Background

The bar steel, i.e. the bar billet, includes the continuous casting billet and the blooming billet, is mainly used for producing bars, wires, plates and the like. The production process comprises the following steps: firstly, a shot blasting machine and/or a sharpening machine are/is adopted to carry out finishing treatment on the surface defects of the bar steel, and then the bar steel after finishing treatment is sent to different next branch plants according to the length to be rolled so as to obtain bars, wires, plates and the like. The steel bars are heated in the heating furnaces in the corresponding next branch plants before being rolled, because the sizes of the heating furnace hearth in each next branch plant and the trolley sizing block in the heating furnace are fixed, only the steel bars within the corresponding length range can be heated, if the length of the steel bars is too long, the steel bars cannot enter the heating furnace for heating, even if the steel bars can enter the heating furnace, when the trolley moves, the too long steel bars damage the heating furnace hearths, the rolling efficiency of the steel bars is influenced, and the maintenance cost is increased; if the length of the bar steel is too short, the bar steel cannot be supported by the trolley sizing block, the heating effect is influenced, the later rolling effect is further influenced, and the rolling quality is reduced.

In order to achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an online measuring device for the length of a bar steel to be finished, comprising a rack, a first distance measuring sensor and a second distance measuring sensor, wherein the rack is provided with positioning grooves arranged along the longitudinal direction of the rack; the positioning groove is used for adjusting the length direction of the bar steel, and the bar steel is provided with a first end and a second end; the first distance measuring sensor and the second distance measuring sensor are oppositely arranged at two ends of the positioning groove, and the first distance measuring sensor, the first end of the steel bar in the positioning groove, the second distance measuring sensor and the second end of the steel bar in the positioning groove are positioned on the same straight line; the first distance measuring sensor is used for measuring the distance from the first distance measuring sensor to the first end of the bar steel, and the second distance measuring sensor is used for measuring the distance from the second distance measuring sensor to the second end of the bar steel; the first distance measuring sensor and the second distance measuring sensor are both connected to a controller, and a human-computer interaction device is arranged on the controller; the invention utilizes the positioning groove on the storage rack arranged on the shot blasting machine and/or the grinding machine to limit the length direction of the bar steel to be finished, and the positioning groove is matched with the first distance measuring sensor and the second distance measuring sensor to obtain the distance from the distance measuring sensor to the corresponding end part of the bar steel to be finished, thereby obtaining the length of the bar steel to be finished.

The steel bar marking and processing device is characterized in that the controller is provided with an audible and visual alarm device to remind workers of marking or processing the steel bars which do not meet the requirements.

Preferably, the storage rack is provided with a plurality of transverse sliding rails arranged along the transverse direction of the storage rack, each transverse sliding rail is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping grooves are communicated with each other to form a positioning groove, so that a feeding device on the shot blasting machine and/or the grinding machine can conveniently move the bar steel to be finely ground in the positioning groove to the shot blasting machine and/or the grinding machine for fine grinding.

In conclusion, the positioning groove on the storage rack arranged on the shot blasting machine/grinding machine is used for limiting the length direction of the bar steel to be refined, so that the distance measurement sensor can conveniently measure the distance of the end part of the bar steel in the positioning groove, and the length of the bar steel to be refined is further obtained; the whole measuring device is low in cost, labor intensity of workers is reduced, measuring results are quick and accurate, normal fine grinding operation of the bar steel is not affected, and finishing efficiency is guaranteed.
