3. The preparation method of the multicolor cloth composite material is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, preheating the multicolor cloth; the transparent PVC film, the first solid-color PVC film and the second solid-color PVC film are respectively preheated and heated; obtaining the pretreated colorful cloth, a transparent PVC film, a first real-color PVC film and a second real-color PVC film;
s2, respectively attaching the pretreated transparent PVC film and the first real-color PVC film to two sides of the pretreated multicolor cloth to obtain a semi-finished product;
s3, ironing the polyester mesh, pasting and drying to obtain pasted polyester base cloth;
s4, preheating the semi-finished product, respectively attaching the second solid-color PVC film and one side of the semi-finished product provided with the solid-color PVC film to the two sides of the pasted polyester base cloth, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the colorful cloth composite material.
4. The method for preparing the magic color cloth composite material according to claim 3, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preheating the first multicolor cloth and the second multicolor cloth respectively; preheating and heating the transparent PVC facial mask, the transparent PVC base film, the first solid-color PVC film and the second solid-color PVC film respectively; obtaining a first colorful cloth, a second colorful cloth, a transparent PVC (polyvinyl chloride) face film, a transparent PVC bottom film, a first real-color PVC film and a second real-color PVC film which are pretreated;
s2, respectively attaching the pretreated transparent PVC facial mask and the first real-color PVC membrane to two sides of the pretreated first colorful cloth to obtain a semi-finished product facial mask;
respectively attaching the pretreated transparent PVC base film and a second real-color PVC film to two sides of the pretreated second colorful cloth to obtain a semi-finished bottom layer;
s3, ironing the polyester mesh cloth, then dipping, pasting and drying to obtain pasted polyester base cloth;
s4, preheating a semi-finished surface layer and a semi-finished bottom layer, respectively attaching the side of the semi-finished surface layer provided with the first real-color PVC film and the side of the semi-finished bottom layer provided with the second real-color PVC film to the two sides of the pasted polyester base cloth, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the colorful cloth composite material.
5. The method for preparing the magic color cloth composite material according to claim 3, wherein the preheating temperature of the magic color cloth is 60-80 ℃.
6. The preparation method of the magic color cloth composite material as claimed in claim 3, wherein the temperature for preheating the transparent PVC film and the solid color PVC film is 140-160 ℃, and the temperature for heating treatment is 170-180 ℃.
7. The method for preparing the magic color cloth composite material as claimed in claim 3, wherein the viscosity of the paste used for pasting is 1500-3000 cps.
8. The method for preparing the multicolor cloth composite material according to the claim 3, wherein the transparent PVC film and the solid color PVC film are both produced by a calendering process.
Background
The sandwich mesh cloth is a composite material which takes textile mesh cloth as base cloth and is compounded with one or more layers of films with various thicknesses on two surfaces. The type of the clamping net cloth is more, such as PVC clamping net cloth, EVA clamping net cloth, rubber clamping net cloth, TPU clamping net cloth and the like. The polyester mesh fabric material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, low shrinkage and good air tightness after the fineness and the tissue density of the yarn are adjusted and the polyester mesh fabric is compounded with the film by a certain processing technology. Besides being applied to common products, the product is also suitable for preparing products which can bear weight and need to be aerated.
The colorful cloth is a cloth commonly used in the field of clothing and bags, has gorgeous colors and good light reflection performance, can show different color conversion effects under different light rays, and has aesthetic feeling. However, since the multicolor cloth is generally woven by fine denier civil yarns, the physical and mechanical properties of the multicolor cloth are poor, the material shrinkage rate is large, the thermal deformation is serious, and the problems of poor flatness of the obtained finished product, easy generation of bubbles between the multicolor cloth and the PVC film, poor peeling strength and the like exist after the multicolor cloth is compounded with the PVC film and the like, so that the prior multicolor cloth is not suitable for preparing high-strength sandwich mesh cloth. The application of the colorful cloth is greatly limited.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: provides a colorful cloth composite material and a preparation method thereof.

s1, preheating the multicolor cloth; the transparent PVC film, the first solid color PVC film and the second solid color PVC film are respectively preheated and heated; obtaining the pretreated colorful cloth, a transparent PVC film, a first real-color PVC film and a second real-color PVC film;
s2, respectively attaching the pretreated transparent PVC film and the first real-color PVC film to two sides of the pretreated multicolor cloth to obtain a semi-finished product;
s3, ironing the polyester mesh, pasting and drying to obtain pasted polyester base cloth;
s4, preheating the semi-finished product, attaching the side of the semi-finished product provided with the first solid-color PVC film and the second solid-color PVC film to the pasted polyester base cloth, and carrying out hot pressing to obtain the colorful cloth composite material.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the colorful cloth composite material provided by the invention has the effect that the colorful cloth is colorful and gorgeous, and simultaneously has high tensile strength, high peel strength and good air tightness which are not possessed by the colorful cloth, and the colorful cloth composite material can be used for preparing products with higher air tightness requirements, such as water floating equipment and the like.
According to the preparation method of the multicolor cloth composite material, the multicolor cloth is preheated, then is subjected to hot pressing with the two layers of PVC films, and finally is compounded with the polyester mesh cloth with high strength and low shrinkage rate at a certain temperature, so that the shrinkage rate of a finished product is effectively reduced, the problem that the peeling strength of the compounded multicolor cloth and the PVC film is low in the first laminating process is solved, and the problem that the multicolor cloth cannot be used for preparing the sandwich mesh cloth (resin composite material) with high strength is solved.

From the above description, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the colorful cloth composite material provided by the invention has the effect that the colorful cloth is colorful and gorgeous, and simultaneously has high tensile strength, peeling strength and good air tightness which are not possessed by the colorful cloth, and can be used for preparing products with higher air tightness requirements, such as water floating platforms, surfboards and the like; the multicolor cloth composite material can show completely different multicolor effects at different distances and different angles, can increase the visual effect of products, and the differentiated products are beneficial to improving the added value of the material;
the multicolor cloth composite material uses the real-color PVC film, the real-color layer is lined below the transparent multicolor cloth, the multicolor effect of the multicolor cloth can still be kept, and different color base tones can be presented, so that the dependence of the product on the color of the multicolor cloth is reduced, the dependence on raw material selection is reduced, and the cost control and the large-scale production are facilitated. The emergence of the composite material of the multicolor cloth also greatly widens the application field of the multicolor cloth and has higher economic value.

s1, preheating the multicolor cloth; the transparent PVC film, the first solid color PVC film and the second solid color PVC film are respectively preheated and heated; obtaining the pretreated colorful cloth, a transparent PVC film, a first real-color PVC film (opaque PVC film) and a second real-color PVC film (opaque PVC film);
s2, respectively attaching the pretreated transparent PVC film and the first real-color PVC film to two sides of the pretreated multicolor cloth to obtain a semi-finished product;
s3, ironing the polyester mesh, pasting and drying to obtain pasted polyester base cloth;

From the above description, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the multicolor fabric has the problems of large shrinkage rate and serious thermal deformation, is suitable for preparing daily common clothes and bags, is not suitable for being processed into the mesh fabric composite material at high temperature, and has the problems of easy occurrence of bubbles, poor flatness and easy peeling. According to the preparation method of the multicolor cloth composite material, the multicolor cloth is preheated and then is hot-pressed with the two layers of PVC films, the preheating of the multicolor cloth and the preheating of the PVC films are vital in the process at proper temperature, the flatness and the peel strength of the subsequently obtained composite material can be obviously influenced, and meanwhile, the process is carried out at a lower forming and processing temperature, so that the problem of thermal shrinkage of the composite material is effectively solved; after the semi-finished colorful cloth composite material is obtained, the semi-finished colorful cloth composite material is compounded with polyester mesh cloth with high strength and low shrinkage rate at a certain temperature, and hot pressing is carried out for the second time, so that the shrinkage rate of the finished product is effectively reduced, and the problem that the peeling strength of the compounded colorful cloth and a PVC film is low in the first laminating process is solved.
Further, the preheating temperature of the multicolor cloth in the S1 is 60-80 ℃.
As can be seen from the above description, too high a preheating temperature causes thermal deformation of the material.
Further, the preheating temperature of the transparent PVC film and the solid color PVC film in S1 is 140-160 ℃, and the heating treatment temperature is 170-180 ℃.
Further, the viscosity of the paste for pasting in S3 was 1500-3000 cps.

comparative example 3 differs from example 3 only in S4, in S4 of comparative example 3, the top and bottom semi-finished layers are not preheated and are directly bonded to a polyester scrim.
Tensile strength and peeling property between the semi-finished surface layer, bottom layer and polyester mesh cloth were measured on the multicolor cloth composite materials of examples 3 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3, and the surface flatness and the presence or absence of bubbles were observed, and the results are shown in table 1.
