corresponding query interface is shown in fig. 6B; the collaborative form review module 150 includes a group agency review unit 152, and the group agency review unit 152 is configured to query the travel list information or the travel list status of the collaborative form initiated by the travel agency when the travel agency serves as a local agency, and a corresponding query interface is shown in fig. 6C.
