The intelligent endowment system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the institution endowment terminal is configured to upload institution old data information and endowment institution information to the institution server periodically; the mechanism server is configured to receive a mechanism old man data information access request and/or an old care institution information access request sent by the monitoring terminal and send the mechanism old man data information and the old care institution information to the monitoring terminal.

Background

At present, domestic old-age care service in China is insufficient in supply, low in proportion and low in quality, and cannot meet the increasing service requirements of the old. With the widespread application of the internet technology in life, the realization of intelligent endowment by using the internet system technology is a valuable solution for solving the problem of depending on human services at present.

Further, the system also comprises a service provider platform positioned under the computing center.

Further, the service provider platform comprises a service provider terminal and an old man terminal, wherein the service provider terminal is configured to receive a service request sent by the old man terminal and feed back service confirmation information to the old man terminal.

the home care platform 30 includes a home server 31, a sensing device 60, a health detection device 50, and a plurality of pairs of elderly people terminals 40 and monitoring terminals 32 connected through the internet or a mobile network.

In this embodiment, the elderly terminal 40 has functions of information viewing, one-touch calling, and management and update of health records corresponding to elderly people.

The system further comprises a supervision terminal 70 for accessing the organization endowment platform 10, the community endowment platform 20 and the home endowment platform 30 through the cloud computing center.

The system further comprises a service provider platform 80, wherein the service provider platform 80 comprises a service provider end 81, and the service provider end 81 is connected with the old people terminal 40; in the present embodiment, the service provider 81 is configured to receive a service request sent by the elderly terminal 40 and feed back service confirmation information to the elderly terminal 40.

In this embodiment, the service request includes services that the service provider is able to provide.

In this embodiment, a virtual service provider providing corresponding services is provided in the service provider platform 80, a user places an order through the old man terminal 40, processes order information through a work order management module in the service provider platform 80, and manages a service provider, customer management, service management, staff management, operation marketing, cost management, and content management on the service provider platform 80.
