1. An oil fume purification system, comprising:

a smoke tube main body (1) for discharging smoke; and the number of the first and second groups,

the plasma generating device (2) is connected to one end of the smoke tube main body (1), the plasma generating device (2) is communicated with the smoke tube main body (1), the plasma generating device (2) comprises an annular cavity (21), electrodes (26) distributed in a spiral shape are arranged in the annular cavity (21), and plasmas released in the annular cavity (21) are contacted with oil smoke in the smoke tube main body (1).

2. The lampblack purification system as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said annular chamber (21) comprises:

an inner ring (22) having a first annular inner wall (221), the first annular inner wall (221) for mounting either one of an anode (24) and a cathode (25); and the number of the first and second groups,

an outer ring (23) having a second annular inner wall (231) disposed coaxially with the first annular inner wall (221), the second annular inner wall (231) being for mounting the other of the anode (24) and the cathode (25);

wherein the annular cavity (21) is formed between the inner ring (22) and the outer ring (23), and the electrode (26) is spirally connected between the cathode (25) and the anode (24).

3. The lampblack purification system according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a check valve (3), said plasma generation means (2) being connected between said flue body (1) and said check valve (3).

4. The lampblack purification system according to claim 3, characterized in that the inner diameter of the plasma generation device (2) is the same as the inner diameter of the air outlet of the check valve (3).

5. The fume purification system according to claim 3, characterized in that said plasma generation means (2) and said check valve (3) are made of glass or ceramic.

6. The lampblack purification system according to claim 1, characterized in that the diameter of the electrode (26) is d, the pitch of the electrode (26) is s, the difference between the inner and outer diameter of the annular chamber (21) is h, wherein s is 2d ≦ 4d, and h is 1.5s ≦ 3 s.

7. The lampblack purification system according to claim 1, characterized in that said electrodes (26) have a diameter d, wherein 0.5mm < d < 1.3 mm.

8. The lampblack purification system according to claim 1, characterized in that the pitch of the electrodes (26) is s, where s is 4 mm.

9. The lampblack purification system according to claim 1, characterized in that the difference between the inner and outer diameter of the annular cavity (21) is h, wherein h is greater than or equal to 8 mm.

10. The lampblack purification system according to claim 2, further comprising a power supply device, wherein the power supply device is respectively connected with the cathode (25) and the anode (24) through external leads (28).

11. The fume purification system according to claim 5, characterized in that both end faces of said annular chamber (21) are sealed.

12. The lampblack purification system according to claim 5, characterized in that the vertical distance between the two end faces of the annular cavity (21) is H, wherein H is greater than or equal to 50mm and less than or equal to 150 mm.

13. The lampblack purification system according to claim 1, characterized in that an insulating medium (27) is introduced into the annular cavity (21), wherein the insulating medium (27) is an insulating gas or an insulating liquid.

14. The fume purification system according to claim 2, characterized in that said first annular inner wall (221) has a communication portion which can be controllably opened and closed, said communication portion being adapted to communicate the plasma in said annular chamber (21) with the fume in said flue tube body (1).

15. A range hood comprising a body and a fume purification system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14, said body being connected to an end of said main body (1) of said flue tube facing away from said plasma generating device (2).

Background

The oil fume generated in the cooking process contains many toxic and carcinogenic substances, which can seriously affect the health of people, so that the treatment of the oil fume is more and more paid attention by many people. The traditional mode of simply exhausting indoor oil smoke to the outdoor cannot meet the pursuit of people for high-quality life, and oil smoke treatment and purification technology is urgently needed to purify oil smoke, reduce the pollution of the oil smoke to the environment and reduce the influence on human health.

Lampblack is smoke that is gradually produced by edible oil and food under high temperature heating during cooking. The composition of the oil smoke is very complex, mainly comprises volatile oil, alkane, aldehyde, alcohol ester, aromatic compound and the like, and contains more than 200-300 pollutants. Meanwhile, the oil smoke also contains a plurality of toxic chemical components, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon. The oil smoke not only affects the living environment and the body health of people, but also has great pollution to the environment. The oil smoke is discharged outdoors and can be attached to buildings and other objects, which affects the beauty of the objects. In addition, harmful gases such as short-chain aldehydes, ketones, acids, alcohols and the like contained in the oil smoke are discharged to the outdoor, so that haze is generated, and symptoms such as inappetence, lethargy, listlessness and the like can be generated when people stay in the haze environment for a long time, so that the health of human bodies is seriously influenced.

The plasma contains oxidation active particles (such as OH, O3 and the like), the particles have high oxidation potential and high reaction rate, can oxidize part of grease compounds in the oil smoke, and has obvious improvement effect on the emission of carcinogenic substances in the smoke. In the related art, the electrodes of the plasma generating device are arranged along the axial direction, and the obtained axial magnetic field has weak capability, so that the plasma diffusing to the periphery cannot be restrained, and the purifying effect is not ideal.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem that the plasma generating device in the related art obtains the weaker ability of the axial magnetic field, the application provides an oil smoke purification system and a range hood.

In a first aspect, the present application provides a lampblack purification system, comprising:

a smoke pipe main body for discharging oil smoke; and the number of the first and second groups,

the plasma generating device is connected to one end of the smoke tube main body and communicated with the smoke tube main body, the plasma generating device comprises an annular cavity, electrodes distributed spirally are arranged in the annular cavity, and plasma released in the annular cavity is contacted with oil smoke in the smoke tube main body.

In one embodiment of the present application, the ring cavity comprises:

an inner ring having a first annular inner wall for mounting either one of an anode and a cathode; and the number of the first and second groups,

an outer ring having a second annular inner wall disposed coaxially with the first annular inner wall, the second annular inner wall for mounting the other of the anode and the cathode;

wherein, the annular cavity is formed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and the electrode is spirally connected between the cathode and the anode.

In one embodiment of the present application, the plasma generator further comprises a check valve, and the plasma generator is connected between the smoke tube main body and the check valve.

In one embodiment of the present application, the inner diameter of the plasma generating device is the same as the inner diameter of the air outlet of the check valve.

In one embodiment of the present application, the plasma generation device and the check valve are made of glass or ceramic.

In one embodiment of the present application, the diameter of the electrode is d, the pitch of the electrode is s, and the difference between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the annular cavity is h, wherein s is greater than or equal to 2d and less than or equal to 4d, and h is greater than or equal to 1.5s and less than or equal to 3 s.

In one embodiment of the application, the diameter of the electrode is d, wherein d is more than 0.5mm and less than 1.3 mm.

In one embodiment of the present application, the pitch of the electrode is s, where s is 4 mm.

In one embodiment of the present application, the difference between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the annular cavity is h, wherein h is greater than or equal to 8 mm.

In an embodiment of the present application, the power supply device further includes a power supply device, and the power supply device is respectively connected to the cathode and the anode through external wires.

In one embodiment of the present application, the power supply device is an ac power supply, and the voltage of the ac power supply is 4-6kV and the frequency is 18-22 kHz.

In one embodiment of the present application, both end faces of the annular cavity are sealed.

In one embodiment of the present application, a vertical distance between two end faces of the annular cavity is H, wherein H is greater than or equal to 50mm and less than or equal to 150 mm.

In an embodiment of the present application, an insulating medium is introduced into the annular cavity, and the insulating medium is an insulating gas or an insulating liquid.

In an embodiment of the application, first annular inner wall has the intercommunication portion, the opening and shutting that the intercommunication portion can be controlled, the intercommunication portion be used for the plasma in the intercommunication annular chamber with the oil smoke in the tobacco pipe main part.

In a second aspect, the present application provides a range hood, which includes a body and the oil smoke purification system of any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, wherein the body is connected to one end of the smoke tube main body deviating from the plasma generation device.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application has the following advantages:

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The oil fume generated in the cooking process contains many toxic and carcinogenic substances, which can seriously affect the health of people, so that the treatment of the oil fume is more and more paid attention by many people. The traditional mode of simply exhausting indoor oil smoke to the outdoor cannot meet the pursuit of people for high-quality life, and oil smoke treatment and purification technology is urgently needed to purify oil smoke, reduce the pollution of the oil smoke to the environment and reduce the influence on human health.

Lampblack is smoke that is gradually produced by edible oil and food under high temperature heating during cooking. Meanwhile, the oil smoke also contains a plurality of toxic chemical components, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon. The oil smoke not only affects the living environment and the body health of people, but also has great pollution to the environment. The oil smoke is discharged outdoors and can be attached to buildings and other objects, which affects the beauty of the objects. In addition, harmful gases such as short-chain aldehydes, ketones, acids, alcohols and the like contained in the oil smoke are discharged to the outdoor, so that haze is generated, and symptoms such as inappetence, lethargy, listlessness and the like can be generated when people stay in the haze environment for a long time, so that the health of human bodies is seriously influenced.

In order to solve the technical problem that plasma generating device obtains the weaker technical problem of axial magnetic field ability in the correlation technique, the application provides an oil smoke clean system, includes: a smoke pipe main body for discharging oil smoke; and the plasma generating device is connected to one end of the smoke pipe main body and is communicated with the smoke pipe main body, the plasma generating device comprises an annular cavity, electrodes distributed spirally are arranged in the annular cavity, and the plasma released in the annular cavity is contacted with the oil smoke in the smoke pipe main body.

It is understood by those skilled in the art that the annular cavity needs to be filled with an insulating medium, which may be an insulating liquid or an insulating gas, wherein the insulating liquid may be silicone oil, and the silicone compound has a characteristic of, for example, UCC ucal PA-1 silicone compound, a density of 1.O18g/cm, and a kinematic viscosity of 1.2 × 10. ni/s, a brown liquid, readily soluble in alcohols, aromatic hydrocarbons and halogenated hydrocarbons, which are liquid. The insulating gas can be sulfur hexafluoride, and the sulfur hexafluoride has excellent insulating property. The insulating strength of the gas is 2.4 times higher than that of air and is about 30% lower than that of transformer oil under normal pressure; when the air pressure is increased to 0.65 meter atmospheric pressure, the insulation strength of the transformer oil is equal to that of the transformer oil; when the air pressure is increased to 1.25 gauge, the insulation strength of the transformer oil is about 15% higher than that of the transformer oil, so in a high-voltage electric appliance, sulfur hexafluoride is used as an insulation medium, the size of an insulation gap can be reduced, and the volume of the electric appliance can be reduced.

For a more particular understanding of the technical idea of the present application, exemplary embodiments are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

Wherein, the smoke tube main body 1 and the plasma generating device 2 are coaxially arranged, and the internal channel of the smoke tube main body 1 is communicated with the internal channel of the annular cavity 21.

For the power supply mode of the cathode 25 and the anode 24, the power supply device is further included, and the power supply device is respectively connected with the cathode 25 and the anode 24 through an external lead 28. The power supply device is an alternating current power supply, the voltage of the alternating current power supply is 4-6kV, the frequency of the alternating current power supply is 18-22kHz, and the alternating current power supply can be obtained by processing an alternating current power supply of the range hood through a transformer. In some embodiments, both end faces of the annular cavity 21 are sealed. Therefore, the annular cavity 21 can be sealed when plasma is generated, the insulating medium 27 is prevented from overflowing, and after the plasma is generated, the communicating holes are opened, so that the plasma is contacted with the oil smoke, and the purifying effect is achieved.

In a second aspect, the present application provides a range hood, which includes a body and the oil smoke purification system of any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, wherein the body is connected to one end of the smoke tube main body 1 deviating from the plasma generation device 2. The power supply is an alternating current power supply with the voltage of 5kV and the frequency of 20kHz, and can be obtained by processing an external power supply of the range hood through a transformer. The installation position of the plasma generating device 2 is between the check valve 3 and the smoke tube main body 1 of the range hood, and the inner diameter of the plasma generating device 2 is the same as the inner diameter of the air outlet of the check valve 3, so that the influence of the step on the air outlet performance of the air outlet tube wall is avoided. The vertical distance between the two end faces of the annular cavity 21 of the plasma generating device 2 is 100mm, and the material of the plasma generating device 2 is made of glass or ceramic, which is beneficial to the stable operation of the electrode 26; the electrode 26 is made of copper or lead and has a cylindrical configuration with a diameter d of 1mm, and is placed between the first and second annular inner walls 221 and 231 in a cylindrical spiral with a pitch s of 4mm and a shortest distance between the cathode 25 and the anode 24 of 8 mm. After the plasma generating device 2 is electrified to work, plasma can be generated in the air flow, and a large axial magnetic field can be obtained in the spiral electrode 26 due to the discharge current flowing through the spiral electrode 26, so that the plasma diffusing around is effectively restrained, the number density of the axial plasma is increased, and the purifying effect is greatly improved.
