step three: the conventional textile fabric passes through a waterproof coating solvent bin to obtain the textile fabric with the waterproof function;
step four: attaching the conventional textile fabric to any one surface of the treated high polymer material by an ultrasonic principle;
step five: any one of skin-friendly textile fabrics is selected and attached to the other surface of the high polymer material by the ultrasonic principle;
step six: and carrying out ultrasonic lamination on the three layers of materials to obtain a layer of functional textile.

step two: the reverse side of the fiber-grade high molecular material with the functions of sterilization and antivirus and any fabric with the functions of antibiosis and water resistance are seamlessly jointed by an ultrasonic laminating machine;
step three: the ultrasonic pressing machine performs the operations of edge sewing, welding, melt cutting, embossing and the like on the synthetic fiber cloth.
9. A functional textile having antiviral, waterproof, air permeable, and protective effects as claimed in claim 3, wherein said amount in step one is 3-5%.
10. The functional textile with antiviral, waterproof, air permeable, and protective effects of claim 3, wherein in step one, the mesh size is 0.003 MM to 0.1 MM.
Background
China is a large export country of textiles, but the export of the textiles has low technical content, low additional value and particularly lower export proportion of functional textiles. The functional textile includes: health care functional textile, protective function textile, comfortable functional textile and the like, wherein the health care functional textile is an important subject which needs to be solved urgently in the aspects of antivirus, waterproofing and breathability.
The existing functional wearing material adopts textile fabric and TPU film or plastic film to make nano-micropore process, and then is compounded with gauze, thereby realizing the following steps: the composite material is warm-keeping, waterproof and breathable, the manufacturing cost of the composite material is expensive, and the composite material needs to be imported from the sea at the high end, so that the composite material cannot solve multiple problems of functional wearing due to the difference of built-in materials of the traditional composite material, and cannot be widely applied. More importantly, the composite materials are not involved in the field of sterilization and gas defense, the cost and the application of the functional dress material are examined, and the application fields comprise: jacket, hospital protective clothing, hat, gloves, medical protective material (mask), upper material of sports shoes, insole, underwear, mask, wiping cloth, handkerchief, etc.
In order to sterilize and inhibit bacteria, the traditional method is that the performances of bacteria adsorption and dust filtration need to depend on a silver ion nano coating on the surface layer, but the whole air permeability is poor; many cloth materials adopt plastic fabrics with TPU and the like adhered on the surface for water resistance, and as long as the prior art, the cloth materials are not breathable, air cannot be permeable, mould is easy to grow on the day of warming, mildew is generated, and the application of wearable cloth is not facilitated; the medical wiping cloth, the protective clothing, the mask, the cap and the like are required to be improved in sterilization performance and repeatedly used, and the outdoor jacket can voluntarily isolate harmful substances, sterilize and the like in order to reduce the cost.
There is a need for a fabric that can kill bacteria, prevent viruses, prevent water and water, has good permeability and low air resistance, isolates external bacteria and dust, and has the characteristics of heat preservation and skin friendliness.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1 because the material of the invention has the advantages of sterilization, poison prevention, light weight, water and air permeability, heat dissipation and moisture removal and durability, the material is greatly helpful for manufacturing equipment for outdoor sports.
2. The material of the invention also has good heat preservation performance for preventing air cooling effect, and the functionality of the material is not changed in the temperature and humidity change;
3. the material has better heat retention than the traditional fabric, because the pores in the fiber are formed in the process of re-spinning, the cross arrangement of the pores is influenced by wind pressure, the arranged micropores can not be seen by naked eyes, and no obvious rule exists, so the material has better heat retention than the traditional material (the micropores are treated after preparation, and have obvious arrangement rules), because the pores of the fiber are only 0.03-0.10 micron in nanometer level, the material is fine and breathable, and the fiber is also solid after vacuum adsorption, and has double functions of heat retention and ventilation;
4. the traditional material is more heavily weighted in waterproof, and the TPU film is required to be selected on the surface layer of the attached material, so that the development of other functions of the cloth is limited.

The ultrasonic laminating machine is mainly used for edge sewing, welding, melt cutting and embossing of synthetic fiber cloth, and the processed product has the characteristics of good water tightness, high production efficiency, no needle thread auxiliary material, smooth melt-cut surface, no burr, good hand feeling and the like.
Example 2

Example 3
The difference lies in the processing that gets into liquid medicine container to conventional surface fabric in this embodiment with embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, conventional surface fabric gets into liquid medicine container via the fabric guide roller, when passing through liquid medicine container, adopt half blow to spout and half bubble liquid medicine transport mode, soak the surface fabric into the liquid medicine through inside two smooth rollers of liquid medicine container, set up the diaphragm at liquid medicine liquid level downside level, be provided with a plurality of medicine spouts mouth on the diaphragm, blow and spout the conventional surface fabric that soaks liquid medicine, derive then, clear scraping through the scraper blade when deriving from liquid medicine, press dry moisture to the surface fabric through two sets of compression rollers after that, the moisture of extrusion falls on the scraper blade, the scraper blade slope sets up and plays the splashproof effect, liquid medicine is difficult to the pole and need not often clear up medicine spouts mouth in liquid medicine container.
