the first port of the three-way pipe (8) is communicated with the connecting pipe (7), the second port of the three-way pipe (8) is communicated with the mounting pipe (10), and the third port of the three-way pipe (8) is communicated with the fixing pipe (13).

A lime neutralization pH measuring apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the end of the connecting pipe (7) far from the three-way pipe (8) extends to below the liquid level of the neutralization liquid (4), and a gap is left between the end of the connecting pipe (7) below the liquid level of the neutralization liquid (4) and the inner bottom wall of the neutralization water tank (3).

A lime neutralization pH measuring apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the fixed pipe (13) extends below the liquid level of the cleaning liquid (12), and the fixed pipe (13) is located at the end below the liquid level of the cleaning liquid (12) and a gap is left between the inner bottom wall of the cleaning water tank (2), and the suction pump (14) is located below the electromagnetic valve.

7. A lime neutralization pH measurement method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:

the method comprises the following steps: starting a slurry valve (11) and starting a slurry pump (1), conveying materials by using the slurry pump (1), and allowing the materials to enter a neutralization water tank (3) through an installation pipe (10), a three-way pipe (8) and a connecting pipe (7) in sequence;

step two: starting a driving motor (502) to drive a rotating shaft (503) to rotate, driving a plurality of first bevel gears (504) to rotate by using the rotating shaft (503), driving a plurality of rotating rods (505) to synchronously rotate with a second bevel gear (506) by driving the first bevel gears (504), and stirring neutralizing liquid (4) by stirring rods (509) on the surfaces of the rotating rods (505) when the rotating rods (505) rotate;

step three: utilize ph meter (9) to carry out the measurement of neutralization ph value to the material in connecting pipe (7), close sediment stuff pump (1) and sediment stuff pump (1) after the measurement is accomplished, open the solenoid valve simultaneously and start suction pump (14), utilize suction pump (14) will wash in the water tank (2) washing liquid (12) through fixed pipe (13) suction to three-way pipe (8) in, close solenoid valve and suction pump (14) after one minute.

Background

Lime is an air-hardening inorganic cementing material taking calcium oxide as a main component, the lime is a product with high calcium carbonate content such as limestone, dolomite, chalk, shells and the like, and is calcined at 900-1100 ℃, the lime is the cementing material which is the earliest applied by human beings, the lime has strong alkalinity, and can react with glassy active silica or active alumina at normal temperature to generate a hydraulic product to produce cementation, so the lime is also an important raw material in the building material industry;

as shown in fig. 3, the existing lime neutralization ph measurement method is to directly measure ph by arranging a ph meter in a neutralization water tank, and the measurement method has the following problems: the ph meter is not easy to fix and inconvenient to install, and is easy to be damaged by the touch of the stirrer; the ph meter needs to be disassembled and cleaned, and is installed after cleaning is finished, so that the ph meter is easily damaged in a frequent disassembling and assembling process;

in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present application proposes a solution.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide lime neutralization pH value measuring equipment and method, which are used for solving the problem that pH is easy to damage in the existing lime neutralization pH measuring method.

The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: how to provide lime neutralization ph measuring equipment and a lime neutralization ph measuring method capable of quickly cleaning a ph meter.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

the inside of the cleaning water tank is filled with cleaning liquid, the inner top wall of the cleaning water tank is communicated with a fixed pipe in a penetrating way, and one end of the fixed pipe, which is positioned outside the cleaning water tank, is provided with an electromagnetic valve and a water suction pump;

the first port of the three-way pipe is communicated with the connecting pipe, the second port of the three-way pipe is communicated with the mounting pipe, and the third port of the three-way pipe is communicated with the fixing pipe.

Furthermore, one end of the connecting pipe, which is far away from the three-way pipe, extends to the position below the liquid level of the neutralizing liquid, and a gap is reserved between one end of the connecting pipe, which is positioned below the liquid level of the neutralizing liquid, and the inner bottom wall of the neutralizing water tank.

step two: starting a driving motor to drive a rotating shaft to rotate, driving a plurality of first bevel gears to rotate by using the rotating shaft, driving a plurality of rotating rods to synchronously rotate by using the first bevel gears and the second bevel gears, and stirring the neutralization solution by using the stirring rods on the surfaces of the rotating rods when the rotating rods rotate;

step three: utilize the ph meter to carry out the material in the connecting tube and neutralize the ph value and measure, close sediment stuff pump and sediment stuff pump after the measurement is accomplished, open the solenoid valve simultaneously and start the suction pump, utilize the suction pump to pass through the fixed intraductal suction of pipe to tee bend with the washing liquid in the washing water tank, close solenoid valve and suction pump after one minute.

as shown in fig. 2, the stirring mechanism 5 includes a stirring tank 501, the top of the stirring tank 501 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the neutralization water tank 3, a driving motor 502 is fixedly installed on the side of the stirring tank 501 close to the cleaning water tank 2 through a motor base, a rotating shaft 503 is fixedly installed at the output end of the driving motor 502, one end of the rotating shaft 503 far away from the driving motor 502 is movably connected to the inner side wall of the stirring tank 501 through a bearing, first bevel gears 504 are uniformly distributed and fixedly installed on the outer surface of the rotating shaft 503, rotating rods 505 are uniformly distributed and penetratingly connected to the inner top wall of the stirring tank 501, the rotating rods 505 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first bevel gears 504, second bevel gears 506 are fixedly installed at the bottom of the rotating rods 505, the second bevel gears 506 are engaged with the first bevel gears 504, the horizontal rotation is converted into vertical rotation by the transmission of the first bevel gears 504 and the second bevel gears 506, so as to drive the rotating rods 505 to synchronously rotate under the condition that one driving motor 502 is provided, utilize puddler 509 on bull stick 505 surface to stir and mix neutralization solution 4, bull stick 505 top is passed the interior bottom wall of neutralization water tank 3 and is extended to the inside of neutralization water tank 3, bull stick 505 is located the inside one end of neutralization water tank 3 outer fixed mounting has evenly distributed puddler 509, pivot 503 surface swing joint has evenly distributed's fixed cover 507, fixed cover 507 and first bevel gear 504 are at the surface of pivot 503 alternative arrangement, fixed cover 507 bottom fixed mounting has link 508, link 508 bottom and the interior bottom wall fixed connection of agitator tank 501, utilize link 508 and fixed cover 507 to support pivot 503, the stationarity of improvement equipment during operation.
