The hospital personnel management system of claim 1, wherein the staff management module, the attendance management module, the overtime management module, the department management module and the leave-asking management module are all operated by an administrator, and the personal information module is operated by a common staff.
3. The hospital personnel management system according to claim 1, wherein said staff management module performs the query operation by:
s1, clicking to select departments and positions;
s2, the query system displays the query result and then ends;
and S3, when a new employee is added, inputting basic information of the employee, if the basic information meets the system requirement, writing the basic information into an employee basic information file, and then ending automatically if the basic information does not meet the system requirement.
4. The hospital personnel management system of claim 1, wherein said overtime management module schedules overtime operations as:
s1: selecting overtime time and staff, and finishing after overtime;
s2: and when the overtime condition is inquired, selecting overtime time and employees, then checking specific overtime information, and after the overtime record file is opened, displaying the inquiry result and ending.

s1: inputting date and employee after selecting the checking state, then carrying out approval and leave asking, then automatically inputting into a database, and ending after generating a leave asking record file;
s2: asking for leave inquiry statistics, selecting departments or positions, selecting and adding a plurality of leave asking record files, and then displaying whether the adding is successful or not by the system and ending.

Background

Because the software system is publicized, the uniformity is high, and the management is convenient, the software system is favored by most companies in China, the personnel management system gradually enters the daily management of each large company, and simultaneously, because the number of the staff of the hospital is large, the adjustment is difficult, and the manpower is difficult to manage, the personnel management system of the hospital is provided.

Referring to fig. 9, in the present invention, a staff administrator can know the work attendance situation of an employee through a management system, and meanwhile, after a general employee submits a leave request application, a leave request record is generated, and after approval by the staff administrator, a message is sent to the general employee, and meanwhile, a card record of the general employee generates an attendance record after attendance registration and sends the attendance record to the staff administrator, and the staff administrator generates a position file by using the management system to change the position after adjusting the position and then transmits the position file to the general employee, and new employee information is recorded into a post-worker basic information file of the system and finally sent back to the staff administrator.
