1. A driver motivation determination method, characterized by comprising:
obtaining passenger position information, driver position information, a driver travel path and a predicted path;
after the driver receives the order, judging whether the driver has the intention of not receiving the passenger according to the passenger position information and the driver position information, if so, automatically allocating other drivers to serve the passenger by the network appointment platform; otherwise, the driver selects to continue the service;
after the driver receives the order, judging whether the passenger gets on the bus or not according to the travel path of the driver and the predicted path, if so, the driver normally continues the service; otherwise, the network appointment platform automatically cancels the order and does not collect the passenger fee.
2. The driver motivation determination method as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining whether the driver has the intention not to take the passenger according to the passenger position information and the driver position information after taking the order by the driver specifically comprises:
after the driver receives the order, acquiring the navigation distance between the driver and a preset boarding point, and acquiring a first navigation distance;
after the time of the set duration, acquiring the navigation distance between the driver and the preset boarding point again to obtain a second navigation distance;
judging whether the second navigation distance is smaller than the first navigation distance, if so, continuing the travel; otherwise, when the driver and the passenger have no call records, the system automatically broadcasts by voice to remind the driver to pay attention to the coming and going of the passenger;
next, acquiring the navigation distance between the driver and a preset boarding point every minute, judging whether the navigation distance is reduced along with the change of time, and if so, continuing the travel; otherwise, when the driver and the passenger have no call records, the driver end pop-up box inquires whether the driver continues to serve, and if so, the judging process per minute is continuously repeated; otherwise, the network appointment platform directly dispatches other drivers to serve the passengers.
3. The driver motivation determination method of claim 1, wherein after the driver takes an order, determining whether a passenger gets on the vehicle according to the driver's travel path and the predicted path comprises:
after the driver clicks the service, when the driver starts the service, the straight-line distance between the position and the preset upper vehicle-point position is more than 500 meters; the actual service mileage is less than 0.5 kilometer; binding driver time, wherein the time from the time when the driver clicks to finish the service is less than 10 minutes; the estimated mileage of the order is more than 4 kilometers; and the network appointment platform inquires whether the passenger is in doubt of getting on the bus or not, and initiates inquiry to the passenger terminal, if the passenger is shown to have got on the bus, the subsequent settlement process is normally carried out, and if not, the order is cancelled.
Background
In the current network car booking service process, passenger research, passenger feedback and the like are analyzed, and the following problems are found in part of passengers, and the passengers are not received after a driver receives a list, so that the passengers wait for a long time; the driver does not get to the passenger, but finishes the order by himself, resulting in order charges. These problems are caused by driver misoperation and the like, which affect passenger experience.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention has been made to provide a driver motivation determination method that overcomes or at least partially solves the above-mentioned problems.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a driver motivation determination method, including:
obtaining passenger position information, driver position information, a driver travel path and a predicted path;
after the driver receives the order, judging whether the driver has the intention of not receiving the passenger according to the passenger position information and the driver position information, if so, automatically allocating other drivers to serve the passenger by the network appointment platform; otherwise, the driver selects to continue the service;
after the driver receives the order, judging whether the passenger gets on the bus or not according to the travel path of the driver and the predicted path, if so, the driver normally continues the service; otherwise, the network appointment platform automatically cancels the order and does not collect the passenger fee.
Optionally, after the driver takes an order, determining whether the driver has an intention not to take the passenger according to the passenger position information and the driver position information specifically includes:
after the driver receives the order, acquiring the navigation distance between the driver and a preset boarding point, and acquiring a first navigation distance;
after the time of the set duration, acquiring the navigation distance between the driver and the preset boarding point again to obtain a second navigation distance;
judging whether the second navigation distance is smaller than the first navigation distance, if so, continuing the travel; otherwise, when the driver and the passenger have no call records, the system automatically broadcasts by voice to remind the driver to pay attention to the coming and going of the passenger;
next, acquiring the navigation distance between the driver and a preset boarding point every minute, judging whether the navigation distance is reduced along with the change of time, and if so, continuing the travel; otherwise, when the driver and the passenger have no call records, the driver end pop-up box inquires whether the driver continues to serve, and if so, the judging process per minute is continuously repeated; otherwise, the network appointment platform directly dispatches other drivers to serve the passengers.
Optionally, after the driver takes the order, judging whether the passenger gets on the vehicle according to the driver's travel path and the predicted path specifically includes:
after the driver clicks the service, when the driver starts the service, the straight-line distance between the position and the preset upper vehicle-point position is more than 500 meters; the actual service mileage is less than 0.5 kilometer; binding driver time, wherein the time from the time when the driver clicks to finish the service is less than 10 minutes; the estimated mileage of the order is more than 4 kilometers; and the network appointment platform inquires whether the passenger is in doubt of getting on the bus or not, and initiates inquiry to the passenger terminal, if the passenger is shown to have got on the bus, the subsequent settlement process is normally carried out, and if not, the order is cancelled.

Has the advantages that: the intention of a driver is timely acquired, the driver is prevented from forgetting or not receiving passengers, and after the driver clicks to finish service, the driver firstly checks and judges whether the passengers get on the bus or not, so that the cost of the passengers not getting on the bus is avoided.
