Pipeline supporting device and application thereof
1. The pipeline supporting device is characterized by comprising a fixed cylinder (2), a support column (3) and a cover plate (4);
the lower part of the support post (3) is arranged in the fixed cylinder (2) in a sliding mode, the support post (3) and the fixed cylinder (2) are fixed through bolts, the upper end face of the support post (3) is downwards recessed to form a first arc-shaped groove (33), two first arc-shaped protrusions (34) are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the first arc-shaped groove (33), and first sealing strips (5) are arranged on the arc-shaped end faces of the first arc-shaped protrusions (34); two fixed transverse plates (32) are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the strut (3);
one end of the cover plate (4) is rotatably arranged on one of the fixed transverse plates (32), the other end of the cover plate is connected with the other fixed transverse plate (32) through a bolt, the inner wall of the cover plate (4) is upwards sunken to form a second arc-shaped groove, the second arc-shaped groove and the first arc-shaped groove (33) are symmetrically arranged, two second arc-shaped protrusions are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the second arc-shaped groove, and second sealing strips (6) are arranged on the arc-shaped end surfaces of the second arc-shaped protrusions; and a third sealing strip (7) is arranged between the two ends of the cover plate (4) and the two fixed transverse plates (32).
2. The pipeline supporting device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of pressing devices (8) are arranged in each of the first arc-shaped groove (33) and the second arc-shaped groove, and the plurality of pressing devices (8) are arranged circumferentially;
the pressing device (8) comprises a fixing plate (81) and a pressing plate (83); the fixing plate (81) is arranged at the bottom of the first arc-shaped groove (33) or the second arc-shaped groove, the pressing plate (83) is connected with the fixing plate (81) through an elastic part (82), the pressing plate (83) is contacted with the side wall of the flange plate (200) when the fixing plate is used, two supporting rods (84) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the pressing plate (83), the supporting rods (84) are obliquely arranged, and two ends of each supporting rod (84) are respectively connected with the pressing plate (83) and the U-shaped clamping plate (85);
the inner side walls of the first sealing strip (5) and the second sealing strip (6) are respectively provided with a convex block (51) matched with the U-shaped clamping plate (85), and the convex blocks (51) are fixed between the two side walls of the U-shaped clamping plate (85); all be provided with a plurality of location balls (9) in first sealing strip (5) and second sealing strip (6), a plurality of location balls (9) are circumferential arrangement.

The pipeline supporting device according to claim 2, wherein the bottom of each of the first sealing strip (5) and the second sealing strip (6) is provided with an arc-shaped convex strip, and the top of each of the first arc-shaped convex strip (34) and the second arc-shaped convex strip is provided with an arc-shaped clamping groove matched with the arc-shaped convex strips.

The pipeline supporting device according to claim 1, wherein two baffles (21) are symmetrically arranged on the upper end surface of the fixed cylinder (2), threaded through holes are arranged on the baffles (21), two rows of threaded holes are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the supporting column (3), and the supporting column (3) is fixed in the fixed cylinder (2) by fixing bolts in the threaded holes through the threaded through holes.

The pipeline supporting device according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the supporting column (3) is provided with a guide plate (31), the guide plate (31) is arranged in parallel with the axial direction of the supporting column (3), the inner wall of the fixed cylinder (2) is provided with a guide groove matched with the guide plate (31), and the guide plate (31) is arranged in the guide groove in a sliding manner.
6. The pipe support device of claim 1, wherein the cover plate (4) is an arc-shaped plate, two arc-shaped baffles (42) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the arc-shaped plate, and the arc-shaped baffles (42) protrude from the support column (3) in the radial direction.
7. A pipe support according to claim 6, wherein the other end of the cover plate (4) is provided with a connecting plate (41), and the connecting plate (41) is connected with the fixing cross plate (32) through bolts.
8. A pipeline supporting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a base (1) is arranged at the bottom of the fixed cylinder (2), the base (1) is of a circular truncated cone structure, and one end of the base (1) connected with the fixed cylinder (2) is a small end.
9. Use of a pipe support according to any of claims 1-8, wherein the pipe support is used for pipe joint support.
10. Use of a pipe support according to claim 9, wherein the pipe support is used for pipe joint support in natural gas transportation systems.
Background
The pipes (tubes) are indispensable parts of transportation systems, mainly used for transporting gas or liquid, usually involving long distance transportation, and the transportation route is long, so in order to improve the transportation stability of the pipes, the pipes need to be matched with supporting devices in the transportation system.
At present, the pipe support device has a single function and only plays a supporting role, and for a special part of a pipe, besides the supporting role, some special protections need to be carried out, such as: for the support of the pipe joint (adjacent pipe joint), in addition to the conventional support effect, the protection of the pipe joint should be considered, and the pipe joint is exposed for a long time and is easy to corrode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pipeline supporting device, which aims to solve the problem that the existing pipeline supporting device cannot realize both supporting and corrosion prevention.
In addition, the invention also provides application of the pipeline supporting device.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a pipeline supporting device comprises a fixed cylinder, a support column and a cover plate;
the lower part of the support column is arranged in the fixed cylinder in a sliding mode, the support column and the fixed cylinder are fixed through bolts, the upper end face of the support column is recessed downwards to form a first arc-shaped groove, two first arc-shaped bulges are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the first arc-shaped groove, and first sealing strips are arranged on the arc-shaped end faces of the first arc-shaped bulges; two fixed transverse plates are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the strut;
one end of the cover plate is rotatably arranged on one of the fixed transverse plates, the other end of the cover plate is connected with the other fixed transverse plate through a bolt, the inner wall of the cover plate is upwards sunken to form a second arc-shaped groove, the second arc-shaped groove and the first arc-shaped groove are symmetrically arranged, two second arc-shaped protrusions are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the second arc-shaped groove, and second sealing strips are arranged on the arc-shaped end surfaces of the second arc-shaped protrusions; and a third sealing strip is arranged between the two ends of the cover plate and the two fixed transverse plates.
According to the first sealing strip, the second sealing strip and the third sealing strip, a closed cavity can be formed between the first arc-shaped groove and the second arc-shaped groove.
Compared with the existing supporting device which plays a role of bearing, the invention adopts the first arc-shaped groove and the second arc-shaped groove which are mutually matched to fix the pipeline or the pipe joint at the top of the supporting column, in order to realize the sealing of the pipeline joint (the pipe joint), the second arc-shaped groove and the first arc-shaped groove which are matched with the first arc-shaped groove are designed according to the structural characteristics of the joint, wherein the first arc-shaped bulge and the second arc-shaped bulge are matched with the pipeline, the sealing between the first arc-shaped bulge and the pipeline is realized through the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip, the clearance between 2 first arc-shaped bulges and the clearance between 2 second arc-shaped bulges are matched with the flange plate, because the outer wall of the flange plate protrudes out of the pipeline, the second arc-shaped groove, the first arc-shaped groove and the joint structure are matched, the joint of the pipeline is arranged in a closed space, and the joint of the pipeline can be effectively prevented from being corroded.
The pipeline supporting device is wide in application range, can be suitable for supporting all pipelines, and is particularly suitable for supporting the conveying pipelines of flammable and explosive gases or corrosive liquids.
In conclusion, the supporting device has the functions of supporting the pipeline and realizing the sealing connection part; through design and junction structure complex second arc wall and first arc wall to set up first sealing strip, second sealing strip and third sealing strip and can realize forming between first arc wall and the second arc wall and seal the cavity, can effectively prevent that the junction of pipeline from corroding.
Furthermore, a plurality of pressing devices are arranged in the first arc-shaped groove and the second arc-shaped groove and are circumferentially arranged;
the pressing device comprises a fixing plate and a pressing plate; the fixed plate is arranged at the bottom of the first arc-shaped groove or the second arc-shaped groove, the pressing plate is connected with the fixed plate through an elastic piece, the pressing plate is contacted with the side wall of the flange plate when in use, two supporting rods are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the pressing plate, the supporting rods are obliquely arranged, and two ends of each supporting rod are respectively connected with the pressing plate and the U-shaped clamping plate;
the inner side walls of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip are respectively provided with a convex block matched with the U-shaped clamping plate, and the convex blocks are fixed between the two side walls of the U-shaped clamping plate; all be provided with a plurality of location balls in first sealing strip and the second sealing strip, a plurality of location balls are circumference and arrange.
The inner side walls of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip in the invention particularly mean the opposite sides of the two first sealing strips or the two second sealing strips.
Because the invention has the functions of supporting the pipeline and realizing the sealing connection, the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip have certain supporting effect besides the conventional sealing function, otherwise, the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip are easy to damage under the pressure action of the natural gas pipeline, so that the sealing effect is lost.
According to the invention, the plurality of positioning balls are arranged in the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip respectively, and are circumferentially arranged on the outer side of the pipeline, so that the pipeline can be supported, the stress of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip is reduced, and the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip are prevented from losing efficacy under the pressure action of the pipeline.
Meanwhile, by arranging the pressing device, when the first arc-shaped groove and the second arc-shaped groove are fastened on the outer wall of the pipeline, the natural gas pipeline extrudes the pressing plate, the pressing plate downwards compresses the elastic piece, and further drives the U-shaped clamping plate to move downwards (close to the fixed plate to move), and when the U-shaped clamping plate moves downwards, the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip are respectively tightly attached to the first arc-shaped bulge and the second arc-shaped bulge, so that the sealing effect of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip is improved.
Therefore, by arranging the pressing device, when the pressing device receives the extrusion of the pipeline, the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip are driven to respectively cling to the first arc-shaped bulge and the second arc-shaped bulge, the sealing effect of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip is improved, the supporting effect can be improved by the positioning balls arranged in the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip, and the failure of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip is effectively avoided.
Further, the bottom of first sealing strip and second sealing strip all is provided with the arc sand grip, the bellied top of first arc arch and second arc all is provided with arc sand grip complex arc draw-in groove.
The bottom parts of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip in the invention particularly refer to one sides of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip connected with the first arc-shaped bulge and the second arc-shaped bulge.
The arc sand grip can be embedded into the arc clamping groove, and the stability of the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip fixed on the first arc protrusion and the second arc protrusion is improved.
Furthermore, two baffles are symmetrically arranged on the upper end face of the fixed cylinder, threaded through holes are formed in the baffles, two rows of threaded holes are symmetrically formed in the outer wall of the supporting column, and the supporting column is fixed in the fixed cylinder by penetrating bolts through the threaded through holes and being fixed in the threaded holes.
Further, the outer wall of pillar is provided with the deflector, the axial parallel arrangement of deflector and pillar, the inner wall of fixed cylinder is provided with the guide way with deflector complex, the deflector slides and sets up in the guide way.
The cooperation of the guide plate and the guide groove can ensure that the support column cannot deviate in the up-and-down moving process.
Further, the cover plate is an arc-shaped plate, two arc-shaped baffle plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the arc-shaped plate, and the arc-shaped baffle plates protrude out of the supporting column in the radial direction.
The setting of cowl can be carried out sheltering from for apron and pillar junction, avoids it to drench with rain etc..
Furthermore, the other end of the cover plate is provided with a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is connected with the fixed transverse plate through a bolt.
Further, the bottom of the fixed cylinder is provided with a base, the base is of a round table structure, and one end, connected with the fixed cylinder, of the base is a small end.
Further, the first sealing strip, the second sealing strip and the third sealing strip are all made of plastics.
Preferably, the first sealing strip, the second sealing strip and the third sealing strip are all made of anti-aging plastics.
The application of the pipeline supporting device is to use the pipeline supporting device for supporting the pipe joint, and is particularly suitable for the transportation of special gas or liquid, such as combustible gas such as natural gas.
Further, the pipeline supporting device is used for supporting the pipe joint of the natural gas transportation system.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the pipeline supporting device can effectively prevent the corrosion of the connecting part of the pipeline.
2. The pipeline supporting device has the functions of supporting the pipeline and realizing the sealing connection.
3. The pipeline supporting device has the advantage of good sealing stability.
4. The pipeline supporting device is wide in application range, can be suitable for supporting all pipelines, and is particularly suitable for supporting the conveying pipelines of flammable and explosive gases or corrosive liquids.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 3 to 6, a pipe supporting apparatus includes a fixed cylinder 2, a pillar 3, and a cover plate 4;
the lower part of the support column 3 is slidably arranged in the fixed cylinder 2, the support column 3 and the fixed cylinder 2 are fixed through bolts, the upper end surface of the support column 3 is recessed downwards to form a first arc-shaped groove 33, two first arc-shaped protrusions 34 are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the first arc-shaped groove 33, and the arc-shaped end surface of each first arc-shaped protrusion 34 is provided with a first sealing strip 5; two fixed transverse plates 32 are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the pillar 3;
one end of the cover plate 4 is rotatably arranged on one of the fixing transverse plates 32, the other end of the cover plate is connected with the other fixing transverse plate 32 through a bolt, the inner wall of the cover plate 4 is upwards sunken to form a second arc-shaped groove, the second arc-shaped groove and the first arc-shaped groove 33 are symmetrically arranged, two second arc-shaped protrusions are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the second arc-shaped groove, and second sealing strips 6 are arranged on the arc-shaped end surfaces of the second arc-shaped protrusions; and a third sealing strip 7 is arranged between the two ends of the cover plate 4 and the two fixed transverse plates 32.
In this embodiment, the up end symmetry of a fixed section of thick bamboo 2 is provided with two baffles 21, be provided with the screw thread through-hole on the baffle 21, the outer wall symmetry of pillar 3 is provided with two screw holes, pillar 3 is fixed in the screw hole through passing the screw thread through-hole with the bolt and realizes fixing in a fixed section of thick bamboo 2.
In this embodiment, the cover plate 4 is an arc-shaped plate, a connecting plate 41 is disposed at the other end of the cover plate 4, and the connecting plate 41 is connected with the fixed transverse plate 32 through a bolt.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the fixed cylinder 2 is provided with a base 1, the round platform structure of the base 1, and one end of the base 1 connected with the fixed cylinder 2 is a small end.
In this embodiment, the first sealing strip 5, the second sealing strip 6 and the third sealing strip 7 are all made of plastic.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the pipe supporting device 300 of the present embodiment is used for a pipe joint in a natural gas transportation system, and the specific operation steps are as follows:
s1, fixing the two natural gas pipelines 100 to be connected by using fixing devices respectively;
s2, connecting two natural gas pipelines 100 by matching a flange 200 and a bolt;
s3, placing the pipeline supporting device 300 below the joint, respectively placing two jacking mechanisms 400 below two fixing transverse plates 32, applying upward thrust to the fixing transverse plates 32 through the jacking mechanisms 400 to enable the support column 3 to move upwards until the first sealing strip 5 is in close contact with the outer wall of the natural gas pipeline 100, then fixing the support column 3 in the fixing cylinder 2 through bolts, then fixing the cover plate 4 on the fixing transverse plates 32 through bolts to enable the second sealing strip 6 to be in close contact with the outer wall of the natural gas pipeline 100, and achieving the effect that a closed cavity is formed between the first arc-shaped groove 33 and the second arc-shaped groove through the combined action of the first sealing strip 5, the second sealing strip 6 and the third sealing strip 7;
s4, removing the fixing device which is a column, and arranging an arc groove matched with the natural gas pipeline 100 at the top of the column.
In the case of the example 2, the following examples are given,
as shown in fig. 3 to 6, in the present embodiment, based on embodiment 1, a plurality of pressing devices 8 are disposed in each of the first arc-shaped groove 33 and the second arc-shaped groove, and the plurality of pressing devices 8 are circumferentially arranged;
the pressing device 8 comprises a fixing plate 81 and a pressing plate 83; the fixing plate 81 is installed at the bottom of the first arc-shaped groove 33 or the second arc-shaped groove, the pressing plate 83 is connected with the fixing plate 81 through the elastic piece 82, when in use, the pressing plate 83 is in contact with the side wall of the flange 200, two ends of the pressing plate 83 are symmetrically provided with two supporting rods 84, the supporting rods 84 are obliquely arranged, when the pressing device 8 is installed in the first arc-shaped groove 33, the lower ends of the supporting rods 84 are connected with the pressing plate 83, and the high ends of the supporting rods 84 are provided with U-shaped clamping plates 85;
the inner side walls of the first sealing strip 5 and the second sealing strip 6 are respectively provided with a lug 51 matched with the U-shaped clamping plate 85, and the lugs 51 are fixed between the two side walls of the U-shaped clamping plate 85; all be provided with a plurality of location balls 9 in first sealing strip 5 and the second sealing strip 6, a plurality of location balls 9 are circumference and arrange, location balls 9 adopt steel to make.
In this embodiment, in order to further improve the stability of first sealing strip 5 and second sealing strip 6, the bottom of first sealing strip 5 and second sealing strip 6 all is provided with the arc sand grip, the bellied top of first arc 34 and second arc all is provided with the arc draw-in groove with arc sand grip complex.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 82 is a spring.
In the case of the example 3, the following examples are given,
as shown in fig. 3-6, this embodiment is based on embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, the outer wall of the pillar 3 is provided with a guide plate 31, the guide plate 31 is arranged parallel to the axial direction of the pillar 3, the inner wall of the fixed cylinder 2 is provided with a guide groove matched with the guide plate 31, and the guide plate 31 is slidably arranged in the guide groove; two arc-shaped baffles 42 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the arc-shaped plate, and the arc-shaped baffles 42 protrude out of the support column 3 in the radial direction.
