(1) surveying the area of a clean room to be built on site, and designing a three-dimensional drawing according to the user requirement and the site surveying condition;
(2) the material required by building the clean room according to the three-dimensional drawing design comprises a machine plate, an adapter plate, sectional materials, a door and a window, wherein the sectional materials comprise a top connecting sectional material and a ground rail sectional material; the ground rail section comprises a clamping installation groove with a U-shaped section, wherein vertical supporting plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the clamping installation groove, and vertical clamping plates are also arranged on the inner sides of the bottoms of the supporting plates;
(3) and (3) obtaining the material required by the step (2), and building the clean room on site according to a three-dimensional drawing.

Background
The clean room is a specially designed room which is designed to remove pollutants such as micro-particles, harmful air and bacteria in the air in a certain space range and control the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, airflow velocity and airflow distribution, noise vibration and illumination and static electricity within a certain requirement. The invention solves the problem of clearance between the wall body and the ground and between the wall body and the ceiling after installation in the prior art by arranging the ground rail section bar and the top section bar, more effectively meets the cleaning requirement, and can reserve the door opening and the window opening in advance by arranging the adapter plate, thereby avoiding uneven sidelines caused by later manual opening and further causing poor cleaning effect.

Detailed Description
Example 1
The construction method of the clean room provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) surveying the area of the clean room to be built on site, wherein in the embodiment, a clean room is built on a ground 80 of 10m2 as an example, and other clean rooms are the same as or different from the clean room, and a three-dimensional drawing is designed according to the requirements of users and the condition of site survey; the user required to set up a clean room of approximately 9m 2m at 10m2, 2.7m high.
(2) The material required for building the clean room according to the three-dimensional drawing design comprises a machine plate, an adapter plate, a section bar, a door body and a window body, wherein the machine plate can be customized according to the size of the designed clean room, and the machine plate is used as the main material of the clean room and used for building the wall body 20 and the ceiling 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the section bar comprises a top connecting section bar, a ground rail section bar 40 and other conventional section bars, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the top connecting section bar comprises a fixed top plate 31, clamping plates 32 and arc plates 33 which are integrally formed, the clamping plates 32 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom of the fixed top plate 31, the distance between the two clamping plates 32 is matched with the width of a machine-made plate to be installed, the machine-made plate is placed between the two clamping plates 32 through the two clamping plates 32, and the inner side of the bottom of each clamping plate 32 protrudes to form a clamping part 34, so that the machine-made plate is clamped more stably after being placed; the outer side of the bottom of the clamping plate 32 is provided with an arc plate 33 with an upward arc top, the arc plate 33 is an arc of a quarter circle, the top surface of one end, away from the clamping plate 32, of the arc plate 33 is 2mm higher than the top surface of the fixed top plate 31, and the top surface of one end, away from the clamping plate 32, of the arc plate 33 protrudes to form a clamping part 34, after the machine-made plate, the ceiling 10 and the sectional material are locked through screws, the clamping part 34 of the arc plate 33 is pressed down by the ceiling 10, so that the clamping part 34 gives an upward restoring force to the ceiling 10, the clamping part 34 is pressed against the ceiling 10, and the connection sealing performance is improved.
As shown in fig. 5-8 the ground rail section bar 40 includes an integrally formed clamping installation groove 41, a support plate 42, a reinforcing plate 44 and a clamping plate 43, the cross section of the clamping installation groove 41 is U-shaped, the top of the clamping installation groove 41 is bent inward to form a clamping portion 46, two sides of the bottom of the clamping installation groove 41 are respectively provided with a vertical support plate 42, a horizontal reinforcing plate 44 is further arranged between the two support plates 42, the reinforcing plate 44 is close to the bottom of the clamping installation groove 41, the inner side of the bottom of each support plate 42 is further provided with a vertical clamping plate 43, and the top surface of the clamping plate 43 and the inner wall of each support plate 42 form an inward step.
Other profiles also include some profiles required for building a clean room, which are not improved in this embodiment and thus will not be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 9, the interposer includes a machine board main body 61, the machine board main body 61 includes an intermediate layer and an aluminum alloy disposed outside the intermediate layer, and the intermediate layer may be designed with a plurality of functional layers according to requirements. The conventional mechanism board is provided with U-shaped mechanism board connection ports 62 from four sides. The top of the mechanism board is clamped between the two clamping plates 32 of the profile, the clamping parts 34 of the two clamping plates 32 can provide better clamping stability and sealing performance after the mechanism board is clamped, the mechanism board and the profile are pressed upwards on the bottom surface of the ceiling 10 and are fixed through screws, because the clamping parts 34 of the arc boards 33 are higher than the top surface of the fixed top plate 31, after the mechanism board is fixed with the ceiling 10, the clamping parts 34 of the arc boards 33 and the top surface of the fixed top plate 31 are pressed and leveled by the ceiling 10, and therefore the clamping parts 34 of the arc boards 33 give a restoring pressure to the fixed top plate 31, and therefore the connection sealing performance is improved.
For the ground rail of ordinary type, two clamp plates 43 press from both sides tightly with ground rail both sides bottom, clamp plate 43 bottom surface and ground 80 contact, ordinary type ground rail both sides still are equipped with the backplate of L type, the both sides of joint mounting groove 41 align with backplate both sides, the top of backplate is arranged in to the bottom of joint mounting groove 41, it is tight mainly to carry out the joint through clamp plate 43 and ground rail and press from both sides, then press from both sides the clamping of mechanism's board through joint mounting groove 41 tightly, the tight stability of clamp of installation clamp can further be improved to the clamping part 46 that the incurving constitutes in joint mounting groove 41 top.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a clean room comprising a wall 20 and a ceiling 10 built by machine plates, and a door body and a window body arranged on the wall 20, the wall body 20 is fixed by a ground rail arranged on the ground 80, a mechanism plate at the bottom of the wall body 20 is connected with the ground rail by a ground rail section bar 40, the ground rail section bar 40 comprises a clamping installation groove 41, a supporting plate 42, a reinforcing plate 44 and a clamping plate 43 which are integrally formed, the cross-section of joint mounting groove 41 is the U type, and the inside bending in top of joint mounting groove 41 constitutes clamping part 46, and joint mounting groove 41 bottom both sides are equipped with vertical backup pad 42 respectively, still are equipped with horizontally reinforcing plate 44 between two backup pads 42, and reinforcing plate 44 is close to the bottom of joint mounting groove 41, and every backup pad 42 bottom inboard still is equipped with vertical clamping plate 43, and clamping plate 43 top surface constitutes inside step with backup pad 42 inner wall. For the ground rail of ordinary type, two clamp plates 43 press from both sides tightly with ground rail both sides bottom, clamp plate 43 bottom surface and ground 80 contact, ordinary type ground rail both sides still are equipped with the backplate of L type, the both sides of joint mounting groove 41 align with backplate both sides, the top of backplate is arranged in to the bottom of joint mounting groove 41, it is tight mainly to carry out the joint through clamp plate 43 and ground rail and press from both sides, then press from both sides the clamping of mechanism's board through joint mounting groove 41 tightly, the tight stability of clamp of installation clamp can further be improved to the clamping part 46 that the incurving constitutes in joint mounting groove 41 top.
The mechanism board on the top of the wall body 20 is connected with the mechanism boards forming the ceiling 10 through a top section bar 30, the top connecting section bar comprises a fixed top plate 31, clamping plates 32 and arc plates 33 which are integrally formed, the clamping plates 32 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom of the fixed top plate 31, the distance between the two clamping plates 32 is matched with the width of the mechanism board to be installed, the mechanism board is placed between the two clamping plates 32 through the two clamping plates 32, and the inner side of the bottom of each clamping plate 32 protrudes to form a clamping part 34, so that the mechanism board is clamped more stably after being placed; the outer side of the bottom of the clamping plate 32 is provided with an arc plate 33 with an upward arc top, the arc plate 33 is an arc of a quarter circle, the top surface of one end, away from the clamping plate 32, of the arc plate 33 is 2mm higher than the top surface of the fixed top plate 31, and the top surface of one end, away from the clamping plate 32, of the arc plate 33 protrudes to form a clamping part 34, after the machine-made plate, the ceiling 10 and the sectional material are locked through screws, the clamping part 34 of the arc plate 33 is pressed down by the ceiling 10, so that the clamping part 34 gives an upward restoring force to the ceiling 10, the clamping part 34 is pressed against the ceiling 10, and the connection sealing performance is improved. The top of the mechanism board is clamped between the two clamping plates 32 of the profile, the clamping parts 34 of the two clamping plates 32 can provide better clamping stability and sealing performance after the mechanism board is clamped, the mechanism board and the profile are pressed upwards on the bottom surface of the ceiling 10 and are fixed through screws, because the clamping parts 34 of the arc boards 33 are higher than the top surface of the fixed top plate 31, after the mechanism board is fixed with the ceiling 10, the clamping parts 34 of the arc boards 33 and the top surface of the fixed top plate 31 are pressed and leveled by the ceiling 10, and therefore the clamping parts 34 of the arc boards 33 give a restoring pressure to the fixed top plate 31, and therefore the connection sealing performance is improved.
The door body and the window body are both installed on a wall body by adopting a manual plate 90, the manual plate 90 is connected with the wall body prepared by a mechanism plate through an adapter plate, the adapter plate 60 comprises a mechanism plate main body 61, the mechanism plate main body 61 comprises an intermediate layer and an aluminum alloy arranged on the outer side of the intermediate layer, and the intermediate layer can be designed into a plurality of functional layers according to requirements. The conventional mechanism board has a bow-shaped mechanism board connection port 62 from four sides.
