starting software, entering a setting interface, reading an assembly part serial number sent by a scanning gun, setting parameters, a screw total amount, a screwdriver serial number, a locking state and a controller serial number, clicking an operation button, sending starting and unlocking to a controller, carrying out a lamp strip controller message, analyzing and counting tightening data when receiving the data, judging whether the qualified number reaches the total amount, if so, finishing the operation, sending a locking command, and if not, continuing the operation through a controller message waiting step.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when in use, the controller is wirelessly connected with the electric screwdriver and is connected with the terminal equipment which is used for setting parameters and commands, and sends the starting and unlocking to the controller, the controller receives the command of the terminal equipment and transmits the command to the electric screw driver, the electric screw driver refreshes the set parameters according to the command transmitted by the controller, then the work is carried out, the data generated after the work is sent to the controller, the controller receives the data and forwards the data to the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment receives the received data, judges whether the qualified quantity reaches the total quantity or not, sends the judged result to the electric screwdriver through the controller, if the qualified quantity reaches the total quantity, and sending a locking command, if the data is not qualified, controlling the electric screwdriver to continue working until the data is qualified, and simultaneously storing and resetting the data by the terminal equipment.
