A temperature-regulating water tap is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a body and a control mechanism, wherein a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity are arranged in the body, the first cavity is communicated with the second cavity through a first opening, the second cavity is communicated with the third cavity through a second opening, a cold water liquid inlet flow channel, a hot water liquid inlet flow channel and a liquid outlet flow channel are also arranged in the body, the cold water liquid inlet flow channel is communicated with the first cavity, the hot water liquid inlet flow channel is communicated with the third cavity, the liquid outlet flow channel is communicated with the second cavity, the control mechanism comprises a first valve core, a second valve core and an interval adjusting component, the first valve core can seal the first opening, the second valve core can seal the second opening, the interval between the first valve core and the second valve core can be adjusted by the interval adjusting component, so that when the first valve core and the second valve core are synchronously opened, the size of the first opening and the second opening can be controlled.

2. The temperature-regulating faucet of claim 1, wherein the first and second valve spools are slidably but non-rotatably disposed on the body.

The temperature-regulating faucet of claim 2, wherein the distance-adjusting assembly comprises a control rod and a regulating member, the control rod passes through the regulating member and the second valve core and is in threaded connection with the first valve core, the regulating member is in threaded connection with the second valve core, and the distance between the first valve core and the second valve core can be adjusted by rotating the control rod.

The temperature regulating faucet according to claim 3, further comprising a first knob, a second knob, and a plug member, wherein the first knob is sleeved on the temperature regulating member, the temperature regulating member is provided with a connecting hole, the control rod is provided with an annular groove, the plug member is fixedly arranged on the first knob and penetrates through the temperature regulating member to extend into the annular groove, and the second knob is fixedly connected with the upper end of the control rod.

The temperature-adjusting faucet according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting member is provided with a first positioning ring groove and a second positioning ring groove, the body is provided with a receiving groove, an elastic member and a positioning ball are disposed in the receiving groove, and the positioning ball can be snapped into the first positioning ring groove or the second positioning ring groove, so as to limit the position of the adjusting member.

The temperature-adjusting water tap as claimed in claim 2, wherein the body has a first vertical slot, the first valve core has a first slide block, the first slide block is slidably disposed in the first vertical slot, so that the first valve core can slide along a vertical direction, the body has a second vertical slot, the second valve core has a second slide block, and the second slide block is slidably disposed in the second vertical slot, so that the second valve core can slide along a vertical direction.

7. The temperature-regulating faucet of claim 2, wherein the second cavity is circumferentially disposed outside the first cavity, and the third cavity is circumferentially disposed outside the second cavity.

The temperature-adjusting faucet according to claim 1, wherein the body comprises a front shell, a rear shell, a middle shell, an annular sealing plate and a top plate, the liquid outlet channel is arranged in the front shell, the hot water inlet channel is arranged in the rear shell, the first cavity is located in the middle shell, a second cavity is formed between the middle shell and the annular sealing plate, and a third cavity is formed between the middle shell and the rear shell.

Background

Due to the improvement of living standard of people, a cold and hot mixed water inlet temperature regulating type faucet is widely used, and the existing temperature regulating faucet generally comprises a shell, a valve core, a handle, a sealing ring, a screw cap and other parts. The valve core is fixedly arranged in the valve core mounting cavity in the shell, the upper end of the valve core is connected with the handle, and the lower end of the valve core is matched with the valve core seat in the shell and is connected with the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel of the shell. A strip-shaped water tank is arranged on the movable ceramic chip in the valve core assembly, and a double water inlet channel and a single water outlet channel are arranged on the fixed ceramic chip. When the movable ceramic chip water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are used, the handle and the valve rod are controlled to drive the movable ceramic chip to slide on the fixed ceramic chip, and the control of a switch and the regulation of water flow are realized through the change of the connecting surface of the strip-shaped water channel on the movable ceramic chip and the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel of the fixed ceramic chip; the adjusting mode can only change the areas of the cold water port and the hot water port, one area needs to be increased while the area of the other water port needs to be reduced, and the control mode is difficult to adjust the water outlet amount and the water outlet temperature; so that the water temperature can be adjusted to a comfortable temperature by trial adjustment for a plurality of times during use; however, when the faucet is turned off and turned on again in use, the water temperature generally deviates and needs to be adjusted again, which brings inconvenience to the use of the faucet.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a temperature control faucet.

The invention discloses a temperature-adjusting water tap, which comprises: the device comprises a body and a control mechanism, wherein a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity are arranged in the body, the first cavity is communicated with the second cavity through a first opening, the second cavity is communicated with the third cavity through a second opening, a cold water liquid inlet flow channel, a hot water liquid inlet flow channel and a liquid outlet flow channel are also arranged in the body, the cold water liquid inlet flow channel is communicated with the first cavity, the hot water liquid inlet flow channel is communicated with the third cavity, the liquid outlet flow channel is communicated with the second cavity, the control mechanism comprises a first valve core, a second valve core and an interval adjusting component, the first valve core can seal the first opening, the second valve core can seal the second opening, the interval between the first valve core and the second valve core can be adjusted by the interval adjusting component, so that when the first valve core and the second valve core are synchronously opened, the size of the first opening and the second opening can be controlled.

In one embodiment, the first valve spool and the second valve spool are slidably but non-rotatably disposed on the body.

In one embodiment, the distance adjusting assembly comprises a control rod and a regulating and controlling part, the control rod penetrates through the regulating and controlling part and the second valve core and is in threaded connection with the first valve core, the regulating and controlling part is in threaded connection with the second valve core, and the distance between the first valve core and the second valve core can be adjusted by rotating the control rod.

In one embodiment, the temperature regulating faucet further comprises a first knob, a second knob and a plug pin member, the first knob is sleeved on the regulating member, the regulating member is provided with a connecting hole, the control rod is provided with an annular groove, the plug pin member is fixedly arranged on the first knob and penetrates through the regulating member to extend into the annular groove, and the second knob is fixedly connected with the upper end of the control rod.

In one embodiment, the adjusting member is provided with a first positioning ring groove and a second positioning ring groove, the body is provided with a containing groove, an elastic member and a positioning ball are arranged in the containing groove, and the positioning ball can be clamped into the first positioning ring groove or the second positioning ring groove, so that the position of the adjusting member is limited.

In one embodiment, the body is provided with a first vertical groove, the first valve core is provided with a first slide block, the first slide block is slidably disposed in the first vertical groove, so that the first valve core can slide along the vertical direction, the body is provided with a second vertical groove, the second valve core is provided with a second slide block, and the second slide block is slidably disposed in the second vertical groove, so that the second valve core can slide along the vertical direction.

In one embodiment, the second cavity is circumferentially disposed outside the first cavity, and the third cavity is circumferentially disposed outside the second cavity.

In one embodiment, the body comprises a front shell, a rear shell, a middle shell, an annular closing plate and a top plate, the liquid outlet flow channel is arranged in the front shell, the hot water inlet flow channel is arranged in the rear shell, the first cavity is located in the middle shell, a second cavity is formed between the middle shell and the annular closing plate, and a third cavity is formed between the middle shell and the rear shell.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the cold and hot water ports are respectively controlled by using the double valve cores, so that the cold and hot water ports are not influenced when being adjusted, and the outlet water temperature can be adjusted while the outlet water flow of the faucet is adjusted;

2. the opening area of the valve core is controlled more accurately and carefully through the knob in a mode of rotating the knob and connecting the knob with threads, so that the regulated water temperature is accurate and comfortable;

3. the faucet is opened firstly through the use, and then the first knob and the second knob are rotated to adjust the water temperature, so that after the cold and hot water outlet area is adjusted, if the cold and hot water outlet area is closed and opened again, the cold and hot water outlet area can not be changed, and the use is convenient.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention discloses a temperature-adjustable water tap, which comprises: the device comprises a body 1 and a control mechanism, wherein a first cavity 131, a second cavity 132 and a third cavity 133 are formed in the body 1, the first cavity 131 is communicated with the second cavity 132 through a first opening 134, the second cavity 132 is communicated with the third cavity 133 through a second opening 135, a cold water inlet flow channel 121, a hot water inlet flow channel 138 and a liquid outlet flow channel 111 are further formed in the body 1, the cold water inlet flow channel 121 is communicated with the first cavity 131, the hot water inlet flow channel 138 is communicated with the third cavity 133, the liquid outlet flow channel 111 is communicated with the second cavity 132, the control mechanism comprises a first valve core 21, a second valve core 22 and a distance adjusting component, the first valve core 21 can seal the first opening 134, the second valve core 22 can seal the second opening 135, and the distance adjusting component can adjust the distance between the first valve core 21 and the second valve core 22, so that the sizes of the first and second openings 134 and 135 can be controlled when the first and second spools 21 and 22 are opened simultaneously.

Thus, the temperature of the water flowing out when the faucet is turned on can be adjusted by controlling the sizes of the first opening 134 and the second opening 135, and the temperature of the water flowing out can be kept constant when the faucet is turned on for a plurality of times after adjustment.

Preferably, both the first spool 21 and the second spool 22 are provided in the body 1 so as to be slidable but unrotatable.

Preferably, the distance adjusting assembly comprises a control rod 23 and a regulating member 24, the control rod 23 passes through the regulating member 24 and the second valve core 22 and is in threaded connection with the first valve core 21, the regulating member 24 is in threaded connection with the second valve core 22, and the distance between the first valve core 21 and the second valve core 22 can be adjusted by rotating the control rod 23.

Preferably, the temperature-adjusting faucet further comprises a first knob 31, a second knob 32 and a plug pin member 4, the first knob 31 is sleeved on the adjusting member 24, the adjusting member 24 is provided with a connecting hole 241, the control rod 23 is provided with an annular groove 231, the plug pin member 4 is fixedly arranged on the first knob 31 and penetrates through the adjusting member 24 to extend into the annular groove 231, and the second knob 32 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the control rod 23.

The arrangement is such that the adjusting member 24 and the control rod 23 do not slide relatively, but only can rotate relatively.

Preferably, the adjusting member 24 is provided with a first positioning ring groove 242 and a second positioning ring groove 243, the body 1 is provided with a containing groove 139, the containing groove 139 is provided with an elastic member 51 and a positioning ball 52, the positioning ball 52 can be clamped into the first positioning ring groove 242 or the second positioning ring groove 243, so as to limit the position of the adjusting member 24.

It should be noted that when the detent ball 52 is in the first detent ring groove 242, the faucet is in a closed state, and when the detent ball 52 is in the second detent ring groove 243, the faucet is in an open state.

Preferably, the body 1 is provided with a first vertical groove 136, the first valve element 21 is provided with a first slider 211, the first slider 211 is slidably disposed in the first vertical groove 136, so that the first valve element 21 can slide along the vertical direction, the body 1 is provided with a second vertical groove 137, the second valve element 22 is provided with a second slider 221, and the second slider 221 is slidably disposed in the second vertical groove 137, so that the second valve element 22 can slide along the vertical direction.

Preferably, the second cavity 132 is circumferentially disposed outside the first cavity 131, and the third cavity 133 is circumferentially disposed outside the second cavity 132.

Preferably, the body 1 includes a front housing 11, a rear housing 12, a middle housing 13, an annular sealing plate, and a top plate, the liquid outlet flow channel 111 is disposed in the front housing 11, the hot water inlet flow channel 138 is disposed in the rear housing 12, the first cavity 131 is disposed in the middle housing 13, a second cavity 132 is formed between the middle housing 13 and the annular sealing plate, and a third cavity 133 is formed between the middle housing 13 and the rear housing 12.

It should be mentioned that the accommodating groove 139 is disposed on the top plate 14.

The working mode of the invention is as follows: the warm water is obtained by mixing cold water with hot water, and the invention obtains the warm water with the required temperature by adjusting the proportion of the cold water to the hot water.

As shown in fig. 3, by pulling up the first knob 31 and the second knob 32, the first cavity 131 is communicated with the second cavity 132 through the first opening 134, and the third cavity 133 is communicated with the second cavity 132 through the second opening 135, so that the faucet is turned on, and the cold water and the hot water are mixed to flow out the warm water from the outlet channel 111.

When the water temperature needs to be adjusted, the positions of the control rod 23 and the regulating member 24 are controlled by rotating the first knob 31 and the second knob 32, so that the sizes of the openings between the first valve core 21 and the first opening 134, and between the second valve core 22 and the second opening 135 can be adjusted when the first knob 31 and the second knob 32 are pulled upwards. Specifically, the first knob 31 is rotated in the forward direction to move the second valve core 22 downward, so that the opening size of the second valve core 22 when the second valve core is opened can be reduced, the second knob 32 is rotated in the forward direction to move the first valve core 21 downward, so that the opening size of the first valve core 21 when the first valve core 21 is opened can be reduced, and therefore when the water temperature of the liquid outlet channel 111 needs to be increased, the second knob 32 is rotated in the forward direction, and the first knob 31 is rotated in the reverse direction; when the water temperature in the outlet channel 111 needs to be lowered, the second knob 32 is rotated reversely, and the first knob 31 is rotated forwardly.

It is worth mentioning that the first knob 31 and the second knob 32 are separately controlled, so that the adjustment of the water yield after the faucet is turned on is more flexible, for example, the first knob 31 and the second knob 32 are rotated in the forward direction synchronously, so that the water yield when the faucet is turned on can be reduced, and similarly, the first knob 31 and the second knob 32 are rotated in the reverse direction synchronously, so that the water yield when the faucet is turned on can be increased.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
