judging whether the vehicle is a registered vehicle or not according to the billing instruction, and determining that billing information matched with the vehicle does not exist in the acquired billing information set when the vehicle is judged to be the unregistered vehicle;

and, the method further comprises:

when the vehicle is judged to be the registered vehicle, judging whether the vehicle registers the billing information or not, and when the vehicle is judged not to register the billing information, determining that the billing information matched with the vehicle does not exist in the acquired billing information set.

3. The billing control method for vehicle-related fees based on voice interaction according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the collecting the billing information inputted by the user voice, the method further comprises:

judging whether the collected billing information input by the user voice meets a determined billing condition, and executing the operation of issuing corresponding electronic bills for the vehicle for the related fees of the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user voice when the billing information input by the user voice meets the billing condition is judged;

and, the method further comprises:

and when the billing condition is judged not to be met, inquiring in a determined billing information database according to the collected billing information input by the user through voice to obtain target billing information meeting the billing condition, and executing the operation of making corresponding electronic bills for the related fees of the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user through voice, wherein the target billing information is the billing information input by the user through voice.

4. The method for controlling invoicing of vehicle-related fees based on voice interaction according to claim 3, wherein the judging whether the collected invoicing information input by the user voice meets the determined invoicing conditions comprises:

judging whether the collected billing information input by the user voice comprises a complete billing name and a complete tax number or not;

and when the collected billing information input by the user through the voice does not comprise a complete billing name and/or a complete tax number, determining that the collected billing information input by the user through the voice does not meet the determined billing conditions.

The billing control method for vehicle-related fees based on voice interaction according to claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein before the billing information inputted by the user voice is used for billing the vehicle with the corresponding electronic ticket for the vehicle-related fee, the method further comprises:

determining target information of an electronic bill corresponding to the related expense for issuing the vehicle;

wherein, the making an electronic bill corresponding to the related expense of the vehicle for the vehicle according to the making an invoice information input by the user voice comprises:

issuing corresponding electronic bills for the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user voice and the target information;

wherein the target information includes a fee to be paid by the vehicle and provider information for providing a service to the vehicle.

The billing control method for vehicle-related fees based on voice interaction according to claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein after the billing information inputted by the user voice is used for billing the vehicle with the corresponding electronic bill for the vehicle-related fee, the method further comprises:

sending the electronic bill corresponding to the related expense opening of the vehicle to a receiving end for receiving the electronic bill corresponding to the related expense opening of the vehicle; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

and when the vehicle parking position of the vehicle is judged to be the exclusive parking position of the user, executing the operation of issuing the corresponding electronic bill for the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user voice.

Background

With the rapid development of science and technology, the automobile industry is promoted to be developed rapidly, and with the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, people prefer to handle things by driving vehicles more and more, for example: during and/or after the driving of the vehicle for transaction, related fees (such as highway passing fees and parking lot fees) of the vehicle are generated, and people need to make corresponding electronic bills according to the fees.

In real life, when electronic bills related to the vehicle are required to be issued, the user often can only complete issuing of the electronic bills related to the vehicle by manually selecting or manually filling out related issuing information on an issuing application program after the vehicle leaves an area required to be charged and after the user is convenient. However, it is found that the manual method for issuing electronic bills is very inefficient, and especially for users who are not familiar with the issuing application (such as the elderly), the manual method cannot even complete issuing electronic bills.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method and a device for controlling invoicing of vehicle-related cost based on voice interaction, which can improve the invoicing efficiency of electronic bills of vehicle-related cost.

when the fact that the billing information matched with the vehicle does not exist is judged, a billing information acquisition prompt is output to the user through voice, and the billing information acquisition prompt is used for prompting the user to input the billing information matched with the vehicle through voice;

collecting the billing information input by the user through voice, and making corresponding electronic bills for the related expenses of the vehicle for the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user through voice.

As an optional implementation manner, in the first aspect of the present invention, the determining, according to the invoicing instruction, whether the invoicing information matching the vehicle exists in the acquired set of invoicing information includes:

judging whether the vehicle is a registered vehicle or not according to the billing instruction, and determining that billing information matched with the vehicle does not exist in the acquired billing information set when the vehicle is judged to be the unregistered vehicle;

and, the method further comprises:

when the vehicle is judged to be the registered vehicle, judging whether the vehicle registers the billing information or not, and when the vehicle is judged not to register the billing information, determining that the billing information matched with the vehicle does not exist in the acquired billing information set.

As an optional implementation manner, in the first aspect of the present invention, after the collecting the billing information input by the user by voice, the method further includes:

judging whether the collected billing information input by the user voice meets a determined billing condition, and executing the operation of issuing corresponding electronic bills for the vehicle for the related fees of the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user voice when the billing information input by the user voice meets the billing condition is judged;

and, the method further comprises:

and when the billing condition is judged not to be met, inquiring the determined billing information database according to the collected billing information input by the user through voice to obtain target billing information meeting the billing condition, and executing the operation of making corresponding electronic bills for the related fees of the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user through voice, wherein the target billing information is the billing information input by the user through voice.

The voice communication equipment is arranged at a vehicle access port or an area capable of providing services for vehicles, wherein the vehicle access port comprises a vehicle entrance access port and a vehicle exit access port, and the services for the vehicles comprise one or more combinations of vehicle parking services, refueling services, charging services, beauty services and maintenance services.

It can be seen that, the billing control device for implementing the voice interaction-based vehicle-related fee described in fig. 4 can further determine whether the collected billing information input by the user voice meets the billing condition after collecting the billing information input by the user voice, and if so, continue to perform the subsequent electronic billing operation, so that the accuracy of the collected billing information matched with the vehicle can be ensured by comparing the billing information; if the electronic bill is not satisfied, the billing information satisfying the billing conditions is inquired in the billing information database, the occurrence situation that the electronic bill which is issued is inaccurate due to the fact that the billing information does not satisfy the billing conditions but continues to perform the billing operation can be reduced, and the accuracy and the reliability of issuing the electronic bill are further improved.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the manner for the determining module 301 to determine whether the collected billing information input by the user through voice meets the determined billing condition is specifically as follows:

judging whether the collected billing information input by the user voice comprises a complete billing name and a complete tax number or not;

and when the collected billing information input by the user through the voice does not comprise a complete billing name and/or a complete tax number, determining that the collected billing information input by the user through the voice does not meet the determined billing conditions.

It can be seen that, the billing control device for vehicle related fees based on voice interaction described in fig. 4 can also determine that the collected billing information input by the user voice does not satisfy the determined billing conditions when it is determined that the collected billing information input by the user voice does not include a complete billing name and/or tax number, and determine that the billing information satisfies the billing conditions when the billing name and the tax number are complete, thereby improving the accuracy of determining that the billing information satisfies the billing conditions, and further improving the billing accuracy of the electronic bills corresponding to the vehicle related fees.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: a determination module 305, wherein:

a determining module 305, configured to determine target information of an electronic ticket corresponding to the related fee for the vehicle to be made before the ticket issuing module 303 issues the corresponding electronic ticket for the related fee for the vehicle to be made according to the billing information input by the user through voice;

the mode that the bill issuing module 303 issues the corresponding electronic bill for the related fee of the issuing vehicle according to the issuing information input by the user voice is specifically as follows:

issuing corresponding electronic bills for the related expenses of the vehicle according to the billing information and the target information input by the user voice;

the target information includes a fee to be paid by the vehicle and provider information for providing a service to the vehicle.

It can be seen that the billing control apparatus for implementing the vehicle-related fee based on voice interaction described in fig. 4 can also perform the billing operation of the electronic ticket corresponding to the vehicle-related fee by combining other information for billing, such as the fee to be paid by the vehicle, information of the service provider, and the like, and information of the billing name, the billing tax number, and the like, and can improve the billing accuracy and reliability of the electronic ticket.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: a communication module 306 and a generation module 307, wherein:

the communication module 306 is configured to send the electronic ticket corresponding to the related fee making of the vehicle to a receiving end configured to receive the electronic ticket corresponding to the related fee making of the vehicle after the ticket making module 303 makes the corresponding electronic ticket for the related fee making of the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user through voice. And/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

a generating module 307 for generating a carrier carrying the electronic bill;

a communication module 306 for sending the carrier to a receiving end for receiving an electronic ticket corresponding to the associated fare issue for the vehicle.

The carrier comprises a graphic code and/or a link, and the receiving end comprises an electronic address and/or a user terminal corresponding to a user.

It can be seen that, the billing control device for vehicle-related fees based on voice interaction described in fig. 4 can further directly send the electronic ticket and/or the generated image code and/or link bearing the electronic ticket to the electronic address and/or user terminal such as the mailbox of the user, such as a mobile phone, after the electronic ticket for the vehicle-related fees is made, without the user searching the electronic ticket, thereby further improving the convenience and efficiency of obtaining the electronic ticket, and improving the probability of successful sending of the electronic ticket through various sending modes of the electronic ticket.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: an identification module 308, wherein:

the recognition module 308 is configured to recognize a voiceprint feature of the user according to the voice information before the billing module 303 bills a corresponding electronic bill for the related fee of the vehicle according to the billing information input by the user through the voice.

The judging module 301 is further configured to judge whether a voiceprint feature of the user matches with a determined voiceprint feature matched with the vehicle, where the voice information includes an invoicing instruction and/or invoicing information matched with the vehicle; when the voiceprint feature of the user is judged to be matched with the voiceprint feature matched with the vehicle, the bill issuing module 303 is triggered to execute the operation of issuing the corresponding electronic bill for the related expense of the issued vehicle according to the issuing information input by the voice of the user.

In this alternative embodiment, the voice message includes an invoice order and/or invoice information associated with the vehicle.

It can be seen that, the billing control device for implementing the vehicle-related fee based on voice interaction described in fig. 4 can also execute the subsequent electronic bill billing operation corresponding to the vehicle-related fee after determining that the voiceprint feature of the user matches the voiceprint feature matched with the vehicle, so as to reduce the occurrence of the electronic bill for billing the vehicle-related fee for another person by driving the vehicle by another person, and further improve the billing accuracy of the electronic bill corresponding to the vehicle-related fee.

In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include: an acquisition module 309, wherein:

the obtaining module 309 is configured to obtain identification information corresponding to the vehicle parking position of the vehicle when the determining module 301 determines that the voiceprint feature of the user does not match the voiceprint feature matched with the vehicle.

The judging module 301 is further configured to judge whether the vehicle parking position of the vehicle is an exclusive parking position of the user according to the identification information corresponding to the vehicle parking position of the vehicle; when the parking position of the vehicle is judged to be the exclusive parking position of the user, the bill issuing module 303 is triggered to execute the operation of issuing the corresponding electronic bill for the related fee of the issued vehicle according to the billing information input by the voice of the user.

It can be seen that, the billing control device for vehicle-related costs based on voice interaction described in fig. 4 can further determine whether the vehicle parking position is the exclusive parking position of the user after determining that the voiceprint features of the user are not matched with the voiceprint features of the vehicle, and if so, continue to perform subsequent electronic bill billing operation corresponding to the vehicle-related costs, thereby reducing the occurrence of the electronic bill that cannot be billed for the vehicle due to the fact that the matched voiceprint features cannot be matched because the voiceprint of the user is not collected in the voiceprint library in advance.

Example four

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another billing control device for vehicle-related fees based on voice interaction according to an embodiment of the present invention. The device described in fig. 5 can be applied to an invoicing control device corresponding to an application scenario in which an electronic bill corresponding to the related fee of a vehicle needs to be invoiced, wherein the invoicing control device comprises an intelligent vehicle management system or a vehicle field management device or a vehicle management platform or a vehicle management server. The application scenario comprises a highway exit scenario or a vehicle parking scenario, and the like, wherein the service provided in the vehicle parking scenario comprises one or more combinations of vehicle parking service, refueling service, charging service, beauty service and maintenance service. Furthermore, the intelligent vehicle management system may include a vehicle field management device, a vehicle management platform, a vehicle management server, and a voice communication device, where it is to be noted that the voice communication device may be an independent device, and when the billing control device is the vehicle field management device, the voice communication device may also be a component on the billing control device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus may include:

a memory 501 in which executable program code is stored;

a processor 502 coupled to a memory 501;

further, an input interface 503 and an output interface 504 coupled to the processor 502 may be included;

the processor 502 calls the executable program code stored in the storage 501 for executing the method for controlling invoicing of vehicle-related fees based on voice interaction as described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

EXAMPLE five

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium which stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, wherein the computer program enables a computer to execute the vehicle-related fee invoicing control method based on voice interaction described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

EXAMPLE six

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer program product, which comprises a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program is operable to make a computer execute the method for controlling invoicing of vehicle-related fees based on voice interaction described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the modules described as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and the components shown as modules may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
