firstly, unreeling coiled material asphalt through a conveying roller for preprocessing;

and step five, further processing and preparing the asphalt rolled cloth capable of being stacked and combined.

The asphalt cloth processed by the production process of the modified asphalt waterproof roll material according to claim 1, comprising an asphalt unwinding cloth (1), an upper groove (2), a plurality of upper sealing grooves (3), a lower groove (4) and a plurality of lower sealing grooves (5), wherein the upper side and the lower side of two ends of the asphalt unwinding cloth (1) are respectively provided with the upper groove (2) and the lower groove (4), the upper groove (2) is uniformly provided with the plurality of upper sealing grooves (3), and the lower groove (4) is uniformly provided with the plurality of lower sealing grooves (5).

A production process of a modified asphalt waterproof roll material according to claim 4, wherein the longitudinal cutting propeller (23) comprises a thread adjusting inner and outer seat (8), a thread adjusting arc-shaped top seat (9) and a cutting groove cutter (10), the thread adjusting inner and outer seat (8) is connected onto the fixed processing rack (6) in a sliding mode through a bolt connection, the thread adjusting arc-shaped top seat (9) is arranged on the thread adjusting inner and outer seat (8) in a sliding mode in a matched mode of inclined threads, and the cutting groove cutter (10) is arranged in the thread adjusting inner and outer seat (8) in a rotating mode.

A production process of a modified asphalt waterproof roll material according to claim 5, wherein the cutting groove cutter (10) comprises a cutting driver (13), a top wheel (14) and a longitudinal cutting edge (15), the cutting driver (13) rotates in the thread adjusting inner and outer seats (8), the top wheel (14) rotates on the cutting driver (13) through a bearing, and the longitudinal cutting edge (15) is fixed on the cutting driver (13) through a bolt and a knife rest.

A modified asphalt waterproof roll production process as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cross cutting propeller (24) comprises a thread adjusting inner and outer seats (8), a thread adjusting arc-shaped top seat (9) and a transverse cutter (16); the transverse cutter (16) is matched with the thread to slide transversely in the thread adjusting inner and outer seats (8).

A modified asphalt waterproof roll production process according to claim 8, wherein the transverse cutter (16) comprises a transverse cutting edge (17), a thread adding blade holder (18), a transverse cutting driver (19) and a transverse cutting driving screw (20); the transverse cutting edge (17) rotates in the thread adding cutter holder (18), and the thread adding cutter holder (18) is adjusted to slide in the thread adjusting inner and outer seats (8) through a transverse cutting driving screw rod (20); the transverse cutting driver (19) is connected with the transverse cutting edge (17) through belt transmission, and the transverse cutting driver (19) is fixed on the thread adding cutter holder (18) through a motor base.

Background
