5. The energy-saving environment-friendly water-based gravure printing ink formulation according to claim 1, wherein: the solvent includes true solvents and pseudo solvents.
6. The energy-saving environment-friendly water-based gravure printing ink formulation according to claim 5, wherein: the true solvent is deionized water and ethanol, and the false solvent is propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
7. The process for preparing an energy-saving and environment-friendly water-based gravure printing ink formulation according to claims 1-6, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
1. firstly, pouring polyurethane resin, polyether glycol, aldehyde resin, waterborne polyurethane resin and an environment-friendly plasticizer in a combined connecting material into a reaction kettle for stirring, stirring for 10 minutes at the speed of 500-700 revolutions per minute, and mixing to obtain a self-modified emulsion;
2. then adding the pigment and the solvent, stirring for 5 minutes at 1000 revolutions per minute, grinding the mixed components through a grinder after stirring uniformly, and stopping stirring when the fineness reaches less than 20 um;
3. and finally, adding chemical reagent auxiliary agents ammonia water, acrylic emulsion, a leveling auxiliary agent, a leveling agent, matting powder, a foam inhibitor, nitrocellulose and a drying regulator in sequence, and stirring for 5 minutes at the speed of 500-700 revolutions per minute.
Background
Intaglio ink is also called gravure ink and is a general name of various intaglio inks used in various intaglio printing modes.
