1. The tracking system of the circular packages is characterized in that each circular package has a unique digital identity, the tracking system of the circular packages comprises four role entrances of a container manager, a part manager, a centralized bin and a host factory, the system determines events according to roles, forms operation tasks and generates a pre-invoice and an actual invoice to be synchronously sent to upstream and downstream related parties, and tracking of the circular packages is achieved.
2. The tracking system for the recycling package as claimed in claim 1, wherein the unique digital identity is a combination of RFID tag, bar code and two-dimensional code, and the display information on the surface of the tag is consistent with the electronic information in the tag.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein each recycle package has no less than 2 tri-fold tags installed, and the EPC information of multiple tags on the same recycle package is the same.
4. The tracking system for the recycling package as claimed in claim 2, wherein the information of the RFID tag, the bar code and the two-dimensional code is comprised of four parts: asset owner code, asset type code, asset serial number, and year of production/investment code.
5. The tracking system of the recycle package according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of key data acquisition nodes are arranged in the circulation process of the recycle package, and the whole flow of the package circulation is tracked according to the key data acquisition nodes.

The tracking system for the recycling package of claim 5, wherein said data collection nodes comprise an in-out location for an operator of said package, an in-out location for a user of said package, an in-out location for a transfer in said package, and an in-out location for said recycling terminal.
7. The system for tracking endless wrapping of claim 6 wherein said data acquisition node monitors the reloading or unloading status and the time to enter or exit each endless wrapping.

A method of tracking of recycled packages using a tracking system of recycled packages as claimed in claim 7, wherein first a data acquisition node is provided at the in-out location of the operator of said packages for monitoring the number and time of empty in/out packages, and second a data acquisition node is provided at the in-out location of the user of said packages for monitoring the number and time of in-coming packages and the number and time of out-going packages after loading the product; setting a data acquisition node at the warehouse-in and warehouse-out place of the packaging transfer warehouse, wherein the data acquisition node is used for monitoring the warehouse-in/warehouse-out quantity and time of heavy-load packaging containers; finally, data acquisition nodes are arranged at the warehouse-in and warehouse-out positions of the packaging and recycling terminal and are used for monitoring the number and time of heavy load warehouse-in and no load warehouse-out of the packaging containers; accordingly, the whole circulation process of tracing the circulation package is tracked.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the data collected by the data collection node is analyzed, and fault tolerance design is performed on the break point data and the logical relationship between adjacent nodes, so as to improve the accuracy of data tracking.

At present, some users manage the circulating package through a bar code, a two-dimensional code or an RFID electronic tag, but due to frequent interruption of a circulating package circulation data chain and the cost and efficiency problems of data acquisition, effective tracking and tracing are difficult to realize.
The invention solves the tracking and tracing problem of the cycle package, realizes the traceable tracing and the operation management of the movable assets of the whole supply chain by adding the electronic tag to the cycle package for digitalization, managing according to the assets, utilizing the technology of the Internet of things, overcomes the difficulty of chain breaking of the circulation data of the cycle package by selecting the key nodes of data acquisition and combining with the algorithm, and realizes the tracking and tracing of the whole process of the cycle package.

Further, the information of the RFID label, the bar code and the two-dimensional code is composed of the following four parts: asset owner code, asset type code, asset serial number, and year of production/investment code.
Furthermore, a plurality of key data acquisition nodes are arranged in the circulation process of the circular package, and the whole flow of the package circulation is tracked according to the key data acquisition nodes.
Further, the data collection node comprises an in-out location of an operator of the package, an in-out location of a user of the package, an in-out location of the package transfer room, and an in-out location of the package recycling terminal.
Further, the data acquisition node monitors the heavy load or no load state and the warehouse-in and warehouse-out time of each circulating package.
In a second aspect, the present invention also provides a method for tracking a recycle package by using the tracking system for the recycle package, specifically: firstly, arranging a data acquisition node at an in-out warehouse place of an operator of the package for monitoring the number and time of no-load in-out warehouse of the package containers, and secondly, arranging a data acquisition node at an in-out warehouse place of a user of the package for monitoring the number and time of in-out warehouse of the package containers and the number and time of out-warehouse after loading products; setting a data acquisition node at the warehouse-in and warehouse-out place of the packaging transfer warehouse, wherein the data acquisition node is used for monitoring the warehouse-in/warehouse-out quantity and time of heavy-load packaging containers; finally, data acquisition nodes are arranged at the warehouse-in and warehouse-out positions of the packaging and recycling terminal and are used for monitoring the number and time of heavy load warehouse-in and no load warehouse-out of the packaging containers; accordingly, the whole circulation process of tracing the circulation package is tracked.
Furthermore, the data collected on the data collection nodes are analyzed, fault tolerance design is carried out on the broken point data and the logic relation of adjacent nodes, and the accuracy of data tracking is improved.
