if the filling information accords with the target condition, generating a task according to the filling information and early warning information;

and if the filling information does not accord with the target condition, generating a task according to the filling information.

8. The system of claim 7, wherein before calculating whether the filled information meets the target condition according to the target rule, the risk pre-warning module is further configured to:

determining a filling type corresponding to the filling information as a target type;

and inquiring an information table according to the target type, and determining a target rule and a target condition corresponding to the target type, wherein the information table comprises a preset rule and a preset condition corresponding to the filling type.

9. The system of claim 1, the data analysis module further to:

acquiring data of the auditing system and data of other systems of the television station as basic data;

obtaining an analysis type and a keyword selected by a user, wherein the analysis type comprises inquiry and statistics;

processing the basic data according to the analysis type and the keywords to obtain an analysis result;

and displaying the analysis result.

Background

The television station as a media leading enterprise plays a very important role in spreading news program information, and is in the leading position in the aspects of new technology, new equipment and the like. The purchasing mode around news programs is various, the demand is complex, the service mode is special, and the related capital scale is huge, which brings great difficulty to the traditional paper data auditing work.

Currently, an auditing system mainly based on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the market generally analyzes based on financial data, and the auditing range of a television station is too wide to meet the working mode of the television station.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides an auditing system and electronic equipment for a television station, which can effectively solve the problem that the auditing system cannot meet the working mode of the television station.

According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided an auditing system for a television station, the auditing system comprising: the system comprises an online auditing module, an intelligent file access module, a reimbursement module, a risk early warning module and a data analysis module; the on-line auditing module is used for generating a task according to the received filling information, controlling the flow of the task and displaying the flow of the task; the intelligent file access module is used for controlling intelligent access of the physical files generated by the tasks through an intelligent file cabinet; the reimbursement module is used for identifying characters in the bill picture and taking the identified characters as the filling information when the task is the reimbursement task; the risk early warning module is used for carrying out risk monitoring on the filled information and generating early warning information when the risk is monitored; and the data analysis module is used for acquiring keywords and outputting an analysis result corresponding to the keywords according to the keywords.

Detailed Description

Auditing is typically an economic oversight based on the analysis of financial data. In the audit of the television station, the television station is taken as a media leading enterprise, plays a very important role in spreading news program information, and is in the leading position in the aspects of new technology, new equipment and the like. The purchasing mode around news programs is various, the demand is complex, the service mode is special, and the related capital scale is huge, which brings great difficulty to the traditional paper data auditing work.

In the daily audit of a television station, the coverage is wide, and the efficiency of auditing a large amount of paper materials is low. The auditing result is difficult to store and retrieve, and the response speed is slow when statistics or retrieval is needed. An auditing system based on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the current market is generally analyzed based on financial data, the auditing range of a television station is too extensive, and the auditing system belongs to post-audit and cannot meet the working mode of auditing in the event of the television station. The post-audit refers to analyzing the related data of the items to be audited after the items are finished. In a television station, in-service audit is usually performed, and in-service audit usually refers to the condition that after a purchase result is confirmed, process audit is carried out before a formal contract is signed, and the whole process of examination and approval of a supervision project and the whole process of purchase follow a disciplinary method.

In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides an auditing system and method for a television station, where the auditing system includes: the system comprises an online auditing module, an intelligent file access module, a reimbursement module, a risk early warning module and a data analysis module; the on-line auditing module is used for generating a task according to the received filling information, controlling the flow of the task and displaying the flow of the task; the intelligent file access module is used for controlling intelligent access of the physical files generated by the tasks through an intelligent file cabinet; the reimbursement module is used for identifying characters in the bill picture and taking the identified characters as the filling information when the task is the reimbursement task; the risk early warning module is used for carrying out risk monitoring on the filled information and generating early warning information when the risk is monitored; and the data analysis module is used for acquiring keywords and outputting an analysis result corresponding to the keywords according to the keywords. The scheme in the embodiment of the present application may be implemented by using various computer languages, for example, object-oriented programming language Java and transliterated scripting language JavaScript, Python, and the like.

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following further detailed description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings makes it clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a schematic structural diagram of an auditing system for a television station. The auditing system 10 includes an online auditing module 100, an intelligent file access module 200, an reimbursement module 300, a risk pre-warning module 400, and a data analysis module 500.

The on-line auditing module 100 is configured to generate a task according to the received filling information, control a flow of the task, and display the flow of the task. The intelligent file access module 200 is used for controlling the intelligent access of the physical files generated by the tasks through an intelligent file cabinet. The reimbursement module 300 is configured to identify the text in the bill picture and use the identified text as the filling information when the task is a reimbursement task. The risk early warning module 400 is configured to perform risk monitoring on the filled information, and generate early warning information when a risk is monitored. The data analysis module 500 is configured to obtain a keyword, and output an analysis result corresponding to the keyword according to the keyword.

Referring to fig. 2, the present application provides a schematic structural diagram of another auditing system for television stations. The online audit module 100 includes a workflow engine sub-module 110 and a cross-track flow presentation sub-module 120. The workflow engine sub-module 110 and the cross-track flow display sub-module 120 jointly realize the functions of generating a task according to the received filling information, controlling the flow of the task and displaying the flow of the task.

The workflow engine sub-module 110 is configured to receive the filling information, generate a task according to the filling information, and control a flow of the task in a parallel branch mode, a synchronous mode, or a sequential mode. Firstly, providing a filling inlet, inputting filling information by a user based on the filling inlet, creating a task after acquiring the filling information, wherein the task firstly enters a primary examination node and a consultation node, and the task can be distributed to a plurality of nodes in a parallel branch mode and executed by the plurality of nodes in parallel, namely the task is distributed to a department 1 and a department 2 at the same time. After each department 1 and 2 consults and replies, the execution results of the tasks of the department 1 and 2 are collected by using a synchronous mode and merged into a node task, namely, a report is replied according to the consultation of the department 1 and the department 2, the task is transmitted to a leading examination and approval node, and the leading examination and approval node then sends the node to a delivery file cabinet node. When the leader examines and approves the node and delivers the filing cabinet node, the sequence mode is used for strictly controlling the sequence of the node, namely the document cabinet node can be delivered only after the leader examines and approves the node.

The cross-track process display sub-module 120 is configured to display the execution progress of the task at each node in a cross-role manner. When the display is carried out, the displacement paths of the nodes can be displayed by utilizing the coordinates to form lines and other graphs, so that the execution progress of the task at each node can be intuitively known. In some embodiments, under different nodes, multiple different roles may participate in the processing of the task, and the execution progress of the task at each node may be shown across roles. Referring to FIG. 4, a diagram illustrating the progress of the execution of a task at each node is shown. Specifically, when the execution progress of the task at each node is shown, a canvas mapping technique may be adopted, where canvas is a two-dimensional network, and takes the upper left corner (0,0) of the canvas as the origin of coordinates, the x axis extends to the right, and the y axis extends downward. When the graph is produced, the graph can be drawn by a drawing method provided by a canvas rendering context2D object: for example, drawing a circle by arc (x, y, r, sAngle, eAngle, counterclock wise) method, drawing a line by stroke (), filling a current drawing (mainly color filling) by file (), and the like; and finally, realizing the display of the execution progress according to the state of the task at each node.

The intelligent file access module 200 is configured to control intelligent access to the physical files generated by the tasks through an intelligent file cabinet. The final node of each task is a delivery file cabinet node, the delivered files are physical files generated by the task, such as invoices, examination and approval tickets and other physical files which cannot be electronized, the intelligent file cabinet is a cabinet with an intelligent file system, a plurality of boxes are arranged on the cabinet, and each box can store the physical files.

When receiving a delivery request of a user, the intelligent file access module 200 may acquire state information of each box in the intelligent file cabinet, and display the state information after view rendering to indicate the user to select a target box; and closing the target box body, receiving the state identification of the target box body, dynamically generating an unpacking password, and sending the unpacking password to a user so as to release the physical file to the intelligent file cabinet. Specifically, the user sending the unpacking password may be preset in the task node, and the sending mode may be a short message or an in-system prompt, which is not specifically limited herein.

When the physical file needs to be taken out, a user can open the target box body by using the unpacking password, and when the user opens the target box body by using the unpacking password, the intelligent file access module 200 can acquire the state identifier of the target box body and update the state of the target box body according to the state identifier. So that whether the physical file is taken away or not can be clearly known.

Referring specifically to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of the manner of use of the intelligent file cabinet is shown. An intelligent file system exists in the intelligent file cabinet, the intelligent file access module 200 is communicated with the intelligent file cabinet through the intelligent file system, specifically, the intelligent file system and the intelligent file access module 200 can be communicated in a webService interface mode, and the data format is a json character string.

When a physical file needs to be put into the intelligent file cabinet, a delivery request initiated by a user can be received, and when the intelligent file access module 200 receives the delivery request, a findBox () method can be called to obtain the state information of each box body in the intelligent file cabinet, and view rendering is performed through a view parser viewReserver. The state information of the box body can comprise an idle state and an occupied state, the box body can be used for throwing the physical file when in the idle state, and the box body cannot be used for throwing the physical file when in the occupied state.

The intelligent file access module 200 can display the status information of each box in the intelligent file cabinet, specifically, the idle box and the occupied box can be displayed in different colors, or only the idle box is displayed, and the like, and can be specifically set according to actual needs.

The user can select the target box according to the displayed result, when the target box is selected, the corresponding target box in the intelligent file cabinet can be controlled to be opened, and after the user finishes storing the physical files, the target box is closed. When the target box body is closed, calling an openBoxLock () method, and transferring parameters to uniquely identify key and box number of each box body. After receiving the call instruction, the intelligent file system updates the state of the target box body to be occupied, and generates an unpacking password to return to the intelligent file access module 200. After receiving the unpacking password, the intelligent file access module 200 firstly updates the delivery data state, simultaneously calls a short message interface, automatically reminds a pickup user of a short message, and the delivery data state can comprise delivered, undelivered and picked, and after delivery is completed, the delivery data state can be updated to be delivered. When a user takes a file, the user inputs an unpacking password through the intelligent file cabinet, triggers an open () method of the intelligent file cabinet and opens a target box body. Therefore, the physical file can be received without time limitation, and a receiver can receive data by using the unpacking password at any time, so that the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the physical file receiving efficiency is greatly improved, the auditing work period is shortened, and the management is easier and faster.

The reimbursement module 300 is used for acquiring a bill picture uploaded by a user; using an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to recognize characters in the ticket image, and using the recognized characters as the filling information, specifically referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of generating the ticket information according to the ticket image is shown. It can be understood that the OCR technology recognizes the bill picture, the recognized words are bill information, and the bill information can be used as the filling information of the reimbursement task. By using the OCR, the complicated input work of a user can be reduced, the entry error rate is reduced, and the working efficiency can be effectively improved.

The risk early warning module 400 is further configured to calculate whether the filled information meets a target condition according to a target rule; if the filling information accords with the target condition, generating a task according to the filling information and early warning information; and if the filling information does not accord with the target condition, generating a task according to the filling information.

Specifically, when the function of the risk early warning module 400 is implemented, a spring + springmvc + hibernate frame may be adopted, and the specific steps are as follows:

acquiring filled information of a user; after the dispatcher servlet obtains the request of the user, the front-end controller calls a handler mapping. And the HandlerMapping finds the processor with the built-in early warning rule in the system according to the annotation and returns the processor to the Dispatcterservlet. The Dispatcterservlet calls a HandlerAdapter processor adapter, after adaptation, calls a Controller corresponding to a built-in early warning rule of the system, and acquires related information through request. The Dao layer obtains historical information related to the ticket from the database through hibernate. And a Service layer corresponding to the early warning rule is built in the system. And calling the historical information acquired by the Dao layer, and calculating to obtain a result of whether the filled information meets the built-in early warning rule of the system. And calling a Service corresponding to the built-in early warning rule of the system by the Controller to package the inquired result set whether the result set conforms to the built-in early warning rule of the system into a set list < bean >, storing the set list < bean > into a request, and returning to ModelandView. And the HandlerAdap transmits a controller execution result ModelAndView corresponding to the built-in early warning rule of the system to the View resolver ViewReslover through the Dispatcterservlet. And returning the specific View after the ViewReslovator is analyzed, rendering the View by the DispatcterServlet according to the View, and displaying whether the inquired result meets the built-in early warning rule result of the system or not by adopting the dataTable of jQuery on the JSP. The DispatcterServlet responds to the user and presents the result to the user.

In some embodiments, the risk pre-warning module 400 may determine that a filling type corresponding to the filling information is a target type; and inquiring an information table according to the target type, and determining a target rule and a target condition corresponding to the target type, wherein the information table comprises a preset rule and a preset condition corresponding to the filling type.

When determining the filling type corresponding to the filling information, the filling type may be selected when the user uploads the filling information. For example, when the user needs reimbursement, the user may select the type of reimbursement as reimbursement and fill in information. The determination can also be determined according to keywords in the filling information, for example, if there is "purchase" in the filling information, the filling type of the filling information can be considered as purchase. If the filled information is determined to meet the target condition, the filled information is normal information without unreal data, and therefore the task can be directly generated.

The data analysis module 500 is configured to obtain data of the auditing system and data of other systems of the television station as basic data; obtaining an analysis type and a keyword selected by a user, wherein the analysis type comprises inquiry and statistics; processing the basic data according to the analysis type and the keywords to obtain an analysis result; and displaying the analysis result.

Specifically, the data resource layer can call data of the auditing system and data of other systems of the television station, and the called data is used as basic data. The other systems of the television station may refer to systems such as an OA system of the television station.

The data resource layer can transmit the basic data to an analysis supporting platform, and the analysis supporting platform processes the basic data according to the analysis type selected by the user and the keywords to obtain an analysis result. Wherein the analysis type may be query, statistics, and the like. Specifically, when the analysis type is query, the obtained analysis result may be all data related to the keyword, and when the analysis type is statistics, the statistical result may be obtained by performing statistics on the data related to the keyword. Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application provides a block diagram of an electronic device, where the electronic device 600 includes a processor 610, a memory 620, and one or more applications, where the one or more applications are stored in the memory 620 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 610, and the one or more programs are configured to perform the functions of the modules of the auditing system for television stations.

The electronic device 600 may be a terminal device capable of running an application, such as a smart phone or a tablet computer. The electronic device 600 in the present application may include one or more of the following components: a processor 610, a memory 620, and one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications may be stored in the memory 620 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 610, the one or more programs configured to perform the methods as described in the aforementioned method embodiments.

The processor 610 may include one or more processing cores. The processor 610 interfaces with various components throughout the electronic device 600 using various interfaces and circuitry to perform various functions of the electronic device 600 and process data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 620 and invoking data stored in the memory 620. The electronic equipment that this application embodiment provided can install the audit system that is used for the TV station, and this system includes: the on-line auditing module is used for generating a task according to the received filling information, controlling the flow of the task and displaying the flow of the task; the intelligent file access module is used for realizing intelligent access of the physical files through the intelligent file cabinet; the reimbursement module is used for identifying characters in the bill picture and generating bill information according to the identified characters; the risk early warning module is used for acquiring the filling information, carrying out risk monitoring on the filling information and generating early warning information when a risk is detected; and the data analysis module is used for outputting an analysis result corresponding to the keyword according to the input keyword. By integrating internal audit cooperation, software and hardware combination, bill identification, risk early warning and data analysis into a whole, the management of the whole life cycle from acquisition, conversion, integration and collection of audit data to final call analysis is stronger in integration, systematicness, flexibility and implementation control.

As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.
