Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

It should be noted that, since the protection plate 26 and the fixing plate 27 are provided at the rear side of the tricycle seat box 1 and the battery is connected by the protection plate 26, when the battery without electricity therein needs to be taken out, only the protection plate 26 needs to be drawn out from the rear side.
Referring to fig. 1, the generator 12 is electrically connected to a fourth battery 24.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a second waterproof and breathable film 7 is fixedly connected to the rear side inside the circular hole 2.
Referring to fig. 1 in the present embodiment, the tricycle seat box 1, the fixing rod 3, the rotating rod 10, the battery box 13, the connecting shell 19, the protection plate 26 and the fixing plate 27 are all made of stainless metal.
