Background
The measurement of the temperature of the inner wall of the pipeline, taking the measurement of the temperature of the fuel cladding of a nuclear reactor as an example, in the research process of the novel fuel element, the thermal resistance of the cladding and the cladding-pellet clearance is an important parameter, so that in the research stage, the value of the parameter is determined by a test measurement method, and the temperature measurement of the inner wall of the cladding is needed. The temperature of the inner wall of the fuel cladding is required to be measured when the fuel element with the flow channel inside the cladding is subjected to a thermal performance test and a safety performance test.
The fuel cladding is measured by a thermocouple in the most direct way. Due to the elongated configuration of the fuel clad, the thermocouple is difficult to weld on its inner wall and, if spot welded, may not be as strong and severely affect the clad internal flow passage.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the various embodiments/implementations provided in this application can be combined with each other without contradiction. The detailed description in the specific embodiments should be understood as an illustration of the spirit of the application and not as an undue limitation of the application.
In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that such directional terms are merely used to facilitate the description of the application and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus are not to be considered limiting of the application.
The embodiment of the application provides a thermocouple clamping device for a pipeline inner wall, which is used for measuring the temperature of the pipeline inner wall. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the thermocouple holding device includes a holding member 1 and a pushing member 2. The clamping piece 1 is of an unclosed annular elastic structure, the outer wall of the clamping piece 1 is provided with a limiting groove 11 for accommodating the thermocouple 4, and the clamping piece 1 is used for fixing the thermocouple 4 on the inner wall of the pipeline 3.
Specifically, the clamping member 1 may be made of spring steel having a certain elastic deformation capability, the clamping member 1 having an unclosed opening is folded in along the unclosed opening direction under the action of an external force, the clamping member 1 is placed into the inner wall of the pipe 3, and the elastic restoring force of the spring steel after the external force is removed enables the clamping member 1 to have an outward opening tendency, so that the clamping member 1 abuts against the thermocouple 4 on the inner wall of the pipe 3. For example, where the pipe 3 is a round tube, the cross-sectional shape of the clamp 1 may be similar to a "C" shape. The outer diameter of the clamp 1 may be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pipe 3 in an initial state, so that the clamp 1 abuts outwardly against the inner wall of the pipe 3 after placing the clamp 1 into the pipe 3. Of course, the cross-section of the duct 3 can also have other closed shapes, for example square. The cross-section of the clamp 1 is configured to conform to at least part of the shape of the cross-section of the pipe 3.
The pushing part 2 is detachably connected with the clamping part 1 so as to push the clamping part 1 to a preset position in the pipeline 3, and the pushing part 2 can be separated from the clamping part 1 when retreating from the pipeline 3. The preset position can be a position in the pipeline 3, which needs to be measured. Specifically, one end of the thermocouple 4 is accommodated in the limiting groove 11, and then the clamping piece 1 is pushed into a position to be measured in the inner wall of the pipeline 3 through the pushing piece 2 abutting against one end of the clamping piece 1. It will be appreciated that, before the clamping member 1 is pushed into the inner wall of the pipe 3, the outer profile of the clamping member 1 may be reduced by applying an external force, for example, by hand, by a pair of pliers or by another tool, so as to insert the clamping member 1 into the inner wall of the pipe 3, and after the external force is released, the elastic restoring force of the clamping member 1 causes the clamping member 1 to have a tendency to expand outward, thereby fixing the thermocouple 4 accommodated in the limiting groove 11 to the inner wall of the pipe 3.
The thermocouple clamping device of this application embodiment utilizes to have not closed open-ended holder, and because the holder is cyclic annular elastic structure, can utilize the elastic restoring force of holder with the thermocouple butt at the inner wall of pipeline, need not place thermocouple 4 to the 3 inner walls of pipeline that need the temperature measurement simply and conveniently through the welded mode, has saved thermocouple 4 welding process, greatly reduced the operation degree of difficulty of the 3 inner walls temperature measurements of pipeline.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the pusher 2 comprises a push rod 21. The push rod 21 abuts against the clamping member 1 to push the clamping member 1 to a preset position. Specifically, the thermocouple 4 is clamped in the limiting groove 11, and then one end of the push rod 21 is abutted to one end of the clamping piece 1, so that the clamping piece 1 is pushed into a position to be measured in the inner wall of the pipeline 3. The clamping piece 1 is pushed in through the push rod 21, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the pushing member 2 further includes a holder 22, and a sinking groove 221 for accommodating the holder 1 is formed at one end of the holder 22. Specifically, the inner diameter of the sinking groove 221 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the clamping member 1 in the initial state, so that the clamping member 1 is accommodated in the sinking groove 221 first, and the clamping member 1 can be smoothly put into the pipe 3. The other end of the clamping seat 22 is formed with a through hole 222 communicated with the sinking groove 221, and the push rod 21 is sleeved in the through hole 222 and can axially slide along the through hole 222 so as to push the clamping member 1 out of the sinking groove 221 at the preset position of the pipeline 3. Specifically, the thermocouple 4 is clamped in the limiting groove 11, then the clamping piece 1 with the thermocouple 4 is sleeved in the sinking groove 221 of the clamping seat 22, then the clamping seat 22 with the clamping piece 1 penetrates into a position to be measured in temperature of the inner wall of the pipeline 3, and then one end of the push rod 21 penetrating through the through hole 222 is abutted against one end of the clamping piece 1, so that the clamping piece 1 is pushed out of the sinking groove 221. After the gripper 1 has been separated from the pusher 2, the pusher 2 can be withdrawn from the pipe 3.
The pushing member 2 is provided with the clamping seat 22 with the sinking groove 221, and the clamping seat 22 can carry the clamping member 1 to rapidly penetrate into the inner wall of the pipeline 3 to a preset position, so that sliding friction resistance generated by abutting the outer wall of the clamping member 1 with the outward opening tendency against the inner wall of the pipeline 3 in the pushing process is reduced.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the push rod 21 includes a rod post 211 and a boss 212, the rod post 211 is connected to the boss 212, the rod post 211 is sleeved in the through hole 222, the boss 212 is sleeved in the sinking groove 221, and the boss 212 can push the clamping member 1 out of the sinking groove 221. Specifically, the stem 211 is slidably located in the through hole 222 in the axial direction of the through hole 222. Alternatively, the rod 211 may have a cylindrical, circular, square, cross, or straight cross-sectional profile for easy pushing, and the cross-sectional profile of the through hole 222 may be adapted to the cross-sectional profile of the rod 211 to provide a guiding function for smooth sliding of the rod 211.
One end of the boss 212 sleeved in the sinking groove 221 can abut against the bottom of the sinking groove 221, and can limit the push rod 21 from sliding out along the through hole 222 in the opposite direction of pushing, meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, the rod column 211 and the boss 212 in one embodiment of the present application both adopt cylindrical structures, because the diameter of the rod column 211 is smaller than that of the boss 212, the structure of the push rod 21 is lighter, and on the premise that the push rod 21 pushes the clamping piece 1, the material cost of the push rod 21 is reduced, and optionally, the rod column 21 can adopt a hollow tube structure, and the material cost of the push rod 21 can be further reduced.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the pusher 2 comprises a return spring 23. The reset spring 23 is sleeved on the push rod 21, and one end of the reset spring 23 is in limit connection with the push rod 21. Specifically, the push rod 21 has a limiting structure, for example, a limiting structure such as a snap spring, a collar or a grip is disposed on the push rod 21, and one end of the return spring 23 may be connected to the limiting structure of the push rod 21 in a fixed or abutting manner. The other end of the return spring 23 is connected to one end of the holder 22 far away from the clamping piece 1. Alternatively, a flange 223 is further formed on a peripheral side wall of one end of the holder 22 away from the clamping member 1, and the other end of the return spring 23 can be connected to the flange 223 in a fixed or abutting manner.
After the clamping seat 22 guides the clamping piece 1 to the preset position in the pipeline 3, the push rod 21 pushes the clamping piece 1, the limit structure of the push rod 21 extrudes one end of the return spring 23 to enable the return spring 23 to generate restoring force opposite to the pushing direction, and after the clamping piece 1 is completely pushed out of the sinking groove 221, the restoring force generated by the return spring 23 can enable the push rod 21 to be restored to the state to be pushed.
The pushing part 2 with the return spring 23 is convenient for the push rod 21 to return to a state to be pushed after the push rod 21 pushes the clamping part 1; meanwhile, when the clamping piece 1 is to be pushed, the return spring 23 can enable one end of the boss 212 to be tightly attached to the bottom of the sinking groove 221, so that the probability that the clamping piece 1 is pushed out by mistake when the clamping seat 22 is not in the guiding and conveying process to the preset position in the pipeline 3 is reduced.
In an embodiment of the application, see fig. 1, the pusher 2 is provided with a scale 24 in the pushing direction to indicate the displacement of the grip 1 within the pipe 3. Specifically, the scale 24 may be provided on the push rod 21 or the holder 22 for easy observation. The pushing member 2 provided with the scale 24 is beneficial to confirming whether the pushing member 2 is pushed to the preset position in the pipeline 3 or not, and the pushing efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment of the application, see fig. 1 and 6, the pusher 2 has a handle 25 for gripping. Specifically, the handle 25 may be provided in a rod shape, a ring shape, or the like, which is convenient for manual grasping. Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the handle 25 has a function of convenient holding, and the return spring 23 can be abutted or fixed on one end of the handle 25 to omit other limit structures of the push rod 21.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the limiting groove 11 may be one or more, and a plurality of limiting grooves 11 are distributed on the peripheral side wall of the clamping member 1 at a predetermined interval. Specifically, one or more arbitrary axial and/or circumferential limiting grooves 11 may be provided according to actual measurement requirements, and the distance between the limiting grooves 11 may be reasonably set as required.
In all the above embodiments, the thermocouple holding device may further include a holding clamp, which holds the holding member 1 such that the unclosed opening of the holding member 1 is closed, so as to fit the holding member 1 into the inner wall of the pipe 3. For example, the holder 1 is placed into the inner wall of the pipe 3 using a gripper clamp, or into the countersunk groove 221 of the holder 22 of the pusher 2.
Since the welding of the thermocouple 4 affects the structural strength of the pipe 3, the performance of nuclear fuel is an important factor affecting the safety and economy of a reactor during the operation of the nuclear power plant. The search for fuel elements has therefore been placed at a prominent position internationally.
Therefore, in the thermocouple holding device according to all the above embodiments of the present application, the tube 3 may be a fuel cladding sensitive to strength, and the thermocouple 4 is fixed to the inner wall of the fuel cladding. The embodiment of the application effectively avoids the influence of temperature measurement on the strength of the fuel cladding in a mode of welding the thermocouple 4 on the inner wall of the fuel cladding, and realizes more accurate measurement of the temperature of the outer wall of the fuel cladding under the condition of not changing the structural strength of the fuel cladding.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
