As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the suspended spraying device includes a shutter shaft 42 rotatably disposed on a sidewall of the coating wheel 23, a shutter 41 is fixedly disposed on the shutter shaft 42, an air chamber 43 is disposed in the coating wheel 23, the shutter 41 is used for sealing the air chamber 43, an air tube 40 is disposed between the hollow shaft 24 and the air chamber 43, and a gravity ball 39 is slidably disposed on a lower side of the coating wheel 23.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a slider cavity 31 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the housing 10, a slider groove 30 is fixedly arranged in the slider cavity 31, a slider 29 is slidably arranged in the slider groove 30, the right end of the slider 29 is hinged to the slide rod 20 through a movable hinge rod 34, the right end of the slider 29 is hinged to a fixed hinge rod 19 through a slide rod fixing sleeve 32, the fixed hinge rod 19 is hinged to the movable hinge rod 34, an extension shaft 26 is rotatably arranged at the front end of the slider 29, a gear 28 is fixedly arranged on the rear side of the extension shaft 26, a transverse rack is fixedly arranged on the slider cavity 31 and meshed with the gear 28, a pipe fixing block 27 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the extension shaft 26, a material spraying pipe 25 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the pipe fixing block 27, and a pump pipe is connected between the material spraying pipe 25 and the pigment pump 12.

Along with the removal of dolly, the stone blocking wheel 16 can rotate, make it rotatory to drive interior wheel 48 through nose bar 46, make double-layered stone wheel axle 44 rotate, when there is the stone on the road surface, in order to avoid the stone to influence the continuity of drawing a line, under the effect of nose bar spring 47, the stone can block because of adjacent two stone blocking wheels 16, if the stone is great, then can strut adjacent two stone blocking wheels 16, and can clip the stone, continue rotatory when stone blocking wheel 16, the stone can be dialled by the dogtooth of stone groove 14, make the stone fall into the collecting vat of stone groove 14, need not to clean ground before the drawing a line, improve the work efficiency of drawing a line, avoid the stone to collide with coating wheel 23 simultaneously, injure equipment, improved the quality of drawing a line.
If the paint wheel 23 cannot be accurately attached to the road surface when the road surface is small and convex, so that the scribing line may be broken, and the normal scribing effect is affected, when the road surface is convex, the slide rod 20 moves downwards under the action of the slide rod spring 21, the paint wheel 23 adjusts the position under the action of the gravity ball 39, at this time, the slide rod 20 moves downwards to drive the connecting rod 36 to move downwards, so that the piston 18 moves downwards to press the air in the piston cavity 37 into the air pipe 40 through the air pipe 22, the air pipe 40 impacts the stop door 41, the stop door 41 rotates to open, a jet of air flow is flushed out, and simultaneously, along with the action of the movable hinge rod 34, the slide block 29 slides to the left in the slide block groove 30, so that the extension shaft 26 rotates, the material spraying pipe 25 rotates to adjust the angle to the left, the downward dropping pigment is impacted on the road by the air flow, and the problem of line breaking is avoided, the continuity and the applicability of the scribing are improved, and the scribing efficiency is improved.
