a screw rod adjusting device is arranged in the speed reducer (8), the screw rod adjusting device comprises a screw rod adjustable pull rod (18) which penetrates through the speed reducer (8) and is arranged in the speed reducer in a sliding connection mode, the output tail end of the screw rod adjustable pull rod (18) is abutted against the screw rod (23), the output front end of the screw rod adjustable pull rod (18) extends out of the speed reducer (8), a stepped rod section (19) is arranged at the extending part, the diameter of the stepped rod section (19) is larger than that of the screw rod adjustable pull rod (18), and is externally provided with threads, a lock nut (16) wrapping the stepped rod section (19) is sleeved on the extending part of the screw rod adjustable pull rod (18), the lock nut (16) is fixedly connected with the speed reducer (8), an adjusting nut (17) is rotatably connected in the lock nut (16) through a tapered roller bearing, the adjusting nut (17) is in threaded connection with the stepped rod section (19).

The extruder device for automatically controlling and adjusting the extrusion amount in a rubber injection molding screw according to claim 2, wherein the distance from the front output end of the screw (23) to the rear output end of the screw (23) to the center of the vent ring (231) of the slope section (1312) is gradually reduced, or the distance from the front output end of the screw (23) to the rear output end of the screw (23) to the center of the vent ring (231) of the slope section (1312) is gradually increased.
4. The extruder device for automatically controlling and adjusting the extrusion amount in a rubber injection molding screw according to claim 1, wherein the distance between adjacent thread turns of the thread on the stepped rod section (19) is 0.5-1 mm.

The extruder device for automatically controlling and adjusting the extrusion amount in the rubber injection molding screw rod according to claim 1, wherein the end, far away from the speed reducer (8), of the adjusting nut (17) extends out of the lock nut (16), the screw rod adjusting device further comprises a first belt wheel (14), a transmission belt (10), a second belt wheel (15) and a motor (9), the first belt wheel (14) is sleeved on the part, extending out of the adjusting nut (17), of the lock nut (16) through a key connection, the motor (9) is installed outside the speed reducer (8) through a bolt, the second belt wheel (15) is sleeved on an output shaft of the motor (9) through a key connection, and the transmission belt (10) is connected between the first belt wheel (14) and the second belt wheel (15).

The extruder device for automatically controlling and adjusting the extrusion amount in the rubber injection screw according to claim 1, wherein five barrels are arranged, a lengthened machine body barrel (2), a front machine body barrel (1), an exhaust machine body barrel (4), a middle machine body barrel (5) and a rear machine body barrel (6) are sequentially and respectively arranged from the front end to the rear end of the compression output of the screw (23), and the lengthened machine body barrel (2), the front machine body barrel (1), the exhaust machine body barrel (4), the middle machine body barrel (5) and the rear machine body barrel (6) are fixedly connected through a transition flange (3) gasket, a bolt and a nut;
the steel sleeve (20) is provided with four corresponding matching sections corresponding to the front machine body cylinder (1), the exhaust machine body cylinder (4), the middle machine body cylinder (5) and the rear machine body cylinder (6);
the exhaust ring (231) is positioned on the screw (23) in the exhaust machine body cylinder (4), and the exhaust ring groove (201) is positioned on a steel sleeve (20) in the exhaust machine body cylinder (4).

Background
In the extrusion molding process of rubber, in order to improve the compactness of products, a rubber extruder is usually designed as a vacuum-pumping extruder. The vented extruder body must therefore be heatable and temperature-controllable, the screw must have a certain compression ratio, and stirring ability. The purpose is to rapidly plasticize rubber, design a screw into an exhaust ring, compress the plasticized rubber into a sheet by using an exhaust groove ring, discharge water vapor in the rubber and convey the sheet to an extrusion section, because the extrusion section is in a relative vacuum environment, the discharged water vapor can be rapidly gasified in the relative vacuum environment, and the gasified water vapor is extracted by using vacuum and discharged out of a material barrel of an extruder.
However, in the actual production process, the sectional area of the exhaust ring and the steel sleeve of the fuselage is fixed, so that the adaptability of the equipment to different rubbers is poor. The cross section area between the screw exhaust ring and the rigid sleeve which are designed originally is fixed and consistent, so that the screw exhaust ring and the rigid sleeve cannot adapt to the extrusion amount of different rubbers, the amount of raw materials with good extrusion performance and good fluidity passing through the exhaust ring is large under a certain pressure, and conversely, the amount of raw materials is small, and under the condition of a certain extrusion amount at an extrusion section, too much raw materials passing through the exhaust ring can be discharged from a vacuum pumping port, so that the vacuum pumping failure is caused. And too little air discharge ring can cause the screw groove of the extrusion section to lack glue, thereby influencing the unstable sectional area of the product.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to an extruder device for automatically controlling and adjusting the extrusion amount in a rubber injection screw.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an extruder device for automatically controlling and adjusting extrusion capacity in a rubber injection molding screw, which comprises a machine barrel and a speed reducer, wherein the machine barrel is fixedly connected to the output end of the speed reducer;
a steel sleeve is sleeved in the machine barrel, a spiral water channel is formed between the steel sleeve and the machine barrel, a screw is sleeved in the steel sleeve, an exhaust ring is arranged on the screw, the maximum circumcircle of the exhaust ring is larger than the diameter of the circumcircles at the two ends, an exhaust ring groove matched with the exhaust ring is drilled on the inner wall of the steel sleeve, and the maximum circumcircle of the exhaust ring is the same as the diameter of the inner wall of the steel sleeve;
the screw rod adjusting device is arranged in the speed reducer and comprises a screw rod adjustable pull rod which penetrates through the speed reducer and is arranged in the speed reducer in a sliding connection mode, the output end of the pull rod is abutted to the screw rod, the output front end of the pull rod extends out of the speed reducer, a step rod section is arranged on the extending portion of the pull rod, the diameter of the step rod section is larger than that of the screw rod adjustable pull rod, threads are arranged on the outer portion of the step rod section, a locking nut which wraps the step rod section is sleeved on the extending portion of the screw rod adjustable pull rod, the nut is fixedly connected with the speed reducer, an adjusting nut is rotatably connected in the locking nut through a tapered roller bearing, and the adjusting nut is in threaded connection with the step rod section.
Preferably, the axial section of the exhaust ring is an uneven outer contour line, at least one inclined surface section is formed on the outer contour line, at least one arc surface section is formed on the outer contour line, two arc surface sections are arranged, one inclined surface section is arranged, the arc surface sections are arranged at two ends of the inclined surface section, and the length of the inclined surface section is greater than that of the arc surface section.
Preferably, the distance between the inclined plane section and the center of the exhaust ring from the front output end of the screw to the rear output end of the screw is gradually reduced, or the distance between the inclined plane section and the center of the exhaust ring from the front output end of the screw to the rear output end of the screw is gradually increased.
Preferably, the distance between adjacent thread turns of the thread on the stepped rod section is 05-1 mm.

the steel jacket is provided with four corresponding matching sections corresponding to the front machine body machine barrel, the exhaust machine body machine barrel, the middle machine body machine barrel and the rear machine body machine barrel respectively;
the exhaust ring is positioned on the screw rod in the exhaust machine body barrel, and the exhaust ring groove is positioned on the steel sleeve in the exhaust machine body barrel.
Preferably, an exhaust device is arranged on the outer side of the machine barrel of the exhaust machine body, the exhaust device is a sleeve cylinder, a through hole penetrates through the side wall of the sleeve cylinder, and the sleeve cylinder is communicated with a rubber spiral extrusion channel formed by the screw and the steel sleeve.

Compared with the prior art, the extruder device has the advantages that the exhaust ring and the exhaust ring groove in the steel sleeve are arranged on the screw rod between the extrusion section and the plasticizing section, so that the cross sectional areas of the exhaust ring and the steel sleeve on the screw rod can be adjusted, the device can adapt to rubbers of different types and specifications and adapt to the extrusion amount of different rubbers, the amount of raw materials with good extrusion performance and good fluidity passing through the exhaust ring can be controlled in a flow reducing mode under the condition that the pressure is certain, the amount of raw materials with poor extrusion performance and poor fluidity passing through the exhaust ring can be controlled in an increasing mode, and the raw materials passing through the exhaust ring can be controlled under the condition that the extrusion amount of the extrusion section is certain, so that the raw materials can be prevented from emerging from a vacuumizing port, and the vacuumizing failure is avoided. And the phenomenon that the sectional area of a product is unstable due to the fact that the extrusion section screw groove is short of glue caused by too little air discharge ring can be avoided. In addition, the axial movement of the exhaust ring is realized through the screw rod adjusting device, the control of the motor is automatic, the motor is controlled by adopting a preset program, the control is accurate, the axial movement of the screw rod is accurate, and therefore the flow control is accurate.

Referring to fig. 1-10, an extruder device for automatically controlling and adjusting extrusion capacity in a rubber injection screw comprises a cylinder and a reducer 8, wherein the cylinder is fixedly connected to the output end of the reducer 8;
a steel sleeve 20 is sleeved in the cylinder, a spiral water channel is formed between the steel sleeve 20 and the cylinder, a screw 23 is sleeved in the steel sleeve 20, an exhaust ring 231 is arranged on the screw 23, the maximum circumscribed circle of the exhaust ring 231 is larger than the diameter of circumscribed circles at two ends, an exhaust ring groove 201 matched with the exhaust ring 231 is formed in the inner wall of the steel sleeve 20 in a chiseling mode, and the maximum circumscribed circle of the exhaust ring 231 is the same as the diameter of the inner wall of the steel sleeve 20;
the screw rod adjusting device is arranged in the speed reducer 8 and comprises a screw rod adjustable pull rod 18 which penetrates through the speed reducer 8 and is arranged in the speed reducer in a sliding connection mode, the output tail end of the pull rod is abutted to the screw rod 23, the output front end of the pull rod extends out of the speed reducer 8, a stepped rod section 19 is arranged on the extending portion of the pull rod, the diameter of the stepped rod section 19 is larger than that of the screw rod adjustable pull rod 18, threads are arranged on the outer portion of the stepped rod section, a lock nut 16 wrapping the stepped rod section 19 is sleeved on the extending portion of the screw rod adjustable pull rod 18, the nut is fixedly connected with the speed reducer 8, an adjusting nut 17 is rotatably connected in the lock nut 16 through a tapered roller bearing, and the adjusting nut 17 is in threaded connection with the stepped rod section 19.
Preferably, the axial cross section of the exhaust ring 231 is an uneven outer contour line, at least one inclined section 1312 is formed on the outer contour line, at least one arc section 1311 is formed on the outer contour line, two arc sections 1311 are provided, one inclined section 1312 is provided, the arc sections 1311 are provided at two ends of the inclined section 1312, and the length of the inclined section 1312 is greater than that of the arc section 1311.
Preferably, the distance between the output front end of the screw 23 and the output rear end of the screw 23 of the slope 1312 and the center of the exhaust ring 231 is gradually reduced, or the distance between the output front end of the screw 23 and the output rear end of the screw 23 and the center of the exhaust ring 231 is gradually increased in the slope 1312.
Preferably, the distance between adjacent turns of the thread on the stepped rod section 19 is 05-1 mm.
Preferably, the adjusting nut 17 is far away from the end of the speed reducer 8 and stretches out of the lock nut 16, the screw adjusting device further comprises a first belt wheel 14, a transmission belt 10, a second belt wheel 15 and a motor 9, the first belt wheel 14 is sleeved on the part, extending out of the adjusting nut 17, of the lock nut 16 through a key connection, the motor 9 is installed outside the speed reducer 8 through a bolt, the second belt wheel 15 is sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 9 through a key connection, and the transmission belt 10 is connected between the first belt wheel 14 and the second belt wheel 15.
Preferably, the number of the machine barrels is five, the front end and the rear end of the compression output of the screw 23 are respectively a lengthened machine body machine barrel 2, a front machine body machine barrel 1, an exhaust machine body machine barrel 4, a middle machine body machine barrel 5 and a rear machine body machine barrel 6 in sequence, and the lengthened machine body machine barrel 2, the front machine body machine barrel 1, the exhaust machine body machine barrel 4, the middle machine body machine barrel 5 and the rear machine body machine barrel 6 are all fixedly connected through a transition flange 3 gasket, a bolt and a nut;

Preferably, an exhaust device 43 is arranged outside the cylinder 4 of the exhaust machine body, the exhaust device 43 is a sleeve cylinder, a through hole penetrates through the side wall of the sleeve cylinder, and the sleeve cylinder is communicated with a rubber spiral extrusion channel formed by the screw 23 and the steel sleeve 20.

When different rubber extrusion amounts are controlled, under the condition of a certain pressure, the amount of the raw material with good extrusion performance and good flowability is controlled to be reduced to a proper amount from the exhaust ring 231, the motor 9 on the speed reducer 8 is started to drive the adjusting nut 17 to rotate through the belt wheel I14, the belt wheel II 15 and the transmission belt 10, and the adjusting nut 17 is in threaded connection with the thread on the stepped rod section 19 on the screw adjustable pull rod 18, so that the screw adjustable pull rod 18 moves axially to push the screw 23 to move towards the output end, the cross-sectional area of the maximum circumscribed circle of the exhaust ring 231 on the screw 23 and the steel sleeve 20 is gradually reduced, the extrusion amount is gradually reduced, and the purpose that the amount of the raw material with good extrusion performance and good flowability is controlled to be reduced to be proper from the exhaust ring 231 is achieved.
When the amount of the raw material with poor basic performance and poor flowability is controlled to be increased from the past amount of the exhaust ring 231 to the proper amount, the motor 9 on the speed reducer 8 is started to drive the adjusting nut 17 to rotate reversely through the belt wheel I14, the belt wheel II 15 and the transmission belt 10, and the adjusting nut 17 is in threaded connection with the thread on the stepped rod section 19 on the screw rod adjustable pull rod 18, so that the screw rod adjustable pull rod 18 moves axially to push the screw rod 23 to move towards the front end, the cross sectional area of the maximum circumscribed circle of the exhaust ring 231 on the screw rod 23 and the cross sectional area of the steel sleeve 20 are gradually increased, the extrusion amount is gradually increased, and the raw material with good extrusion performance and good flowability is controlled.
In addition, in the case where the extrusion amount is constant in the extrusion zone, if too much material passes through the vent ring 231, the material is prevented from flowing out of the evacuation port, and thus failure of evacuation is prevented. The amount of the screw groove glue in the extrusion section is proper due to the proper amount of the air exhaust ring 231, so that the stability of the sectional area of the product is improved.
