1. A car washing operation safety control device is characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring state parameters of a locomotive car washing area;

the operation starting card reader is arranged at an entrance of the locomotive car washing area and is respectively connected with an entrance gate and the control module, and the operation starting card reader is used for entering an activation state according to the activation signal, verifying the authority of car washing personnel in the activation state and controlling the state of the entrance gate according to a verification result.
2. The car washing operation safety control device according to claim 1, wherein the operation start card reader is connected with a water pump of the car washing area of the locomotive, and is used for controlling the water pump to start water supply according to the verification result.

The car washing operation safety control device according to claim 2, further comprising an operation completion card reader, wherein the operation completion card reader is arranged at an outlet of the car washing area of the locomotive, is respectively connected with the outlet gate and the water pump, and is used for entering an activated state according to the activation signal, verifying the authority of the car washing personnel in the activated state, and controlling the state of the outlet gate and the water pump to stop supplying water according to the verification result.

The car washing operation safety control device according to claim 2, further comprising a climbing operation card reader, wherein the climbing operation card reader is arranged at the climbing operation ladder and connected with a gate of the climbing operation ladder, and is used for entering an activated state according to the activation signal, verifying the authority of a car washer in the activated state, and controlling the gate state of the climbing operation ladder according to the verification result.

The car washing operation safety control device according to claim 5, wherein the collection module further comprises a locomotive electrification detection unit, and the locomotive electrification detection unit is connected with a locomotive power grid and is used for collecting the state of an isolation switch and the state of a grounding wire in the locomotive power grid; the state parameters further include a state of the isolation switch and a state of the ground line.

Background
With the development of public transportation in China, more and more electric motor cars appear on the tracks of urban transportation and intercity transportation.
The cleaning work of the locomotive of the rail transit also faces more and more challenges, the existing car washing mode still stays at the stage of manually breaking the isolating switch and manually hanging the ground wire, water is easily sprayed to a contact net in the car washing operation, the personal safety protection in the operation process mainly depends on manual staring and control, and the safety is poor.

Specifically, the collection module 101 may include various sensors and monitoring devices, and may collect status parameters of a locomotive car washing area, where the status parameters may be power supply parameters of each device in the locomotive car washing area and parameters that may reflect whether the locomotive car washing area is suitable for car washing operation, and for example, the status parameters may include personnel distribution parameters in the locomotive car washing area and charging parameters of a locomotive to be washed. The control module 102 may be a data analysis chip, a computer with a data analysis function, or other devices with data analysis and control functions, and the control module 102 may analyze whether the state parameters acquired by the acquisition module 101 meet preset conditions, and if so, generate an activation signal to control the operation start card reader 103 to enter an activation state, where the preset conditions may be set by a user, and the state parameters meeting the preset conditions indicate that a locomotive car washing area is suitable for carrying out car washing operations at this time. The operation start card reader 103 may verify whether the IC card held by the car washer has car washing authority, and control the entrance gate to open if the verification result indicates that the IC card has car washing authority, otherwise not open the entrance gate. It should be particularly noted that the activation signal may control a power supply switch of the operation start card reader 103 to implement power on or power off of the operation start card reader 103, and the operation start card reader 103 is activated in a power on state, at this time, the operation start card reader 103 may prompt a car washer to perform a card swiping operation; on the other hand, the activation signal may also control the data verification function of the operation start card reader 103 to be turned on or off, so as to switch the activation state of the operation start card reader 103, that is, the operation start card reader 103 turns on the data verification function when receiving the activation signal, and at this time, the operation start card reader 103 is in the activation state, and may prompt the car washer to perform a card swiping operation.
For example, when a locomotive needs to be washed, the locomotive to be washed may be driven into a car washing area, and at this time, the acquisition module 101 acquires a personnel distribution parameter of the car washing area, a charging parameter of the locomotive to be washed, a protection state parameter of a station track where the locomotive to be washed is located, and other parameters reflecting whether the car washing area of the locomotive is suitable for carrying out car washing operation. The control module 102 analyzes the state parameters acquired by the acquisition module 101, generates an activation signal and sends the activation signal to the operation start card reader 103 if the analysis result shows that the car washing area is unmanned, the isolating switch of the locomotive to be washed is disconnected, the grounding wire of the locomotive to be washed is grounded, and the protection facility of the station track where the locomotive to be washed is in place, controls the operation start card reader 103 to enter an activation state, and at the moment, the operation start card reader 103 prompts a car washer to start to swipe a card, the operation start card reader 103 verifies the authority of the car washer to swipe an IC card, if the verification passes, the entrance gate is controlled to be opened, and if the verification finds that the authority of the IC card is not in accordance, the authority is prompted to be not in accordance, and the car washer is prompted to exit the locomotive car washing area.

Specifically, the operation start card reader 103 may be connected to a water pump in a locomotive car washing area, and may control whether to supply power to the water pump according to a verification result of an IC card of a car washer. If the result of the verification of the IC card by the operation start card reader 103 is passed, the operation start card reader 103 controls the opening of the inlet gate and also controls the opening of the power supply switch of the water pump, and the water pump starts to supply water. If the result that the IC card is verified by the operation start card reader 103 is that the authority is not met, the operation start card reader 103 only prompts that the authority is not met, and the carwash personnel is reminded to exit the locomotive carwash area as soon as possible.
According to the safety control device for the car washing operation, the operation starting card reader is connected with the water pump, the state of the water pump can be controlled according to the authority verification result, safe water supply after state parameters are confirmed is achieved, and the safety of the car washing operation is further improved.

Specifically, the card reader 301 may verify whether the IC card held by the car washer has the car washing authority, and control the exit gate to open if the verification result indicates that the IC card has the car washing authority, otherwise, not open the exit gate. The work completion card reader 301 may be connected to the work start card reader 103. After a first preset time after the operation start card reader 103 controls the opening of the entrance gate, the operation end card reader 301 may prompt the car washer to punch a card to exit the locomotive car washing area. The first preset time may be set by a user when the car washing time is the specified maximum car washing time, and may be 1 hour. In addition, after the operation is finished, the card reader 301 can control the state of the water pump according to the verification result after the IC card authority is verified, so that the water pump stops supplying water when a carwash worker exits from a locomotive carwash area. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another safety control device for car washing operation according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, optionally, the collection module 101 includes a video monitoring unit 501, where the video monitoring unit 501 is disposed in a car washing area of a locomotive and is configured to capture an image of a pantograph of the locomotive and an image of a roof of the locomotive, and identify a state of the pantograph and a state of the roof of the locomotive according to the image of the pantograph of the locomotive and the image of the roof of the locomotive; the state parameters include a pantograph state and a roof state.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another car washing safety control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, optionally, the control module 102 is configured to generate a prompt message according to the status parameter; the car washing operation safety control device 100 further comprises a prompt module 701, wherein the prompt module 701 is connected with the control module 102 and is used for prompting car washing personnel and operators according to prompt information.

For example, when a locomotive needs to be washed, the control module 102 determines that no one can drive in the non-electric operation station track according to the station track state acquired by the acquisition module 101, and then the control module 102 generates prompt information, an indicator light at a station track is turned green, and a station track guard rail is turned on to indicate that the locomotive to be washed can drive in. After the locomotive to be washed drives in, the video monitoring unit 501 of the acquisition module 101 acquires the image of the locomotive washing area in real time and determines the parking state of the locomotive according to the image of the locomotive washing area.
After the locomotive to be washed stops at the preset position, the control module 102 receives the stopping state of the locomotive and generates pantograph descending prompt information to prompt a driver to descend the pantograph. Then, the video monitoring unit 501 collects images of the pantograph and images of the roof of the locomotive and sends the pantograph state and the roof state to the control module 102, the water supply collection unit 901 collects the water supply state of the water pump and sends the water supply state to the control module 102, the console authority verification unit 804 sends the console key state to the control module 102, and the control module 102 generates brake-separating prompt information to prompt an operator to disconnect an isolating switch of the locomotive after determining that the pantograph is lowered, the roof is unmanned, the console key is matched and the water pump is in the non-water supply state.
