step one, adding bisphenol A epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin and butyl glycidyl ether diluent into a stirrer according to weight percentage, and stirring for 20 min;

secondly, sequentially adding ferrite ceramic whiskers and nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains into the stirrer, and stirring for 30min at normal temperature while keeping the stirrer in a stable magnetic field;

and thirdly, adding an epoxy resin curing agent into the stirrer, simultaneously enabling the stirrer to be in a stable magnetic field, and stirring for 10min at normal temperature to obtain the dredger dredge pump repairing agent.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the stabilizing magnetic field has a strength of 5 x 10-4-2*10-3T。

9. The use of a dredge pump healant according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:

removing silt, water stains and rusty spots at the position of the cavitation abrasion pothole, cleaning by using a cleaning agent, and activating the surface of the pothole to be filled by using phosphoric acid propylene diamine;

estimating the dosage of the repairing agent according to the size of the pot hole and the area of the cavitation abrasion part, and preparing the raw materials of the dredger dredge pump repairing agent according to the mass ratio;

pouring the prepared repairing agent into the pot hole to fill the pot hole with the repairing agent, keeping the magnetic field vertical to the surface of the pot hole outside the pot hole, and pressing and leveling the repairing agent by using a scraper knife;

and step four, repeating the step three until the pits on the surface of the mud pump impeller are completely repaired, and completely curing the repairing agent.

10. The use of a dredge pump repair agent according to claim 9, wherein in step three, the blade is made of plastic.

Background

The mud pump is the main equipment of hydraulic dredging engineering ship, and mainly uses the movement of water to implement the dredging purpose, and it makes the underwater soil layer loosen by means of mechanical or high-pressure water cutting, and makes the silt and water be mixed to form mud with a certain concentration, then utilizes the mud pump suction inlet mounted on the ship to suck the mud into the mud pump, and discharge it into the dredging cabin of the dredging ship or directly discharge it to the side of ship for dredging or directly discharge it into the blow-fill area by means of mud discharge pipeline so as to attain the goal of dredging river channel.

Due to the fact that the impeller of the dredge pump is subjected to over-fast cavitation and abrasion, a pot hole often appears, the dredge pump needs to be frequently disassembled, assembled and maintained, and therefore construction efficiency of the dredger is affected, construction period is delayed, and construction cost is increased.

Because the impeller of the mud pump has high requirement on hardness, the existing solution basically adopts metal repair welding as a main part, but the repair welding needs to be carried out under the condition of high temperature, a series of hazards such as thermal deformation and stress concentration are generated, cracks are easy to generate, and meanwhile, the metal repair welding needs to melt metal at high temperature and then add the metal to the impeller of the mud pump, so that the time consumption is long.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a dredge pump repairing agent for a dredger and a preparation method and application thereof, which can repair a dredge pump impeller at a lower temperature and can meet the requirement of the dredge pump impeller on hardness.

The technical scheme provided by the invention is realized in such a way that the dredge pump repairing agent for the dredger is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight of 100 percent:

in addition to the above technical solutions, preferably, the epoxy resin is a mixture of bisphenol a epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol a epoxy resin, and bisphenol F epoxy resin.

More preferably, the bisphenol A epoxy resin accounts for 16-32% of the total amount of the epoxy resin, the hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin accounts for 14-28% of the total amount of the epoxy resin, and the bisphenol F epoxy resin accounts for 40-70% of the total amount of the epoxy resin;

based on the technical scheme, preferably, the granularity of the nickel-based tungsten carbide grains is 2-5 microns.

Based on the above technical solution, preferably, the diameter of the ferrite ceramic whisker is 2 to 5 micrometers.

On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, the epoxy resin curing agent is ethylenediamine.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the dredge pump repairing agent, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step one, adding bisphenol A epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin and butyl glycidyl ether diluent into a stirrer according to weight percentage, and stirring for 20 min;

secondly, sequentially adding ferrite ceramic whiskers and nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains into the stirrer, and stirring for 30min at normal temperature while keeping the stirrer in a stable magnetic field;

and thirdly, adding an epoxy resin curing agent into the stirrer, simultaneously enabling the stirrer to be in a stable magnetic field, and stirring for 10min at normal temperature to obtain the dredger dredge pump repairing agent.

Based on the above technical solution, preferably, the intensity of the stable magnetic field is 5 × 10-4-2*10-3T。

The invention also provides application of the dredge pump repairing agent, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

removing silt, water stains and rusty spots at the position of the cavitation abrasion pothole, cleaning by using a cleaning agent, and activating the surface of the pothole to be filled by using phosphoric acid propylene diamine;

estimating the dosage of the repairing agent according to the size of the pot hole and the area of the cavitation abrasion part, and preparing the raw materials of the dredger dredge pump repairing agent according to the mass ratio;

pouring the prepared repairing agent into the pot hole to fill the pot hole with the repairing agent, keeping the magnetic field vertical to the surface of the pot hole outside the pot hole, and pressing and leveling the repairing agent by using a scraper knife;

and step four, repeating the step three until the pits on the surface of the mud pump impeller are completely repaired, and completely curing the repairing agent.

On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, in step three, the scraper knife is made of plastic.

Compared with the prior art, the dredge pump repairing agent of the dredger and the preparation method and the application thereof have the following beneficial effects:

(1) according to the dredge pump repairing agent for the dredger, the epoxy resin is used as a main material of the repairing agent, the repairing of the dredge pump impeller can be completed at normal temperature, and the thermal deformation and stress concentration of the dredge pump impeller cannot be caused;

(2) the ferrite ceramic whisker is added into the raw materials, can improve the hardness of epoxy resin, has self-absorption force, can adsorb the dredge pump impeller, and prevents the epoxy resin from having insufficient adhesion, and in the rotation process of the dredge pump impeller, the repair material can not provide enough pulling force for the dredge pump impellers at two sides of the pot hole, so that the dredge pump impeller is broken at the pot hole;

(3) the nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains are added into the raw materials, so that the magnetic force of the magnetic ferrite ceramic whisker material can be improved, and the repairing agent has a better adsorption effect on the mud pump impeller;

(4) the invention applies a magnetic field to the outside while curing and repairing, and the ferrite ceramic whiskers are uniformly distributed under the action of the magnetic field, so that the ferrite ceramic whiskers are uniformly distributed in the epoxy resin repairing agent, and the hardness of the epoxy resin repairing agent is higher.

Example 1

Respectively weighing 8 parts by weight of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 7 parts by weight of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 35 parts by weight of bisphenol F epoxy resin, 25 parts by weight of ferrite ceramic whisker, 15 parts by weight of epoxy resin curing agent, 8 parts by weight of butyl glycidyl ether diluent and 2 parts by weight of nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains.

Example 2

16 parts by weight of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 14 parts by weight of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 20 parts by weight of bisphenol F epoxy resin, 25 parts by weight of ferrite ceramic whisker, 15 parts by weight of epoxy resin curing agent, 9 parts by weight of butyl glycidyl ether diluent and 1 part by weight of nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains are respectively weighed.

Example 3

Weighing 16 parts by weight of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 16 parts by weight of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 32 parts by weight of bisphenol F epoxy resin, 15 parts by weight of ferrite ceramic whisker, 15 parts by weight of epoxy resin curing agent, 5 parts by weight of butyl glycidyl ether diluent and 1 part by weight of nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains.

Example 4

Weighing 15 parts by weight of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 15 parts by weight of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 29 parts by weight of bisphenol F epoxy resin, 25 parts by weight of ferrite ceramic whisker, 10 parts by weight of epoxy resin curing agent, 5 parts by weight of butyl glycidyl ether diluent and 1 part by weight of nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains.

In the 4 embodiments, the granularity of the nickel-based tungsten carbide grains is 2-5 microns. The diameter of the ferrite ceramic whisker is 2-5 microns. The epoxy resin curing agent is ethylenediamine.

The 4 examples above were prepared according to the following preparation method:

step one, adding bisphenol A epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin and butyl glycidyl ether diluent into a stirrer according to weight percentage, and stirring for 20 min;

secondly, sequentially adding ferrite ceramic whiskers and nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains into the stirrer, and stirring for 30min at normal temperature while keeping the stirrer in a stable magnetic field;

and thirdly, adding an epoxy resin curing agent into the stirrer, simultaneously enabling the stirrer to be in a stable magnetic field, and stirring for 10min at normal temperature to obtain the dredger dredge pump repairing agent.

Respectively using the repairing agents 1-4 for repairing mud pump impellers with damaged pits of the same size, wherein the specific repairing process is as follows:

removing silt, water stains and rusty spots at the position of the cavitation abrasion pothole, cleaning by using a cleaning agent, and activating the surface of the pothole to be filled by using phosphoric acid propylene diamine;

estimating the dosage of the repairing agent according to the size of the pot hole and the area of the cavitation abrasion part, and preparing the raw materials of the dredger dredge pump repairing agent according to the mass ratio;

pouring the prepared repairing agent into the pot hole to fill the pot hole with the repairing agent, keeping the magnetic field vertical to the surface of the pot hole outside the pot hole, and pressing and leveling the repairing agent by using a scraper knife;

and step four, repeating the step three until the pits on the surface of the mud pump impeller are completely repaired, and completely curing the repairing agent.

In a specific embodiment, preferably, in step three, the blade is made of plastic. Thus, the repairing agent can be prevented from being adhered to the scraper knife.

Comparative example:

respectively weighing 16 parts by weight of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 16 parts by weight of hydrogenated bisphenol A epoxy resin, 32 parts by weight of bisphenol F epoxy resin and 5 parts by weight of butyl glycidyl ether diluent, adding into a stirrer, and stirring for 20 min;

then adding 15 parts by weight of ferrite ceramic whiskers and 1 part by weight of nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains into a stirrer in sequence, and stirring for 30min at normal temperature;

and then adding 15 parts by weight of epoxy resin curing agent into the stirrer, and stirring for 10min at normal temperature to obtain the dredger dredge pump repairing agent.

Removing silt, water stains and rusty spots at the position where cavitation abrasion is caused, cleaning by using a cleaning agent, activating the surface of the to-be-filled cave by using propanediamine phosphate, pouring the prepared repairing agent into the cave so that the hole is filled with the repairing agent, and pressing and leveling the repairing agent by using a scraper knife.

The method comprises the following steps of performing hardness and bonding strength performance tests on the repaired dredge pump impeller, wherein the hardness tests are shear strength tests on a welding and repairing bonding part of the dredge pump impeller, the bonding strength test method is a tensile strength test on the welding and repairing bonding part of the dredge pump impeller, and test results are as follows:

the shear strength of the impeller of the conventional non-pothole mud pump is about 55Kg/mm2The strength of tensile strength test is about 185MPa, and compared with the soldering material of the invention, the soldering material has better hardness and caking property and can basically meet the use requirement.

Compared with the comparative example, the embodiment of the invention applies a magnetic field to the outside while curing and repairing, and the ferrite ceramic whiskers are uniformly distributed under the action of the magnetic field, so that the ferrite ceramic whiskers are uniformly distributed in the epoxy resin repairing agent, and the hardness of the epoxy resin repairing agent is higher.

The dredge pump mending agent for the dredge boat adopts the epoxy resin as the main mending agent material, can finish the mending of the dredge pump impeller at normal temperature, and can not cause the thermal deformation and stress concentration of the dredge pump impeller.

The invention also adds ferrite ceramic whiskers into the raw materials, the ferrite ceramic whiskers can improve the hardness of the epoxy resin, and meanwhile, the ferrite ceramic whiskers have self-absorption force and can adsorb the dredge pump impeller to prevent the epoxy resin from having insufficient adhesion, and in the rotation process of the dredge pump impeller, the repairing material can not provide enough pulling force for the dredge pump impellers on two sides of the pot hole, so that the dredge pump impeller is broken at the pot hole.

The nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains are added into the raw materials, so that the magnetic force of the magnetic ferrite ceramic whisker material can be improved, and the repairing agent has a better adsorption effect on the mud pump impeller. Meanwhile, the nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains can also improve the hardness of the epoxy resin.

In a specific embodiment, the epoxy resin is preferably a mixture of bisphenol a epoxy resin, hydrogenated bisphenol a epoxy resin, and bisphenol F epoxy resin. Compared with single epoxy resin, the mixture of the epoxy resins has higher viscosity, so that the bonding strength between the repairing agent and the mud pump impeller is higher.

In a specific embodiment, preferably, the particle size of the nickel-based tungsten carbide crystal grains is 2 to 5 microns, and the diameter of the ferrite ceramic whisker is 2 to 5 microns. The smaller the metal particle size added, the higher the hardness of the healant.

In a specific embodiment, the epoxy resin curing agent is preferably ethylenediamine. Compared with an acid curing agent, the ethylenediamine can not damage the ferrite ceramic whiskers.

The invention applies a magnetic field to the outside while curing and repairing, and the ferrite ceramic whiskers are uniformly distributed under the action of the magnetic field, so that the ferrite ceramic whiskers are uniformly distributed in the epoxy resin repairing agent, and the hardness of the epoxy resin repairing agent is higher. The intensity of all the added stabilizing magnetic fields is 5 x 10-4-2*10-3

In the application process of the dredger dredge pump repairing agent, the shovel blade is made of plastic. Thus, the repairing agent can be prevented from being adhered to the scraper knife.
