Method for measuring porosity of tread product
1. A method for measuring porosity of a tread product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) weighing m of the tread product by a meter scaleMeasuringThe weight deviation percentage of the obtained tread product is measured asWherein m isStandard of meritIs a set value;
2) scanning area S of the tread product by using a scannerScanningThe percent of the deviation of the scanning area of the obtained tread product is measured to beWherein SStandard of meritIs a set value;
3) using the formula
Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
after the finishing, the mixture is put into a vacuum drying oven,
subjecting the measured values in step 1) and step 2)Andand substituting the formula to obtain the porosity.
Background
In the extrusion process of the tread product, air holes are inevitably generated due to volatilization of small molecular substances in the rubber material and mixing of air at a feeding port. Too large or excessive air holes can directly affect tire quality. At present, no instrument for directly measuring the porosity exists, a method for measuring the specific gravity also brings great errors, and the data quantity is insufficient.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a method for measuring the porosity of a tread product, which has high precision and convenient data acquisition.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
