Background

Threaded fastener is the common mode of mechanical parts connection, and the most common threaded fastener is nut, bolt and packing ring, because mechanical parts connects and uses often to be in the vibration state, bolted connection can produce not hard up because of receiving the influence of vibrations power for a long time, in order to prevent or alleviate the emergence that bolted connection becomes flexible phenomenon, people have designed multiple locknut and lockwasher, but these techniques have the problem such as structure complicacy, the required precision is high, the cost of manufacture is high, locking effect is general in the application. Therefore, how to develop a locking assembly with simple structure, easy processing, convenient assembly and disassembly and good locking effect becomes a problem to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel anti-loosening assembly, and the technical problem is solved. The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the invention discloses a novel anti-loosening assembly which comprises a threaded fastener, a gasket and a sheath, wherein the gasket is arranged on the upper surface of a to-be-connected piece, the threaded fastener is fixedly connected with the to-be-connected piece and the gasket, and the sheath matched with the gasket is nested at the upper end of the threaded fastener.

Further, a first ratchet is arranged on the lower surface of the sheath and meshed with a second ratchet on the upper surface of the gasket.

Furthermore, a square hole is formed in the upper end of the side face of the sheath, the upper frame of the square hole is higher than the upper surface of the threaded fastener, and the lower frame of the square hole is lower than the upper surface of the threaded fastener.

Further, the upper end of sheath is provided with the protection casing, protection casing side lower extreme is provided with first bump, first bump with the quad slit joint.

Further, a third ratchet is arranged on the lower surface of the gasket and is embedded with the upper surface of the to-be-connected piece.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial technical effects that:

Generally, the novel anti-loosening assembly is simple in structure, easy to machine, low in cost, convenient to assemble and disassemble and good in anti-loosening effect.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a novel anti-loosening assembly comprises a protective cover 1, a bolt 2, a nut 3, a sheath 4 and a washer 5.

As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the bolt 2 sequentially penetrates through the to-be-connected member 6, the washer 5 and the nut 3 from bottom to top, the sheath 4 is nested on the outer side of the nut 3, a first elastic clamping point 402 is arranged on the lower surface of the sheath 4, and the first elastic clamping point 402 is arranged between the nut 3 and the washer 5, so that the lower surface of the sheath 4 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the washer 5.

The lower surface of the sheath 4 is provided with first ratchet teeth 403, and the first ratchet teeth 403 are engaged with second ratchet teeth 501 on the upper surface of the washer 5. The functions of forward rotation and reverse stop are achieved.

The side upper end of sheath 4 is provided with quad slit 401, quad slit 401's last frame is higher than the upper surface of nut 3, the insertion of the instrument of being convenient for dismantle, quad slit 401's lower frame is less than the upper surface of nut 3, the jacket 4 of being convenient for when dismantling shifts up.

The inner ring of the washer 5 is provided with a second elastic clamping point 503, and the second elastic clamping point 503 is clamped with the right-angle clamping groove 202 on the surface of the stud at the middle section of the bolt 2. So that the washer 5 cannot rotate relative to the bolt 2.

The installation process of this embodiment is as follows:

the sheath 4 is nested on the nut 3, and the first elastic clamping point 402 of the sheath 4 is clamped between the nut 3 and the washer 5.

The washer 5 is sleeved in the thread section of the bolt 2 until the lower surface of the washer 5 is attached to the upper surface of the to-be-connected piece 6, and the second elastic clamping point 503 of the washer 5 is clamped in the right-angle clamping groove 202 of the bolt 2.

The nut 3 is rotated, the nut 3 drives the sheath 4 to rotate in the threaded section of the bolt 2 and move downwards until the lower surface of the sheath 4 is attached to the upper surface of the gasket 5, the first ratchet 403 is meshed with the second ratchet 501, and the third ratchet 502 of the gasket 5 is embedded in the upper surface of the to-be-connected piece 6.

The bolt 2 moves upwards under the driving of the spinning of the nut 3 until the second salient point 201 is embedded into the edge of the screw hole on the lower surface of the to-be-connected part 6.

The protective cover 1 is placed at the upper end of the sheath 4, so that the first salient point 101 is clamped into the sheath square hole 401.

So far, the assembly of the anti-loosening assembly is completed.

The disassembly process of this embodiment is as follows:

the first salient point 101 of the protective cover 1 is pressed by a screwdriver to exit the square hole 401 of the protective cover 4 until the protective cover 1 is separated from the protective cover 4. The screwdriver continues to pry the upper frame of the square hole of the sheath 4 upwards to drive the first elastic clamping point 402 of the sheath 4 to move upwards to be separated from the lower surface of the nut 3 until the sheath 4 is completely separated from the nut 3.

The nut 3 is screwed out of the threaded section of the bolt 2.

The washer 5 is withdrawn from the threaded section of the bolt 2.

The bolt 2 is withdrawn from the screw hole of the member to be connected 6.

So far, the whole disassembly process is completed by the anti-loosening assembly.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 4 to 7, a novel anti-loosening assembly includes: bolt 2, sheath 4, and washer 5.

As shown in fig. 9 to 10, the bolt 2 passes through the washer 5 from top to bottom and then is in threaded fit with the to-be-connected member 6, the sheath 4 is nested on the nut 203 of the bolt 2, the lower surface of the sheath 4 is provided with a first elastic clamping point 402, and the first elastic clamping point 402 is arranged between the nut of the bolt 2 and the washer 5, so that the lower surface of the sheath 4 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the washer 5.

The lower surface of the sheath 4 is provided with first ratchet teeth 403, and the first ratchet teeth 403 are engaged with second ratchet teeth 501 on the upper surface of the washer 5. The functions of forward rotation and reverse stop are achieved.

The side upper end of sheath 4 is provided with quad slit 401, quad slit 401's last frame is higher than the upper surface of nut 203, the insertion of the instrument of being convenient for dismantle, quad slit 401's lower frame is less than the upper surface of nut 203, upward shift when being convenient for sheath 4 to dismantle.

The lower surface of the washer 5 is provided with a third ratchet 502, and the third ratchet 502 is embedded with the upper surface of the to-be-connected piece 6. When the washer 5 is pressed downward by the nut 203, the third ratchet 502 is inserted into the surface of the member to be connected 6, so that the washer 5 is stopped from the member to be connected 6.

A hexagonal or cylindrical-toothed nut 203 is used to mate with a hexagonal or cylindrical-toothed sheath 4, respectively. So that the nut 203 and the sheath 4 are integrated and rotated at the same time.

The installation process of this embodiment is as follows:

the sheath 4 is fitted and sleeved on the nut 203 of the bolt 2, and the first elastic clamping point 402 of the sheath 4 is clamped and pressed on the lower end face of the nut 203.

After the washer 5 is sleeved in the bolt 2, the bolt 2 is screwed into the threaded hole of the part to be connected 6 until the lower surface of the sheath 4 is attached to the upper surface of the washer 5, the first ratchet 403 is meshed with the second ratchet 501, and the third ratchet 502 of the washer 5 is embedded in the upper surface of the part to be connected 6.

So far, the assembly of the anti-loosening assembly is completed.

The disassembly process of this embodiment is as follows:

the screwdriver picks up the upper frame of the square hole 401 of the sheath 4 to drive the first elastic clamping point 402 of the sheath 4 to move upwards to be separated from the lower surface of the nut 203 until the sheath 4 is completely separated from the bolt 2.

The bolt 2 is screwed out of the threaded hole of the part to be connected 6.

So far, the whole disassembly process is completed by the anti-loosening assembly.
