The patent with publication number CN104494276B discloses a cellular core end face gridding glue applying process based on adhesive film thermal cracking, which comprises the steps of tensioning the end face of a cellular core by designing a special tool, instantaneously heating the upper surface of an adhesive film flatly attached to the end face of the cellular core by a linear heating device and a hot air blowing device with a linear air outlet, softening the adhesive film by heating and sinking the adhesive film into the cellular core grid under the action of gravity, and simultaneously applying high-pressure hot air to the adhesive film along the axial direction of cellular core grid holes in a reverse direction to expand, crack, shrink and uniformly gather on the edge end face of the cellular core grid so as to realize the direct conversion of the adhesive film from the cellular core state to the cellular grid state. The requirements of large-area honeycomb core gridding gluing on small change of chemical state and uniform physical distribution state of the adhesive are met. Said invention has the defects of easy peeling of adhesive and non-uniform distribution of adhesive film.

Support frame 1 sets up on supporting base 2, and horizontal sliding block set 3 and vertical sliding block set 4 set up on support frame 1, and a plurality of honeycomb core clamping subassembly 7 evenly sets up on horizontal sliding block set 3 and vertical sliding block set 4, in the in-service use, can set up the number of honeycomb core clamping subassembly 7 according to the size of honeycomb core. The longitudinal feeding assembly 6 comprises a second fixing plate 601, a second push plate 602, a second bolt 603 and a second rotating handle 604, wherein the second fixing plate 601 is disposed on the supporting frame 1, the second push plate 602 is disposed on the longitudinal sliding support 402, the second bolt 603 is disposed on the second fixing plate 601 in a threaded manner, one end of the second bolt 603 is rotatably disposed on the second push plate 602, and the second rotating handle 604 is fixedly disposed at one end of the first bolt 503 away from the first push plate 502.

The first fixing plate 501 is arranged on the supporting frame 1 in a manner of an insertion block and an insertion slot, and the first push plate 502 is arranged on the transverse sliding support 302 in a manner of an insertion block and an insertion slot. The second fixing plate 601 is disposed on the supporting frame 1 in a manner of an insert and a slot, and the second pushing plate 602 is disposed on the longitudinal sliding support 402 in a manner of an insert and a slot.

As shown in fig. 2, the honeycomb core clamping assembly 7 includes an upper base 701, a lower base 702, and a honeycomb positioning pin 703, wherein the upper base 701 is disposed on the lower base 702, the honeycomb positioning pin 703 is disposed on the upper base 701, and the lower base 702 is disposed on the transverse slider assembly 3 and the longitudinal slider assembly 4. The lower base 702 is used for placing the honeycomb core 8, and the honeycomb positioning pins 703 are used for positioning the honeycomb core 8 on the lower base 702. The honeycomb positioning pins 703 are designed in consideration of the pitch according to the specification of the honeycomb core 8, and are connected to the upper base 701 by countersunk set screws, so that the number of the honeycomb positioning pins 703 can be increased or decreased as appropriate.

The lower base 702 of the longitudinal slide support 402 is moved downward relative to the lower base 702 of the transverse slide support 302 to maintain the transverse honeycomb core holder assembly 7 and the longitudinal honeycomb core holder assembly 7 in a single plane. The transverse feeding assembly 5 and the longitudinal feeding assembly 6 realize slow and smooth movement of the honeycomb core clamping assembly 7 through rotating the handle.

The honeycomb core 8 is placed into the lower base 702 and is grouped with the positioning pins, then the upper base 701 is matched with the cylindrical holes through the chamfered edges, and the bolt penetrates through the side holes of the upper base 702 and the lower base 702 to realize that the whole honeycomb core clamping component 7 is fixed.

The honeycomb core clamping assembly 7 further comprises a bolt 704, a first adjusting nut 705, a bolt 704 support, a compression spring 707, a second adjusting nut 708 and an adjusting rod 709. One end of a bolt 704 penetrates into the lower base 702 and the upper base 701 to realize the connection between the lower base 702 and the upper base 701, a first adjusting nut 705 is arranged at one end of the bolt 704 far away from the lower base 702 in a threaded rotation manner, a bolt 704 support is fixedly arranged on the lower base 702, one end of an adjusting rod 709 is fixedly arranged on the bolt 704 support, a second adjusting nut 708 is arranged at one end of the adjusting rod 709 far away from the bolt 704 support in a threaded rotation manner, and two ends of a compression spring 707 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the first adjusting nut 705 and the second adjusting nut 708. The functions and implementations of the various parts are further explained below:

taking the dimension of a honeycomb core cell of 6mm multiplied by 0.03mm after the honeycomb laminated block is stretched and the dimension of a whole honeycomb core 8 in a free state of 1300mm multiplied by 2000m multiplied by 22mm as an example, a honeycomb positioning pin 703 is designed, specifically, along the W direction of a honeycomb, the width of the positioning pin is 0.5mm of the deviation of two sides of the inner cavity dimension of a single honeycomb core cell, along the L direction of the honeycomb, four side surfaces of the honeycomb positioning pin 703 are 0.2mm of the deviation of two sides of the inner cavity dimension of the single honeycomb core cell, and the height dimension of the positioning pin is 11(-0.2 to-0.3) mm.

The dimensions of the rest parts in the honeycomb core clamping assembly 7 are determined by taking the honeycomb positioning pin 703 as a reference under the principle that the strength is satisfied and the interference with other assemblies is avoided. In this example, the single fixing position is determined as five grouped honeycomb positioning pins 703, which can be increased or decreased according to the actual application.
