All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a triage method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The technical scheme of the embodiment is suitable for timely finding whether the patient has the wrong number and timely completing the triage operation when finding that the patient has the wrong number. The method can be executed by the triage device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware manner and is configured to be applied in a processor. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S101, inputting the identity information, the treatment record and the current chief complaint of the patient into the trained triage model to obtain the probability of each triage department.
It is understood that the method is performed by a processor of a Hospital Information System (HIS for short). The processor is used for receiving the registration information of the patient and the current chief complaint, reading the identity information and the treatment record of the patient from the corresponding memory according to the registration information of the patient, and inputting the identity information, the treatment record of the patient and the received current chief complaint of the patient into the trained triage model to obtain the probability of each triage department output by the trained triage model.
In one embodiment, a medical care provider, preferably a front-end nurse, scans a registration bar of a patient through a scanning device connected with a workbench, and the workbench receives registration information of the patient and sends the registration information to a processor of a hospital information system, so that the processor determines identity information of the patient according to the registration information; determining a current chief complaint of a patient by means of oral inquiry and inputting the current chief complaint into a workbench, the workbench receiving the current chief complaint of the patient and sending the current chief complaint to a processor of a hospital information system, so that the processor inputs identity information of the patient, a visit record and the current chief complaint into a trained triage model to obtain the probability of each triage department.
The triage department is the name of each department contained in the corresponding hospital.
The trained triage model is preferably trained based on textCNN, which is an existing text neural network model and will not be described in detail herein.
The identity information of the patient includes the age, name, contact information, residence address, etc. of the patient. The visit record is preferably a visit record of the patient at the home hospital or a visit record in a brother hospital where medical information is shared.
Wherein, the current complaint is the current condition of the patient. Exemplarily, the glands are large, the user breathes in the mouth while sleeping, and the user also snores. Alternatively, illustratively, pregnancy occurs for two and a half months with abdominal pain associated with bleeding.
S102, determining the triage department of the patient according to the probability of each triage department and preset post-processing rules, wherein the preset post-processing rules comprise age rules, gender rules, sub-department rules and probability rules.
Wherein the age rule is: if the age of the patient is less than 14 years, the pediatrics output by the trained triage model is used as the triage department of the patient; if the patient's age is greater than or equal to 14 years, the probability of pediatrics output by the trained triage model is modified to 0.
It will be appreciated that if the patient is less than 14 years of age, his registration department will be pediatric. At the moment, if the pediatric probability output by the trained triage model is not the maximum probability, the pediatric probability is modified to be the maximum value; if the patient is older than or equal to 14 years, then it can no longer visit the pediatrics, so the probability of pediatrics output by the trained triage model is modified to 0. For example, when the patient is less than 14 years old, the probability of the current maximum department is kept unchanged, the probability of pediatrics is modified to be 1.2 times of the probability of the current maximum department, and the probabilities of other departments are modified correspondingly, so that the sum of the probabilities of the departments is 1; when the patient is greater than or equal to 14 years old, the probability of pediatrics output by the trained triage model is modified to zero, and the probabilities of other departments are adaptively modified at the same time, so that the sum of the probabilities of all departments is 1.
Wherein, the gender rule is: if the sex of the patient is male, the probability of female departments in each department output by the trained triage model is modified to be zero; and if the sex of the patient is female, the probability of the male department in each department output by the trained triage model is modified to be zero.
It will be appreciated that there is a need in this respect for a family specific to women, such as gynaecology, obstetrics etc., and that there is a need in this respect for only a portion of women, and likewise for a family of male genitalia, also for only a portion of men. Therefore, if the patient is male, but the probability of the gynecology department and the obstetrics department output by the trained triage model is not zero, the probability of the gynecology department and the obstetrics department is modified to be zero, and the probabilities of other departments are adaptively modified according to the probability proportion of the other departments and the probability before the gynecology department and the obstetrics department are modified, so that the probability sum of each modified department is 1.
Wherein the sub-department rules are: s1, determining the sub department with the highest probability of the trained triage model output; s2, matching the child department with the highest probability with a preset main department; s3, if the matching is successful, modifying the sub-department into the sub-department corresponding to the main department; s4, if the matching fails, determining the sub-department with the highest probability in the rest sub-departments, and executing S2.
In this embodiment, the main departments including the sub-departments preferably include pediatric department, oncology department and medical department, and each main department corresponds to at least two sub-departments. The correspondence between the main department and the sub-department is described in the department comparison table. Illustratively, the result output by the trained triage model is: the probabilities of 60% of respiratory medicine, 20% of pediatrics department, 20% of oncology department and other departments are all zero. Wherein, paediatrics and oncology are main departments, and respiratory department is respectively matched with paediatrics and oncology department in a table look-up matching mode which is a department comparison table. In the matching process, the pediatric department and the respiratory department can be matched into the pediatric respiratory department, and the oncology department and the respiratory department are unsuccessfully matched, namely, the department comparison table has no dependency relationship between the pediatric department and the respiratory department. Therefore, the output results of the trained triage model become 60% of respiratory medicine, 20% of pediatric respiratory medicine and 20% of oncology. It will be appreciated that if the patient is less than 14 years of age, then the appropriate triage department is pediatric respiratory medicine.
Wherein the probability rule is: if the probability of the department with the maximum probability output by the trained triage model is less than 0.2, outputting prompt information for indicating triage failure; if the sum of the probabilities of the two departments with the maximum probability output by the trained triage model is greater than 0.7, and the probability of the department with the maximum probability is greater than 0.4, taking the department with the maximum probability as a triage department; and if the sum of the probabilities of the two departments with the maximum probability output by the trained triage model is less than or equal to 0.7, and the probability of the department with the maximum probability is less than 0.6, outputting prompt information for indicating that the triage fails.
In this embodiment, the trained triage model outputs the probability of 45 departments or the probability of 40 departments at a time, and if the probability of the department with the highest probability is less than 0.2, the probabilities of the departments are equivalent, and there is no clearly inclined department, so it is determined that the probability of each triage department currently output by the trained triage model is incorrect, and the triage department of the patient cannot be determined according to the probability of each triage department, and thus prompt information indicating that triage fails is output. If the sum of the probabilities of the two departments with the highest probability output by the trained triage model is greater than 0.7, and the probability of the department with the highest probability is greater than 0.6, the trained triage model is shown to have a tendency to the triage department, so the department with the highest probability is taken as the triage department of the patient.
In this embodiment, the probability rule is applied after the age rule, the gender rule, and the child room rule.
S103, if the department corresponding to the current registration information of the patient is not the triage department, modifying the current registration information of the patient into the registration information of the triage department.
After the triage department of the patient is determined, determining whether the department corresponding to the current registration information of the patient is the triage department or not, if so, indicating that the current registration department of the patient is correct, and the patient can see a doctor according to the registration information; if not, the current registration department of the patient is incorrect, so that the current registration information of the patient is modified into the registration information of the triage department, and the registration information of the triage department is sent to the workbench. The registration information of the patient is automatically modified according to the determined triage department information, the doctor corresponding to the initial registration information of the patient is not required to conduct triage diagnosis, useless work of the doctor is reduced, the referral operation of the patient is automatically completed, and the patient is not required to be returned and registered again.
In one embodiment, after the workstation receives the registration information of the triage department, the registration information is printed into a registration strip, and the patient goes to the corresponding triage department to see a doctor by virtue of the registration strip without the need of self-checking and re-registering.
According to the technical scheme of the triage method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the identity information, the treatment record and the current chief complaint of the patient are input into the trained triage model to obtain the probability of each triage department; determining the triage department of the patient according to the probability of each triage department and preset post-processing rules, wherein the preset post-processing rules comprise age rules, gender rules, sub-department rules and probability rules; and if the department corresponding to the current registration information of the patient is not the triage department, modifying the current registration information of the patient into the registration information of the triage department. And determining whether the department corresponding to the current registration information of the patient is correct or not according to the probability of each department output by the trained triage model and a preset post-processing rule, and modifying the current registration information of the patient into the registration information of the triage department when the department corresponding to the current registration information is incorrect without the need of self-checking and re-registration of the patient. The registration information of the patient is automatically modified according to the determined triage department information, the doctor corresponding to the initial registration information of the patient is not required to conduct triage diagnosis, the referral operation of the patient is automatically completed, the patient is not required to be returned and the registration is reserved again, the accuracy of the referral operation of the patient can be obviously improved, and the workload of medical staff is reduced.

The user selects a corresponding strategy according to the needs of the user. And the processor receives the triage strategy selected by the user and carries out triage processing according to the triage strategy selected by the user.
S2021, if yes, determining the triage department of the patient according to the current chief complaint or the taken medicine of the patient.
Specifically, when detecting that the triage strategy selected by the user is a disease strategy or a medicine strategy, the processor searches the corresponding triage department of the patient from a corresponding preset disease department table or a preset medicine department table according to the current chief complaint or the taken medicine of the patient; if the search is successful, the searched department is used as a triage department of the patient; and if the search fails, inputting the identity information, the treatment record and the current chief complaint of the patient into the trained triage model to obtain the probability of each triage department.
It can be understood that, if the triage strategy is a disease strategy, the corresponding triage department of the patient is searched from the preset disease department table according to the current chief complaint of the patient; and if the triage strategy is a medicine strategy, searching the corresponding triage department of the patient from a preset medicine department table according to the medicine taken by the patient.
The disease department table is used for recording the corresponding relation between diseases and departments; the preset medicine department table is used for recording the corresponding relation between the medicines and the departments. The preset disease department table and the preset medicine department table are both stored in the appointed position of the memory of the hospital information system.
S2022, if not, inputting the identity information, the treatment record and the current chief complaint of the patient into the trained triage model to obtain the probability of each triage department.
When the processor detects that the current triage strategy is a model strategy or the current triage strategy is not a disease strategy or a medicine strategy, the processor inputs the identity information, the treatment record and the current chief complaint of the patient into the trained triage model, so that the probability of triaging the patient to each triage department is obtained.
S203, determining the triage department of the patient according to the probability of each triage department and preset post-processing rules, wherein the preset post-processing rules comprise age rules, gender rules, sub-department rules and probability rules.
And S204, if the department corresponding to the current registration information of the patient is not the triage department, modifying the current registration information of the patient into the registration information of the triage department.
