Background
The foaming mold is plastic foaming mold, and foaming resin is filled into the mold directly to melt to form saturated gas-liquid solution, so as to form great amount of micro bubble nucleuses and to grow the bubble nucleuses to form foamed plastic part.
In order to achieve the purpose of taking materials conveniently, the designed assembled foaming mold has the advantage of high efficiency, but when foaming agents are injected, gas in a cavity is directly discharged through a hole, so that the defect that when the mold is filled, a large amount of foaming agents overflow from air holes to cause resource waste is overcome, the traditional equipment is inconvenient to operate, wastes labor and is low in efficiency, and therefore the equipment and the method which can save materials, are convenient to operate and have high efficiency are provided.
