the form is audited and the form is checked,
and when the audit is passed, opening an interface of the required data to perform information interaction with an external system.
8. The method for managing the building information according to claim 3, wherein the step of classifying the data meeting the data standard to form a panoramic view of the building comprises:
classifying the data meeting the data standard to perfect a physical condition information base;
and based on the perfect outward expansion of the physical condition information base, acquiring right condition information, transaction condition information and other condition information.

Background
Along with the rapid development of social economy, the process of urbanization is also accelerated continuously, the urban area is continuously enlarged, the building areas of various buildings are rapidly increased, and the buildings of various residential areas, such as bamboo shoots in spring after rain, are built in various cities rapidly so as to meet the rapid development process of urbanization.
Aiming at the characteristics of low efficiency, information lag, poor specification and execution force and the like gradually shown in the traditional building management mode and business means, the information management system for house property transaction is established by utilizing an IT information technology and combining information and data managed by the building and data of affiliated related departments.
However, in the process of implementing the technical solution of the invention in the embodiments of the present application, the inventors of the present application find that the above-mentioned technology has at least the following technical problems:
in a real estate transaction system in the prior art, a function of centralized management of the data of the floors is lacked, so that the systems of the floors with different data specifications are isolated from each other, the managed data are separated, and the technical problem that the vertical supervision of a single service is only met is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the technical problem of lacking the function of centralized management of the data of the floors in the real estate transaction system existing in the prior art, which results in the system of the floors with different data specifications being isolated from each other, resulting in the managed data being separated relatively and only satisfying the vertical supervision of a single business, the present invention has been made to provide a system which overcomes or at least partially solves the above problems.
According to an aspect of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for managing building information, the method comprising:
acquiring building information;
judging whether the format of the data in the building information meets the data standard or not;
when the format in the data in the building information does not meet the data standard, rejecting or secondarily processing the data which do not meet the data standard;
and when the format of the data in the building information meets the data standard, classifying the data meeting the data standard to form a panoramic view of the building.
In some embodiments of the present application, the obtaining the building information further includes:
issuing a data standard document;
and setting the data formats of all the required data and judging the acquired data based on the data standard document, and judging whether the data meet the data standard.
