Air conditioner for preventing virus infection and control method thereof
1. An air conditioner control method for preventing virus infection, comprising:
after the air conditioner is started, judging whether to enter a virus killing flow, if so, entering the virus killing flow;
selecting at least one disinfection method of disinfection solution disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection and high-temperature disinfection;
executing at least one antivirus mode of continuous antivirus, timing antivirus and on-off antivirus;
and (5) starting the air conditioner to kill virus.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the non-air-conditioning mode is turned on to minimize the amount of air blown out from the air conditioner while the air conditioner is turned on to kill viruses.
3. The air conditioner control method for preventing virus infection according to claim 1, wherein after selecting the disinfection method of disinfecting the disinfection solution, the following steps are continuously performed: detecting the residual amount of the disinfectant in real time, and judging whether the residual amount of the disinfectant is larger than a preset value or not; if yes, sterilizing the disinfectant, and automatically selecting the spraying direction of the disinfectant; if not, the operation is stopped, the alarm is continued, the user is reminded to add the disinfectant, and the step of selecting the disinfection method is returned.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the predetermined value is an amount of disinfectant solution that is continuously sprayed for one hour by the disinfectant solution spraying device.
5. The air conditioner control method for preventing virus infection according to claim 1, wherein the step of starting the sterilization of the air conditioner includes:
if the continuous antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner always keeps running of the antivirus device while running until the air conditioner is turned off;
if the timing antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner performs antivirus and timing while running, the antivirus is stopped after the antivirus duration reaches a first rated duration, and the antivirus is performed after the antivirus stopping duration reaches a second rated duration, so that the antivirus and the antivirus stopping are performed circularly until the air conditioner is turned off;
if the on-off antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner is sterilized before running, then the air conditioner runs normally, and/or the air conditioner is sterilized when the air conditioner is turned off.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the air conditioner is turned off, the inner fan blades are turned off, and the sterilizing device is turned off after the sterilizing operation is maintained for a third rated time.
7. The air conditioning control method for preventing the virus infection according to claim 6, wherein the third rated time period is 1-5 min.
8. An air conditioner for preventing virus infection, comprising at least one virus killing device, a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, and a processor, wherein the computer program is read by the processor and executed to implement the method for controlling the air conditioner for preventing virus infection according to any one of claims 1 to 7.

The air conditioner of claim 8, wherein the disinfecting device is at least one of a disinfectant solution spraying device, an ultraviolet lamp and a heating device, the disinfectant solution spraying device is disposed on both sides of the air outlet of the air conditioner for disinfecting a disinfectant solution, the ultraviolet lamp is disposed on both sides of the air outlet of the air conditioner for disinfecting an ultraviolet ray, and the heating device is disposed inside the air conditioner for heating the circulating air inside the air conditioner and the air outlet of the air conditioner at a high temperature.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which is read by a processor and executed to implement the method for controlling an air conditioner for preventing virus infection according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
Background
With the popularization of air conditioners, the air conditioners have entered thousands of households, and become one of household appliances with higher daily life use frequency. However, in some special cases, such as some virus-type infectious diseases transmitted through air, during the special cases, the use of air conditioner will certainly increase the indoor air flow, which is not favorable for inhibiting the transmission of virus; therefore, it is not recommended in principle to use the air conditioner at this particular time.
For the air conditioner in the prior art, viruses are difficult to kill and viral infectious diseases are difficult to inhibit, so that the air conditioner used by individuals and families or the central air conditioner of an office building is difficult to meet the use requirement of people on the air conditioner under the condition of special epidemic situation due to the principle of safety protection under the condition.
Therefore, in the special epidemic period caused by the virus type infectious disease transmitted through the air, the air conditioner for preventing the virus infection and the control method thereof are provided, so as to meet the daily work and life requirements of people, and the air conditioner is very necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem of how to realize the inhibition of virus transmission through an air conditioner on the premise of meeting the use requirements of people on the air conditioner, and particularly to inhibit virus infectious diseases transmitted through air.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an air conditioner control method for preventing virus infection, comprising: after the air conditioner is started, judging whether to enter a virus killing flow, if so, entering the virus killing flow; selecting at least one disinfection method of disinfection solution disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection and high-temperature disinfection; executing at least one antivirus mode of continuous antivirus, timing antivirus and on-off antivirus; starting an air conditioner to kill viruses; the air conditioner can disinfect the circulating air and especially the air blown out of the air outlet when the air conditioner is turned on and turned off and/or operates normally, so that viruses can be effectively killed on the premise that the use requirements of people on the air conditioner are met in a special epidemic situation period and the virus type infectious diseases transmitted through the air, and the virus transmission is inhibited.
Furthermore, when the air conditioner starts to kill viruses, the non-wind-sensing mode is started, so that the air volume blown out by the air conditioner is adjusted to be minimum, the air volume of the air conditioner is prevented from being overlarge, the air outlet process is thoroughly disinfected, and the disinfection efficiency is improved.
Further, after selecting the disinfection method for disinfecting the disinfectant, the following steps are continuously executed: detecting the residual amount of the disinfectant in real time, and judging whether the residual amount of the disinfectant is larger than a preset value or not; if yes, sterilizing the disinfectant, and automatically selecting the spraying direction of the disinfectant; if not, the operation is stopped, the alarm is continued, the user is reminded to add the disinfectant, and the step of selecting the disinfection method is returned. Preferably, the preset value is the usage amount of the disinfectant which is continuously sprayed for one hour by the disinfectant spraying device. Therefore, when the disinfection method for disinfecting the disinfectant is executed, the air conditioner has enough disinfectant to meet the disinfection requirement, and the air conditioner is ensured to have good disinfection efficiency all the time.
Further, the air conditioner starting sterilization step comprises: if the continuous antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner always keeps running of the antivirus device while running until the air conditioner is turned off; if the timing antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner performs antivirus and timing while running, the antivirus is stopped after the antivirus duration reaches a first rated duration, and the antivirus is performed after the antivirus stopping duration reaches a second rated duration, so that the antivirus and the antivirus stopping are performed circularly until the air conditioner is turned off; if the on-off antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner is sterilized before running, then the air conditioner runs normally, and/or the air conditioner is sterilized when being turned off until the air conditioner is completely turned off. Therefore, different antivirus modes are set, the air conditioner can be suitable for different use environments or epidemic situations environments, for example, the continuous antivirus mode is mainly suitable for viruses which have stronger survival ability and stronger infectivity in the air, the timing antivirus mode is mainly suitable for viruses which have weak survival ability but are propagated through the air, and the on-off antivirus mode is suitable for killing germs during on-off and off-off so as to inhibit the germ breeding condition after the air conditioner is off.
Further, when the air conditioner is shut down, the fan blades of the internal machine are closed, and the antivirus device is closed after the antivirus action is kept for a third rated time. Preferably, the third rated time period is 1-5 min. Therefore, after the main working parts of the air conditioner stop running, the air conditioner still keeps the disinfection action to continuously disinfect the indoor air so as to ensure the completeness of the disinfection process.
An air conditioner for preventing virus infection includes at least one virus killing device, a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, and a processor, wherein the computer program is read and executed by the processor to implement the air conditioner control method for preventing virus infection. Wherein, virus killing device is at least one of antiseptic solution sprinkler, ultraviolet lamp, heating device, antiseptic solution sprinkler sets up in air conditioner air outlet both sides for carry out antiseptic solution virus killing, ultraviolet lamp sets up in air conditioner air outlet both sides for carry out ultraviolet ray virus killing, heating device sets up inside the air conditioner for carry out high temperature heating to inside circulated air of air conditioner and air conditioner air outlet department. By arranging the antivirus device in the air conditioner and executing the corresponding control method, the air conditioner can disinfect the circulating air, particularly the air blown out of the air outlet, when the air conditioner is turned on and off and/or operates normally, so that in a special epidemic situation, the air conditioner can effectively kill viruses on the premise of meeting the use requirements of people on the air conditioner and realizing the inhibition of virus propagation.
A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when read and executed by a processor, implements the virus infection prevention air conditioner control method.
Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner for preventing virus infection and the control method thereof have the following beneficial effects:

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
During some special epidemic situations, for example, some virus-type infectious diseases transmitted through air, because the air conditioner in the prior art is difficult to kill viruses and inhibit the virus-type infectious diseases, the use requirement of people on the air conditioner under the special epidemic situation is difficult to meet.
In order to solve this particular problem, as shown in fig. 1-2, the present embodiment proposes an air conditioner for preventing virus infection and a method for controlling the same, the method comprising:
after the air conditioner is started, judging whether to enter a virus killing flow, if so, entering the virus killing flow;
selecting at least one disinfection method of disinfection solution disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection and high-temperature disinfection;
executing at least one antivirus mode of continuous antivirus, timing antivirus and on-off antivirus;
and (5) starting the air conditioner to kill virus.
The air conditioner includes at least one virus killing device, virus killing device is at least one among antiseptic solution sprinkler, ultraviolet lamp, the heating device, antiseptic solution sprinkler sets up in air conditioner air outlet both sides for carry out antiseptic solution virus killing, ultraviolet lamp sets up in air conditioner air outlet both sides, is used for carrying out ultraviolet ray virus killing, heating device sets up inside the air conditioner for carry out high temperature heating to inside circulated air of air conditioner and air conditioner air outlet department, make virus high temperature inactivation, in order to reach the effect of high temperature virus killing.
The disinfectant spraying device comprises a container for containing disinfectant, a liquid conveying pipeline and a nozzle, wherein the liquid conveying pipeline is provided with a pump body and provides power support for spraying the disinfectant, an outlet of the nozzle is arranged on two sides of an air outlet of the air conditioner, and an inlet of the nozzle is communicated with the container through the liquid conveying pipeline, so that the disinfectant in the container can pass through the liquid conveying pipeline and be sprayed out through the nozzle under the driving of the pump body; the heating device is a conventional electric heating wire.
In the embodiment, the air conditioner is provided with the antivirus device and is combined with the execution of the corresponding control method, so that the circulating air can be sterilized, especially the air blown out of the air outlet, when the air conditioner is turned on and off and/or operates normally, and therefore, in a special epidemic situation, the air conditioner provided by the embodiment can effectively kill viruses on the premise of meeting the use requirements of people on the air conditioner, and the virus propagation can be inhibited.
For the antivirus process, after the air conditioner is started and before the fan blade does not run, whether the antivirus process is executed or not is confirmed, and the antivirus process can be automatically started when the air conditioner is started or manually started by a user; specifically, after the air conditioner is started and before the fan blades of the internal machine do not operate, whether a virus killing flow is started or not is judged; if yes, selecting an antivirus method or an antivirus mode, otherwise, quitting the antivirus process, and normally operating the air conditioner;
in a severe epidemic situation, the air conditioner is preferably automatically started to perform the antivirus flow when being started, and the air conditioner is operated according to the latest antivirus flow, so that the air conditioner is prevented from being required to be set after being started every time. In addition, after the air conditioner enters the antivirus process, the user can manually set the specific antivirus method and the specific antivirus mode; the process of setting the antivirus method or the antivirus mode may be to set the antivirus method first and then to set the antivirus mode, or may be to set the antivirus mode first and then to set the antivirus method.
The control method further comprises the following steps: when the air conditioner starts to disinfect, the non-wind-sensing mode is started, so that the air volume blown out by the air conditioner is adjusted to be minimum, the air volume of the air conditioner is prevented from being overlarge, the air outlet process is thoroughly disinfected, and the disinfection efficiency is improved.
For the disinfection method, the high-temperature disinfection is a step of heating the temperature near the air outlet of the air conditioner to a point where viruses cannot survive by generating heat through a heating device and continuing for a period of time so as to realize disinfection; the ultraviolet ray disinfection is that the air blown out from the air outlet of the air conditioner is irradiated by the ultraviolet ray emitted by the ultraviolet lamp, and the virus is killed by utilizing the principle that the ultraviolet ray inactivates organisms so as to realize the disinfection effect; the disinfection of the disinfectant is to spray a certain amount of disinfectant into the air blown out from the air outlet of the air conditioner by the disinfectant spraying device to kill viruses;
for ultraviolet ray disinfection and disinfection of disinfectant, the irradiation range of the ultraviolet ray lamp and the spraying range of the disinfectant spraying device are larger than the size of the air outlet, so that the ultraviolet ray disinfection and the disinfection of the disinfectant can be carried out on the whole air outlet, the possibility of virus escape is reduced to the greatest extent, the air outlet process is thoroughly disinfected, and the disinfection efficiency is improved.
After selecting the disinfection method of disinfecting the disinfectant, the following steps are continuously executed: detecting the residual amount of the disinfectant in real time, and judging whether the residual amount of the disinfectant is larger than a preset value or not; if yes, sterilizing the disinfectant, and automatically selecting the spraying direction of the disinfectant; if not, stopping running and continuously giving an alarm to remind the user of adding the disinfectant, and returning to the step of selecting the disinfection method; preferably, the preset value is the use amount of the disinfectant which is continuously sprayed for one hour by the disinfectant spraying device; therefore, when the disinfection method of disinfecting the disinfectant is executed, the air conditioner has enough disinfectant to meet the disinfection requirement, and the air conditioner is ensured to have good disinfection efficiency all the time.
In addition, the control method further includes: before the air conditioner starts disinfection of antiseptic solution, detect human position to adjust wind-guiding blade and make the air outlet towards the direction of keeping away from the human body, thereby make the air conditioner can the automatic selection antiseptic solution spray direction, with the air that avoids antiseptic solution droplet to blow directly on human body or clothing along with the air that the air outlet blew off. Meanwhile, the air conditioner is provided with an infrared sensor and/or an ultrasonic sensor at the air outlet for detecting the position of the human body.
Determining an anti-virus mode after or before determining the anti-virus method; after the antivirus method and the antivirus mode are determined, the step of starting the antivirus of the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
if the continuous antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner always keeps running of the antivirus device while running until the air conditioner is turned off;
if the timing antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner performs antivirus and timing while running, the antivirus is stopped after the antivirus duration reaches a first rated duration, and the antivirus is performed after the antivirus stopping duration reaches a second rated duration, so that the antivirus and the antivirus stopping are performed circularly until the air conditioner is turned off; preferably, the first rated time and the second rated time can be time parameters such as 15min, 30min and 45min, and can be manually adjusted by a user;
if the on-off antivirus mode is executed, the air conditioner is sterilized before running, then the air conditioner runs normally, and/or the air conditioner is sterilized when being turned off until the air conditioner is completely turned off.
Therefore, different antivirus modes are set, the air conditioner can be suitable for different use environments or epidemic situations environments, for example, the continuous antivirus mode is mainly suitable for viruses which have stronger survival ability and stronger infectivity in the air, the timing antivirus mode is mainly suitable for viruses which have weak survival ability but are propagated through the air, and the on-off antivirus mode is suitable for killing germs during on-off and off-off so as to inhibit the germ breeding condition after the air conditioner is off.
In addition, after the air conditioner is used, the method further comprises the following steps: when the air conditioner is shut down, maintaining the antivirus action or starting the antivirus, closing the fan blades of the internal machine and other air conditioner loads, keeping the antivirus action for a third rated time, closing the antivirus device, and completely shutting down the air conditioner; when the air conditioner is turned off, if the antivirus device is still running, the antivirus action is maintained, and if the antivirus device is in a running stop state, the antivirus device is started to start antivirus.
In addition, other air conditioning loads include conventional air conditioning components such as an air conditioner external unit and a compressor, and the structures and the closing forms of the conventional air conditioning components are the prior art and are not described herein again, and the third rated time is 1-5 min. Therefore, after the main working parts of the air conditioner stop running, the air conditioner still keeps the disinfection action to continuously disinfect the indoor air so as to ensure the completeness of the disinfection process.
The air conditioner comprises a computer readable storage medium and a processor, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program is read by the processor and runs to realize the air conditioner control method for preventing virus infection. Meanwhile, any one of the antivirus devices is connected with the processor and used for executing the corresponding antivirus method and the corresponding antivirus process.
The air conditioner further includes:
the alarm is connected with the processor and used for giving an alarm to the user;
and the timer is connected with the processor and is used for acquiring time information in the air conditioner running process and the disinfection process.
In addition, the air conditioner further comprises an internal unit structure and an external unit structure, such as a shell, a volute, a compressor, a motor and other conventional air conditioner structures, which are not described herein in detail in view of the fact that the air conditioner structures are all the prior art.
