The UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, and is characterized in that the inner wall is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of low-density polyethylene, 3-5 parts of color master batch, 4-6 parts of moisture absorbent and 4-6 parts of antioxidant master batch.

The outer wall is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 70-80 parts of high density polyethylene, 10-20 parts of reinforced master batch, 1-2 parts of nucleating agent, 3-5 parts of black master batch, 4-6 parts of antioxidant master batch and 4-6 parts of moisture absorbent.
3. The UHMWPE composite double wall corrugated pipe of claim 1 wherein the nucleating agent is one of benzoic acid, benzoate, stearate, adipate, wollastonite, and the like.
4. The UHMWPE composite double wall corrugated pipe of claim 1 wherein said nucleating agent has a particle size of 5nm to 50 nm.
5. The UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high density polyethylene has a tensile strength of not less than 20MPa and an elongation at break of not less than 350%.
6. The UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe of claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is not less than 100 ten thousand.
Background
Because of the special structural design, the inner wall of the PE double-wall corrugated pipe is straight, and the outer wall of the PE double-wall corrugated pipe is in an annular corrugated shape, the PE double-wall corrugated pipe has excellent performance while reducing the material consumption, is one of the pipes with wider application in the field of drainage and pollution discharge, and is widely applied to municipal engineering underground embedded rain and sewage discharge, farmland irrigation engineering, chemical engineering, communication cable protective sleeves and the like.
With the change of application environment, the PE double-wall corrugated pipe also has the problems of insufficient rigidity or poor toughness, and besides structural optimization, optimization of a formula system is a main means for changing the pipe.
The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is polyethylene with the molecular weight of more than 100 ten thousand, is engineering plastic with excellent performance, and has super-strong wear resistance, high strength and ageing resistance.
Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) has high flexibility and can be used to improve the problem of large amplitude bending difference.
Disclosure of Invention
The UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe provided by the invention has the advantages that the rigidity and the wear resistance of the pipe are improved, and the flexibility is still good.

The UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, wherein the inner wall is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of low-density polyethylene, 3-5 parts of color master batch, 4-6 parts of moisture absorbent and 4-6 parts of antioxidant master batch. The outer wall is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 70-80 parts of high density polyethylene, 10-20 parts of reinforced master batch, 1-2 parts of nucleating agent, 3-5 parts of black master batch, 4-6 parts of antioxidant master batch and 4-6 parts of moisture absorbent.
In the inner wall formula, the color master can be any one of yellow color master, green color master and blue color master.
In the formula of the outer wall, the nucleating agent is one of benzoic acid, benzoate, stearate, adipate, wollastonite and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe has high strength and high wear resistance by designing the formula of the outer wall, and the inner wall is made of LDPE material, so that the ring flexibility is greatly improved.

The key steps of the invention are as follows: the formula of the outer wall and the material of the inner wall of the UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe are designed to obtain the double-wall corrugated pipe for drainage and pollution discharge, which has high strength, high flexibility and certain wear resistance.
According to the figure 1, the UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, wherein the inner wall adopts the following raw material ratio in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of low-density polyethylene, 3-5 parts of color master batch, 4-6 parts of moisture absorbent and 4-6 parts of antioxidant master batch. The outer wall is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 70-80 parts of high density polyethylene, 10-20 parts of reinforced master batch, 1-2 parts of nucleating agent, 3-5 parts of black master batch, 4-6 parts of antioxidant master batch and 4-6 parts of moisture absorbent.

Furthermore, the molecular weight of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is more than or equal to 100 ten thousand.
Furthermore, the tensile strength of the high-density polyethylene is more than or equal to 20MPa, and the elongation at break is more than or equal to 350 percent.
Furthermore, the grain size of the nucleating agent is 5nm-50 nm.

Example 1.
The UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, wherein the inner wall adopts the following raw material formula in parts by weight: 100 parts of low-density polyethylene, 5 parts of color master batch, 5 parts of moisture absorbent and 4 parts of antioxidant master batch. The outer wall is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 70 parts of high density polyethylene, 12 parts of reinforcing master batch, 2 parts of sodium stearate, 5 parts of black master batch, 4 parts of antioxidant master batch and 5 parts of moisture absorbent.
The molecular weight of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is 150 ten thousand; the particle size of the sodium stearate is 50 nm.
The preparation method of the embodiment adopts a co-extrusion technology of two extruders and comprises the following steps.
Stirring the inner wall material in the stirring pot 1 at high speed for 8-10min, and stirring the outer wall material in the stirring pot 2 at high speed for 8-10 min.
Respectively carrying out vacuum forming on the uniformly mixed inner wall material and outer wall material in an extruder 1 and an extruder 2 for coextrusion, and cooling and shaping the inner wall material and the outer wall material through a module which moves in a circulating cycle to obtain the UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe.
Example 2.
The UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, wherein the inner wall adopts the following raw material formula in parts by weight: 100 parts of low-density polyethylene, 5 parts of color master batch, 5 parts of moisture absorbent and 4 parts of antioxidant master batch. The outer wall is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 70 parts of high density polyethylene, 10 parts of reinforced master batch, 1 part of wollastonite, 5 parts of black master batch, 4 parts of antioxidant master batch and 5 parts of moisture absorbent.
The specific implementation process steps are as described in example 1.
The UHMWPE composite double-wall corrugated pipe provided by the invention achieves the purposes of improving the rigidity and wear resistance of the outer wall ring of the PE double-wall corrugated pipe and improving the flexibility of the inner wall ring by improving the raw material formulas of the inner wall and the outer wall and combining PE materials with different properties.
