Background

The gas supply skid-mounted equipment is gas storage, pressure regulation, conversion and conveying equipment widely used in the current gas supply industry; LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) mainly comprises propane, butane and a small amount of olefin; the LPG cylinder group skid-mounted equipment is a skid-mounted device which connects a plurality of LPG cylinders in the LPG cylinder group to a bus pipeline through high-pressure rubber pipes and supplies gas to a low-pressure gas pipeline through forced vaporization or natural vaporization and two-stage pressure regulation. LPG bottle group skid-mounted equipment is widely applied in China, however, gas user groups are huge and dispersed, so that the arrangement places of LPG storage tanks are large in quantity and dispersed, and the background is difficult to implement overall positioning management; when a part of LPG storage tanks in a plurality of LPG storage tanks need to be replenished with liquid, the background is difficult to determine the specific position of the LPG storage tank needing to be replenished with liquid, so that the liquid replenishing efficiency is low, the difficulty in searching the position of the LPG storage tank is high, and the workload is increased; in addition, when the LPG storage tank is leaked, an accident may occur because rush repair personnel do not arrive at the site in time. Therefore, further improvements are needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a GPS positioning management system for a small storage tank and a management method thereof, which can improve the efficiency of searching for a target fuel storage tank, and further improve the efficiency of fluid replacement and emergency repair.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

the GPS locator is used for transmitting position information;

the collector is used for collecting and/or feeding back data and information generated in daily work of the fuel storage tank;

the cloud server receives the data and the information, and records, analyzes, processes and summarizes the data and the information;

the GPS positioner is arranged on the fuel storage tank, and the fuel storage tank is matched with a distribution box; the collector is arranged on the distribution box and is configured with a unique serial number, and the collector is bound with the corresponding fuel storage tank; the collector is in communication connection with the GPS positioner and the cloud server; and a central control platform is arranged on the cloud server.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the GPS positioner is arranged on the fuel storage tank to upload the position information to the cloud server, and the cloud server can rapidly determine the position of the fuel storage tank according to the position information so as to plan navigation routes for services such as liquid replenishing and emergency repair of the fuel storage tank and further guide workers to rapidly arrive at the site for relevant treatment.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the GPS positioning management system for a small storage tank according to the present embodiment is applicable to an LPG small storage tank or an LPG large storage tank, which includes,

a GPS locator 2 for transmitting position information;

the collector 4 is used for collecting and feeding back data and information generated in the daily work of the fuel storage tank 1;

the cloud server 5 receives data and information, and records, analyzes, processes and summarizes the data and the information;

the GPS positioner 2 is arranged on the fuel storage tank 1; the fuel storage tank 1 is matched with a distribution box 3, the collector 4 is arranged on the distribution box 3 and is configured with a unique serial number, the collector 4 is bound with the corresponding fuel storage tank 1, and the daily working condition of the fuel storage tank 1 can be inquired on a central control platform; the collector 4 is in communication connection with the GPS positioner 2 and the cloud server 5, and the position information of the fuel storage tank 1 is transmitted to the cloud server 5 through the collector 4; a central control platform is arranged on the cloud server 5; when the GPS positioning management system is put into use, the GPS positioning management system logs in the central control platform, records the related information (including name information and the like) of more than one fuel storage tank 1 into the central control platform, and finds the distribution position of each fuel storage tank 1 on the electronic map so as to complete the positioning of the fuel storage tanks 1.

Further, the fuel storage tank 1 is provided with a gas leakage alarm device 9 used for monitoring gas concentration, the gas leakage alarm device 9 is in communication connection with the collector 4, and the collector 4 uploads gas concentration data to the central control platform through the cloud end.

Furthermore, a floater liquid level meter for monitoring the liquid level of the liquid phase fuel is arranged on the fuel storage tank 1, and the floater liquid level meter is in communication connection with a collector on the distribution box, so that the storage amount of the liquid phase fuel in the fuel storage tank 1 can be monitored in real time, and liquid can be supplemented in time.

The fuel delivery management method includes the steps of,

step one, issuing a liquid supplementing instruction according to the collected liquid level information to perform liquid supplementing operation: when the liquid phase fuel storage amount in the fuel storage tank 1 reaches or is lower than the set liquid supplement amount (20% of the storage amount of the fuel storage tank 1), the collector 4 sends filling information to a central control platform, and the central control platform receives the filling information of the fuel storage tank 1 and generates a corresponding delivery order; the central control platform searches a tank truck of a liquid replenishing tank closest to the fuel storage tank 1 according to the position information of the fuel storage tank 1 and sends a delivery order to the tank truck;

step two, planning a distribution route according to a map: the central control platform obtains map data, calculates distribution route information according to the position information of the liquid supplementing groove tank car and the position information of the fuel storage tank 1 corresponding to the distribution order, and then sends the distribution route information to the liquid supplementing groove tank car, so that the liquid supplementing groove tank car can supplement liquid on site according to the distribution route information, time for manually planning the route is effectively reduced, and liquid supplementing efficiency is improved.

The first-aid repair management method comprises the following steps,

step one, issuing a rush-repair instruction to perform rush-repair according to the collected gas-phase fuel leakage information: when the concentration of the gaseous fuel around the fuel storage tank 1 reaches or is higher than a set value and the gaseous fuel is judged to be leaked, an alarm device on the fuel storage tank 1 sends out sound and light alarm, a collector 4 sends leakage alarm information to a central control platform, the central control platform generates an emergency repair instruction after receiving the leakage alarm information, and searches a base station stagnation point closest to the fuel storage tank 1 according to the position information of the fuel storage tank 1 and sends the emergency repair instruction to the base station stagnation point so as to allocate emergency repair personnel to go to emergency repair;

step two, planning a first-aid repair route according to a map: the central control platform obtains map data, calculates to obtain first-aid repair route information according to position information of first-aid repair personnel and position information of a fuel storage tank 1 needing first-aid repair, then sends the first-aid repair route information to the first-aid repair personnel, and the first-aid repair personnel arrive at the site according to the first-aid repair route information to avoid delaying first-aid repair time due to manual route planning.
