Background
With the development of the building industry, the production requirements on the concrete prefabricated parts are gradually improved. At present, the existing concrete prefabricated part production line is mainly designed on the basis of a rail movable steel table die, and one production line is provided with an independent vibrating table to produce in a production line mode. The human-computer interaction device is in communication connection with the frequency converters through the programmable controller, each frequency converter is connected to the control end of the corresponding vibration motor to control the vibration of the vibration motor in a frequency conversion mode, the human-computer interaction device adopted in the embodiment is a touch screen, and the human-computer interaction device can be realized in a button, display and other modes according to actual needs.

The effect of the branch direct-current power supply is similar to that of the main direct-current power supply, and the branch direct-current power supply supplies power to other devices in the cabinet body of the branch control cabinet by being connected with external alternating-current power supply and converting the external alternating-current power supply into direct current.
The distributed input and output module is respectively in communication connection with a programmable controller and a vibration motor intermediate relay of the main control cabinet body, and controls a vibration motor contactor to switch on or switch off the power supply of the vibration motor through the vibration motor intermediate relay. In this embodiment, vibrating motor auxiliary relay includes total relay and 4 auxiliary relays by total relay control, and every auxiliary relay controls 4 motors again simultaneously, and this is for protection system, because the motor load is too big when preventing to start a motor once and causes the damage.
In order to ensure the use safety, the emergency stop control system further comprises a main control cabinet emergency stop button and a sub-control cabinet emergency stop button, wherein the main control cabinet emergency stop button is electrically connected with the main line intermediate relay to control the emergency stop of the main line contactor. The sub-control cabinet emergency stop button is electrically connected with the vibration motor intermediate relay to control the emergency stop of the vibration motor contactor, and the distributed input and output module simultaneously receives the emergency stop signal of the sub-control cabinet emergency stop button and sends the emergency stop signal to the programmable controller so that the programmable controller simultaneously stops the work of each frequency converter.
In order to realize remote control, the intelligent remote control system further comprises a communication module and a remote mobile control platform, wherein the remote mobile control platform is connected to the communication module in the main control cabinet body in a wireless communication mode, and the communication module is in communication connection with the programmable controller. The concrete production flow of the intelligent concrete prefabricated part production line is as follows: the concrete raw material is produced by a mixing plant and transported into a distributor. And after the concrete prefabricated part on the stacking maintenance platform is completely solidified, conveying the platform part to a demoulding platform through a gantry crane to finish demoulding operation.
