1. A management method of an intelligent rice milling vending machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving state information and first position information sent by rice milling equipment;
generating a maintenance strategy for the rice milling equipment according to the state information;
sending the maintenance strategy and the first position information to a management terminal; and the management terminal reminds management personnel to maintain the rice milling equipment according to the received maintenance strategy and the first position information.
2. The intelligent rice milling vending machine management method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving the state information and the first position information sent by the rice milling equipment comprises:
receiving running state information sent by the rice milling equipment;
and receiving the commodity state information sent by the rice milling equipment.
3. The intelligent rice milling vending machine management method according to claim 2, wherein the generating of the maintenance strategy for the rice milling equipment according to the state information comprises:
generating an equipment maintenance strategy of the rice milling equipment according to the running state information;
and generating a commodity maintenance strategy of the rice milling equipment according to the commodity state information.

The management method of intelligent rice milling vending machine according to claim 3, wherein the running state information comprises running conditions of equipment and maintenance conditions of the equipment; the equipment maintenance strategy comprises maintenance of the equipment and maintenance of the equipment.

The intelligent rice milling vending machine management method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the commodity status information includes an amount of remaining grain in the rice milling equipment and an amount of collected bran in the rice milling equipment; the commodity maintenance strategy comprises when grains are added and when bran is taken;
wherein, the remaining usable time of the rice milling equipment can be obtained according to the amount of the remaining grains in the rice milling equipment and the grain consumption speed of the rice milling equipment; according to the amount of the bran accumulated in the rice milling equipment, the total amount of the bran which can be accommodated by the rice milling equipment and the bran accumulating speed of the rice milling equipment, the remaining usable time of the rice milling equipment can be obtained.
6. The intelligent rice milling vending machine management method of claim 1, after the sending the maintenance policy and the first location information to a management terminal, further comprising:
acquiring identification information of the rice milling equipment, and sending the identification information to the management terminal;
and the management terminal receives the identification information so that a user can judge the identity of the rice milling equipment to be maintained according to the identification information.

A management system of an intelligent rice milling vending machine is characterized by comprising control equipment, rice milling equipment and a management terminal; the management terminal with rice milling equipment respectively with control device communication connection, control device includes:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the state information and the first position information sent by the rice milling equipment;
the generating unit is used for generating a maintenance strategy for the rice milling equipment according to the state information;
a sending unit, configured to send the maintenance policy and the first location information to a management terminal; and the management terminal reminds management personnel to maintain the rice milling equipment according to the received maintenance strategy and the first position information.

the first receiving subunit is used for receiving the running state information sent by the rice milling equipment;

Background

Because unable automatic acquisition husk rice sells the state information of machine, the operator often adopts one alone equipment or one alone little mode in selling the management and the maintenance of machine to the husk rice, sells the machine to the husk rice and carries out the maintenance of fixed point regularly to cause the waste of manpower, improved the operation cost.
Disclosure of Invention

and receiving the commodity state information sent by the rice milling equipment.
In one embodiment, the generating a maintenance strategy for the rice milling equipment according to the state information includes:
generating an equipment maintenance strategy of the rice milling equipment according to the running state information;
and generating a commodity maintenance strategy of the rice milling equipment according to the commodity state information.
In one embodiment, the operation state information includes an operation condition of the equipment and a maintenance condition of the equipment; the equipment maintenance strategy comprises maintenance of the equipment and maintenance of the equipment.
In one embodiment, the commodity state information comprises the amount of grain left in the rice milling device and the amount of bran collected in the rice milling device; the commodity maintenance strategy comprises when grains are added and when bran is taken;
wherein, the remaining usable time of the rice milling equipment can be obtained according to the amount of the remaining grains in the rice milling equipment and the grain consumption speed of the rice milling equipment; according to the amount of the bran accumulated in the rice milling equipment, the total amount of the bran which can be accommodated by the rice milling equipment and the bran accumulating speed of the rice milling equipment, the remaining usable time of the rice milling equipment can be obtained.

A management method of an intelligent rice milling vending machine is applied to a server, and comprises the following steps: step S100, step S200, and step S300.
Step S100: and receiving the state information and the first position information sent by the rice milling equipment.
It should be noted that the rice milling equipment can acquire the state information and the first position information of itself according to a preset frequency, and send the acquired state information and the first position information to the server. Wherein, the frequency preset by the rice milling equipment can be set to acquire the state information and the first position information of the rice milling equipment once every 1 hour, every 2 hours or every 3 hours.
It can be understood that the state information of the rice milling equipment can be obtained by arranging the sensors on the rice milling equipment, and different types of sensors can be arranged according to different types of the state information. For example, a current sensor is arranged to acquire whether the rice milling equipment is in an operating state; through setting up weight sensor to detect the weight of remaining cereal in the rice milling equipment, thereby be convenient for formulate the maintenance strategy to rice milling equipment.
It can be understood that there are various ways to obtain the first location information, for example, the rice milling device may determine its actual geographic location through a wireless positioning system (e.g. GPS, beidou satellite navigation system, etc.), or may determine its logical location through a base station.
Step S200: and generating a maintenance strategy for the rice milling equipment according to the state information.
Specifically, the state information of the rice milling equipment comprises running state information and commodity state information; by acquiring the state information of the equipment, maintenance strategies needing to be executed on the rice milling equipment can be generated according to the current state of the equipment and the state of the commodity in the equipment.
It will be appreciated that the maintenance policy generated will vary depending on the status information received.
Step S300: and sending the maintenance strategy and the first position information to a management terminal.
And the management terminal reminds management personnel to maintain the rice milling equipment according to the received maintenance strategy and the first position information.
Specifically, before the maintenance strategy and the first location information are sent to the management terminal, second location information and terminal state information of a plurality of management terminals in a preset area are obtained; the terminal state information comprises an idle state, a busy state and the like; then, according to the second position information, the terminal state information and the first position information, finding out a management terminal which is closest to the rice milling equipment and is in an idle state; and finally, sending the maintenance strategy and the first position information to the management terminal. Through such a mode, when needs are maintained rice milling equipment, can find the management terminal nearest and be in idle state apart from rice milling equipment the very first time to the staff who holds this management terminal maintains rice milling equipment, thereby improves rice milling equipment's maintenance efficiency greatly, also can improve managers's work efficiency.
It should be noted that the management terminal is in an idle state, which means that a manager holding the management terminal is currently in an idle state; the management terminal is in a busy state, which means that a manager holding the management terminal is in the busy state currently.
It can be understood that the rice milling equipment can also be maintained by a manager with a designated management terminal, so that the server only needs to send the generated maintenance strategy and the first position information to the preset management terminal.
According to the management method of the intelligent rice milling vending machine, the state information and the first position information sent by the rice milling equipment are received; generating a maintenance strategy for the rice milling equipment according to the state information; and finally, sending the maintenance strategy and the first position information to a management terminal. step S201: and generating an equipment maintenance strategy of the rice milling equipment according to the running state information.
Specifically, the equipment maintenance strategy includes maintenance of the equipment, and the like.
Step S202: and generating a commodity maintenance strategy of the rice milling equipment according to the commodity state information.
In particular, the commodity maintenance strategy includes when to add grain and when to remove bran. It is understood that, after grains are added into the rice milling device, as the grains are consumed during the rice milling process and bran generated during the rice milling process is accumulated, managers need to add grains into the rice milling device and take bran away from the rice milling device periodically or aperiodically, so that the rice milling device can maintain a normal working state.
Wherein, according to the amount S1 of the remaining grain in the rice milling equipment and the grain consumption speed v1 of the rice milling equipment, the remaining usable time t1 of the rice milling equipment can be obtained, and the time when the grain is added into the rice milling equipment can be determined; according to the amount S2 of the collected bran in the rice milling equipment, the total amount S3 of the bran which can be contained in the rice milling equipment and the bran collecting speed v2 of the rice milling equipment, the residual usable time t2 of the rice milling equipment can be obtained, and the bran taking time when the bran should be taken out of the rice milling equipment can be determined.
Wherein the remaining usable time t1 of the rice milling equipment, the amount S1 of grain remaining in the rice milling equipment and the grain consumption speed v1 of the rice milling equipment satisfy the following relations:

it will be appreciated that the grain consumption rate v1 of the rice milling apparatus may be preset; since the number of rice milling orders received by the rice milling equipment in different time periods is variable, the size of v1 can be determined according to the average consumption speed of grains in a week or a month.
Wherein the remaining usable time t2 of the rice milling device, the amount of bran collected in the rice milling device S2, the total amount of bran contained in the rice milling device S3 and the bran collecting speed v2 of the rice milling device satisfy the following relations:

it can be understood that the total amount of bran S3 that can be accommodated by the rice milling equipment can be preset, and the total amount of bran S3 that can be accommodated by the rice milling equipment is different according to different types of the rice milling equipment; the amount of bran accumulated in the rice milling equipment S2 can be detected by a weight sensor in the rice milling equipment; since the number of rice milling orders received by the rice milling equipment in different time periods is variable, the v2 can be determined according to the average bran scraping speed of the rice milling equipment in a week or a month.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the maintenance efficiency of the rice milling equipment by managers, different managers are responsible for different maintenance strategies. For example, when the generated maintenance policy is to repair the device, the maintenance policy is sent to a management terminal held by a manager in charge of maintenance; when the generated maintenance strategy is when grains are added, the maintenance strategy is sent to a management terminal held by a manager in charge of adding grains to the rice milling equipment.

It should be noted that the identification information may be the model or number of the rice milling equipment. The method for acquiring the identification information from the rice milling equipment by the management terminal may be scanning a two-dimensional code generated on the rice milling equipment, or may be other methods, which is not limited in the present invention.

The management system of the intelligent rice milling vending machine comprises control equipment, rice milling equipment and a management terminal; the management terminal and the rice milling equipment are respectively in communication connection with the control equipment; wherein the control device may be a server; the control apparatus includes:
