1) the wireless sleeve selector is connected with a power supply and scanning equipment;
2) powering on the wireless sleeve selector, and configuring input parameters; the configuration parameter content is as follows:
a. firstly, setting the IP of a computer network to be 192.168.4.XXX, ensuring that the computer and the wireless sleeve selector are the same in network segment, otherwise, being incapable of connecting the wireless network of the wireless sleeve selector;
b. the wireless sleeve selector is electrified to ensure that no sleeve is put into the wireless sleeve selector, and the signal is in an initial state;
c. after the IP of the computer is correctly set, connecting a network signal of the wireless sleeve selector, wherein the name of the network signal is WIFI Config Socket-track, the network IP address is 192.168.4.1, and the password is as follows: 12345678;
d. setting the name and password of the AP to be connected by the wireless sleeve selector, and configuring Local IP and Nexo IP of the wireless tightening equipment under an AP network;
3) the wireless sleeve selector is restarted and the sleeve is put into the wireless sleeve selector;
4) a wireless tightening tool is configured, and code scanning work can be performed after the wireless tightening tool is configured;
5) scanning the bar code by scanning equipment, analyzing the vehicle type, and prompting to select the sleeve by flashing a sleeve indicator lamp;

Background
The sleeve selector is used as a matched product of the electric tightening gun and widely applied to various vehicles and matched product assembly production lines. The invention has the passive error-proofing function of tightening control, and simultaneously has the automatic selection reminding function of bar code identification, thereby ensuring the three-in-one of products, processes and data. Both can prevent workman's maloperation, be favorable to tracing back of data again, make things convenient for the management and control of quality. Different from the prior manual error prevention working mode, the device can better embody the intelligent error prevention and standard error-free of the wireless sleeve selector, is convenient to carry and improves the quality level and the working efficiency. Different from the working mode of the prior wired sleeve selector, the equipment can communicate wirelessly, control the tightening gun in a protocol mode, is bound by a wireless cable and is suitable for the operating environment without wiring.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the intelligent mistake proofing wireless sleeve selector system matched with the wireless tightening tool of the invention comprises a wireless sleeve selector, a wireless network and a computer.
The computer is connected with the wireless sleeve selector through a wireless network, the computer configures the parameters of the sleeve selector, sets the matched wireless tightening tool and inputs the parameters into the wireless sleeve selector.
The wireless sleeve selector is connected with the scanning equipment or the bar code generating device through the RS232 interface in a matching mode, bar code information is collected, bar code analysis is carried out, and the result is matched and transmitted.
The wireless sleeve selector can be simply configured with a tightening tool through wireless network connection to perform tightening operation.
The tool locking is performed between the wireless sleeve selector and the wireless tightening tool by the sleeve selection signal, and the tightening tool locking function is performed when the sleeve selection signal is not available or the signal is incorrect, so that the tightening operation cannot be performed.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the wireless sleeve selector includes a sleeve selector box base 1, a sleeve selector box cover 2, a sensor mount 3, a sensor mount cover 4, an aviation plug 5, an antenna 6, a communication interface 7, a stud (M3 × 5+5)8, an aviation plug special nut 9, a proximity switch 10, a led lamp 11, a control board 12, a stud (M3 × 3+3)13, a cross recessed pan head screw (M3 × 35)14, a cross recessed pan head screw (M3 × 4)15, and a cross recessed pan head screw (M4 × 35) 16.
The control panel 12 is equipped with in the sleeve selector box base 1, be equipped with a plurality of sleeve storage tanks on the sleeve selector lid 2, be equipped with the sensor in every sleeve storage tank, and the sensor is installed in sensor mount pad lid 4 of sensor mount pad 3, the next door that corresponds every sleeve storage tank on the sleeve selector lid 2 is equipped with proximity switch 10 and two led lamps 11, two led lamps 11 are red lamp and green lamp respectively, still be equipped with the green led lamp 11 that is used for power indication on the sleeve selector lid 2. An aviation plug 5 is installed at one end of the sleeve selector box base 1, an antenna 6 and a communication interface 7 are installed at one side of the sleeve selector box base, and the communication interface 7 adopts an RS232 interface. The control board 12 employs a prior art microprocessor having a wireless communication module and a signal processing module. The signal input end of the control panel 12 is connected with the communication interface 7, the sensor, the proximity switch 10 and the antenna 6, and the output end of the control panel is connected with each LED lamp 11 and is wirelessly connected with the wireless tightening equipment through the antenna 6.
Wireless sleeve selector structure, the function is defined as follows:
(1) power connector (aviation plug 5): a module power supply, a direct current 5V voltage input;
(2) an antenna: the receiving module is used as a wireless signal receiving module of the equipment and is used for ensuring stable transmission of signals;
(3) communication interface: the RS232 interface is in butt joint with a code scanning device (such as a code scanning gun), receives bar code information of different products, analyzes different vehicle types according to the bar code information, and selects different sleeves for screwing operation;
(4) a sensor: the main function is to detect the sleeve signal and lock the tightening tool, only when the sleeve is correctly selected, the equipment can carry out field operation after sending out 'unlocking' and 'tightening program number';
(5) power indicator: the green indicator light is lighted to represent that the power supply is normally electrified, otherwise, the power supply is not available;
(6) sleeve selector status indicator light: different functions are expressed by lighting, green flashing is used for prompting a worker to select the sleeve to perform screwing operation, and green constant lighting indicates that the sleeve is correctly selected;
(7) sleeve selector status indicator light: the red light is lighted to indicate that the sleeve is selected wrongly, the screwing operation cannot be carried out, and otherwise, the equipment is normal.
As shown in fig. 5, the operation of the intelligent error-proof wireless sleeve selector system of the present invention for a mating wireless tightening tool is as follows:
1) the wireless sleeve selector is connected with a power supply and scanning equipment;
2) powering on the wireless sleeve selector, and configuring input parameters; the configuration parameter content is as follows:
a. firstly, setting the IP of the computer network to be 192.168.4.XXX, ensuring that the computer and the wireless sleeve selector are the same in network segment, otherwise, the wireless network of the wireless sleeve selector cannot be connected.
b. The wireless sleeve selector is powered on, so that the wireless sleeve selector is ensured not to have any sleeve placed in the wireless sleeve selector, and the signal is in an initial state (the sleeve is placed, and parameters cannot be configured due to error reporting).
c. After the IP of the computer is correctly set, connecting a network signal of the wireless sleeve selector, wherein the name of the network signal is WIFI Config Socket-track, the network IP address is 192.168.4.1, and the password is as follows: 12345678.
d. the AP name and the password which are required to be connected by the wireless sleeve selector are set, and the Local IP and the Nexo IP (the IP is different from the network segment) of the wireless tightening equipment are configured under the AP network.
3) The wireless sleeve selector is restarted and the sleeve is put into the wireless sleeve selector;
4) and (5) configuring wireless tightening equipment, and then scanning codes.
5) Scanning the bar code by a scanning gun, analyzing the vehicle type, and prompting to select the sleeve by a sleeve indicating lamp flickering prompt;
6) selecting a correct sleeve, giving an unlocking signal, and unlocking the wireless tightening equipment;
7) the wireless tightening equipment is used, and a program number is called to perform tightening work;
8) and after all the tightening actions are finished, the wireless tightening equipment is locked again, and the next action flow is waited to repeat the action processes of 5-8.
