And then the BCM and the PEPS feed the execution result back to the T-ICE, the T-ICE feeds the feedback result back to the cloud server, and the cloud server records the detection result and transmits the result to the detection equipment for displaying through a wireless network, so that offline detection of the vehicle remote control function is realized, detection and verification of the vehicle remote control function before leaving a factory are ensured, and normal use of the remote function when the vehicle is delivered to a user is ensured.

The respective steps of the present invention will be described in detail below.
1) Scanning VIN code identification checking vehicle information by code scanning gun
When a vehicle hung with the bar-shaped identification code of the VIN code label moves to a scanning gun scanning identification range area along with a conveyor belt on a general assembly production line, the scanning gun automatically scans and identifies the VIN code label bar-shaped code, converts the scanned bar-code into an electric signal and inputs the electric signal into a remote control function detection system, and the system checks and judges the VIN of the vehicle according to the national standard of GB T16736 and 1997. After the vehicle is checked to be correct, the detection equipment uploads the VIN code of the vehicle to the cloud server through a 4G or 5G wireless network, the server judges the configuration of the whole vehicle through the VIN code of the vehicle, automatically judges the number of remote function items which need to be detected by the vehicle, and performs handshake verification on the T-ICE of the vehicle after the completion.
2) Remote diagnosis of whole vehicle, air conditioner and seat control detection
After the T-ICE is verified, whether the power supply voltage of the whole vehicle is larger than 11V or not is detected, a whole vehicle network is awakened after the power supply voltage is met, whether the condition of the whole vehicle meets the remote control requirement or not is judged, if yes, a remote starting request command is sent to a PEPS (Passive Entry Passive Start, intelligent Entry and starting system, also called a keyless system) and authenticated with the PEPS, the PEPS controls and starts an engine (a traditional oil vehicle) or a high voltage electricity (a pure electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle) on the whole vehicle after the authentication is passed, then a cloud server sends the remote diagnosis, the remote air-conditioning refrigeration and heating and seat heating request commands to the T-ICE through a 4G or 5G wireless network, the T-ICE respectively sends the remote diagnosis, the remote air-conditioning refrigeration and heating and the seat heating commands to each whole vehicle controller, the air-conditioning controller and the seat controller, and the seat controller controls to realize corresponding remote functions after receiving the T-ICE control request, and feeding back the execution result to the T-ICE, and uploading the received feedback result to the cloud server by the T-ICE. And the cloud server sends a flameout instruction to the T-ICE, the T-ICE receives the flameout instruction and authenticates the PEPS, and the PEPS controls the engine to flameout or controls the high voltage electricity under the whole vehicle after the authentication is passed.
3) Remote door unlatch function detection
The cloud server sends a remote car door unlocking and locking request instruction to the T-ICE, the T-ICE respectively sends remote car door unlocking and locking control instructions to the BCM (car body control module) and authenticates with the BCM, after the authentication is passed, the BCM controls the unlocking and locking of the four doors, after the control is completed, the BCM feeds back a result to the T-ICE, and the T-ICE uploads the received feedback result to the cloud server.
4) Remote tailgate unlock function detection
The cloud server sends a remote tail gate unlocking request instruction to the T-ICE, the T-ICE respectively sends remote tail gate unlocking to the BCM and authenticates the authority, after the authority passes, the BCM controls to light the brake lamp 30S and enable the tail gate to be unlocked, the electric tail gate controller or the BCM drives the tail gate motor to unlock after the detector triggers the tail gate switch, the BCM feeds back the result to the T-ICE after the control is completed, and the T-ICE uploads the received feedback result to the cloud server.
5) Remote vehicle searching function detection
The cloud server sends the remote vehicle searching request instruction to the T-ICE, the T-ICE respectively sends the remote vehicle searching instruction to the BCM and carries out authentication and certification, after the authentication is passed, the BCM controls the steering lamp to flicker or whistle, after the control is completed, the BCM feeds back the result to the T-ICE, and the T-ICE uploads the received feedback result to the cloud server.
6) And displaying the detection result of the remote control function
After all the remote function detection is completed, the cloud server sends all the checking item results of the VIN codes to the detection equipment through the wireless network, and the detection equipment displays the detection results of all the remote function items of the vehicle with the VIN codes.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the code scanning gun 3 of the present example is used as a functional module of the detection device 2 to perform a scanning function. The cloud server 1 of this embodiment may also be replaced by a server, and is integrated with the detection device to form a complete detection machine, and when the complete detection machine is detected, the detection result is directly controlled and output.
The realization of the offline detection technology of the remote control function before the automobile leaves the factory can detect the functions of remotely starting an engine (a traditional oil vehicle) or a high voltage electricity (a pure electric or hybrid vehicle), air-conditioning refrigeration or heating, seat heating, remote unlocking, remote vehicle searching, remote unlocking of a tail gate, remote diagnosis and the like on the whole automobile, avoid the automobile product with remote function defects from flowing out of a factory, and ensure the product outgoing quality.
