With the development of automobile technology, automobiles are widely applied to daily life of people, in vehicle production, in order to increase the comfort of the vehicles, shock absorbers are adopted for shock absorption and buffering in an automobile chassis system, in order to quickly attenuate the vibration of a frame and an automobile body and improve the smoothness and the comfort of automobile running, shock absorbers are generally arranged on an automobile suspension system, a bidirectional-acting cylinder type shock absorber is widely adopted on the automobiles, the shock absorbers are easily damaged parts in the use process of the automobiles, the good and bad structure of the working shock absorbers of the shock absorbers directly influences the running stability of the automobiles and the service lives of other parts, and therefore the shock absorbers are always in a good working state.
As shown in fig. 17, the supporting seat ring of the shock absorber is composed of a rubber ring and an iron core, the rubber ring is annular, a groove is formed in the inner wall of the rubber ring, and the iron core is embedded in the groove; in the prior art, the pressing of the iron core into the rubber ring is mostly realized manually, so that the working efficiency is extremely low, and the method is not suitable for large-batch production; and the precision is not high after manual pressing, which causes the product to be unqualified.

The tail ends of the first flow passage 103 and the second flow passage 104 are provided with a material distributing mechanism 6; the material distributing mechanism 6 comprises a material distributing bracket 601, an air cylinder D602, an air cylinder E603, a material distributing plate 604, an eighth sliding seat 605 and a driving plate 606; the material distributing support 601 is connected to the workbench 1, the air cylinder D602 is vertically connected to the material distributing support 601, and the eighth sliding seat 605 is connected to the top end of the air cylinder D602; the driving plate 606 is connected to the eighth sliding seat 605 in a sliding manner along the length direction of the first flow passage 103 or the second flow passage 104, the air cylinder E603 is connected to the side of the eighth sliding seat 605 in a transverse manner, the power output end of the air cylinder E603 is connected with a vertically arranged push rod 607, and the bottom of the push rod 607 is connected to the eighth sliding seat 605 in a sliding manner through a sliding block; the driving plate 606 is provided with a driving groove 608 which is obliquely arranged, the push rod 607 is slidably connected in the driving groove 608, and both sides of the driving groove 608 are provided with splayed material distributing grooves 609; the material distributing plate 604 is slidably connected to the eighth sliding seat 605 along the width direction of the first flow channel 103 or the second flow channel 104, the two material distributing plates 604 slide in opposite directions, a sliding rod 610 is connected to the material distributing plate 604, and the sliding rod 610 is slidably connected to the two material distributing grooves 609 respectively.
The third flow channel 7 comprises a sprocket support 701, a motor C702, a driving sprocket 703, a driven sprocket 704 and a chain 705, the front and rear sprocket supports 701 are connected to the workbench 1, the double rows of the driving sprocket 703 and the driven sprocket 704 are respectively connected to the two sprocket supports 701 in a rotating manner, the motor C702 is connected to the side of the sprocket support 701, the motor C702 is connected to the driving sprocket 703 in a driving manner, the two chains 705 are connected between the driving sprocket 703 and the driven sprocket 704 in a driving manner, and a plurality of sets of carriers are arranged on the chain 705; the carrier comprises a bottom plate 706, a boss 707 and a step shaft 708, wherein the bottom plate 706 is connected between the chains 705, the cylindrical boss 707 is connected on the bottom plate 706, and the step shaft 708 is connected on the boss 707.
The raw material taking and placing mechanism 8 comprises a raw material taking and placing support 801, a transverse plate 802, a motor d803, a cylinder F804, a manipulator g805 and a first rotating plate 806; the raw material taking and placing support 801 is connected to the workbench 1 on two sides of the third flow channel 7, and the air cylinder F804 is vertically connected to the top end of the raw material taking and placing support 801; the transverse plate 802 is connected to the top end of the cylinder F804, the motor d803 is connected to the bottom end of the transverse plate 802, and a power output shaft of the motor d803 is rotatably connected to the transverse plate 802; the first rotating plate 806 is connected to the top end of the motor d803, the manipulator g805 is connected to two ends of the first rotating plate 806, and the manipulator g805 at each end is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer.
The pressing mechanism 9 comprises a pressing bracket 901, a grooved pulley 902, a motor e903, a cylinder G904, a cylinder H905, a sector 906, a support rod 907, a top block 908 and a top shaft 909; the pressing support 901 is symmetrically connected to the bottoms of one ends of the two raw material taking and placing mechanisms 8, the top end of the pressing support 901 is connected with a seat plate, the grooved pulley 902 is rotatably connected to the seat plate, a section of external teeth 910 are arranged on the side part of the grooved pulley 902, and a plurality of sliding grooves 911 are arranged on the grooved pulley 902 in an annular array; the motor e903 is connected to the seat plate, and the power output end of the motor e903 is connected with a gear II 912 meshed with the external teeth 910; the segments 906 are connected to the top of the sheave 902 in an annular array, and adjacent faces of the segments 906 are concave to form a slideway; the support rod 907 is L-shaped, the bottom of the support rod 907 is connected with a ninth sliding seat 913, and the ninth sliding seat 913 is connected to a sliding way between the adjacent fan-shaped blocks 906 in a sliding manner; the bottom of one end of the ninth sliding seat 913 is connected with a wheel axle, the bottom end of the wheel axle is connected with a roller 914, and the roller 914 is connected with the sliding groove 911 in a rolling manner; the bottom end of the top block 908 is connected with a support rod 915, the support rod 915 passes through the fan-shaped block 906, the grooved pulley 902 and the seat plate and then is connected to a distribution disc 917, the bottom end of the distribution disc 917 is connected with a lifting rod 918, a spring 916 is sleeved on the outer wall of the lifting rod 918 between the distribution disc 917 and the seat plate, and the air cylinder G904 is vertically connected to the pressing support 901 at the bottom end of the lifting rod 918; the air cylinder H905 is vertically connected to the side part of the pressing support 901, the power output end of the air cylinder H905 is connected with a jacking plate, the jacking shaft 909 is connected to the jacking plate, and the jacking shaft 909 penetrates through the center of the grooved pulley 902; the pressing mechanism 9 also comprises a limiting device for preventing the rubber ring from popping up; the limiting device comprises an L-shaped support, an air cylinder J919 and a limiting sleeve 920, the L-shaped support is connected to the workbench 1, the air cylinder J919 is vertically connected to the L-shaped support, the limiting sleeve 920 is connected to the power output end of the air cylinder J919, and the limiting sleeve 920 and the jacking rod 918 are arranged concentrically.
The finished product picking and placing mechanism 10 comprises a finished product picking and placing support 1001, a protractor 1002, a cylinder K1003 and a manipulator e 1004; the finished product taking and placing support 1001 is connected to the workbench 1 on two sides of the third flow channel 7, and the air cylinder K1003 is vertically connected to the top end of the raw material taking and placing support 801; the indexer 1002 is connected to the top end of the cylinder K1003, and the manipulator e1004 is reversely connected to the indexer 1002; the finished product detection mechanism 11 comprises a finished product detection bracket 1101, a displacement sensor B1102, a detection tray 1103, a tenth sliding seat 1104 and an air cylinder L1105; the detection bracket is connected to the workbench 1 below one end of the finished product picking and placing mechanism 10, the air cylinder L1105 is vertically connected to the top end of the finished product picking and placing bracket 1001, the tenth sliding seat 1104 is slidably connected to the finished product detection bracket 1101, the side part of the tenth sliding seat 1104 is connected with the jacket 1106, and the displacement sensor B1102 is vertically connected to the jacket 1106; the detection tray 1103 is connected to a vertical rod right below the displacement sensor B1102, and two proximity switches are symmetrically arranged on the detection tray 1103.
The blanking mechanism 12 comprises a blanking bracket 1201, a second Y-axis linear sliding table module 1202, a third Z-axis linear sliding table module 1203 and a manipulator f 1204; the blanking support 1201 is connected to the workbench 1 on the side of the third flow channel 7, the second Y-axis linear sliding table module 1202 is connected to the top end of the blanking support 1201, one end of the second Y-axis linear sliding table module 1202 extends to the outer side of the workbench 1, the third Z-axis linear sliding table module 1203 is connected to the sliding block of the second Z-axis linear sliding table module 403, the sliding block of the third Z-axis linear sliding table module 1203 is connected with an eleventh sliding base 1206, the two manipulators f1204 are connected to the eleventh sliding base 1206, and the two manipulators f1204 respectively correspond to the two bosses 707 up and down; and a waste recovery box 1207 is arranged on the workbench 1 at the tail end of the third flow channel 7.
The specific working principle of the efficient automatic production line for pressing the rubber ring built-in iron core is as follows:
preparing materials: the iron core 13 and the rubber ring 14 are poured into respective vibration disc feeders, the iron core 13 and the rubber ring 14 are orderly arranged on the first flow channel 103 and the second flow channel 104 and enter the material distributing plates 604, the air cylinder E603 pushes the driving plate 606 to slide, and the driving plate 606 drives the two material distributing plates 604 to slide and separate.
Secondly, iron core detection: the displacement sensor A208 monitors the iron core 13 and detects the thickness of the iron core 13, the manipulator a207 grabs and places the iron core 13 into the material placing groove 311, and the manipulator b313 moves forwards one by one station; during the forward movement of the iron core 13, the industrial camera 312 takes a picture of the iron core 13 to check whether there is a defect on the surface of the iron core 13; if the thickness of the iron core 13 is not acceptable or if there is a defect on the surface of the iron core 13, it is grasped by the manipulator c504 and put into the defective iron core recycling bin 506.
Thirdly, detecting the rubber ring: the manipulator g805 grabs the rubber ring and moves to be flush with the electronic scale 407, the motor b405 drives the left sector gear 410 and the right sector gear 411 to rotate, the two manipulators g805 rotate 90 degrees respectively, the rubber ring 14 is placed on the electronic scale 407 for weighing, and if the weight does not reach the standard, the manipulator g805 is placed in the defective rubber ring recovery box 412.
Note: synchronously performing the step II and the step III, grabbing and placing qualified rubber rings 14 onto a carrier of the third flow channel 7 by a manipulator g805, and grabbing and placing qualified iron cores 13 onto the carrier of the third flow channel 7 by a manipulator c 504; the outer wall of boss 707 is located to the rubber circle 14 cover, and iron core 13 card is on the outer wall of step axle 708, guarantees that rubber circle 14 and iron core 13 are two-layer upper and lower and places, and rubber circle 14 and iron core 13 advance on third flow channel 7 station by station one by one.
Fourthly, pressing: the manipulator g805 puts and sleeves the rubber ring 14 to the outer side of the support rod 907, and sleeves the iron core 13 on the outer wall of the top shaft 909; firstly, the motor e903 drives the groove 608 wheel to rotate, the supporting rod 907 props up the rubber ring 14, meanwhile, the limiting sleeve 920 moves downwards to prevent the rubber ring 14 from popping out of the outer wall of the supporting rod 907, and the iron core 13 falls into the groove 1401 of the rubber ring 14; then, the cylinder G904 extends the jacking block 908, and the jacking block 908 is disengaged from the upper half of the stay bar 907; finally, the air cylinder H905 pushes the top shaft 909, and the finished product of the combined body is completely separated from the support rod 907; the manipulator g805 places the finished product on a carrier, the carrier moves forward by one station, and the manipulator grabs and takes off a group of iron cores 13 and rubber rings 14.
And fifthly, finished product detection: when the finished product moves along with the carrier and is level with the finished product detection mechanism 11, the manipulator e1004 picks the finished product and places the finished product on the detection tray 1103, the displacement sensor B1102 can detect the thickness of the rubber ring 14 in the finished product, and the difference between the two proximity switches on the tray determines whether the iron core 13 is inclined in the rubber ring 14, thereby determining the quality of the finished product.
Sixthly, blanking: the manipulator e1004 places the detected finished product on the third flow channel 7, the manipulator f1204 picks the unqualified finished product and places the unqualified finished product in the waste recycling box 1207, and the qualified product is placed in the aggregate box outside the workbench 1.
