Background
Tableware means a non-edible tool which directly contacts food when eating, a utensil and an appliance for assisting food to be dispensed or food to be taken, and a plurality of disposable plastic tableware which is bad for the environment are available on the market at present; there are also some hand-held tableware (such as knife, fork, spoon, etc.) made of degradable material, among which the paper tableware has the advantage of environmental protection and is widely used by people.
The existing disposable paper tableware is mainly manufactured by a wet paper pulp molding process, the disposable tableware manufactured by the wet paper pulp molding process also meets the requirements of environmental protection and degradability, but in the paper pulp molding production process, a large amount of water is needed to disperse paper pulp, the dispersed paper pulp enters a mold and is squeezed, and meanwhile, redundant water is dried at high temperature. The whole process has extremely large requirements on the consumption of electric power and water and energy consumption, thus improving the production cost and having large investment fund amount; and a large amount of sewage is generated to pollute the environment. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. In which like parts are designated by like reference numerals. It should be noted that the terms "front," "back," "left," "right," "upper" and "lower" used in the following description refer to directions in the drawings, and the terms "bottom" and "top," "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from, respectively, the geometric center of a particular component.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a paper tableware processing apparatus includes a forming device for processing paper strip into paper tableware, a setting device for heating and setting the paper tableware, and a film covering device for covering the paper tableware with film; the paper strip is a strip paper strip, and the paper roll is formed by winding the paper strip into a roll.
The forming device comprises a discharging mechanism 1 for releasing the multilayer paper strip, a gluing mechanism 2 for gluing the paper strip, a pressing mechanism 3 for pressing and forming the glued multilayer paper strip and a blanking mechanism 4 for blanking and forming the pressed multilayer paper strip, wherein the discharging mechanism 1, the gluing mechanism 2, the pressing mechanism 3 and the blanking mechanism 4 are connected end to end; can be used for processing flat paper tableware.
The shaping device comprises a molding frame 101, a storage bin 5 which is arranged on the molding frame 101 and used for storing stacked sheet paper tableware, a material moving manipulator 6 which is horizontally connected to the molding frame 101 in a sliding manner and used for moving the sheet paper tableware in the storage bin 5, and a shaping mold 7 which is arranged on the molding frame 101 and used for heating and shaping the sheet paper tableware; the shaping die 7 is a well-known technique, and is of a conventional design. Can compact and shape the flat paper tableware and process the flat paper tableware into spoon-like paper tableware in an arc shape.
The film covering device comprises a film covering rack 102, a feeding mechanism 8 which is arranged on the film covering rack 102 and can store and convey paper tableware to be covered with films, a feeding mechanism 9 which is arranged on the film covering rack 102 and can drive the paper tableware to move, a film covering mechanism 103 which is arranged on the film covering rack 102 and is used for covering films on the paper tableware, and a drying mechanism 104 which is arranged on the film covering rack 102 and is used for drying the paper tableware to be covered with films, wherein the film covering mechanism 103 and the drying mechanism 104 are both known technologies and adopt conventional design; the drying mechanism 104 is located at the discharging end of the film laminating mechanism 103, and the film laminating mechanism 103 is located at the discharging end of the feeding mechanism 8. The formed paper tableware can be coated with a film.
The discharging mechanism 1 can simultaneously release a plurality of layers of paper strips, the gluing mechanism 2 can glue the paper strips, the glued multi-layer paper strips can be pressed and molded by the pressing mechanism 3, and the punching mechanism 4 can punch the pressed and molded multi-layer paper strips into the shape of paper tableware; the storage bin 5 in the shaping device can stack the paper tableware passing through the shaping device in the storage bin, and then the material moving manipulator 6 sends the paper tableware into the directional mould for shaping operation; the formed paper tableware is fed into the feeding mechanism 8 and then falls onto the feeding mechanism 9, the paper tableware sequentially passes through the film laminating mechanism 103 and the drying mechanism 104 under the driving of the feeding mechanism 9, film laminating of the paper tableware is finally achieved, and finished products are completed.
It should be noted that the paper tableware can be transferred manually between the forming device and the shaping device and between the shaping device and the film covering device, but the paper tableware can also be moved by arranging a conveyer belt or a manipulator, so that the automation degree of the equipment is improved,
the film covering mechanism 103 can comprise a film covering tank for containing film covering liquid materials and a temperature control component arranged in the film covering tank for maintaining the film covering liquid materials at a liquid temperature, and paper tableware can be soaked into the film covering tank when the feeding mechanism 9 drives the paper tableware to pass through the film covering tank, so that automatic film covering of the paper tableware in the moving process is conveniently realized; in addition, the discharge side of the film coating pool can be provided with a receiving inclined plate for receiving the film coating liquid materials dripped on the paper tableware, and the receiving inclined plate is obliquely arranged towards the film coating pool, so that the film coating liquid materials can be conveniently recovered.
The drying mechanism 104 can comprise a drying box provided with a drying channel and a drying component arranged in the drying box and used for drying the paper tableware which is just coated with the film, the operation mode of the drying component can be wind and/or hot drying, and the drying component can effectively dry the paper tableware when the feeding mechanism 9 drives the paper tableware to pass through the drying channel, so that the automatic drying of the paper tableware in the moving process is conveniently realized; in addition, the drying box can be provided with a lifting component which can drive the drying component to be close to or far away from the drying channel, and the operation temperature of the drying channel can be conveniently regulated and controlled.
The discharging mechanism 1 comprises a coil rack 11 and a plurality of discharging stations 12 arranged on the coil rack 11 and used for placing paper coils, wherein the discharging stations 12 are arranged in a row along the conveying direction of the paper strips; the plurality of emptying stations 12 can simultaneously release a plurality of layers of paper strips, and the released paper strips are overlapped, so that the paper tableware can be processed by paper sheets.
The gluing mechanism 2 comprises a gluing frame 21 and a gluing device 22 arranged on the gluing frame 21 and used for gluing the paper strip material, wherein the gluing device 22 is a known technology and can be used for spraying glue on the paper strip material; the gluing frame 21 is provided with a glue containing box 23 which is positioned below the gluing device 22 and used for containing overflowing glue, the opening of the glue containing box 23 is arranged upwards, the bottom of the glue containing box 23 is provided with a glue outlet 231, the glue containing boxes 23 are arranged downwards along the height direction of the gluing frame 21, and a gap for feeding paper strip materials is reserved between every two adjacent glue containing boxes 23; when the glue applicator 22 applies glue to the paper strips, redundant glue overflows from the side edges of the paper strips until flowing into the glue containing box 23 below, glue in the glue containing box 23 can flow out from the glue outlet 231 below, so that the glue can be applied to the paper strips below, redundant glue overflows from the side edges of the paper strips and flows into the glue containing box 23 below, the above circulation is performed, each glue containing box 23 can apply glue to each paper strip below the glue containing box, the structural design is ingenious, and the glue applicator can apply glue to each paper strip passing through the glue applicator 2 at the same time.
The pressing mechanism 3 comprises a pressing rack 31 and a pressing station 32 arranged on the pressing rack 31 and used for pressing the glued multilayer paper strip, and can realize pressing operation on the glued multilayer paper strip, so that the multilayer paper strip becomes a whole.
The blanking mechanism 4 includes a blanking fixed die 41 and a blanking movable die 42 which are arranged on the pressing machine frame 31 and used for blanking the multi-layer paper strip, and a blanking driving assembly 43 which can drive the blanking movable die 42 to be close to or far away from the blanking fixed die 41. The opposite surfaces of the blanking fixed die 41 and the blanking movable die 42 are both provided with blanking knife dies, tableware with set shapes, such as a knife, a fork, a spoon and the like, can be blanked on a laminated multi-layer paper strip, wherein the blanking driving assembly 43 comprises a motor and a crank structure which is eccentrically and rotatably connected to the output end of the motor and is used for driving the blanking movable die 42, and the blanking fixed die 41, the blanking movable die 42 and the blanking driving assembly 43 are all known technologies and are designed generally.
Drop feed mechanism 1 can have placed a plurality of paper coil stocks to can release paper strip material from each paper coil stock, each paper strip material direction of delivery is unanimous and keeps the structure setting that overlaps from top to bottom, can carry out the rubberizing to paper strip material when rubberizing mechanism 2, carry out the pressfitting operation with the multilayer paper strip material of rubberizing via pressing mechanism 3 again, make multilayer paper strip material become a whole, punch out the tableware of settlement shape on the multilayer paper strip material of pressfitting type through blanking mechanism 4 again.
The paper strips glued by the gluing mechanism 2 are all coated with glue on the upper side surfaces of the paper strips, so that a guide rod positioned above the gluing device 22 is axially and rotationally connected to the gluing frame 21, so that the uppermost paper strip cannot be coated with the glue when passing through the gluing mechanism 2, and the upper side surfaces of the rest paper strips are coated with the glue, so that the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the multi-layer paper strip pressed and molded by the pressing mechanism 3 are not coated with the glue.
And a stop block 44 for limiting the paper strip material can be arranged at the feeding end of the blanking mechanism 4, the stop block 44 is connected on the pressing rack 31 in a sliding and locking manner, and the sliding direction is the width direction of the paper strip material. The arrangement of the stop block 44 is beneficial to the corresponding accuracy of the paper strip, the blanking fixed die 41 and the blanking movable die 42, the paper strip is prevented from being deviated and dislocated during blanking, and the utilization rate of the paper strip is further improved. The stop block 44 can slide along the width direction of the paper strip, so that the forming device is suitable for paper strips with different width dimensions, the use flexibility and the application range of the forming device are improved, the stop block 44 can be locked by a screw screwed on the stop block 44, and the use convenience of the stop block 44 is greatly improved.
The discharging station 12 comprises a discharging roller 121 which is arranged on the coil holder 11 and can be used for supplying paper coils to rotate and discharging materials, and a material guiding roller 122 which is arranged on the coil holder 11 and is used for guiding paper strips discharged from the paper coils, wherein the material guiding roller 122 is positioned on one side of the discharging roller 121 close to the discharging end of the coil holder 11, the material guiding roller 122 and the discharging roller 121 are arranged in parallel, and the height distance from the material guiding roller 122 to the discharging roller 121 is gradually reduced along the conveying direction of the paper strips; each emptying station 12 comprises an emptying roller 121 and a material guiding roller 122, wherein the emptying roller 121 is inserted into the middle of a paper roll, when a paper strip is dragged to be released from the paper roll, the paper roll can rotate on the emptying roller 121, the released paper strip is prevented from interfering with other paper strips under the guide of the material guiding roller 122, a plurality of emptying stations 12 can release multiple layers of paper strips simultaneously, and the released paper strips are overlapped, so that the paper tableware can be processed through paper sheets, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
The height distance from the guide roller 122 to the discharge roller 121 is gradually reduced along the conveying direction of the paper strips, and the gradually reduced size is preferably larger than the thickness size of the paper strips, so that the adjacent paper strips are prevented from being rubbed; in addition, the guide roller 122 is preferably arranged above the discharge roller 121, so that the paper roll material at any station can be conveniently replenished after being consumed. And preferably, the discharging roller 121 and the guiding roller 122 are axially and rotatably connected to the material rolling frame 11, so that the friction force between the discharging roller and the paper strip can be reduced, and the using effect of the discharging mechanism 1 is improved.
Coil rack 11 can become the frame construction setting and including supplying blowing roller 121 to rotate the hack lever 13 of installation, the direction of length of hack lever 13 sets up along the direction of delivery of paper strip material, hack lever 13 is provided with two at least and each hack lever 13 level sets up, all be provided with on each hack lever 13 and supply same root blowing roller 121 to rotate the bearing frame 14 of connecting, blowing roller 121 one end outwards extends and pegs graft into the middle part of paper coil stock from coil rack 11 one side, coil rack 11 is close to paper coil stock one side and is provided with the support frame 15 that is used for improving coil rack 11 stability. At least two positions on the discharging roller 121 can be rotationally connected with the fixing frame rods 13 through the bearing seats 14, so that the rotating stability of the discharging roller 121 on the coil rack 11 can be effectively improved, the bearing seats 14 are arranged close to one end of the discharging roller 121, and the other end of the discharging roller 121 is conveniently inserted into a paper coil; and support frame 15 is located paper coil stock below, can effectively improve the stability of coil stock frame 11 when the operation.
The upper glue frame 21 is provided with a material guiding roller 24 for winding paper strip materials, the material guiding roller 24 can guide the paper strip materials to pass through the glue containing boxes 23, each glue containing box 23 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of material guiding rollers 24, and the glue containing box 23 is provided with at least two material guiding rollers 24 close to the discharge end for winding the paper strip materials in a reciprocating manner; when the paper strip is wound around the guiding roller 24, the guiding roller 24 can guide the conveying direction of the paper strip, the paper strip can pass through the glue applicator 22 and the glue outlet 231 conveniently, the paper strip can be kept in a flat state, the gluing uniformity and the gluing effect can be improved, and when the paper strip is wound repeatedly, the guiding rollers 24 positioned on the discharge side of the glue containing box 23 can also play a role in scraping redundant glue from the paper strip, so that the excessive and waste glue coated on the paper strip is avoided.
The gluing frame 21 is hinged with a tensioning arm 25 for mounting the feeding roller 24, and the feeding roller 24 mounted on the tensioning arm 25 can press the paper strip under the action of gravity to keep a tensioning state. The arrangement of the tensioning arm 25 is beneficial to ensuring a certain tensioning degree of the paper strip material during gluing, thereby being beneficial to further improving the gluing uniformity and gluing effect, and therefore, the tensioning arm is preferably arranged at the feeding side of the glue containing box 23.
The glue containing box 23 and the gluing frame 21 are detachably and fixedly connected, so that the glue containing box 23 can be conveniently detached and cleaned; go up to be provided with on the gluey frame 21 and be used for supplying the angle steel 26 that flourishing gluey box 23 placed, angle steel 26 is provided with two and is located the relative both sides of flourishing gluey box 23 respectively, is provided with on the flourishing gluey box 23 and can accepts the board 232 that turns over on angle steel 26, and this simple structure easily implements, is convenient for realize the dismouting to flourishing gluey box 23, is favorable to improving the dismouting efficiency when flourishing gluey box 23 maintenance and washing.
The gluing frame 21 is provided with a glue containing box 28 which is positioned below the glue containing boxes 23 and used for containing overflowing glue, the glue containing box 28 is provided with one glue containing box and positioned at the lowest part of all the glue containing boxes 23, and a glue supply mechanism capable of supplying glue to the glue applicator 22 is arranged in the glue containing box 28. The glue supply mechanism can comprise a negative pressure pump (not shown in the drawing), a glue inlet pipe is communicated between the feed end of the negative pressure pump and the glue loading box 28, and a glue outlet pipe is communicated between the discharge end of the negative pressure pump and the glue applicator 22, so that the glue loading box 28 which can be matched to accept redundant glue is beneficial to improving the utilization rate of the glue.
The gluing frame 21 is provided with a material distributing roller 27 for guiding paper strip materials on the feeding side of the glue containing boxes 23, and the material distributing roller 27 is provided with a plurality of materials and is arranged corresponding to each glue containing box 23. The material distributing roller 27 is preferably rotatably connected to the upper glue frame 21, so that friction between the material distributing roller and the paper strip materials is reduced, the material distributing roller 27 can convey the paper strip materials to the corresponding glue containing boxes 23, and conveying stability of the paper strip materials is improved.
The pressing station 32 comprises a driving pressing roller 321 and a driven pressing roller 322 which are axially and rotatably connected to the pressing rack 31, the driving pressing roller 321 and the driven pressing roller 322 are arranged in parallel, a pressing gap 323 for pressing and gluing multiple layers of paper strips is reserved between the driving pressing roller 321 and the driven pressing roller 322, multiple groups of pressing stations 32 are arranged, each group of pressing stations 32 are arranged along the conveying direction of the paper strips, and the gap size of the pressing gap 323 is gradually reduced along the conveying direction of the paper strips; each pressing station 32 comprises a driving pressing roller 321 and a driven pressing roller 322 which are parallel to each other, when the glued multilayer paper strip passes through a pressing gap 323 between the two pressing rollers, the pressing operation on the glued multilayer paper strip can be realized, so that the bonding effect and the bonding firmness of the multilayer paper strip are improved, the pressing stations 32 are arranged in a plurality, the size of the pressing gap 323 of each pressing station 32 is gradually reduced, so that the pressing acting force is gradually applied to the paper strip, the scheme is ingenious in design, the bonding effect and the bonding firmness of the paper tableware made of the paper strip are greatly improved, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
The pressing machine frame 31 is provided with a driving motor 34 for driving a driving pressing roller 321 to rotate, the driving pressing rollers 321 are arranged in a transmission connection mode, the pressing machine frame 31 is longitudinally connected with a pressing sliding seat 35 for the driven pressing roller 322 to rotate and connect, the pressing machine frame 31 is provided with a regulating and controlling assembly 36 capable of regulating and controlling the position of the pressing sliding seat 35, and the regulating and controlling assembly 36 can regulate and control the gap size of the pressing gap 323 through regulating and controlling the position of the pressing sliding seat 35. The output end of the driving motor 34 can drive one driving compression roller 321 to rotate through a transmission belt or a transmission chain, and the driving compression roller 321 can be in transmission connection with the adjacent driving compression roller 321 through the transmission belt or the transmission chain, so that only one driving motor 34 can drive each driving compression roller 321 to rotate at the same time, the equipment cost is reduced, the energy consumption requirement on electric power is effectively reduced, and the wide popularization and the use are facilitated; the arrangement of the regulating and controlling component 36 can drive the sliding adjustment of the pressing slide seat 35, so that the gap size of the pressing gap 323 can be conveniently adjusted, paper strips with different thickness specifications and different layers can be pressed, and the use flexibility and the application range of the pressing station 32 are greatly improved.
The adjusting and controlling assembly 36 can adjust and control the gap size of the pressing gap 323 by adjusting and controlling the acting force exerted by the air cylinder on the pressing slide seat 35, and can also adjust and control the gap size of the pressing gap 323 by the way that the screw abuts against the pressing slide seat 35.
In addition, the driving motor 34 clamps and pulls the paper strip when pressing the paper strip through the driving compression roller 321 and the driven compression roller 322, so that the driving motor 34 is also used as a power source for pulling the paper strip to be released from the paper roll of the discharging station 12, pulling the paper strip to pass through the gluing mechanism 2 and pushing the laminated paper strip to enter the blanking mechanism 4, and the structure design is ingenious.
The pressing machine frame 31 is rotatably connected with a traction compression roller 33 which can be used for drawing and pressing the glued multilayer paper strip at the feeding end, the traction compression roller 33 is provided with a plurality of traction compression rollers 33, the traction compression rollers 33 are arranged in parallel, and the paper strip can be bent up and down in a reciprocating manner around the traction compression rollers 33. The glued multilayer paper strip can realize preliminary pressfitting to the paper strip when drawing compression roller 33 around each to be favorable to improving pressfitting accuracy and the pressfitting effect when pressfitting station 32 pressfitting multilayer paper strip, and the multilayer paper strip is favorable to discharging the air of centre gripping wherein at reciprocal traction in-process, and then is favorable to improving the effect of gluing and the firm degree of gluing of multilayer paper strip.
In addition, the first traction compression roller 33 for winding the paper strip can be connected with a retaining ring capable of limiting the paper strip in a sliding locking mode, the retaining ring can be abutted to one side of the width of the paper strip, overlapping and dislocation of multiple layers of paper strips on the traction compression roller 33 are avoided, the pressing accuracy and the pressing effect when the pressing station 32 presses the multiple layers of paper strips are further improved, the retaining ring can slide along the axial direction of the traction compression roller 33, the paper strip can be suitable for paper strips with different width dimensions, the use flexibility and the application range of the pressing mechanism 3 are improved, the retaining ring can be locked by screws screwed on the retaining ring, and the use convenience of the retaining ring is greatly improved.
The blanking mechanism 4 further comprises a blanking slide seat 45 connected to the pressing frame 31 in a sliding manner and used for installing the blanking fixed mold 41, the sliding direction of the blanking slide seat 45 on the pressing frame 31 is arranged along the conveying direction of the paper strip, a blanking sliding driving component 46 capable of driving the blanking slide seat 45 to slide on the pressing frame 31 in a reciprocating manner is arranged on the pressing frame 31, and the blanking sliding driving component 46 drives the blanking slide seat 45 to slide on the pressing frame 31 along the conveying direction of the paper strip in the sliding process, so that the moving speed of the blanking slide seat 45 can be matched with the moving speed of the paper strip. Blanking drive assembly 46 slides including fixing the motor in pressfitting frame 31, and be connected with the screw rod on the motor output, screw rod and blanking slide 45 spiro union, screw rod length direction is unanimous with the glide direction of blanking slide 45, the design of sliding of blanking slide 45 makes paper strip when blanking mechanism 4 can with carry keep corresponding, thereby make things convenient for blanking mechanism 4 to carry out blanking operation when paper strip is carried, and need not paper strip and suspend the transport, the machining efficiency of blanking mechanism 4 has been improved greatly, and when blanking slide 45 removed the distal end settlement position along with paper strip, accessible blanking drive assembly 46 slides and drives its slippage that resets fast.
The blanking moving die 42 is connected above the blanking fixed die 41 in a longitudinal sliding manner, a blanking hole 411 for blanking formed tableware is arranged on the blanking fixed die 41 in a penetrating manner, and a blanking conveying belt 47 for conveying the blanked tableware is arranged below the blanking hole 411. The material transferring manipulator 6 comprises a material transferring sucker for adsorbing the sheet-shaped paper tableware and a longitudinal material transferring assembly 62 for driving the material transferring sucker to longitudinally slide, wherein the material transferring sucker is a known technology and can be communicated with a negative pressure device for adsorbing or releasing the sheet-shaped paper tableware by adopting a common design.
The shaping mold 7 comprises a lower mold 72 horizontally connected to the molding frame 101 in a sliding manner, an upper mold 71 longitudinally connected to the molding frame 101 in a sliding manner, a horizontal mold moving assembly 73 for driving the lower mold 72 to horizontally slide on the molding frame 101, and a longitudinal mold moving assembly 74 for driving the upper mold 71 to longitudinally slide on the molding frame 101, wherein the upper mold 71 and the lower mold 72 are both in a known technology and are designed in a common way, and the opposite surfaces of the upper mold 71 and the lower mold 72 can be respectively provided with a male mold structure and a female mold structure which are matched with each other, and a heating component capable of heating the mold is arranged in the shaping mold, so that paper tableware can be heated and shaped.
