manufacturing an upper hanging component and a lower hanging component;

step two, prefabricating the concrete external wall panel (1) in a factory, hanging and connecting components on the upper part of the concrete external wall panel (1) in a pre-embedded mode, and hanging and connecting components on the lower part of the concrete external wall panel (1) in a pre-embedded mode;

thirdly, positioning the concrete external wall board (1) before installation;

transporting the concrete external wallboard (1) to a site, hoisting the concrete external wallboard to an installation position, and installing a first clamping plate (11);

putting a screw rod of a connecting bolt (14) into a U-shaped groove (9) of an upper hanging component of the lower-layer concrete outer hanging wallboard (1), installing a second clamping plate (12), and tightening a nut of the connecting bolt (14);

step six, erecting and fixing a template of the main body structure;

and seventhly, pouring concrete to finish the construction of the main body structure.

Background

Compared with the traditional brick wall structure, the prefabricated external wall panel has the characteristics of good integrity, light structure, increase of the effective use area of the building, reduction of field wet operation, improvement of labor conditions, improvement of labor productivity and the like, is one of important ways for realizing wall reformation and improving the building industrialization level, and promotes the standardization, industrial production and installation of building structural parts. The existing common precast concrete sandwich heat-insulation external wall panel connecting piece in China has a plurality of problems, such as anchoring mechanics problem, complex structure, difficult positioning of the connecting piece, easy displacement, difficult control of the thickness of a protective layer, easy floating of the heat-insulation layer during secondary concrete pouring and the like during concrete pouring. Therefore, the external wallboard connecting piece which is safe, economical and convenient to construct is urgently needed to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a precast concrete external wallboard system and a construction method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that the traditional external wallboard anchoring structure is difficult to position and displace a connecting piece, the thickness of a protective layer is difficult to control, the insulating layer is easy to float during secondary concrete pouring, and the anti-seismic performance is poor.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following solutions.

A precast concrete outer-hanging wallboard system comprises a concrete outer-hanging wallboard, an upper hanging component and a lower hanging component; the concrete outer wall boards are arranged in a group and are arranged on the outer side of the main body structure, and the group of concrete outer wall boards are spliced and connected; a notch is formed in the bottom of the inner side face of the concrete external wall-hanging plate along the longitudinal direction; the upper hanging components are in a group and are connected between the upper part of the concrete external wall-hanging plate and the main body structure at intervals; the hanging component comprises a first hanging plate, a vertical embedded plate, a first vertical reinforcing steel bar, a horizontal embedded plate and a horizontal reinforcing steel bar; the first hanging plate is embedded at the upper part of the concrete external hanging wallboard and is close to the inner side surface of the concrete external hanging wallboard, and the first hanging plate is parallel to the inner side surface of the concrete external hanging wallboard; the upper end of the first hanging plate exceeds the top surface of the concrete external hanging wall plate, and the height of the exceeding part is not more than the height of the gap; a U-shaped groove is formed in the middle of the top of the first hanging plate; first through holes are arranged at intervals on the position where the first hanging plate is embedded in the concrete outer-hanging wall plate; a shear resistant part penetrates through the first through hole; the vertical buried plate is vertically connected to the lower part of the first hanging plate along the vertical axis of the first hanging plate; the top of the vertical buried plate does not exceed the top surface of the concrete external wall panel, and the inner side edge of the vertical buried plate exceeds the inner side surface of the concrete external wall panel; the part of the vertical embedded plate, which exceeds the inner side surface of the concrete external wallboard, is embedded in the main structure, and second through holes are arranged on the vertical embedded plate and the part of the vertical embedded plate, which is positioned in the main structure, at intervals; the first vertical reinforcing steel bars are arranged in a group at intervals on the lower part of the first hanging plate, the upper parts of the first vertical reinforcing steel bars are welded with the first hanging plate, and the lower parts of the first vertical reinforcing steel bars are embedded in the concrete external wall-hanging plate; the horizontal buried plate is connected to the bottom of the vertical buried plate and buried in the main body structure; the horizontal reinforcing steel bar penetrates through the second through hole; the lower hanging components are embedded at intervals at the lower part of the concrete externally-hung wallboard, and are arranged corresponding to the upper hanging components; the lower hanging assembly comprises a second hanging plate, a first clamping plate, a second vertical reinforcing steel bar and a connecting bolt; the second hanging plates, the first clamping plates and the second clamping plates are arranged in parallel at intervals along the transverse direction, the second hanging plates are embedded in the concrete external hanging wall plate, and the first clamping plates are attached to the vertical tangent planes of the notches; the second hanging plate, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are connected through connecting bolts; one group of second vertical reinforcing steel bars are connected to the plate surface of the second hanging plate at intervals; the lower end of the second vertical reinforcing steel bar exceeds the lower edge of the second hanging plate, and the upper end of the second vertical reinforcing steel bar exceeds the upper edge of the second hanging plate; the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate on the upper concrete outer wallboard are clamped on two sides of the first hanging plate of the lower concrete outer wallboard, and the connecting bolt on the upper layer is clamped in the U-shaped groove on the lower layer.

Preferably, the length L of the second vertical reinforcing steel bar exceeding the top edge of the second hanging plate is equal to or more than 35D, D is the diameter of the second vertical reinforcing steel bar, and L is the length of the second vertical reinforcing steel bar exceeding the top edge of the second hanging plate; the length of the second vertical reinforcing steel bar beyond the bottom edge of the second hanging plate is 20-50 mm.

A construction method of a precast concrete external wallboard system comprises the following steps.

Step one, manufacturing an upper hanging component and a lower hanging component.

And secondly, prefabricating the concrete external wall panel in a factory, hanging and connecting the assembly on the upper part of the concrete external wall panel in a pre-embedded mode, and hanging and connecting the assembly on the lower part of the concrete external wall panel in a pre-embedded mode.

And step three, positioning the concrete external wall panel before installation.

And step four, transporting the concrete external wallboard to a site, hoisting the concrete external wallboard to the installation position, and installing the first clamping plate.

And fifthly, putting the screw rod of the connecting bolt into a U-shaped groove of an upper hanging component of the lower concrete outer hanging wallboard, installing a second clamping plate, and screwing a nut of the connecting bolt.

And step six, erecting and fixing the template of the main body structure.

And seventhly, pouring concrete to finish the construction of the main body structure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.

1. As the existing common precast concrete sandwich heat-insulation external wall panel connecting piece in China has a plurality of problems, such as anchoring mechanics problem and complex structure; when concrete is poured outside the external wall panel, the connecting piece is difficult to position and easy to displace, the thickness of the protective layer is difficult to control, and the insulating layer is easy to float during secondary pouring of the concrete; the upper hanging component and the lower hanging component in the precast concrete externally-hung wallboard system can simultaneously meet the connection between the precast concrete externally-hung wallboards and the connection with the main body structure, and the upper hanging component and the lower hanging component are combined to be accurately positioned, so that the precast concrete externally-hung wallboard system is convenient to construct and operate, and is safe and reliable.

2. The upper hanging component and the main body structure are fixedly connected, and the lower hanging component and the main body structure are fixedly connected, so that the reliable connection of the external hanging wallboard and the main body is ensured; meanwhile, the lower hanging component and the upper hanging component are hinged to each other, so that the effect of hinged connection between the upper concrete outer wallboard and the lower concrete outer wallboard is achieved, the influence of the outer wallboard on the main structure is small under the action of an earthquake, and the shock resistance of the main structure and the concrete outer wallboard is guaranteed.

3. The upper hanging component and the lower hanging component are mainly prefabricated in a factory, so that the site construction is reduced, the construction error is controlled, the positioning accuracy of the hanging components is ensured, the thickness of a protective layer of an embedded part can be effectively ensured to be aligned on site only by screwing the nut, the installation is simple, the operation is easy and convenient, and the disturbance of the prefabricated concrete externally-hung wallboard component during secondary concrete pouring is effectively reduced because the upper hanging component and the lower hanging component are finished products in the factory.

4. The components of the upper hanging component and the lower hanging component are simple to manufacture and convenient to assemble, and the steel plates in the hanging components can be thickened, the diameter of the anchoring steel bar can be increased through the welding mode of welding seams, the diameter of the anchoring steel bar can be increased, and the like, so that the requirements of different projects can be flexibly met.
