The hydraulic tensioning and winding integrated machine of the belt conveyor comprises winding racks (1), tensioning supporting plates (2), winding supporting plates (3) and reinforcing rods (4), and is characterized in that the winding supporting plates (3) are arranged between the two winding racks (1) and are welded and fixed with the winding racks (1), the reinforcing rods (4) are arranged between the two winding racks (1) and are welded and fixed with the winding racks (1), two supporting columns (5) are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the winding supporting plates (3), connecting plates (6) are welded at the top ends of the supporting columns (5), a fixing shaft (8) is arranged on one opposite side of the two connecting plates (6), a rotating shaft (7) is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the fixing shaft (8), and rocker arms (9) are fixedly arranged at positions, close to the connecting plates (6), of the top ends of the rotating shaft (7), a tape winding shaft (12) is rotatably connected between the two rocker arms (9), one face, away from the tape winding shaft (12), of one rocker arm (9) is fixedly provided with a driving motor (10), the output end of the driving motor (10) is fixedly connected with one end of the tape winding shaft (12), the front wall of one rocker arm (9) is welded with at least two limiting rods (13), the top end of the tensioning support plate (2) is provided with a hydraulic tensioning device (14) through a support seat (15), one end of the hydraulic tensioning device (14) is rotatably connected with a first pulley fixing seat (16), a first pulley (17) is rotatably connected with the first pulley fixing seat (16), the top end of the support seat (15) is fixedly provided with a second pulley fixing seat (18) and a third pulley fixing seat (21), and a second pulley (19) is rotatably connected with the second pulley fixing seat (18), and a third pulley (20) is rotatably connected in the third pulley fixing seat (21).
2. The hydraulic tensioning and belt winding all-in-one machine of the belt conveyor and the using method of the hydraulic tensioning and belt winding all-in-one machine are characterized in that the longitudinal section of the limiting rod (13) is U-shaped.

The hydraulic tensioning and belt winding integrated machine of the belt conveyor and the using method of the hydraulic tensioning and belt winding integrated machine of the belt conveyor as claimed in claim 1, wherein an electric push rod (11) is fixedly arranged between the supporting column (5) and the rocker arm (9), the fixed end of the electric push rod (11) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the supporting column (5) through a connecting block, and the output end of the electric push rod (11) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the rocker arm (9) through a connecting block.

The hydraulic tensioning and winding integrated machine of the belt conveyor and the using method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first pulley (17), the second pulley (19) and the third pulley (20) are wound with steel cables, one end of each steel cable is fixedly provided with a tensioning trolley, the other end of each steel cable sequentially passes through the third pulley (20), the first pulley (17) and the second pulley (19), and the other end of each steel cable is fixed on the winding shaft (12).

Background
The belt conveyor is also called as a rubber belt conveyor, and is widely applied to various industries such as household appliances, electronics, electrical appliances, machinery, tobacco, injection molding, post and telecommunications, printing, food and the like, and the assembly, detection, debugging, packaging, transportation and the like of objects. The belt conveyor has the advantages of strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure, easy maintenance and convenient implementation of programmed control and automatic operation. The continuous or intermittent motion of the conveyer belt is used to convey 100KG below article, powder or granular article, and the conveyer belt has high speed, smooth running, low noise and capacity of conveying up and down slope.
The existing belt conveyor has complex tensioning and belt winding structures, and is inconvenient to use due to the fact that various devices need to be matched during use.

a hydraulic tensioning and coiling integrated machine of a belt conveyor and a using method thereof comprise a coiling rack, tensioning support plates, a coiling support plate and a reinforcing rod, wherein the coiling support plate is arranged between the two coiling racks and is welded and fixed with the coiling racks, the reinforcing rod is arranged between the two coiling racks and is welded and fixed with the coiling racks, two support columns are fixedly arranged at the top ends of the coiling support plates, connecting plates are welded at the top ends of the support columns, a fixed shaft is arranged on one opposite side of the two connecting plates, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the fixed shaft, rocker arms are fixedly arranged at positions, close to the connecting plates, of the top ends of the rotating shaft, a coiling shaft is rotatably connected between the two rocker arms, a driving motor is fixedly arranged on one side, away from the coiling shaft, of one rocker arm, the output end of the driving motor is fixedly connected with one end of the coiling shaft, and at least two limiting rods are welded on the front wall of one rocker arm, the top of tensioning backup pad is equipped with hydraulic tensioning device through the supporting seat, hydraulic tensioning device's one end is rotated and is connected with first pulley fixing base, first pulley fixing base internal rotation is connected with first pulley, the top of supporting seat has set firmly second pulley fixing base and third pulley fixing base, second pulley fixing base internal rotation is connected with the second pulley, third pulley fixing base internal rotation is connected with the third pulley.
The invention is further described in that the longitudinal section of the stop bar is U-shaped.
The invention is further described that an electric push rod is fixedly arranged between the supporting column and the rocker arm, the fixed end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the side wall of the supporting column through a connecting block, and the output end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the rocker arm through the connecting block.

i, start driving motor, driving motor drives the winding shaft and rotates to retrieve the winding fast, start electric putter, electric putter's push rod extension back drives the rocking arm rebound, and rocking arm and pivot are connected with the fixed axle is rotated, thereby makes the winding shaft rotate around the fixed axle, and the winding after retrieving is shifted out the winding support.
II, start hydraulic pressure overspeed device tensioner's hydraulic pump, inside hydraulic pressure overspeed device tensioner's plunger can be taken in the cylinder to the pulling steel cable removes to the pneumatic cylinder direction, and the one end of steel cable is fixed, through third pulley pulling tensioning dolly, realizes the tensioning.
By means of the scheme, the invention has the following advantages: the invention has compact structure, small occupied space, simple structure and convenient operation, and in addition, the invention also reduces the maintenance cost.
