1. A shutter, comprising:
a plate material body (54);
a first through hole (51) arranged through the plate body (54) and adapted to form an abdicating space for an air flow path;
the second through hole (52) penetrates through the plate body (54) and is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the first through hole (51) in a surrounding mode, and the second through hole (52) is suitable for accommodating a filter screen (8);
the second through hole (52) is matched with the shape of the filter screen (8) and is suitable for being in plug-in fit with the filter screen (8).
2. The shutter as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said second through hole (52) is adapted to be in interference fit with said sieve (8).
3. The shutter as recited in claim 1, further comprising: the flow guiding ring (511) extends from the circumferential edge of the first through hole (51) to one side far away from the plate body (54);
the side of the guide ring (511) positioned at the upstream of the air flow path forms an arc surface suitable for guiding the air flow;
the guide ring (511) extends from one side of the downstream of the air flow path to form a backflow prevention section, and the backflow prevention section is suitable for preventing air in the downstream area from flowing back to the upstream area.
4. The shutter as recited in claim 3, further comprising: a shielding plate supporting column (56) which is formed by extending the plate body (54) between the first through hole (51) and the second through hole (52) towards one side far away from the plate body (54) and is suitable for supporting the shielding plate; the shielding plate supporting column (56) and the backflow prevention section are located on the same side of the plate body (54).
5. An on-vehicle air purifier, comprising:
a bottom case (2) configured in a groove-shaped structure;
the shielding plate (5) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, said shielding plate (5) being connected to the open side of the bottom shell (2); and
the fan (4) is arranged corresponding to the first through hole (51) of the shielding plate (5), and is suitable for guiding air to enter from the first through hole (51) and discharge along the radial direction of the fan (4);
the filter screen (8) is arranged around the circumferential direction of the fan (4) and corresponds to the first arc section (121) of the circumferential direction of the fan (4);
and the electrical box (9) surrounds the circumferential direction of the fan (4) and is arranged corresponding to the second arc section (122) of the circumferential direction of the fan (4).
6. The vehicle air cleaner according to claim 5, wherein the bottom case (2) includes:
at least one support rib (23) arranged on the circumferential side wall of the bottom shell (2), the support rib (23) being adapted to support the lower surface of the shielding plate (5);
at least one buckle (22) is arranged on the circumferential side wall of the bottom shell (2), and the buckle (22) is suitable for clamping the upper surface of the shielding plate (5).
7. The vehicle air cleaner according to claim 5, wherein the bottom case (2) includes: the bottom shell supporting column (24) is formed by upwards extending the bottom surface of the bottom shell (2), and is arranged corresponding to the shielding plate supporting column (56) arranged on the shielding plate (5), and the bottom shell supporting column (24) is abutted to the shielding plate supporting column (56).

The vehicle air cleaner according to claim 5, wherein the bottom case (2) includes: the flow guide wall (91) is formed by upwards extending the bottom surface of the bottom shell (2), the flow guide wall (91) is arranged close to the outer peripheral surface of the fan (4), and the shape of the flow guide wall (91) is matched with that of the outer peripheral surface of the fan (4);
the flow guide wall (91) and at least part of the area of the bottom shell (2) are enclosed to form an electrical box (9);
a profile plate (55) is formed on the shielding plate (5), the profile plate (55) is detachably connected with the flow guide wall (91), and the profile plate (55) is suitable for reserving a yielding space for a connecting line of an electrical element in the electrical box (9);
the profile plate (55) is matched with the profile of the flow guide wall (91).
9. The vehicular air cleaner according to claim 8, wherein the shutter (5) includes: a board surface raised area (53), wherein the board surface raised area (53) is suitable for covering the electric appliance box (9).

The vehicular air cleaner according to claim 9, wherein the shutter (5) further comprises: a battery fixing part (532) which is formed by extending the lower surface of the shielding plate (5) and is arranged on one side of the shielding plate (5) facing the electric appliance box (9); the battery fixing part (532) is suitable for fixing a storage battery (7) placed in the electrical box (9); and the contact surface of the battery fixing part (532) and the storage battery (7) is configured to match the shape of the storage battery (7).
11. The vehicle air cleaner of claim 5, further comprising: upper cover plate (3), set up in shielding plate (5) are kept away from one side of drain pan (2), upper cover plate (3) with shielding plate (5) detachable connection, upper cover plate (3) are suitable for hiding filter screen (8).
12. The vehicle-mounted air purifier as claimed in claim 11, wherein the shielding plate (5) is provided with a clamping portion (57), and the clamping portion (57) is adapted to be matched with a clamping skirt correspondingly arranged on the upper cover plate (3);
one of the upper cover plate (3) and the shielding plate (5) is provided with a magnet (31), the other one is provided with an iron sheet (32), and the magnet (31) and the iron sheet (32) are correspondingly arranged.
13. The vehicular air cleaner according to claim 12, wherein a mounting portion (533) is formed extending from a lower surface of the shielding plate (5), the mounting portion (533) being adapted to fix the magnet (31) or the iron piece (32);
the upper surface of shielding plate (5) and with the corresponding position of installation department (533) is sunken to be formed with the groove of stepping down (531), the groove of stepping down (531) are suitable for and hold correspond the setting on upper cover plate (3) iron sheet (32) or magnet (31).
14. The vehicle air cleaner of claim 13, wherein the mounting portion (533) is provided on a lower surface of the plate-surface projection region (53) and is located within a coverage area of the electrical box (9).
15. The vehicle air purifier according to claim 5, wherein the shutter (5) is provided with a counter bore (58), the counter bore (58) being adapted to receive a screw with a head of the screw flush with an upper surface of the shutter (5).
Background
With the rapid development of social economy, the popularization rate of automobiles is increasing, people use automobiles more and more frequently, and the time of staying in the automobiles is also increasing gradually, so that the quality of air in the automobiles is gradually concerned by consumers, main gas pollutants in the air in the automobiles comprise suspended particles, formaldehyde, benzene, bacteria and the like, and if the air is left in the environment for a long time, the health of the consumers is seriously threatened. The vehicle-mounted air purifier is a novel product designed for a small car, is small in size, convenient to carry, light in weight and high in air purification efficiency, and is usually placed behind a seat backrest or on a center console. The shielding plate is an important part of the vehicle-mounted air purifier, and a user can see the shielding plate when opening the panel to replace the filter screen, however, the structural design of the shielding plate of the existing air purifier is not reasonable enough, and the replacement of the filter screen is not convenient enough.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the filter screen of the baffle plate of the vehicle-mounted air purifier in the prior art is inconvenient to replace, so that the baffle plate capable of conveniently replacing the filter screen is provided.
The invention aims to solve another technical problem of overcoming the defect that a shielding plate of the vehicle-mounted air purifier in the prior art is inconvenient to replace a filter screen, thereby providing the vehicle-mounted air purifier which can conveniently replace the filter screen.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a shielding plate, including:
a plate body;
the first through hole penetrates through the plate body and is suitable for forming an abdicating space for an air flow path;
the second through hole penetrates through the plate body and is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the first through hole in a surrounding mode, and the second through hole is suitable for accommodating a filter screen;
the second through hole is matched with the filter screen in shape and is suitable for being matched with the filter screen in an inserting mode.
Optionally, the second through hole is adapted to be in interference fit with the filter screen.
Optionally, the shielding plate further includes: the guide ring extends from the circumferential edge of the first through hole to one side far away from the plate body;
the side of the guide ring, which is positioned at the upstream of the air flow path, forms an arc surface suitable for guiding the air flow;
the guide ring is extended at one side of the downstream of the air flow path to form a backflow prevention section, and the backflow prevention section is suitable for preventing air in the downstream area from flowing back to the upstream area.
Optionally, the shielding plate further includes: the shielding plate supporting column is formed by extending the plate body between the first through hole and the second through hole towards one side far away from the plate body and is suitable for supporting the shielding plate; the shielding plate supporting column and the backflow prevention section are located on the same side of the plate body.
The invention provides a vehicle-mounted air purifier, comprising:
a bottom case configured in a groove structure;
the shielding plate is connected with the opening side of the bottom shell; and
the centrifugal fan is arranged corresponding to the first through hole of the shielding plate, is suitable for guiding air to enter from the first through hole and is discharged along the radial direction of the centrifugal fan;
the filter screen is arranged around the circumferential direction of the centrifugal fan and corresponds to the first arc section of the circumferential direction of the centrifugal fan;
and the electrical box surrounds the circumferential direction of the centrifugal fan and is arranged corresponding to the second arc section of the circumferential direction of the centrifugal fan.
Optionally, the bottom case includes:
the supporting ribs are arranged on the circumferential side wall of the bottom shell and are suitable for supporting the lower surface of the shielding plate;
at least one buckle, set up in on the circumference lateral wall of drain pan, the buckle is suitable for right the upper surface of shielding plate carries out the joint.
Optionally, the bottom case includes: the bottom shell supporting column is formed by upwards extending the bottom surface of the bottom shell and is arranged corresponding to the shielding plate supporting column arranged on the shielding plate, and the bottom shell supporting column is abutted to the shielding plate supporting column.
Optionally, the bottom case includes: the flow guide wall is formed by extending the bottom surface of the bottom shell upwards, is arranged close to the outer peripheral surface of the centrifugal fan, and is adaptive to the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the centrifugal fan;
the flow guide wall and at least part of the area of the bottom shell are enclosed to form an electrical box;
a profiling plate is formed on the shielding plate and detachably connected with the flow guide wall, and the profiling plate is suitable for reserving a yielding space for a connecting line of an electrical element in the electrical box;

Optionally, the mounting portion is disposed on a lower surface of the protruding area of the panel and located in a covering area of the electrical box.
Optionally, the shielding plate is provided with a counter bore, and the counter bore is suitable for accommodating a screw and enabling the head of the screw to be flush with the upper surface of the shielding plate.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the shielding plate provided by the invention, the second through hole is formed on the outer peripheral side surrounding the first through hole and is suitable for accommodating the filter screen, and the second through hole is in plug fit with the filter screen, so that the filter screen can be quickly replaced by plugging and unplugging the filter screen, the assembly efficiency is improved, the complexity of replacing the filter screen is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
2. According to the shielding plate provided by the invention, the plate body between the first through hole and the second through hole extends towards one side far away from the plate body to form the shielding plate supporting column, so that the plate body between the first through hole and the second through hole can be supported, the supporting strength of the middle part of the shielding plate is increased, and the shielding plate is effectively prevented from being broken due to pressing when a filter screen is replaced.

6. According to the vehicle-mounted air purifier provided by the embodiment, the profile plate is detachably connected with the flow guide wall, and the profile of the profile plate is matched with that of the flow guide wall; therefore, smooth routing of the connecting line is guaranteed, at least partial area of the flow guide wall can be replaced by the profiling plates, the force of air acting on the wall surface is effectively relieved, and the noise reduction effect is guaranteed.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 17, the shielding plate provided in this embodiment includes:
a plate body 54;
a first through hole 51, which is arranged through the plate body 54 and is suitable for forming an abdicating space for the air flow path;
a second through hole 52 penetrating the plate body 54 and disposed around the outer periphery of the first through hole 51, the second through hole 52 being adapted to receive a filter screen 8;
the second through hole 52 matches the shape of the filter screen 8 and is adapted to be inserted into the filter screen 8.
The shielding plate that this embodiment provided is as an important part of on-vehicle air purifier, and the user can see the shielding plate when opening the panel and changing the filter screen, and consequently, the shielding plate belongs to important secondary outward appearance face, and in on-vehicle air purifier, the shielding plate plays the effect of fixed filter screen, upper cover plate isotructure.
Preferably, the plate body 54 is configured as a plate-shaped structure, and in the present embodiment, the plate body 54 may be a circular plate-shaped structure.
Referring to fig. 3, the first through hole 51 is disposed through the plate body 54, preferably, in this embodiment, the first through hole 51 is adapted to be disposed corresponding to the fan 4, the fan 4 is adapted to guide air flow, and the first through hole 51 is adapted to form an abdicating space for an air flow path.
The second through hole 52 is disposed through the plate body 54 and surrounds the outer periphery of the first through hole 51, in this embodiment, the first through hole 51 is preferably configured as a circular hole, and correspondingly, the second through hole 52 is configured as an arc-shaped hole surrounding the outer periphery of the first through hole 51; the second through hole 52 is adapted to receive a filter screen 8, so that the filter screen 8 can surround the periphery of the fan 4, and air blown by the fan 4 can be conveniently filtered.
The second through hole 52 is in plug-in fit with the filter screen 8, and the filter screen 8 can be easily plugged into and pulled out of the second through hole 52.
Preferably, the filter screen 8 is provided with a handle 82 on the upper surface exposed out of the second through hole 52, and the filter screen can be taken out quickly and replaced conveniently by pulling the handle 82.
The shielding plate provided by the embodiment is surrounded by the outer peripheral side of the first through hole 51 to form the second through hole 52, the second through hole 52 is suitable for accommodating the filter screen 8, the second through hole 52 is matched with the filter screen 8 in a plugging mode, the filter screen can be quickly replaced by plugging the filter screen 8, the assembly efficiency is improved, the complexity of replacing the filter screen is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In particular, as shown in connection with fig. 14, said second through holes 52 are adapted to be interference fitted with said sieve 8. Preferably, the filler 81 is pasted at the upper edge of the filter screen 8, and after the filler 81 is pasted at the filter screen 8, the filter screen can be in interference fit with the edge of the second through hole 52, so that the filter screen is prevented from shaking and leaking air. Preferably, the filler 81 may be a sponge.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the shielding plate further includes: a deflector ring 511 extending from a circumferential edge of the first through hole 51 toward a side away from the plate body 54;
the side of the deflector ring 511 positioned at the upstream of the air flow path forms an arc surface suitable for guiding the air flow;
the deflector ring 511 extends from a side downstream of the air flow path to form a backflow prevention section adapted to prevent air from the downstream area from flowing back to the upstream area.
Preferably, since the first through hole 51 is configured as a circular hole, the deflector 511 may be configured as a circular ring.
The shielding plate provided by this embodiment surrounds the circumferential edge of the first through hole 51 and extends towards one side away from the plate body 54 to form the deflector 511, and the deflector 511 is located on one side of the upper surface of the plate body 54 to form an arc surface suitable for guiding air to flow, so that air can enter from the first through hole 51 conveniently, air flow can flow more smoothly in an air duct, a flow guiding effect is achieved, the smooth degree of air flow is improved, and noise is reduced; the guide ring 511 is located one side of the lower surface of the plate body 54 extends to form an anti-backflow section, and the anti-backflow section is suitable for preventing air in a downstream area from flowing back to an upstream area, so that air flow is guaranteed to flow according to a preset path, and air output is guaranteed.
Preferably, the backflow prevention section maintains a predetermined gap from the blower, thereby further reducing the occurrence of the backflow of air.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the shielding plate further includes: a shielding plate supporting column 56, which is formed by extending the plate body 54 between the first through hole 51 and the second through hole 52 toward a side away from the plate body 54, and is adapted to support the shielding plate 5; the shielding plate supporting column 56 and the backflow prevention section are located on the same side of the plate body 54.
The shutter support posts 56 are adapted to mate with the base support posts 24 at corresponding locations on the base.
As shown in fig. 12, the width of the plate body 54 between the first through hole 51 and the second through hole 52 is small, the structural strength is low, and if the plate body lacks support, the plate body is easy to break during use.
According to the shielding plate provided by the embodiment, the plate body 54 between the first through hole 51 and the second through hole 52 extends towards one side far away from the plate body 54 to form the shielding plate supporting column 56, so that the plate body 54 between the first through hole 51 and the second through hole 52 can be supported, the supporting strength of the middle part of the shielding plate is increased, and the shielding plate is effectively prevented from being broken due to pressing when a filter screen is replaced.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 8, the present embodiment provides an in-vehicle air cleaner, including:
a bottom case 2 constructed in a groove structure;
the shielding plate 5 according to the first embodiment is connected to the opening side of the bottom case 2, and the shielding plate 5 is connected to the opening side of the bottom case 2; and
the fan 4 is arranged corresponding to the first through hole 51 of the shielding plate 5 and is suitable for guiding air to enter from the first through hole 51 and discharge along the radial direction of the fan 4;
the filter screen 8 is arranged around the circumferential direction of the fan 4 and corresponds to the first arc section 121 of the circumferential direction of the fan 4;
and the electrical box 9 surrounds the circumferential direction of the fan 4 and is arranged corresponding to the second arc section 122 of the circumferential direction of the fan 4.
Preferably, the fan is suitable for air inlet along the axial direction and air outlet along the radial direction; it should be noted that the axial direction refers to an axial direction of the fan, and the radial direction refers to a radial direction of the fan. The fan may be a centrifugal fan.
As shown in fig. 2, since the fan rotates around a fixed rotation axis and the outer circumferential surface of the fan is a circular structure, the filter net 8 is preferably configured in an arc shape and attached to the outer circumferential surface of the fan in order to match the outer circumferential surface of the fan. Preferably, the filter screen 8 encircles the circumference of the fan 4, and compared with the position relation that the traditional filter screen 8 and fan are arranged into a vertical structure, the height of the whole machine can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the filter screen 8 is matched with the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the fan 4, so that the waste of space in the radial direction can be reduced to the greatest extent, the size of the whole machine in the radial direction is effectively reduced, namely, the purpose of reducing the size of the whole machine is realized by reasonably arranging the shape and the position of the filter screen 8.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 17, the electrical box 9 surrounds the circumference of the fan 4, and makes full use of the space around the circumference of the fan 4; the filter screen 8 is preferably configured into an arc shape, and the area of the filter screen 8 corresponding to the fan 4 is a first arc section 121; similarly, the side of the electrical box 9 close to the fan 4 is preferably also configured as an arc-shaped structure, and the area of the electrical box 9 corresponding to the fan 4 is the second arc segment 122.
