Specifically, the smoke barrier structure 400 of the present embodiment further includes a fixing column 301, the fixing column 301 is used for being connected with the smoke collecting hood 300 to form a fixing mechanism, a clamping platform 3011 is provided on the fixing column 301, and the locking mechanism 430 is used for abutting against the clamping platform 3011 to realize locking and fixing of the locking mechanism 430 and the fixing mechanism.

The mounting groove 4031 may be provided with an inward gradually contracting end of the inner wall surface from the direction of the notch pointing to the groove bottom, that is, the notch of the mounting groove 4031 gradually contracts from top to bottom to form a guide opening, so that the fixing column 301 can be conveniently inserted into the mounting groove 4031, and the mounting groove 4031 has good stability when being inserted into the mounting groove 4031.

The fixing posts 301 may also be provided with guides 3012 tapering inwardly in a direction away from the fume collecting hood 300, the guides 3012 being intended to cooperate with the mounting slot 4031. As shown in fig. 1 or fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the fixing column 301 is provided with a guide portion 3012 tapering inward on a side of the blocking platform 3011 away from the smoke collecting hood 300, and the guide portion 3012 is tapered to match with the tapered mounting groove 4031. The guide portion 3012 of the fixing column 301 is matched with the mounting groove 4031 of the mounting column 403, so that the fixing column 301 and the mounting column 403 are in a guide column and guide sleeve relationship, and both the fixing column 301 and the mounting column 403 are guided by slopes, and the fixing column 301 and the mounting column 403 can be mounted more conveniently.

In this embodiment, the guide portion 3012 may be provided only on the fixed column 301, and the mounting groove 4031 may be formed in a regular equal diameter or the like, so that the guiding function when the fixed column 301 and the mounting column 403 are assembled can be achieved.

The number of the mounting posts 403 can be set according to the requirement, and the mounting posts 403 are generally arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the fixing posts 301. In this embodiment, the left side and the right side of the smoke baffle 401 are respectively provided with a plurality of mounting posts 403, the plurality of mounting posts 403 on the left side of the smoke baffle 401 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the front-back direction of the smoke baffle 401, and the plurality of mounting posts 403 on the right side of the smoke baffle 401 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the front-back direction of the smoke baffle 401.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment, when the smoke barrier structure 400 is installed on the range hood, the front, the rear, the left, and the right of the range hood are described with reference to the front, the rear, the left, and the right of the range hood in the operating state of the range hood. When the operator faces the range hood, the left-right direction of the operator is also the left-right direction of the range hood and is also the left-right direction of the smoke barrier structure 400, and the front-back direction of the operator is also the front-back direction of the range hood and is also the front-back direction of the smoke barrier structure 400.

The locking mechanism 430 of the smoke barrier structure 400 of the present embodiment will be described in detail.

The locking mechanism 430 further includes an elastic restoring member 432, the elastic restoring member 432 is connected between the mounting post 403 and the tilting rod 431, and the elastic restoring member 432 enables the stopping portion 4311 of the tilting rod 431 to have a tendency of pressing the fixing mechanism.

It can be understood that the elastic return member 432 can ensure the stability of the connection between the tilting rod 431 and the fixing mechanism, and can maintain the locking and fixing state between the tilting rod 431 and the fixing mechanism. The elastic reset piece 432 can be usually selected as a spring, when the locking mechanism 430 needs to be disengaged from the fixing mechanism, that is, the fixed column 301, the control mechanism 420 applies an acting force to the tilting rod 431, which is opposite to the elastic force of the elastic reset piece 432, and overcomes the elastic force of the elastic reset piece 432, so that the stopping portion 4311 of the tilting rod 431 is disengaged from the clamping table 3011 on the fixed column 301; when the control mechanism 420 does not apply a force to the tilting rod 431, the tilting rod 431 is pressed against the blocking portion 4311 by the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 432.

Specifically, the middle of the tilting rod 431 is mounted on the mounting post 403 through a rotating shaft, the stopping portion 4311 is arranged at one end of the tilting rod 431, and the control mechanism 420 and the elastic reset piece 432 are both connected to the other end of the tilting rod 431. As shown in fig. 6, the rotating shaft may be a pin 433, that is, the middle of the tilting rod 431 is fixed and rotatable by the pin 433; the bottom end of the tilting rod 431 is connected with the connecting rod of the control mechanism 420 through a rivet 424 and can rotate; the spring is arranged in the mounting column 403, and one end of the spring is pressed against the lower end of the tilting rod 431. In order to facilitate the movement of the tilting rod 431, a notch 4032 is formed in the mounting column 403 along the extending direction of the mounting column 403, the tilting rod 431 is arranged corresponding to the notch 4032, and the tilting rod 431 can pass through the notch 4032 under the action of the control mechanism 420 to be separated from the fixing mechanism; and can be reset into the mounting post 403 through the notch 4032 by the resilient reset member 432.

The control mechanism 420 of the smoke barrier structure 400 of this embodiment will be described in detail below.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the control mechanism 420 includes an operation part 426 and a connection rod, wherein the operation part 426 is connected to the connection rod, and the connection rod is hinged to the tilting rod 431.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the left control mechanism 420 is configured such that the bottom ends of two tilting rods 431 on the left are respectively hinged to links 422 through rivets 424 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the left ends of the two links 422 are fixedly connected to a left operating rod 425 through screws 421, and the left side of the operating rod 425 is connected to an operating part 426. The right control mechanism 420 is symmetrically arranged with the left control mechanism, specifically, the bottom ends of the two right tilting rods 431 are respectively hinged with connecting rods 422 through rivets 424 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the right ends of the two connecting rods 422 are fixedly connected with the right operating rod 425 through screws 421, and the right side of the operating rod 425 is connected with an operating part 426.

The operating portion 426 and the operating lever 425 are integrally configured in the present embodiment.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the smoke barrier structure 400 of the present embodiment further includes a cover plate 405, the cover plate 405 is connected to the smoke barrier 401, an installation gap is formed between the cover plate 405 and the smoke barrier 401, a connection rod is installed in the installation gap, and the connection rod can move in the installation gap. The cover plate 405 is fixed on the inner side of the smoke baffle 401, that is, the smoke baffle 401 faces one side of the smoke outlet of the smoke collecting hood 300, the shape of the cover plate 405 is consistent with the arrangement of the connecting rods and is used for shielding the connecting rods, the cover plate 405 seals the connecting rods, the cleanliness of the connecting rods is ensured, and meanwhile, the arrangement position of the connecting rods is also positioned by the installation gap between the cover plate 405 and the smoke baffle 401, so that the connecting rod 422 can be ensured to move along the expected direction under the action of the operation part 426.

It should be noted that the position of the notch 4032 of the smoke barrier structure 400 in this embodiment should be the same as the moving direction of the stopping portion 4311 of the tilting rod 431 under the action of the control mechanism 420, and the notch 4032 may be arranged at any position of the front, the rear, the left, and the right of the circumference of the mounting column 403 according to design. The location of the indentations 4032 of the plurality of mounting posts 403 may be the same or different. Since the position of the notch 4032 determines the direction from which the stop portion 4311 presses the clamp 3011, in order to facilitate control operation and simplify the structure, the notches 4032 of the left mounting posts 403 face the same direction, and the notches 4032 of the right mounting posts 403 face the same direction, so that the left operating portion 426 can simultaneously control the left tilting rods 431, the right operating portion 426 can simultaneously control the right tilting rods 431, and the structure of the connecting rod connected with each tilting rod 431 can be the same.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the stopping portions 4311 of the tilting rods 431 corresponding to the two left mounting posts 403 of the smoke barrier structure 400 press the clamping table 3011 corresponding to the fixed post 301 from the right side, and the stopping portions 4311 of the tilting rods 431 corresponding to the two right mounting posts 403 press the clamping table 3011 corresponding to the fixed post 301 from the left side. When the smoke barrier structure 400 needs to be detached, as shown in fig. 5, the stopping portion 4311 of the left tilting rod 431 can be moved rightward by pulling the left operating portion 426 and the right operating portion 426 rightward, and the stopping portion 4311 of the right tilting rod 431 can be moved leftward and further separated from the corresponding blocking table 3011. In this embodiment, the movement directions of the stopping portion 4311 of the left tilting rod 431 and the stopping portion 4311 of the right tilting rod 431 are opposite, which is beneficial for the left hand and the right hand of an operator to perform the same pulling action to realize unlocking.

The disassembly and assembly steps of the smoke barrier structure 400 of the present embodiment are: the left hand and the right hand hold the two sides of the smoke barrier 401, pinch the left operation part 426 and the right operation part 426, pull the operation part 426 according to the direction of the arrow marked on the operation part 426 in fig. 5 and fig. 6, pull the bottom of the seesaw rod 431 to move along the direction of the arrow marked on the mounting post 403 through the connecting rod 422, overcome the elasticity of the spring, rotate around the pin 433, make all the stopping parts 4311 on the seesaw rod 431, that is, the hooks, break away from the clamping table 3011 of the fixing post 301, at this time, the hand holds the smoke barrier structure 400 and moves down to be detachable. When the cigarette blocking plate structure 400 is installed, the user holds the cigarette blocking plate structure 400 upward, pinches the left and right operating portions 426, pulls the operating portions 426 in the direction of the arrows marked on the operating portions 426 in fig. 5 and 6, releases the operating portions 426 after the cigarette blocking plate structure 400 is installed in place, and the stopping portions 4311, namely the hooks, of the tilting rods 431 can stop and buckle the clamping table 3011 of the fixing column 301. In addition, the operation portion 426 may be directly and forcibly engaged upward without being pinched.

It should be explained that, in the present embodiment, the smoke barrier structure 400 can also be unlocked by pressing the operation portion 426, at this time, the stopping portion 4311 of the left tilting rod 431 presses the corresponding blocking table 3011 of the fixing column 301 from the left, and the stopping portion 4311 of the right tilting rod 431 presses the corresponding blocking table 3011 of the fixing column 301 from the right.

In addition, in the embodiment, the elastic reset piece 432 of the tilting rod 431 applies a pushing force to the tilting rod 431 from the bottom end to maintain the locking fixation between the stopping portion 4311 of the tilting rod 431 and the clamping table 3011; in practical applications, the elastic restoring member 432 is also deformed as needed, as long as the locking fixation between the stopping portion 4311 and the block 3011 is maintained, for example, the elastic restoring member 432 is configured to apply a pulling force to the tilting rod 431 from the bottom end to maintain the locking fixation between the stopping portion 4311 of the tilting rod 431 and the block 3011. As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the smoke barrier structure 400 of the present embodiment further includes an oil screen assembly 410, and the oil screen assembly 410 is mounted on the smoke barrier 401.

The oil screen assembly 410 is mounted on the smoke barrier 401, i.e., the smoke barrier 401 serves as a fixing structure of the oil screen assembly 410. The structure 400 of the smoke baffle plate of the embodiment can detach the oil screen assembly 410 after detaching the smoke baffle plate 401, thereby facilitating the detachment of the smoke baffle plate 401 and the oil screen assembly 410.

Specifically, the oil screen assembly 410 may be directly connected to the smoke barrier 401, or may be mounted on the mounting post 403. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate cleaning of the oil screen assembly 410, the oil screen assembly 410 may be detachably installed.

In this embodiment, the oil screen assembly 410 is mounted on the mounting post 403.

In a specific implementation manner, a slot 4033 is provided on the mounting post 403, and the oil screen assembly 410 is detachably inserted into the slot 4033. Corresponding to the number of the installation columns 403 in this embodiment is many, and the installation columns 403 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the smoke baffle 401 at intervals, the oil screen assembly 410 includes a plurality of sub oil screens 411 which are separated, slots 4033 are arranged on the side, close to each other, of any two adjacent installation columns 403 in the circumferential direction of the smoke baffle 401, and the sub oil screens 411 are connected in the facing slots 4033 of any two adjacent installation columns 403 in the circumferential direction of the smoke baffle 401.

As shown in fig. 3, the connecting lines of the positions of the four mounting columns 403 of the smoke barrier structure 400 of this embodiment form a rectangle, the oil net component 410 includes four oil nets 411, the middle of the flat plate of each oil net 411 is provided with a mesh, the four oil nets 411 are respectively connected between two adjacent mounting columns 403 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and two ends of any one oil net 411 are respectively inserted into the slots 4033 of two corresponding mounting columns 403. The four oil sub-nets 411 form a rectangular oil net assembly 410 under the fixing action of the mounting column 403.

The slot 4033 extends along an extending direction, that is, a vertical direction, of the mounting column 403, the slot 4033 is through with one end of the mounting column 403, which is far away from the smoke barrier 401, and the oil screen assembly 410 is inserted into or removed from the slot 4033 from one end of the mounting column 403, which is far away from the smoke barrier 401. Referring to fig. 7, the upper end of the slot 4033 is penetrated, and the oil net 411 of the oil net assembly 410 is inserted into or removed from the slot 4033 in the up-down direction.

It can be understood that each oil sub-net 411 is fixed through two mounting columns 403, the fixing stability is high, and the oil sub-net 411 is convenient to mount and dismount in a plugging mode. Meanwhile, the slot 4033 is mounted or dismounted in a mode that the upper end is communicated, the sub oil net 411 can only be separated from the upper end of the slot 4033, and the fixing stability of the sub oil net 411 is high in a use state; when the sub-oil screen 411 needs to be detached, an operator directly holds the sub-oil screen 411 to take the sub-oil screen 411 out of the slot 4033, or directly inverts the smoke baffle 401 to take the sub-oil screen 411 out, and the operation convenience is improved. Moreover, after the smoke barrier structure 400 is disassembled, the oil screen assembly 410 can be directly pulled out from the slot 4033 for cleaning, and the oil screen assembly 410 is divided into a plurality of sub oil screens 411, which facilitates the cleaning operation of the oil screen assembly 410.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, two ends of the sub-oil net 411 of the smoke baffle structure 400 of this embodiment are further provided with folded edges 412, and two ends of the sub-oil net 411 provided with the folded edges 412 are respectively inserted into the slots 4033 of the two corresponding adjacent mounting columns 403. The hem 412 can be understood as the hem at the two ends of the oil sub-net 411 is flattened or the two ends of the oil sub-net 411 are curled, and the two ends of the oil sub-net 411 are integrally formed, so that the hands of an operator can be prevented from being stabbed by the burrs at the two ends after the oil sub-net 411 is detached, and meanwhile, the oil sub-net 411 can be prevented from shaking in the slot 4033 through the hem 412 in the inserting mode.

In another specific implementation manner, the number of the mounting columns 403 is multiple, the multiple mounting columns 403 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the smoke baffle 401, the oil screen assembly 410 has elasticity, and the oil screen assembly 410 is sleeved on the multiple mounting columns 403.

As shown in fig. 12, the material of the oil screen component 410 may be disposable filter cotton 404, and a ring structure is formed by using the flexible material of the disposable filter cotton 404, the total circumference of the oil screen component 410 is smaller than the circumferences of the outer edges of the four mounting columns 403, and the disposable filter cotton 404 is partially or completely provided with elasticity, so that the filter cotton 404 is pulled away from and sleeved on the mounting columns 403 during installation, and is supported and fixed by the mounting columns 403. The disposable filter pulp 404 is dirty and can be replaced at any time.

It should be noted that the above description only shows two installation manners of the oil net assembly 410. In practical applications, the oil screen assembly 410 may also be in other forms, such as a metal screen integrated with the oil screen assembly 410, which is also connected to the mounting post 403; as another example, a plurality of sub-oil screens 411 may be combined with a flexible screen to form the oil screen assembly 410, and so on.

In order to collect dirty oil, the smoke baffle 401 of the present embodiment is provided with an oil cup 402. The oil cup 402 may be additionally installed on the smoke barrier 401, or may be integrally formed with the smoke barrier 401. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the middle of the soot guard 401 is depressed downward to form an oil cup 402.

Further, in order to facilitate collection of dirty oil, the oil cup 402 gradually shrinks inward in the top-down direction.

It can be understood that the oil cup 402 is integrally formed by the smoke baffle 401, so that a connecting gap generated by connecting the oil cup 402 and the smoke baffle 401 can be avoided, the attractiveness is improved, the processing is convenient, and the assembly is convenient; oil cup 402 sets up in the middle part that keeps off cigarette board 401, and oil cup 402 along from last direction down inwards shrink gradually, and the sump oil flows along the convergent spigot surface, is favorable to dripping the concentrated collection of the sump oil on keeping off cigarette board 401.

In this embodiment, the smoke baffle 401 is disposed in a downward direction from the periphery to the middle to form an oil guiding surface gathered from the periphery to the middle, so that the dirty oil can flow into the oil cup 402 conveniently.

The smoke collecting hood assembly of the present embodiment has the same beneficial effects as the smoke baffle structure 400 provided by the present embodiment.

As shown in fig. 11, the fume collecting cover 300 of the fume collecting cover assembly of the present embodiment has an oil guiding portion 305 extending inward in the circumferential direction of the fume outlet, the oil guiding portion 305 is gradually inclined downward from one end far away from the fume outlet to one end close to the fume outlet, the outer edge of the oil guiding portion 305 is located above the fume baffle 401, and the downward orthographic projection of the outer edge of the oil guiding portion 305 is located on the fume baffle 401.

It will be appreciated that the oil-guiding portion 305 is generally integral with the fume collecting hood 300, the location of the oil-guiding portion 305 near the fume collecting hood 300 is the oil-dividing point 303, and the location of the oil-guiding portion 305 near the smoke outlet, i.e. the inner end of the oil-guiding portion 305 is the oil-collecting point 302. The oil guiding part 305 is arranged so that the cross section of the smoke collecting cavity 304 of the smoke collecting hood 300 is approximately in an M shape with a broken middle, wherein the bottom sharp point of the middle part of the M shape is separated by the smoke outlet of the smoke collecting hood 300, the bottom sharp point is also the oil collecting point 302, and the two high sharp points of the M are also the oil separating point 303. Because the oil guide part 305 is obliquely arranged, the oil collection point 302 is lower than the oil distribution point 303, which is beneficial for sump oil falling from the inner wall of the case 100 to be collected at the oil collection point 302, then to drip onto the smoke baffle structure 400, and finally to be collected at the oil cup 402. The vertical area of the smoke baffle 401 is larger than the area around the oil distribution point 303, so that the smoke baffle 401 can cover the connecting position of the oil guide part 305 and the smoke collecting hood 300, namely the position of the oil distribution point 303, to ensure that the dirty oil can be received.

It should be noted that fig. 11 omits the structures of the oil screen assembly 410 and the mounting column 403 for easy understanding, and fig. 11 shows the oil drop state when dirty oil is collected on the oil guide 305.

As shown in fig. 10, a fixing mechanism, that is, a fixing column 301 is fixedly connected to the oil guide 305. Specifically, four fixing posts 301 are respectively welded or integrally formed at the front and rear ends of the left side of the oil guiding portion 305 and the front and rear ends of the right side of the oil guiding portion 305, and the fixing posts 301 are vertically arranged in the smoke collecting cavity 304.

The embodiment also provides a range hood, which comprises the smoke collecting hood assembly provided by the embodiment.

The range hood of the embodiment has the same beneficial effects as the fume collecting hood assembly provided by the embodiment.

As shown in fig. 11, the range hood of this embodiment further includes a chassis 100, the chassis 100 is connected to the smoke collecting hood assembly, a smoke inlet of the chassis 100 is correspondingly communicated with a smoke outlet of the smoke collecting hood 300, a fan assembly 200 is disposed in the chassis 100, an oil collecting nozzle 201 is disposed at a lower end of a fan casing of the fan assembly 200, and a downward orthographic projection of the oil collecting nozzle 201 is located on a smoke blocking plate 401.

Oil collecting nozzle 201 is located fan assembly 200's bottom, and it can assemble the sump oil on the fan assembly 200, and then drops the sump oil on keeping off cigarette board 401, and final sump oil flows into and collects in oil cup 402.

The range hood of this embodiment mainly comprises quick-witted case 100, fan subassembly 200, collection petticoat pipe subassembly and fender cigarette structure 400, and the theory of operation is: the fan assembly 200 generates negative pressure and transmits the negative pressure to the periphery of the smoke baffle structure 400 through the wind path, and then the smoke collecting hood 300 collects the smoke to make the smoke sucked into the range hood and centrifugally filtered by the oil screen assembly 410 and the impeller of the fan assembly 200, and finally the smoke is discharged through the smoke outlet at the upper end of the case 100.

Note that arrows in fig. 10 indicate the flow of the oil smoke.

The oil cup, the baffle and the oil screen of the existing range hood with the smoke baffle, such as the European range hood with the baffle, are respectively installed as independent parts, and if the range hood needs to be cleaned, the range hood can be completely disassembled after being disassembled for three times, which is very inconvenient; in addition, in the existing range hood with the smoke baffle, because the cavity bottom of the conventional smoke collecting hood is flat or is in a form that the middle is high and the two sides are low, the sump oil of the case 100 can easily flow out along the bottom surface of the smoke collecting hood 300, and finally the sump oil is collected to drop on a pot stove.
