In summary, the invention relates to a water quality early warning processing method and device for an open-circuit circulating water system, and particularly relates to a calculation method for respectively providing additional water replenishing quantity and water displacement for single-strand water replenishing and multi-strand water replenishing according to early-warning water quality when a water system generates water quality early warning, particularly to a calculation method for virtualizing the multi-strand water replenishing into single-strand water replenishing according to the condition of the multi-strand water replenishing and calculating the respective additional water replenishing quantity of the double-strand water replenishing by combining double-strand water replenishing proportion. By the method, different early warning conditions can be accurately and quickly processed, dynamic adjustment calculation is simplified into static calculation, and design ideas are greatly simplified; and the real-time change of the additional water replenishing amount at the moment t is monitored, so that the water replenishing amount adjustment value is guided in real time, the treatment efficiency is improved, and the water quality safety of a water system is ensured.
