In an alternative embodiment, the two sides of the guide rail 11 are slidably connected with a sliding plate 14 and a movable plate 15 respectively, the joint of the movable plate 15 and the sliding plate 14 is located inside the sliding chute 12, the two ends of the movable plate 15 are provided with symmetrically distributed electric push rods 18, and it should be noted that the guide rail 11 is used for realizing stable movement of the sliding plate 14 and the movable plate 15.
In an optional embodiment, the limiting ring 19 is composed of two semicircular plate bodies, the side walls of the two semicircular plate bodies are provided with flanges, the two semicircular plate bodies are attached to each other, the inside of the limiting ring 19 is slidably connected with the friction material layer 24, and it should be noted that the limiting ring 19 is used for positioning the friction material layer 24.
In an alternative embodiment, the inside of the spacing ring 19 is slidably connected with a positioning ring 21, the positioning ring 21 is composed of two semicircular plates with a diameter smaller than that of the spacing ring 19, the inside of the positioning ring 21 is slidably connected with the surface of the convex plate 20, and it should be noted that the positioning ring 21 is used for positioning the substrate 25, so as to realize accurate positioning of the substrate 25 and the friction material layer 24.
In an alternative embodiment, the bottom of the positioning ring 21 is provided with a convex platform, the bottom end of the positioning ring 21 is fixedly connected with the limiting ring 19 through a spring 22, the diameter of the positioning ring 21 is smaller than that of the friction material layer 24, it should be noted that the positioning ring 21 plays a role of supporting the friction material layer 24, and the simultaneous conveying of the friction material layer 24 and the base material 25 can be realized.
In an alternative embodiment, the inner wall of the positioning ring 21 is provided with four positioning blocks 23 uniformly distributed, the four positioning blocks 23 all correspond to the notches on the edge of the substrate 25, and it should be noted that the positioning blocks 23 are used for corresponding to the notches on the edge of the substrate 25, so as to accurately position the substrate 25.
In the invention, when the device is used, the friction material layer 24 is placed in the storage box 7, the base material 25 is coated with an adhesive in the coating box 6 and then is conveyed out of the coating box 6, the push plate 10 is pushed to move by the extension of the air cylinder 9, the push plate 10 pushes the friction material layer 24 at the bottom of the nozzle to move out, so that the friction material layer moves to the inside of the limiting ring 19 and is temporarily supported by the top of the positioning ring 21, the spring 22 is stretched by the gravity of the falling friction plate to drive the positioning ring 21 to move downwards, the positioning ring 21 is limited by the convex plate 20 to realize stable vertical movement, the positioning ring 21 drives the positioning block 23 to move to the notch at the edge of the base material 25, so that the accurate positioning with the base material 25 is realized, if the base material 25 cannot correspond to the friction material layer 24, the positioning ring 21 cannot move, the conveying position of the, after the transport is accomplished, the work through motor 16 drives lead screw 17 and rotates, lead screw 17 drives fly leaf 15 and slide 14 and removes simultaneously, fly leaf 15 drives spacing ring 19 and holding ring 21 and removes to 4 bottoms of clamp plate, holding ring 21 and spacing ring 19 can drive friction material layer 24 and substrate 25 and remove simultaneously this moment, realize carrying fast, after carrying the completion, shorten through electric putter 18 and make holding ring 21 and spacing ring 19 part, the friction material layer 24 at holding ring 21 top falls down to 25 surfaces of substrate, the extension through pneumatic cylinder 3 drives the clamp plate 4 and compresses tightly the friction disc, make embedding piece 5 remove inside the breach of substrate 25, make 24 edges of friction material layer imbed inside the breach, realize closely laminating and compressing tightly, and the production quality is improved.
